추락답(秋落沓)의 수도(水稻)에 대(對)한 규산(珪酸), 질소(窒素) 및 가리(加里)의 증시효과(增施效果) (The effect of increased application of silica, nitrogen and potassium on rice grown on Akiochi soils)

  • 1. 추락답(秋落畓)에 대(對)한 규산(珪酸), 질소(窒素) 및 가리(加里)의 증시효과는 현저하나 질소(窒素)는 수회(數回)로 나누어 분시(分施)하여야 한다. 2. 규산(珪酸)은 질소증시(窒素增施)의 효율을 높인다. 3. 질소(窒素)를 증시(增施)하면 주당수수(株當穗數)는 증가(增加)하나 등숙률(登熟率)이 현저히 감소(減少)된다. 질소증시(窒素增施)로 인(因)하여 감소된 등숙률(登熟率)은 가리증시(加里增施)로 높일 수 있다. 4. 규산시용(珪酸施用)은 추락도(秋落稻)의 등숙률(登熟率)과 수당립수(穗當粒數)를 증가(增加)시켰다. 5. 질소증시(窒素增施)는 식물체(植物體)의 질소함량(窒素含量)을 증가(增加)시키나 규산(珪酸) 및 가리(加里)의 함량(含量)은 감소(減少)되여 규산(珪酸)/질소(窒素) 및 가리(加里)/질소비(窒素比)가 낮아진다. 6. 추락답(秋落畓)에 질소(窒素)를 증시(增施)할 때에는 규산(珪酸) 및 가리(加里)도 함께 증시(增施)하여야 한다.

  • LED를 고효율 및 고수명으로 동작시키기 위해 장착되는 LED 컨버터는 정전압 및 정전류 구동을 함으로서 LED에 제공되는 전력을 일정한 전압과 전류 값으로 유지하여 LED를 동작시키게 한다. 하지만 이러한 LED 컨버터는 LED의 과열로 인해 전압이 떨어지거나 전력 선로의 손상으로 인한 과전압 혹은 회로 이상에 따른 과전압 발생 시에도 여전히 일정 전압 및 전류를 계속 LED에 공급하게 된다. 결국 LED에 과도한 전압이나 전류가 유입되어도 LED는 계속적으로 발광하기에 결국 파손되는 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 LED의 과열이나 전압강하 등의 이유로 과전류가 발생하면 PWM 회로를 정지시키고 일정 전류 이하에서만 PWM 회로가 동작하도록 하며 PWM 회로에서 과전압이 발생되는 경우 회로의 구동을 일시 정지시켜 LED가 과전류와 과전압에 의해 파손되는 것을 방지하는 피드백 회로를 제안한다.

  • This study attempts to examine compound weave among silk fabrics of Cho-Sun Dynasty. These silk fabrics have colorful patterns. They can be classified into two types by their texture structure one is called polychrome woven silk of which structure is plain or twill fabric : another is called satan damask of which structure is stain fabric. Their texture structure consist of warp and weft. In addition. there are other types of warp and weft for pattern structure ; various twill structures were used for patterns. A variety of colorful threads, including gold and silver ones. are used fur patterns in them. The brocaded-type fabric was primarily developed during Won Era of China. It was most developed in Ko-Rye Kingdom. During that era flat strip was used the most but its length was usually not long enough to finish one pattern. However, wrapped thread was increasingly used during the middle and later period of Cho-Sun Dynasty due to the development of weaving technology for gold thread. The brocaded-type fabric was produced in Korea and it was also Imported from China according to some record. There are some domestic empirical documents that show the names of imported Satin Samite, Brocaded satin and these are good evidence to prove the nationwide use of the cloth during Cho-Sun Dynasty. The density ratio of warp and weft is almost same except Samite in the third and Satin with flower motif in the second period is most density among them. C·F of Brocaded satin with Mang motif in the third period values the highest price. Brocaded satin, used with both gold and silver threads, is thickest.

한국산 곰치과 어류 첫기록종, Strophidon dorsalis (New Record of a Moray Eel, Strophidon dorsalis(Muraenidae, Anguilliformes) from Korea)

  • 곰치과에 속하는 Strophidon dorsalis 1개체 (전장 1,254 mm)가 2018년 7월 우리나라 남해안의 진도연안에서 연안통발로 처음 채집되었다. 이 종의 특징은 몸에 무늬가 없고, 주둥이가 약간 둥근 형태를 띠며, 2개의 안상골공 (superorbital pores), 3개의 안하골공 (infraorbital pores), 그리고 6개의 하악골공 (mandibular pores)을 갖는 다. 이 종은 형태적으로 가는곰치 (Strophidon sathete)와 유사하지만 안하골공이 3개이며 (vs. 가는곰치는 4개), 마지막의 안하골공은 눈의 앞부분에 위치하며 (vs. 안하골공이 눈의 뒷부분에 위치), 전장에 대해 체고비율이 3.2~4.1%(vs. 1.8~3.1%), 그리고 척추골수가 154~167개 (vs. 188~200)로 구분할 수 있다. 이 어종의 국명은 '서망곰치'로 제안한다.

  • 본 연구는 텔레비전 오디션 리얼리티 쇼의 서사 구성요소들이 현실을 구성하는 방식과 그 함의를 분석하고자 했다. 이를 위해 MBC TV의 <스타오디션 위대한 탄생>과 Mnet의 <슈퍼스타 K2>를 대상으로 서사구조 분석을 시도했다. 연구결과에 의하면, 분석대상 오디션 리얼리티 쇼는 등장인물들 간의 경쟁을 기반으로 연속적으로 사건이 전개되고 각각의 사건마다 생존과 탈락, 즉 선택과 배제의 경로가 제시되고 있었다. 그 결과 시청자들은 사실이 아닌 서사가 사실적으로 극화된 쇼를 보면서 영웅(스타) 신화를 정당화하고 음악적 구성요소들이 거래되는 과정에 몰입하게 된다. 동시에 시청자들은 오디션 리얼리티 쇼가 사실이 아님(non-real)을 인식하고 자발적으로 즐거움을 만끽하기도 한다. 이런 결과는 미디어의 정치경제적 권력화가 영웅이라는 허상을 부단히 재생산하면서 경쟁의 당위를 묵인하는 신자유주의적 이데올로기 중의 하나를 의미한다고 할 수 있다.

터널 보강용 고성능 침투 주입재 연구개발 (Development of New Micro-Cement Grouting Materials for Tunneling)

  • A new grouting material named 3S is developed that can be used effectively for reinforcing cut surface of weathered rock in processing of tunneling. The new material is composed of mostly micro slag cement and general Portland cement, but the material is foundered again upto $8,000\;cm^2/g$ of specific area so that it can be easily infiltrated in to the ground. For verifying technical and engineering quality of the material several laboratory tests with specially designed test apparatus were performed including compression tests, infiltration tests and resonant column tests. It was verified that the newly developed grouting material at early age of 1 or 3 days generates 200~1500% higher compressive strength and 400~560% larger elastic modulus than those of the LW(LW-1) or micro-cement(LW-2) grouting materials in the market. In addition, the new 3S grouting material could be so easily infiltrated into the model ground in the lab tests that it produces 4 times larger grouted roots in average compared to the usual water glass type grouting material(LW-1). Thus, it can be said that the newly developed grouting material can effectively prevent inflow water into tunnel compared to LW grouting materials.

적조생물 Cochlodinium polykrikodes 구제효율에 미치는 황토의 광물학적 특징 (Effects of Yellow Clay Contents on Removal Efficiency of Harmful Dinoflagellate Cochlodinium polykrikoides)

  • To address physicochemical factors of yellow clay for removing Cochlodinium polykrikoides blooms, the correlation of removal efficiency with mineralogical characteristics of yellow clay collected from various areas was surveyed. Yellow clay from different localities showed the wide range of chemical compositions $SiO_2$ : 43~71%, $Al_2O_3$ : 13~26%, $Fe_2O_3$ : 5~14%, MgO : 0.4~1.8%, $K_2O$ : 0.6~3.3%, L.O.I.(Loss of Ignition) : 4.5~15%. The mineral compositions of yellow clay were mainly consisted of quartz and feldspar including small amounts of kaolinite, chlorite, and Fe-oxides. The result of size analysis showed that $6{\Phi}(31{\sim}16{\mu}m)$ and $7{\Phi}(16{\sim}8{\mu}m)$ were dominated sizes. The zeta-potential were in the range of -4.1~-20.7mV(average -13.7). As increasing removal efficiency of C. polykrikoides, contents of $Al_2O_3$, $Fe_2O_3$ and L.O.I. in yellow clay increased, whereas $SiO_2$ content decreased. Furthermore, the amounts of silt mineral and small particle were high when the removal efficiency was high. According to factor analysis using principle component analysis, two components of factor 1 and factor 2 showed 79% of the total variance, which is related to cohesion and adsorption. Inducing cell lysis of C. polykrikoides by cohension and adsorption between C. polykrikoides and yellow clay.

  • Direct current(d.c.)leakage current voltage characteristics of radio-frequencymagnetron sputtered BaTa\sub 2\O\sub 6\ film capacitors with aluminum(A1) top and indium tin oxide (ITO) bottom electrodes have been investigatedas a function of applied field and temperature. In order to study surfacetreatment effect on the electrical characteristics of as-deposited film weperformed exposure of oxygen plasma on $BaTa_2O_6$ surface. d. c.current-voltage (I-V), bipolar pulse charge-voltage (Q-V), d. c. current-time (I-t) andcapacitance-frequency (C-f) analysis were performed on films. All ofthe films exhibita low leakage current, a high breakdown field strength (3MV/cm-4.5MV/cm), and high dielectric constant (20-30). From the temperature dependence of leakage current,we can conclude that the dominant conduction mechanism is ascribed toSchottky emission at high electric field (>1MV/cm) and hopping conduction at lowelectric field (<1MV/cm). According to our results, the oxide plasma surfacetreatmenton as-deposited $BaTa_2O_6$ resulted in lowering interfacebarrier height and thus, leakage current when a negative voltage applied to the A1 electrode. This can be explained by reduction of surface contamination via etching surface and filling defects such as oxygen vacancies.

중성자 조사한 4H-SiC MOSFET의 열처리에 의한 전기적 특성 변화 (The Electrical Properties of Post-Annealing in Neutron-Irradiated 4H-SiC MOSFETs)

  • In this work, we have investigated the effect of a 30-min thermal anneal at $550^{\circ}C$ on the electrical characteristics of neutron-irradiated 4H-SiC MOSFETs. Thermal annealing can recover the on/off characteristics of neutron-irradiated 4H-SiC MOSFETs. After thermal annealing, the interface-trap density decreased and the effective mobility increased in terms of the on-characteristics. This finding could be due to the improvement of the interfacial state from thermal annealing and the reduction in Coulomb scattering due to the reduction in interface traps. Additionally, in terms of the off-characteristics, the thermal annealing resulted in the recovery of the breakdown voltage and leakage current. After the thermal annealing, the number of positive trapped charges at the MOSFET interface was decreased.
