In this study, we empirically investigated the internal consistency among priorities in manufacturing strategy, manufacturing activity program performances and managerial performance indices in domestic electronic manufacturing firms. The test results show that there exist several significant internal consistencies with managerial implication related in research model. Especially, priority in quality shows most significant consistency through manufacturing activity program performances and managerial performance indices.

This research aims to analyze the effects of managerial overconfidence and corporate governance on investment decisions. Besides, it also tries to discover the effect of internal financing mediation between managerial overconfidence and corporate governance on investment decisions. This study employed panel data from 44 manufacturing companies from 2014 to 2019, out of a total of 117, thus the total observations are 264. The hypothesis was verified through structural equation modeling (Smart PLS 2). The study revealed as follows: 1) Managerial overconfidence has a positive and significant effect on internal financing, while corporate governance has a negative and significant effect on internal financing, 2) managerial overconfidence, internal financing, and corporate governance have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, 3) internal financing partially mediated the effect of managerial overconfidence on investment decisions, However, internal financing does not mediate the effect of corporate governance on investment decisions. The findings in this study will help company managers implement good corporate governance to improve investment efficiency. In addition, managers can reduce the proportion of retained earnings and increase the proportion of dividend payout ratios, and increase the use of external sources of funds in making investments to minimize agency costs and manager's opportunistic behavior.

Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate educational need of nursing managerial competency in the hospitals. Method: The data were collected from 296 nurses(nurse manager and nurse) who had worked in 9 hospitals using the structured questionnaires. Data was analysed by the SPSS for Windows 12.0 program. Results: Educational needs of the nurse managerial competency development were very high. Most of items in the areas of 'human resource management', 'leadership', 'ethic/ law responsibility' and 'quality improvement' were needed for nurse managerial competency development. Current level of the nurse managerial competency level in practice was lower than education need. However nurses had moderate level ability in the areas of 'ethic/ law responsibility', 'human resource management' and 'nursing information management'. There were significant differences in current level and need of the nurse managerial competency(p=.000). Education needs of the nurse managerial competency were influenced by age, clinical career, position, education level, experience of nurse manager education(p<.05). 5) Education program operations were preferred to 'the theme course', 'lecture', 'external education institution'. Conclusion: Education program of the nursing managerial competency development is urgently needed for nurses who have worked in a hospital.

Purpose: In accordance with changes in the healthcare environment, it is necessary to understand managerial cost accounting for nurses. This study aimed to develop educational components of managerial cost accounting for nurses. Methods: This study is comprised of a comprehensive literature review, nominal group technique using focus group interview, audit by an expert group, and priority analysis. Results: The comprehensive literature review identified 15 educational components of managerial cost accounting. In the nominal group technique, the participants finally agreed on eight educational components of managerial cost accounting for nurses. The average content validity index of these components was 0.99. "Activity-based costing" scored the highest for relative importance (15.7%). Conclusions: These results can be used to develop an education program to strengthen nurses' managerial cost accounting competencies. Furthermore, it will be helpful to use a basis for the development of cost management curricula for nursing students and on-the-job training courses of nurse managers and executives.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs for managerial service for residents in multi-family housing. For the survey and statistical analysis, the questionnaires from 484 residents and 84 housing managers of multi-family housing within the Seoul metropolitan area were used. The analytical methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, t-test, and factor analysis. The results of this study are as follow : (1) Basic services within a multi-family housing included management, minimum residential self governance, basic etiquette, and community program. And additional service were categorized by the health and entertainment program, the consumer service program, the residential life services, the information and financial services program, and the children's program. (2) The favorite needs of residents' additional services were the market news and information, the programs related health, the mail services, the health diagnosis service programs etc. But, housing managers' needs were the market news and information, and the flea market. As to the results analyzing the needs for additional service fir residents, it was found there were differences between residents and housing managers.

우리의 채란 양계산업은 호당 사육 규모의 확대와 기술개선이 있었음에도 사육 기반은 낙후되었고 자동화 시설이 크게 도입되지 않았으며 영농 기록도 하지 않았다. 이는 아직도 기술 향상과 구조개선에 의해 생산비 절감이 가능함을 보인 것이다. 이 연구에서의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 채란양계 경영 내부에서 무엇이 문제인가를 판단하고 개선방향을 분석하는데 필요한 전산모형을 개발함으로써 그동안 실행되지 못했던 경영진단을 실시할 수 있고, 새로운 경영전략의 도입에 대한 경제적 합리성의 판단을 쉽게 할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 우리 농가의 실정에 적합하도록 입출력 모형을 세웠고, 컴퓨터에 대한 지식이 없는 농가도 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 한글화시켰으며, 모형을 단순화 하였으면서도 농민이나 연구자들이 필요로 하는 내용은 포함토록 하였다. 우리나라의 개인용 컴퓨터의 보급이 크게 신장되었으나, 아직도 채란계 농가까지 널리 보급되지 않은 상태에서 채란계 농가가 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 이러한 프로그램들이 많이 개발되어야 채란계 농가에 컴퓨터의 보급이 촉진되고, 정보화 시대에 대응할 수 있기 때문에 이 모형은 상당한 유용성을 가진다고 볼 수 있다. 앞으로는 일반관리(사양관리, 방역관리, 사료, 작업관리) 등과 결합된 종합 경영관리 모형이 개발되어 농민이 컴퓨터에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate clinical nurses' perception on nursing managerial competencies. Methods: This was a descriptive study. The data were collected from 198 nurse managers who had worked in six general hospitals using a self-reporting questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Importance-Performance Analysis. Results: Only 32% of the participants had experienced nursing managerial competency training. The mean score for perceived performance of nursing managerial competency was lower than that for perceived importance. There were significant differences in perceived importance, performance, and importance-performance gaps among head, charge, and staff nurses. Importance-performance analysis showed that three of the 30 nursing managerial competencies require further development: staffing, human resources development and education, and nursing standard development competency. There were significant differences in importance-performance gaps according to age, career years in current hospital, work shift, position, nursing delivery system, and nursing managerial competency-education experience. Conclusion: A training program for developing and improving nursing managerial competencies which is focused on the gaps in importance and performance level is needed for clinical nurses. In addition, it should be considered to improve nursing work conditions such as nursing delivery system and formal appointment in order to increase the performance of nursing managerial competencies.

The Aim of this development is the management of a forecasting analysis program based on a real-time remote sensing data. Using this program it is possible to predict a failure of levee facilities in advance. therefor, it is necessary for making plans of a safety countermove. In this development we have researched the analysis method which could operate effectively the levee facilities using real-time monitoring data from a remote sensing system and the safety managerial program using the algorism from the analysis method developed.

Purpose: This study is performed to develop the contents of career ladder program for nurses in a hospital. And this study present the appropriate strategies of career ladder program using the clinical ladder in clinical nursing field in Korea. Methods: The method of the study were modified Delphi technique with professional group for identifying nursing domains, steps of career ladder system and managerial strategy. Result: We identified tool of the nursing domains; nursing patient, quality approvement and research, development of human resources, leadership and qualifications of promotion and contents of ladder of each level. We created expected role consisted of clinical ladder and classified 4 steps; novice, competent, proficient, expert. And finally managerial principles and application process are presented in this study. Conclusions: Development of career ladder program at a hospital was not need many time consumption but very important tool of nursing profession. And it is needed to validate and refine the tool developed continuously.

The purpose of this study was to make improvement plan of supplement education for multifamily housing managers. It had investigated a difficult degree of managerial work and troubles of education through questionnaires by 144 housing manager in Ulsan. Analysis methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, one-way ANOVA by the SPSS 10.0 for windows program. The parts of evaluation tool were composed of maintenance, operating management, residential life management. The evaluation tool got contents through the documents research, present education contents and questions on the Internet. Likert summated scale(5 point) was used. The results of study showed that a difficult degree of managerial work in the residential life management was the highest. A difficult degree of maintenance work was the highest on the defect examination and decision of repair method of equipment facilities and construct frame. The degree of difficulty of the operating management was high on the homepage management through Internet and well-being progress of housing managers.
