The purpose of the this study was to identify the relations among intelligence, parenting environment and self-regulation of preschool children. The subjects were 81 children between the ages 3 and 6 and their mothers from one day-care center in Seoul. T-test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. First, the result of this study showed that children's self-regulation ability by sex difference was significant to only girls and children's self-regulation ability by no was not significant. Parents who had higher educational background were positively related to children's intelligence and children's self-regulation ability was significant to mothers' educational background. Second, the preschool children who got higher scores in intelligence scale were higher self-regulation ability. Third, the young children's self-regulation ability showed significance only in motor intelligence which was one of the subscales of intelligence scale. Fourth, the effect of children's intelligence and parenting environment on preschoolers' self-regulation were relatively presented as intelligence($\beta$=.34, p<.01), trauma state($\beta$=0.31, p<.05) and development state($\beta$ =.23, p<0.5) which were subscales of parenting environment.

This paper presented the development trend of UPS and SPS system has focused on large scale system and more convenient system to maintenance and management. In this paper, we proposed low price and high performance SPSs which can de voltage regulation, harmonic reduction, and capable capacity extension in power. These SPSs are composed by two SPSs in their functional structure, one is power control part including voltage regulation and instant voltage compensaton. The others part is web based monitoring and trend management part for more convenient to SPS operator.

This article describes the theoretical foundations of government policy for hospitals in terms of correcting market failure and enhancing equity. It then discusses the characteristics that desirable payment systems should have, and the effects of the DRG-based prospective payment system on hospital behavior, its financial performance, hospital industry, and health care expenditure. The rationales and impacts of other public policies for hospitals such as antitrust and fair trade regulation, dissemination of practice guidelines and hospital mortality information, regulation of hospital capital investment, and tax policy are also discussed.

Eventually so as to realize the construction safety, 1 found out the cause of accident and specificities of the construction industry. This study presented to several situations and problems on construction safety. As a result of this study, the below matters must be improved for more effective the construction safety management system. 1. It need to introduce the total construction safety management system. Because there is not effectiveness in the current safety management to the first on the construction field. a. We must consider the safety in the whole parts of the process of the construction and constructors of each part must devide responsibility of the construction safety as a CDM(The Construction Designed Management) used in UK. b. It is desirable to proceed control of safety in the whole parts of the construction to introduce the total safety coordinator that can consult the matters of safety as a law accepted in EU. c. Like management of the construction safety in USA, direction of the construction safety must be made to work exactly by code or manual. d. To improve the organization of the construction safety on the construction field unefficient, it must be introduced safety supervisor, safety coordinator or institutionalization of safety consultant. 2. The law of the construction safety not only have wasteful element but also decrease efficiency by overlapping of regulation, The Ministry of Labour and The Ministry of Construction & Transportation, So laws related with safety must be instituted. a. To realize total safety management, The Ministry of Labour must legislate the basic law about safety management in whole field. b. To legislate the construction safety under one law, and improve efficiency of the overlapping of regulation and the similar law by The Ministry of Construction & Transportation. c. It must be made the law of construction safety that can proper to change of situation in construction. d. The standard of safety must be instituted belong to international level and improved by year. e. We must improve irrational regulation to realize activity of safety self regulating for progress competition in construction industry

This study is one of the research series for providing basic data that would contribute to the development of the field of fishing industry through the systematic fishing management, protection of fishery resources and healthy fishing culture with safety measures for fishermen in Jeju island according to the implementation of "Fishing Management and Support Act". As a result of analyzing the related acts, the contents of this study are related with provisions of "Fishing management and Support Act" on acts on fishing management, fish bait management, support for fishing and fishing related industries and with provisions of "Act of the preservation and management of desert island" on the preservation, use and development of desert island (use and development in a desert island, behavior in usable desert island). As a result of the survey, the rocks on the seashore showed the highest popularity with 52.6% for fishermen and the seawall was the highest with 47.1% for Maritime police as their fishing place in the fishing related activity data. And as the survey result about the awareness of "Fishing management and Support Act", 65.2% of general fishermen, 36.0% of maritime police and 70.5% of fishing related agencies answered that they knew the act. It was also surveyed whether they consider its contribution to fishing related industry development and positive result was shown by general fishermen and maritime police with 46.8%, 48.0% respectively whereas fishing-related enterprises showed negative answer with 47.7%. In the survey of fishing related regulation standard, general fishermen, maritime police and fishing related agencies all showed different opinions regarding the regulation standard. It is recommended that regulation standard needs to be set up after detailed review.

This study discovered the effects of strategic learning and network building on a company's environmental management performance. According to the results, the environmental awareness of the company and competition threats within the industry did not significantly affect the establishment of environmental strategy, whereas the consumer's sensitivity to the environment and the environmental regulation of the government did. The environmental awareness of the company and the consumer's sensitivity to the environment were found to greatly impact a company's network building. which is closely related with the utilization of multimedia system and technology. In addition, it was found that the establishment of corporate environmental strategy had a significant effect on network building and strategic learning, but network building did not significantly affect strategic learning, indicating a difference. Finally, corporate strategic learning affected environmental management performance, suggesting an importance in accumulating strategic learning capabilities to increase environmental management performance.

The article defines the problems of forming the models of government regulation of clustering, marketing management and labor market in the context of globalization, business bankruptcy risk and services market development. The clustering models based on the optimal partner network cooperation were proposed in order to ensure the strategic development of territories, to attract budget leading enterprises and to support small businesses. A descriptive model of government regulation of clustering, marketing management and labor market in the context of globalization, business bankruptcy risk and Covid-19 was determined.

본 연구는 직장인들을 대상으로 직장-가정갈등과 분노조절 및 조직몰입의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장인 180명을 대상으로 직장-가정갈등, 분노조절, 조직몰입을 측정하는 질문지를 실시하였다. 구조모형 분석을 통해 결과를 분석하였으며, 그 결과, 직장-가정갈등은 분노조절에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 조직몰입에는 유의한 부적 영향을 미치고, 분노조절은 조직몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 연구는 직장-가정갈등이 조직몰입에 미치는 효과를 규명한 것 외에, 조직성과에 분노가 영향을 미친다는 선행연구의 결과를 한 단계 발전시켜, 조직몰입에 미치는 분노조절의 효과를 검증함으로써 조직성과를 촉진하기 위한 한 가지 실질적인 개입방법으로서 분노조절을 실증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
