The structural work is the main process of building construction which influence on the time, cost, safety and quality. The form work is one of the main process which has from 20 to 30 percentage of structural work. Especially the form work for beams is complex and need more manpower compared with form work for column or slab. When the existing forms such as plywood form, steel framed wooden form and aluminum form, is used for form work of beam, it would result in the cost overrun caused by needs of lots of manpower and resources. Therefore, the aim of this study is analysis of the requirement for development of SMART beam form. The result of this study shall be used for the development of SMART form work system.

Background: This article reviewed the current status of home-based physical therapy infrastructure in long term care insurance and then solved the problem. Method: We used two forms of data that were acquired from ⅰ) the Ministry of Health & Welfare and the Family and National Health Insurance Corporation, ⅱ) a home-visiting health care program, and ⅲ) evaluation data from the Korea Health Industry Development Institute. The home-based physical therapy program was then analyzed. Results: The role and concept of home-based physical therapy was not clearly established. There were few home-based physical therapy programs in the community. The manpower of home-based physical therapists in the home-visiting health care program was very low. The role between home-visiting nurses (caregivers) and home-based physical therapists was mixed. Research and promotion regarding home-based physical therapy was poor. Conclusion: To establish a system of legal, long-term care insurance, we must increase the manpower of home-based physical therapists and the amount of research pertaining to the demand for home-based physical therapy.

This article is focusing on the improvement of weapon system test & evaluation, aimed at the weapon system in the research development stage. This article suggests improvement directions in three aspects(organization and system, skilled manpower and technology, test facilities of weapon system test & evaluation) as follows. 1) Weapon system test & evaluation organization and system a. Establishment of comprehensive test & evaluation system b. Making regulation for comprehensive test infrastructure management. c. Standardization of test & evaluation process, which can be used in special subject to army, navy and air force. 2) Skilled manpower and technology of weapon system test & evaluation a. Training & education, management of test & evaluation experts. b. Establishment of skill management system of test & evaluation. 3) Test facilities of weapon system test & evaluation a. Establishment of comprehensive improvement direction of test & evaluation installation and equipment. b. Consideration of counter measures to prevent overlapping investment, and to use the test & evaluation resources efficiently. c. Establishment of organic network for the effective use of test & evaluation installation and equipment. d. Establishment of detailed cooperation plan for the commonage of test & evaluation facility and equipment.

There has been a lot of growth more than 10% in the information security industry. In accordance with the industrial growth, it increased needs for the information security manpower development as a national problem. But there is an imbalance between demand and supply of the information security manpower in terms of the quantity and quality. It is mainly caused by the curriculum of the information security is made considering for suppliers not for demanders. As a resolution to solve this problem, we suggest the curriculum of information security for vocational education and training. As the information security area is wide in view of required knowledge and technology, we design the curriculum by selecting major occupation type from the information security manpower distribution and products and then by investigating the job description using NCS(National Competency Standard). And we compared the curriculum to that of two or three year diploma courses in Korea.

The study was conducted to project supply and demand of the physicians from year 1991 to year 2010 based on the analysis of supply and demand of the physicians up to year 1989. Results of the study will provide information for the physicians manpower planning of the 7th 5-year Economic Social Development Planning(1992-1996) and contribute to the overall health manpower planning for the 21the century. It is projected that physician will be oversupplied from the very near future based on the current productivity or underestimated based on the optimal productivity. Thus, it is desirable not to change size of training and education during the 7the 5-year planning period and re-examine the status of the physician manpower at the end of the 7th 5-year period taking into consideration medical services utilization pattern, patients' satisfaction, and physicians' productivity.

It is expected that interests and supports for 'the creative economy' will increase considerably since the establishment of the Park Geun Hye Administration. According to a report with respect to its cultural policy handed in by the Minister of Culture to the president on March 28, 2013, the administration will set up a basic plan of establishing regional fusion-typed laboratories including such genres as story telling, animations, games, cartoons, performances, etc. in May this year, and opening contents Korea laboratories across the country by the first quarter in 2014 as part of its core task. Furthermore, it will focus on implementing such policies for training professional manpower as creative mentoring programs, expansion of education for field employees and expansion of a creative education for young students, including a plan to train 1,000 creative contents talents by 2017 as described in the report. Since the Comics Promotional Law took effect in August 2012, the Korea Culture and Content Agency and the Comics Industry have been establishing the third plan for medium and long term development of the comics industry together. One of the most important policy is about training professional manpower. "Joint Business with Creative Talents," in which the amount of 4.5 billion won was invested, has already been implemented, and "Support Business for Field Employees of Comics Creating Enterprises," in which the amount of 0.6 billion won was invested, has been performed so far through the Korea Comics Contents Agency upon the request of the Comics Industry. The government's plan to train professional manpower is interlocked with its foundation and employment policies, and thus, this will be a good opportunity for colleges and universities that have comics related majors, especially for those that need proper measures for bring their graduates a chance to get a job. Accordingly, it seems that if the government develops more aggressive policies, reflects this on the third medium and long term development plan of the comics industry, and then organizes policy and study meetings led by the learned societies to implement this, it will be able to generate a significant synergy effect. This Article will concentrate on first examining the flow and patterns of the policy to train special manpower by the comics industry, the Ministry of Culture and related institutions since the establishment of the Comics Promotional Law, analyzing some problems in the first and second medium and long term development plan of the comics industry to be implemented from 2003 through 2013 and the third medium and long term development plan to be announced in June 2013 to train professional manpower, and then suggesting an effective direction and some alternatives to train professional manpower in universities in a medium and long term way.

The development of unmanned AI continues, and the development of AI unmanned is aimed at more efficiently, accurately, and speedily the work that has been resolved by manpower such as industry, welfare, and manpower. AI unmanned technology is evolving in various places, and it is time to switch to unmanned systems from many industries and factories. We take this into consideration, and use the Deep Learning technology, which is one of the core technologies of artificial intelligence (AI), not the manpower but the fruits that pour the rails at once in a large orchard. We want to study the unmanned fruit sorting machine that can be operated under manager's supervision without dividing the fruit by type and grade and dividing by country of origin and grade. The CubeSat, which was first launched to verify new technologies and for educational purposes, is now widely used as an educational tool since it makes possible development of manpower through practical training to produce the satellite at low development costs. At present, research and development on the CubSat is rapidly expanding in domestic and foreign universities. As one of the final 3 teams selected in the 2013 CUBE SATELLITE CONTEST organized by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, Chosun University is also currently conducting R & D of STEP Cube Lab, which is a CubeSat scheduled to be launched in 2015 and whose main task is to verify space-based technologies in orbit. The present paper tries to present an overview of the CubeSat of Chosun University whose development is being led by its undergraduate students, and further, introduce the strengths of the present development program for developing space experts, based on the educational achievements from the R & D.
