본 논문에서는 임상콘텐츠모형(Clinical Contents Model; CCM) 산출물의 효율적인 개발과 배포 및 홍보를 지원하는 관리시스템인 CCM Manager를 개발했다. CCM의 개발과정에서부터 산출물 관리 및 배포까지의 업무 프로세스를 분석하여 관리자 기능과 사용자 기능을 도출했고, CCM 아키텍처를 기반으로 데이터베이스를 설계하였으며 각 사용자들이 쉽게 접근하여 내용을 검색할 수 있도록 하기 위해 웹 기반으로 개발하였다. CCM Manager는 모델 개발자 상호간의 개발된 결과물이 잘 공유될 수 있게 지원하고, 관리자가 수작업으로 산출물을 패키지화하여 배포하지 않아도 일반 사용자에게 CCM의 모델 형식의 산출물을 배포하고 홍보할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 검색 기능과 시각화된 모델 브라우징 방식을 제공하고, 관리자 기능까지 포함한다는 측면에서 타 임상정보모델 지원시스템에 비해 우수함을 보인다. 본 연구에서 개발된 CCM Manager는 현재 CCM 개발 프로세스에서 활용되고 있으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 향후 CCM Manager 활용에 대한 효용성 분석이 이루어질 전망이다.

본 논문의 목적은 복잡한 군수지원시스템의 모델링과 시뮬레이션을 위한 방법론을 제안하는 것이다. 제안하는 군수지원시스템 시뮬레이션 모델을 구성하는 요소들은 세 가지가 있다 : Logistics force agent(static model), Military supplies transport manager(function model), Military supplies state manager(dynamic model). Logistics force agent는 main function agent와function agent로 구성된다. Function agent가 다른 Logistics force agent에도 적용할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, 이는 에이전트의 높은 조합성과 재사용성을 가진다. Military supplies transport manager는 보급로에 대한 정보를 가지며 military supplies state manager로부터 받은 결정변수를 기반으로 보급로를 결정하고 군수품을 수송하는 역할을 하는 에이전트이다. Military supplies state manager는 군수품 보급을 요청받고 보급량, 우선순위 따위의 결정 변수를 military supplies transport manager에게 알려주는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 군수 시뮬레이션 모델의 설계를 위해 Discrete Event Systems Specification(DEVS) formalism을 이용하였다.

본 연구에서는 건설 현장에서 안전사고를 사전에 방지하기 위해 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 안전관리자와 현장 근로자를 대상으로 근로조건과 직무만족도의 비교를 실시하고, 현장관리자와 안전관리자의 근로조건이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과, 기본임금과 의료, 여가가 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 현장관리자와 안전관리자의 비교분석결과, 안전관리자는 현장관리자보다 기본임금에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 현장관리자의 경우, 기본임금을 제외하고, 의료, 여가가 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나왔으나, 안전관리자의 경우, 산재, 숙소가 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 건설현장에서 안전관리자의 근로조건에 대한 개선방안을 도출하여 현장 안전관리에 대한 건설기업과 정부 측면의 정책 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the housewives' characteristics of household work management. to classify the household work manager styles and to investigate the relationship between the household work manager styles and the family life satisfaction. The data used for statistical analysis is 352 housewives. The data were analyzed by using SPSSWIN Program, $x^2$-test, one-way ANOVA With Duncan's Multiple Range test and t-test were utilized to test null hypotheses. The major findings of this study were as follows : Human centered household work management was more popular than task centered. Family life satisfaction was significantly different depending on the household work manager style. The idel style was concluded as the most desirable manager style.

본 논문은 ATM network 환경에서 사용할 수 있는 망관리 프로토콜을 적응하는데 있어 최적의 망관리 구성 환경과 최적의 운용 변수를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. ATM 통합 망관리 프로토콜로써 SNMPv2 프로토콜을 사용할 때 polling 주기와 sub Manager의 개수의 변화에 따른 성능과 지연을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 고찰하였다. 폴링 주기의 변화에 따른 결과를 보면 폴링 주기가 작을 때 각 sub manager에 대하여 해당되는 폴링 주기가 작아짐에 따라 폴링 주기가 큰 경우에 비하여 지연이 급격히 증가하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 또한 폴링 주기가 일정한 경우 Sub Manager의 개수의 변화에 따른 성능과 지연을 보면 sub Manager의 개수가 많아지는 경우 각각의 sub manager에 대한 폴링 서비스 시간이 짧아지고 또한 Trap의 발생에 따른 inform Request PDU의 발생이 빈번해 져서 전체 처리율이 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 폴링주기와 sub Manager의 개수에 따른 최적의 망관리 환경을 제시하였다.

The active rule system is a key element of the rule-based mobile agent middleware system for activeness and autonomy of the sensor network. The rule manager, which is the main components of active rule based mobile agent framework and active rule system, performs the control and management of the rule-related processes. In this paper, we design and implement the roles and functions of the rule manager in detail. The proposed rule manager plays an important role in the sensor network environment. The sensor data server loads the active rule on the mobile agent by the rule manager according to the situations, and the mobile agent migrates to the destination node and performs the designated action. This active rule-based mobile agent middleware system presents the usefulness for the various sensor network applications. Through the rule execution experiment using the rule-based mobile agent, we show the adaptability and applicability of rule-based mobile agent middleware system to the dynamic environmental changes in sensor networks.

The purpose of this paper was to find the apartment manager's general work, problems and opinion. 35 managers of multi-family housing which located in Kwangmyung city were interviewed during July, 1999. Questionnaire was consisted of questions which manager's opinion about their job boundaries. At the managerial standpoint, there was a perceived gap in expectation level about the manager's role between the manager and residents in multi-family housing complexes. The fact that the lack of interpersonal communication caused this gap was founded. Managerial rules and guidelines should be described in detail and be known by all residents. Specified guideline should be suggested regarding the boundaries of the manager's job, responsibilities and rights, and extra work beyond the management job in order to prevent conflicts or problems between the managing body and the residents. There guidelines also play an important role in solving the conflicts and problems in multi-family housing.

Recently, the concern of the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) have shifted to the promotion of the professional service's trade via the bilateral and reciprocal agreement of its professional laws. In the construction industry, this policy has intended to make the standardization of the construction manager's profession in the world. The purpose of this paper is 1) first to define the general model of professions in the U.S., UK and Japan, 2) then to declare the construction manager's model of the profession in them to apply the general model of professions, and 3) finally to analyze the identity of Korean construction managers and acquirement of its construction manager's law comparing with construction manager's model of the profession in the U.S., UK and Japan.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of resilience and work engagement on performance of managers in the automotive sector in Morocco. It analyses the mediating effect of work engagement between resilience and manager performance. Though earlier studies have focused on the effect of resilience on employee performance and work engagement. none has looked at the mediating role of work engagement in this context. Thus, the present paper attempts to fill this literature gap. Research design, data and methodology: A confirmatory survey was conducted among a sample of 196 employees of automobile companies in Tangier-Morocco. A structural equation analysis using SmartPLS was performed while Preacher and Hayes (2008) method was used to analyze the mediation effect. Results: a) Manager resilience has a positive influence on work engagement, which further influences their performance; b) there is a statistically insignificant relationship between resilience and manager performance; c) Structural equation modelling analysis shows that work engagement partially mediates the relationship between resilience and manager performance. Conclusion: Theoretical contributions, practical implications, and future research directions are discussed.

The Mission environment of UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle) has a complexity and variety, and the status of system and sensor is dependent on the environment factors such as operation time, the weather and road type. It is necessary for UGV to cope adaptively with the various mission types, operation modes and operation environment as human operators do. To satisfy this necessity, we present an autonomy manager based on the autonomous architecture. In this paper, we design a path planning software architecture and LPP manager by using open autonomous architecture which is previously designed by ADD. Field test is conducted with UGV in order to verify the performance of LPP Manager based on the Autonomous Architecture with scenarios.
