『우리읍내(Our Town)』의 무대감독(stage manager) 배역에 나타난 극적 기능 (A Study on the Dramatic Function of Stage Manager in 『Our Town』)

  • 손톤 와일더(Thornton Wilder, 1897~1975)의 대표작인 『우리읍내(Our Town)』(1938)의 무대감독(stage manager) 역(役)은 배우의 연기적인 접근 방식, 연출가의 무대형상화 방법론, 관객의 연극을 체험하는 관극형태 등에서 무척이나 흥미롭고 다양한 관점을 제시하는 독특한 극적 장치이다. 와일더가 『우리읍내』에서 무대감독 역(役)을 단순 해설자(narrator)의 틀로 한정하지 않고 무대감독(stage manager)이라 명명한 이유는 무엇인가? 그것은 『우리읍내』에는 드라마가 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 기본 요소가 의도적으로 결여되어 있기 때문에 과감히 생략된 시공간을 포함한 극작술의 여백을 무한한 상상력을 통해 관객과 함께 만들어가는 좀 더 주체적이고 전지전능한 역할이 필요했던 것이다. 그런 이유로 무대감독 역(役)은 해설자(narrator) 이상의 훨씬 더 복잡하고 다 기능적인 역할을 수행한다. 이에 본 논문은 『우리읍내』의 무대감독(stage manager) 배역에 나타난 극적 기능을 알아보기 위해 그 전제로서 극장주의 연극 스타일(style)과 연극적 약속(theatrical convention)의 개념을 정확히 규명한 이후 연극적 약속(theatrical convention) 맺기, 장면 진행과 장면 전환의 책임자, 작가 사상의 전달자(messenger), 극적 리듬과 템포의 조절 순으로 범주화시켜 고찰해 봄으로써 극장주의적인 연극적 약속을 통해 진정한 연극적 재미와 감동을 창출하려는 무대형상화 종사자들에게 도움을 주고자 한다.

다문화가족지원센터 관리자의 직무 경험에 대한 인식 (The Managers' Perception of Work Experience in Multicultural Family Support Centers)

  • This study identifies the aspects of a managers' perceived work experience in a Multicultural Family Support Center and analyzes how work experience backgrounds are formulated. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 managers from March to September 2015 to understand managers' work experience. Descriptions from the interviews were analyzed using phenomenological research methods. The result show that their work experience can be categorized into 73 meanings, 10 subcategories, and five themes. The five themes are 'program development,' 'employees assignment optimization,' 'use and control network resources,' 'deal with changes in needs of multicultural families,' and 'supports vs. controls.' The analysis of the themes and subcategories from each theme allows us to first interpret that managers consider their significant and diversified work tasks overwhelming. Second, they find their jobs fit them and feel personally interested with a sense of duty from their work to overcome stress from heavy workloads. Third, managers put a high value on their work as a hands-on experience that is an officially authorized position from the government. Fourth, they are proud that they contribute to offering welfare services to multicultural families as members of Multicultural Family Support Centers.

전자정부서비스에 대한 개인정보제공의 영향요인 (Factors Influencing the Provision of Personal Information in Electronic Government Services)

  • Frequent outbreak of intrusion of private information is occurring recently not only at portal sites but also in electronic information service of public agencies. Due to these intrusions, it is observed that the citizens tend to avoid providing their private information even to the service for public agencies. Therefore, the object of this research can be explained as demonstrating the influence of the intention of provision for private information to foster the selectronic information ervice of the public agencies. In order to achieve this, this research intends to demonstrate how the experience of the intrusion of the private information affects the concern about the privacy and how the information factor from the public electronic information service has influence on the reliability toward the public. The results showed that the experience of intrusion of privacy, awareness of the danger of privacy, and the sense protection of the information from the manager at public agencies have direct influence on the concern of privacy. Meanwhile, it has been verified that the awareness of information protection of a manager, the systemicity of information protection, and the surveillance and punishment of information protection have influence on the reliability of public agencies.

병원간호사의 병원정보시스템 활용정도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Utilization of Clinical Nurses' Hospital Information System)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the factors affecting utilization of clinical nurses' hospital information system. Method: Using a convenient sampling, 450 nurses from 9 secondary or tertiary university hospitals in B metropolitan city were selected. Results: The extent that nurses utilize the hospital information system was 3.22 point on average. The hospital information system utilization was positively correlated with personal information utilization skill, information-oriented education, attitude toward computer, and support of the chief manager, while as negatively correlated with the organizational atmosphere. The causal factors of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were personal information technology, education experience of the hospital information system, age, attitude toward computers, education level and support of the chief manager. The total eigenvalue of the variables was 38%. The major variables of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were the personal information technology and education experience of the hospital information system. Conclusions: Thus, nurse managers should provide training courses to improve personal information technology of nurses, and consistently promote them so that nurses can readily apply the hospital information system which have been recently introduced in various ways and thus improve the efficiency of nursing.

The Relationship between Organizational Capability, Organizational Learning and Financial Performance

  • This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of organizational capability and organizational learning on the financial performance of family-business type small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition, this study examines the moderating role of SMEs' ages and the managers' experiences in the relationship between organizational capability and organizational learning on the SMEs financial performance. This study is a basic exploratory research conducted by using an empirical survey, i.e., sampling of the businessman (the owner) of family-business type SMEs cross-functional in the area of DIY. The study uses purposive sampling. The respondents are the SME businessmen from the various business sectors in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The number of respondents is 150. Hypothesis testing used SPSS program's moderation regression approach; validity and reliability testing used confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. The result of this study shows that organizational capability positively and significantly affects the financial performance. Also, organizational learning significantly affects the financial performance. The organization's age factor does not moderate the relationship between organizational capability and the financial performance, but it is significant on the organizational learning. The factor of manager's experience moderates insignificantly on the relationship between organizational capability and financial performance. However, it is significant to the organizational learning.

  • 새로운 정보기술이 기업의 성공에 있어서 어떠한 효과를 가져 왔는지 연구하였다. 새로운 정보기술에 대한 관리자의 판단이 긍정적인 생각에 기초를 두었을 경우에 성공한 경우와 새로운 정보기술을 조사 적용하는 활동에 소속되지 않았던 관리자들이 성공한 경우의 정도를 전략적인 차원에서 비교 연구코자 한다. 비록 전략적 차원에서 관리자의 판단이 조직에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것이 검증되었다손 치더라도 그러한 판단에 대한 결정이 그리 관심을 일으키지 못하였다. 본 논문은 전략적 차원에서 관리자가 새로운 정보기술 적용에 따른 판단이 그들의 사전 경험이 상당히 작용할 것이라는 것을 제시하며 미래에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가를 검토하고자 한다.

A Study on Optimal Duration Estimation for Construction Activity

  • As a construction project is recently becoming large-scaled and complex, construction process plan and management for successful performance of a construction project has become more important. Especially a reasonable estimation plan of activity duration is required because the activity duration is directly related to the determination of the entire project duration and budget. However, the activity duration is used to estimate by the experience of a construction manager and past construction records. Furthermore, the prediction of activity duration is more difficult because there is some uncertainty caused by various influencing factors in a construction project. This study suggests an estimation model of construction activity duration using neural network theory for a more systematic and objective estimation of each activity duration. Because suggested model estimates the activity duration by a reasonable schedule plan, it is expected to reduce the error between planning duration and actual duration in a construction project. And it can be a more systematic estimation method of activity duration comparing to the estimation method by experience of project manager.

일선 간호관리자의 리더쉽 프로그램 요구 조사 (A Study of Leadership Training Program Demands of First-Line Nurse Managers in University Hospitals)

  • There is an important concern regarding the First-line nurse manager's leadership because of the recognition that effectiveness of Leadership in this position results in benefits for the whole health care organization. So knowledge and practice of effective leadership behavior are now more essential to nursing than ever before. First-line Nurse Managers must be effective leaders to meet today's challenge because staff nurse, patient are affected by them. So the purpose of this study was to identify and to analyse the need for Leadership program of First-Line nurse managers in university hospitals. There were three major purposes of this study. First, identify First-line nurse managers general characteristic, second, identify their experience of leadership training, third, identify and analysis their demands for leadership training program. The subjects for this study was 167 First-line nurse manager randomly from 18 university hospitals in Korea. The data were collected through questionnaires from Oct. 13th to Nov. 20th, 1997, data was analysed using frequencies and percentages. Especially the steps of analysis of descriptions were as follows: Initial analysis centered on the identification of the demands of first-line nurse managers. Later analysis collapsed the demands into broad categories. From the collect data, 283 demands of first-line nurse managers were identified. These demands were then sorted into 3 broad categories that included : Self development as first-line nurse managers, relationship with others, and practice. The result of the study were as follows ; 1) Most of nurse managers(79.6%) had leadership training course and had good experience to improve self leadership. 2) Their demands of leadership training course are as follows First, for self as first-line nurse managers, they want to learn leadership theory, identify their leadership style and then develop their leadership skill. Second, for others as first-line nurse managers, they want to improve their communication skill, empowering others, relationship with others. Third, for patients as first-line nurse managers, improve their knowledge of practice. From the above finding, this study can be suggested the following; 1. Develope a leadership training course to improve first- line nurse manager's leadership skill according to their demands, so they will be better able to lead staff nurses for organization purposes. 2. When develope leadership training program, it must be contained the factors which first-line nurse managers want to learn.

오픈액세스 학술출판 지원 인터페이스 사용성 평가 및 개선안 사례 연구 (Case Study of Usability Evaluation and Improvement Plan for Open Access Academic Publishing Support Interface)

  • 본 연구는 오픈액세스 출판지원 서비스 플랫폼인 AccessON 학술지 리포지터리 인터페이스 중 관리자 인터페이스의 사용성 평가를 통해 오픈액세스 출판지원 서비스 플랫폼의 개선방안을 모색하고자 하는 연구이다. 인터페이스의 사용경험 응답 수집, 이를 통한 이슈 및 개선점 도출, 타 오픈액세스 출판지원 서비스 플랫폼을 위한 제안사항 분석 및 도출이라는 세 가지 연구 질문에 대한 응답을 위해 오픈액세스 출판 및 사용성 평가에 관련된 각종 문헌과 사례같은 선행연구를 검토하였으며, 설문조사와 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통해 관리자 인터페이스 사용경험에 대한 응답을 수집하였다. 이를 종합하여 AccessON 학술지 리포지터리 인터페이스의 사용성 평가 결과를 각종 수치정보를 통해 제시할 수 있었다. 사용성 평가의 결과는 AccessON 학술지 리포지터리 관리자 인터페이스의 이슈 및 개선점을 제안가능하게 하였으며 최종적으로 이후 개발될 오픈액세스 학술출판지원 서비스 플랫폼을 위한 제안사항을 도출할 수 있었다.

XML기반 전역 Peer-to-Peer 엔진 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of XML based Global Peer-to-Peer Engine)

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 종류의 서비스 지원이 가능하며, PC, 웹, 모바일 환경을 연동 할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 XML 기반 글로벌 P2P 엔진을 제안하고 이에 대한 설계 및 구현 경험을 소개한다. 제안된 P2P 엔진은 모든 메시지 교환 시 텍스트 기반의 XML을 사용함으로써 웹 연동 및 이기종간 데이터 교환이 가능하며, 다중 수준의 보안레벨과 여러 보안 알고리즘을 적용할 수 있는 기능도 제공한다. 이를 위하여 제안된 시스템은 모든 메시지를 스케줄링, 필터링 하는 Message Dispatcher, 보안 기능을 지원하는 보안 관리자와 전송을 담당하는 전송 관리자를 포함하는 SecureNet Manager, 피어를 검색하여 피어 네트워크 환경을 구성하는 Discovery Manager, 그리고 XML 문서처리 기능을 포함하는 데이터 관리자인 Repository Manager 모듈로 구성되어있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 시스템의 가용성 평가를 위해 커뮤니케이션 서비스인 채팅과 협업 중 공동 저작 도구로서 화이트보드 그리고 파일 공유서비스를 각각 구현하고, 기존의 타 시스템과의 성능 비교 평가를 하였다.
