We are fusing to the profiling techniques in education and making to a smart teaching plan production systems. Therefore, we investigated based on technical elements necessary for the proper look for profiling techniques, trends in the technology and product trends. We proposed that is smart teaching plan production system such as the smart teaching plan production and editing technique, the management technique for the smart teaching plan, and works for relation skill to smart teaching plan production systems. If you using the techniques that we were proposed to build effective smart teaching plan production system, management system for contents control, virtual classroom then they can management their's class and class teaching plan production, file management to teaching group easy. and those students can easy understand in their class too easy.

The rate of application of the modular plant in the plant industry is increasing, and for the success of the modularization projects, it is essential to develop and implement a systemized methodology across all phases of the project. However, Korean EPC firms lack project management capability when it comes to apply standardized methodology. Therefore, it is important to establish and systematize the cost/schedule integrated management method which are the two core elements of project management technology. This study was conducted to develop a methodology and guidelines for integrated management process for modular plant projects. The researchers developed a methodology for planning and managing cost and schedule, and integrated by module unit. Integrated cost and schedule methodology and guidelines developed can be used for various EPC modular plant projects to enhance the efficiency of project management.

Plant technology is integrated technology of industry which has big ripple effect to related industries but long-term investment is required in order to have technology power and long-term development plan must be set up and consistently managed by nationwide or similar industries. In addition, plant education program need to be developed to train high level technicians. In addition to improving economic growth and development of advanced production technology brings many benefits to our society, but if the growth of this still has the shadow of accidents exists. In particular, the construction site has seen a significantly higher accident rate figures despite efforts on disaster prevention. Among the various methods of reducing the need for disaster safety education industry it has become very stressed its importance through many studies. When a disaster causes significant share of the construction industry due to the lack of educational causes, including technical causes, managerial causes, classification and educational causes of this ateumyeo safety awareness and knowledge account for large proportion. The purpose of this study is to present a caddie education program that can improve the performance of golf caddies in China by comparing and analyzing the golf caddie education programs in South Korea and China. Caddie education programs were collected from 4 golf clubs, 3 professional caddie education institutions and 8 public institutions in South Korea and 6 golf clubs and 2 professional caddie education institutions in China. The following results were obtained. Although the caddie training in China is conducted over more time and term than in South Korea, it is necessary to have an education program considering golf expertise and quality of customer service. Therefore, the caddie education program in China is composed of golf related education(golf etiquette, golf practice skill), caddie duty training(safety management, customer service and image making), and training for caddie(fitness management, injury prevention, skin care, and cost-saving etc.). In the future, the Chinese golf club industry will has a potential to develop. In order to provide a consistent and systematic education, manual training on caddie education and training on caddie master to manage caddies should be conducted.

It is necessary for the engineering students to have a business mind for the contemporary world of business. We developed a focused management education program for engineering students in C-University. The management education program consists of both on-line and off-line learning. ABEEK requires 720 engineering students of C-University must take basic management course. The on-line lecture was developed to overcome the shortage of qualified lecturers in business school. On-line lecture made by the business school faculty(not lecturers) can evenly provide high-quality content for every engineering students. In addition, the program is designed that off-line classes administered by lecturers complements the limitations of on-line lecture. Having in mind that selected senior engineering students understand technology and basic business, we developed an advanced course focusing on technology-oriented venture businesses. On and off-line blended learning and two-step approach of management education for engineering students of C-University may shed some light on other engineering schools in similar situation.
