This article introduces definition and theoretical background of the managing records for ISO 9000 compliance, especially, quality record management and describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records in engineering corporation. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record completely but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.

The importance on the flow to the lifelong education system has been growing, as the eternal education is in a pivotal position according to the education system all over the world is changing rapidly. In particular, although consolidating instructor competencies for lifelong education have become the subject of conversation, there has not been any clear concept of lifelong education instructors nor of the competencies for those. So this research defined lifelong education instructors who work at various lifelong education facilities, especially those who focus on lectures, and the instructor competencies, and make analysis and deductions what types of competencies are necessary for effective and efficient teaching. For this, the researcher derived the concept of instructors and the instructor competencies for lifelong education through document analysis, and based on that, discovered the instructor competencies for lifelong education by experts review and survey. The result revealed that there were four types of instructor competencies for lifelong education, which were planning, managing, administrating, and supporting and encouraging students. There were searching needs of students, analyzing, and 13 other criteria for planning; managing human resources, materials management, and 7 other for managing; expertise in learning contents and 13 other for administrating; and giving feedback and 3 other for supporting and encouraging students.

A comparative study of single-phase PWM converters having active filtering functions both on ac-input and dc-output sides have been carried out. Based on the function of the dc-output side active filter, two types of configurations, the RPM (ripple power managing) type and the APM (average power managing) type are compared to show their contrastive characteristics. The prototype system using DSP based control algorithms, i.e. deadbeet current control and voltage sensor-less technique using full-order observer, show the availability of the proposed system.

As the size and complexity of network increase, Distributed Systems Management (DSM) will be significant issue within information network in order to increase the high reliability and to improve the flexibility of network management. The OSI management model has several problems. The key problems are that it does not fully address the problems of how to develop communication protocol in support of DSM, and how to classify the management connection criteria. In this paper, to solve first problem described above, this paper propose the connectionless CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol) to accomplish for effectively managing the distributed management system, and indicate its efficiency; this protocol is available to negotiate among the managing systems, handle the dynamic information. To work out second problem, we introduce the connection criteria in the hierarchy of management systems, and finally evaluate the efficiency of a suggested protocol during cooperative negotiation among the managing systems.

국가 경쟁력 제고를 위하여 해마다 정부 차원에서 많은 예산을 투자하여 수행되고 있는 국가연구개발사업의 성과물에 대한 관리가 효율적으로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이며, 기존의 연구성과관리정보 체제는 관리 측면에 치우쳐 있어 연구성과의 적극적 활용 및 확대를 위한 본래의 취지가 무시될 가능성이 있다. 따라서 이를 극복하기 위해서는 성과 관리시스템의 축을 정보관리에서 기술가치 평가와 기술확산의 개념으로 이동시켜야 하며, 본 연구를 통하여 기존에 관리 위주의 최소한의 성과정보 관리 및 유통 패러다임에서 벗어나 응용연구나 개발연구 분야의 최종 성과인 비용절감, 매출증대, 제품개선, 과학기술이나 경제사회로의 파급효과까지의 관련 정보도 지속적으로 관리할 수 있도록 국가 R&D 사업의 성과를 극대화하기 위한 방안을 시스템 측면에서 접근하여 그 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of DISC behavior pattern, stress-managing method, and the stress level on job attitude of hospital Employees, and to provide suggestions for effective human resources management in hospital settings. First, the research suggested emotional or aversive stress-managing method had significant influence to the stress level, whereas DISC behavior patterns did not. Second, to the job satisfaction, Influence, Compliance and Steadiness of DISC behavior patterns, challenging or aversive stress-managing method, and the stress level showed immediate meaningful effect. Third, for the system immersion, challenging or emotional ress-managing method as well as the job satisfaction showed direct influence. Especially, the challenging method had not only a direct but an indirect effect through mediating job satisfaction.

본 논문은 디자인 프로젝트 관리의 리엔지니어링으로서 프로젝트의 기획, 조직, 일정, 그리고 제어하는 통합적인 어플리케이션 소프트웨어 개발의 기초모델을 설정하고, 이를 토대로 프로젝트 관리 시스템의 연구/개발을 목표로 삼고 있다. 프로젝트의 성과, 소요기간, 소요예산, 그리고 소요자원 등을 관리하는 과정이 프로젝트 매니지먼트 기술의 근간을 이루는 것으로, 디자인 프로젝트 상의 수많은 정보를 적시에 효율적으로 처리함으로써 프로젝트를 성공으로 이끌 수 있게 된다. 한편, 디자인프로젝트의 관리를 집단의사결정에 의해 처리함으로써 신뢰도와 합리성의 제고는 물론, 이를 통한 사기앙양이 기대된다. 따라서, 여기에서 야기되는 의사집합의 곤란, 시간손실, 구성원의 갈등 등의 프로젝트 관리에서 비롯되는 부수적인 문제도 전자의 기본적인 관리요소와 함께 통합하여 디자인 프로젝트 관리 시스템(DPMS)을 연구/개발하였다. DPMS 시스템은 디자인 프로젝트의 선정과 디자인 프로젝트의 기획/실행관리/ 평가로 주요 모듈을 설정함으로써 프로젝트 매니저는 해당 프로젝트 과업(Task)과 활동(Activity)에 대한 팀의 운용을 융통성 있게 관리할 수 있게 된다. 이와 더불어 프로젝트 관리를 On-Line DBMS 시스템 환경 상에 운용되도록 하여 정보의 재생산성, 운용의 동시성, 그리고 보안성 등을 도모하였다.

The waterworks company is in charge of managing water facilities buried underground, and the management has been centered on manholes. However, since there is no standard management manual, it has been impossible to introduce and operate a systemized managing tool by water service providers and managers, and manhole management has been carried out by individual data recording personnel for each water service provider. When the management is carried out individually, the data to be shared by other waterworks managers tend to be privatized, and consequently, it may become a big obstacle to proceed with many civil works such as emergency leak repair, road excavation, replacement of old buildings. This report introduces RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system which is based on the magnetic field capable of IOT. It also describes the necessity of leveraging the system for smart managing of pipe management record that has been done by hand writing. The RFID system includes RFID marker, data reader, portable computer operating program, and data base server operating program. In this system, the data is managed with a single communication device, and it would be possible to share the information on the underground facilities and water treatment facilities. This RFID technology is expected to provide water service providers with opportunities to develop more scientific and modernized underground facilities information systems.

The major issues that higher education has recently faced are the shortage of students of school age, the changing environment of higher education and the evolving technology. These challenges have urged the university facilities and space to be managing more efficient and more effective. This study assures that the strong strategy is to operate more like business while retaining unique higher education values and a sound facilities management system and appropriate budget help to ensure that university facilities are good for student and teacher's demand. With such faith, this study explores the facilities/space maintaining status and the facility management system of national universities and collages. It finds that there are some problems to adapt new managing methodologies in national universities and that there are also some gaps and perceived constraints to effective space management. This study proposes the alternatives for the facilities managing system that involves the improvement of manpower structure, the expansion of budget scale and the establishment of appropriate facility management system. Finally it provides the practical tools for the effective space and facilities management such as space charging, space standards, central timetabling, space utilisation survey and facilities performance indication.

운영되고 있는 대부분의 저수조는 사람의 오감에 의해 관리되고 있다. 이에 인적 물적 자원은 낭비되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인적 자원의 낭비를 줄이고, 저수조를 온라인 실시간으로 관리하기 위하여 저수조 무선 통합 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 저수조 수위 센서가 저수위 감지시 저수조 콘트롤에서 무선을 통해 데이터를 무선 콘트롤로 보내어 펌프를 가동한다. 이때 저수조에서 일어나는 각종 데이터를 라인전송 모뎀으로 송신한다. 라인전송 모뎀에서 수신된 데이터는 각 시간 단위로 로그를 기록한 후 데이터베이스에 저장된다. 저장된 데이터를 기반으로 펌프동작, 펌프고장, 수위, 태양전지고장, 약품, 전화회선을 감지한 후 실시간으로 결과를 가시화한다. 저수조 무선 통합 관리 시스템을 개발하여 시스템의 논리적 타당성과 유효성을 검증하기 위해 실험적인 적용을 시도하고자 한다.
