Modern education, with special reference to higher education (HE), is far taken out of the traditional meaning of education. A number of business features have infiltrated these institutions of HE where students assume the place of a customer. In the present business scenario customer relationship management (CRM) technology assumes an important role in managing customers. Therefore a relevant question would be to know whether educational institutions need to implement this technology to manage their constituent relationships. This paper makes an attempt to evaluate studies on commercial features of a modern educational system and then present the findings of a study conducted to know the relevance of CRM Technology in HE. An evaluation is also made to know the awareness of the concept of CRM among the educators. The findings show that the educators' awareness of CRM strategies is good, of CRM concepts is poor and of practice is average. Further, an overwhelming majority of the respondents felt that CRM is relevant for educational institutions in the present scenario.

Industrial safety management program can be divided three part that is education, technology, and management. The analysis on the international safety management code (ISM Code) and case of foreign national safety management for fishing vessel was conducted to serve as a basic data on the introduction of safety management system (SMS) for a deep-sea fishing vessel in Korea. As a result, Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) has managed operations of SMS in the maritime rules according to the Maritime Transport Act since 1994. MNZ underwent a safe ship management (SSM), which includes elements applied to shipping companies, ship and verification of the ISM Code for ships, except ISM Code application since 1998. In 2014 the introduction of the advanced maritime operator safety system (MOSS) superior to the SSM by MNZ was promoted actively switch and enforcement. Meanwhile, the safe operation manual of Japanese fishing vessel includes large part of the contents of the ISM Code, and voluntary implementation to fit the realities of the fishing vessel. The law application of SMS for a deep-sea fishing vessel after the newly establishment of the Ocean Industry Development Act to SMS would be advantageous to the schematic management, supervision, maintenance and application and, in 2016 from the implementation of maritime safety supervisor for a deep-sea fishing vessel that the management and supervision through the fishing vessel will be the efficient operation. The configuration of the safety management system in a deep-sea fishing vessel should be included as an element of ISM Code. The introduction of such a system is gradually applicable, such as nationality overseas vessel case study of the ISM Code, and vessels that are excluded from the application will be implemented as autonomous as Japan. The results are expected to contribute to sustainable development in the ocean industry safety culture spread throughout the ocean industry through the enhancement of safety fishing competency and safety management responsibility of fisher.

본 연구는 스마트폰을 활용한 간호관리학 교육용 애플리케이션이 간호대학생의 학업크래프팅에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 시도되었다. 자료수집기간은 2019년 9월 1일부터 6주간이었으며, 실험군과 대조군 각각 38명을 선정하였다. 연구의 결과 간호관리학 교육용 애플리케이션을 활용하여 간호관리학 학습을 진행한 실험군은 그렇지 않은 대조군보다 학업크래프팅 정도가 유의하게 높은 결과를 보였다. 결과를 토대로 간호관리학 교육용 애플리케이션은 간호대학생이 학습에 대한 의미를 찾고 주도적으로 학습을 하는 데 유용한 매체임이 확인되었다.

Even though the distance education via web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem is that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and learning activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training management system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement degree of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types. In addition, a system using UML which is the standard of object-oriented modeling language is devised, so. that mutual management, language independence and convenient development environment as well as reusability can be offered, and so the design standardization and efficient system realization could be achieved, while flexible change of system according to education process and computing environment is possible.

Recently, utilizing the supply chain among companies, major companies support their sub-vendors to establish an environmental management system and transfer the clean production technology(know-how) to them for strengthening of environmental competitiveness. Thus, Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM) became a key successful factor for companies to be environmentally sustainable. This research endeavors to identify the relationship among the inside and outside GSCM implementation activities of Korean manufacturing companies and their financial, operational and environmental performances. Based on a the review of previous research findings, twenty one hypotheses are developed and examined. Total 251 valid responses from 1,634 survey responses are identified and the structural equation models(SEM) are developed and analysed for examining our hypotheses. The result shows that inside GSCM has a positive effect on outside GSCM. Also, it reveals that companies' performances are more positively affected by inside GSCM than by outside GSCM.

최근 혁신 기술로 떠오르고 있는 AR 기술을 활용하여 유아용 AR 모바일 애플리케이션을 기획했다. 놀이와 교육을 접목시킨 형태로 아이들의 흥미를 유발하여 다양한 분야로의 교육 접근성을 증대시킨다. Unity 3D Engine과 Vuforia SDK를 주로 사용하여 Android 기반의 모바일 애플리케이션을 설계했다.

In high education, knowledge is the very important resource and output. Knowledge management is the art of creating additional value from academic knowledge assets. The e-community is the network community, newly created by information communication technology, and the critical place that share and transfer people's the various knowledge and thinking and the effective space that can apply knowledge management. If we construct a convenient and useful e-community in our university, we will be able to increase the student's intellectual needs, and create new knowledge. Web-portal will promote the activity of e-community providing easy to access and personalized web circumstance. The emergence of Internet and Web access to all university services will force institutions to rethik everything. We should reconfigure our academic environment in order to adapt information technology and educational change, and must do change management based on their structure and culture.

Mobile devices have become attractive learning devices for education. The digitalization of the higher education system in Sri Lanka by 2020 is part of the government's effort to modernize and enhance the country's overall education system particularly in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. Theoretically, this study contributes to the M-Learning model in higher education institutions via the integration of literature on technology adoption (TAM and UTAUT) with the variables of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Condition. The attitude towards M-Learning amongst higher education students was gauged via an online questionnaire survey. The convenience sample comprised 344 students from the Advanced Technological Institutes (ATI) in Batticaloa District, Sri Lanka. Descriptive statistics, a measurement, and structural model, and hypotheses testing were used to analyze the derived data. The findings indicate that mobile learning is significantly affected by perceived ease of use, social influence, effort expectancy, and facilitating condition, but negatively affected by attitude and perceived usefulness. The exhaustive literature review revealed that there are very few M-Learning studies related to digital learning in the context of higher education in the Batticaloa district.

In this paper, we propose efficient management method of liberal education for improving computer literacy. We analyzed the actual conditions and factors affecting education and reflected the analysis results in education. The subject of the study is 'Practice Excel', and tested achievement based on computer literacy. In order to evaluate objectively, we conducted CBT(Computer Based Test) based on Computer Specialist in Spreadsheet & Database Level-2. Analysis of the questionnaire included the use of the popular statistical program, IBM SPSS 24 trial, and frequency, ANOVA, t-test, crossover analysis, and correlation. Evaluation results, An important factor influencing educational performance was active participation. It also proved to be very helpful for understanding excel functions & expression.
