  • The object of this study is to provide a framework of increasing the effectiveness of the R&D planning of experts in fisheries and the education of students with the theoretical background and analytical skills through the adoption of technology roadmapping process in the marine production industry. The study was conducted by fact-finding surveys and the response content for surveys obtained from each expert advisor in the field of fisheries and maritime affairs such as fishery industries, some government organizations and research institutes including the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MOMAF), National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) and fisheries-related universities was analyzed. The major implementation tasks to effectively achieve the basic goals of technology roadmap for short and middle-term research and development in the fisheries production field are as follows: 1. Research in order to achieve the realization of community-based resource management fisheries or fishermen-oriented co-management fisheries with paradigm shift in fisheries management. 2. Research in order to derive the construction of cost reducing and manpower saving systems in fishery-related science, technology and engineering. 3. Research in order to create the high value-added fisheries products with a focus on the upgrading of processing, freezing and refrigerating facilities, the reduction of logistics costs and the minimization of distribution steps. 4. Research in order to achieve the realization and development of environmental-friendly fisheries and internationally competitive fisheries through restructuring the entire fishing industries, in particular, small-scale fisheries. 5. Research in order to achieve the effective utilization of fisheries resources with a new creation of clean and living marine environment by fisherman under the balanced management and protection of marine living resources and fishing grounds.

  • Domestic city gas is supplying in an about 10 million household on present 34 city gas companies because is begun to supply regularly after two 1980 years middle. But, result that focus on city gas supply spread and stable supply for supply area and neglects about safety problem, hundreds casualties such as Ahyun explosion accident and Deagu city gas explosion accident were reached in situation that occurred large size calamity occurs it is dizzliness. In the case of advanced nation, can see that accomplish system and progress that in technology after experience major accident. Therefore, grasp problem investigating safety actual conditions for city gas institution and study about solvable plan is required this. Also, must guide reform and level elevation of a domestic company safety technology through induction and development of safety technology that is suitable in supply, domestic real condition etc. Must help in power positivity that is full text executing high-quality safety education about step High firing mechanism safety technology than present safety education.

고등학교 기술·가정 교과서의 진로교육단원 내용분석 (Analysis of the Contents of the Career Education Unit in Technology and Home Economics Textbook)

  • The aim of this study is to conduct an evaluation review of the contents of the career education unit in textbooks on technology and home economics for senior high school freshmen. This study adopted the "Objective & System of Career Education" established by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training as the criterion for evaluating the content of career education, and targeted the unit, "Design of Vocation & Careers", which was included in six different textbooks on technology and home economics for senior high school freshmen involving five different publishers. The unit of "Design of Vocation & Careers" was mostly written in three subunits. An analysis of the textbooks by different, publisher showed that every aspect of the "Objective & System of Career Education" was appropriately covered in the unit. This was achieved by means of the elements of contents and illustrations.

취업주부 가사노동의 시간관리전략 (The Housework Time Management Strategies on the Employed Wives)

  • The study was to explore the housework time management strategies and time spent in housework of employed wives and to understand the variables influenced on them. The samples were composed of 271 employed wives living in Chunlabuk-Do. The results were as follows: 1) The employed wives spends average 4.5 hours a day on the housework. The significant differences were ground in the housework time related to all demo-graphic variables. 2) The level of the housework time management strategies of employed wives was lower than the average. The most influential variable on the housework time management strategies of employed wives was the level of education the monthly income and employment types. A employed wives with the higher work status education level and income level utilized more efficient time strategies. 3) The major strategy which influences the housework time is that of simplification. Especially occupation of housewives and type of house interact with the strategy of sim lification. That is as the housewives with the jobs of blue-collar production-technology and clergycal technology use the simplification strategy much their amount of housework time was reduced.

K-TIHM: Korean Technology Integration Hierarchy Model for Teaching and Learning in STEAM Education

  • The core competencies for the 21st century are creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. In recent classes where ICT (information, communication, and technology) is grafted, a lot of efforts are also being made to increase such competencies. According to a research work, ICT is most often used as a communication channel between teachers and students or as an online collaboration tool among students. However, ICT has only played a role as a guideline for instruction, but not included in the curriculum until now. The research on methods how to integrate technology into teaching and learning is in full swing due to the development of technology and the advent of Covid-19. In this paper, we propose a technology integration hierarchy model, namely K-TIHM that can be combined with STEAM education. Since only learning environments have been proposed in the existing research for technology-based STEAM education, our model proposes a series of technology integration hierarchy that can be applied by school age along with STEAM. Also, we analyze the differences in among the Korea's ICT education operation guidelines, the Korea's Software education guidelines, and ours. The proposed model can help developing the primary and secondary school curriculum integrated with technology.

  • The article discusses the pedagogical support for the formation of ICT competence assumes the individualization of students' training, due to their personal and professional needs and interests, and the provision of the necessary conditions and means to implement this process. A theoretical analysis is carried out and an analysis of experimental work on the implementation of the developed model for the formation of ICT competence is generalized specialists on the basis of pedagogical support.

  • RFID를 이용한 물류 관리 시스템은 RFID 태그를 분실할 경우 RFID 기술을 이용할 수 없어 물류의 위치를 파악할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 RFID 및 적외선 센서를 이용한 멀티 센서 기반 물류 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 RFID를 이용하여 금형의 위치를 파악하며, 금형 보관대에 적외선 센서를 설치하여 금형이 해당 위치에 존재하는지 재확인함으로써 관리자는 금형의 존재 여부 및 위치를 파악할 수 있다.

  • The structure of construction management service in the Construction Technology Management Act has changed recently. The new Construction Technology Promotion Act becomes effective to support and promote the development of related construction industries and construction technology for domestic and overseas markets. The purpose of research is to analyze the main contents of Construction Technology Promotion Act and to investigate corporate status, problems, and issues. The research is conducted to improve as reorganization of the CM service system based on the interviews with experts. Accordingly the research is to derive countermeasures of CM enterprises. The research results are presented in the following categories of contract awarding, project management, human resource management, general administration and staff education management as countermeasures of enterprises.

IPA 방법을 활용한 국내 건설 산업 공정관리 역량 평가 (Evaluating Schedule Management Capability in Korean Construction Industry through Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • 건설 프로젝트의 규모와 복잡성이 커지는 가운데, 체계적이고 통합적인 공정관리의 실행은 국내 건설 산업의 도전과제로 남아있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 먼저 종합적인 관점에서 공정관리 역량을 제도 및 규정, 발주자 요구사항, 전문 인력 및 조직, 공정관리 관련 업무, 스마트건설 기술 활용 5개 분야로 정의하였다. 그리고 국내 건설 산업 종사자를 대상으로 각 분야별 공정관리 역량 요소별로 중요성과 현재수준을 평가하는 설문을 진행하고 IPA분석을 실시하여 국내 건설 산업의 공정관리 역량을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 공정관리 역량을 구성하는 다양한 요소를 대상으로 중요성을 인식되고 있지만, 현재 수준과의 격차가 존재함을 밝혀, 개선이 필요한 영역을 제시하였다. 특히 개선이 필요한 영역으로는 발주처의 공정 관리를 위한 예산 확보, 공사 기간의 적정성 산전 및 평가기준 수립, 현장 공정 관리 인력의 배치, 공정 관리 소프트웨어에 대한 투자 등이 꼽혔다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 국내 건설 산업의 공정 관리 역량에 대한 자세한 시각과 개선방향을 제시하였으며, 이는 공정관리 실무적용을 활성화하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

2015 개정 교육과정 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 '의복관리와 재활용' 관련 내용의 지속가능발전교육(ESD) 연관성 및 탐구적 성향 분석 (Analysis of ESD-Related Content in Clothing Management Unit of Technology and Home Economics Textbooks of 2015 Revised Curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 2015 개정 기술·가정 교과서의 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원을 ESD의 측면에서 분석하여 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원과 ESD와의 연관성을 찾고자 하였으며, 지속가능한 의생활 교육에 대한 학생들의 수업 참여도를 높이고 실천적 행동을 이끌어내는데 중요한 요소인 교과서의 탐구성향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 유네스코 통영 지역전문센터(Regional Centers of Expertise on ESD, RCE) 출판물의 ESD 핵심내용을 준거로 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원의 학습내용을 사회·정치·문화적 관점, 환경적 관점, 경제적 관점에 따라 분석하였다. 또한 Romey의 탐구적 교과서 분석방법을 변형하여 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원의 본문문장, 그림 및 도표, 학습활동 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사회·정치·문화적 관점에서는 안전과 건강 및 식품, 환경적 관점에서는 자연자원과 에너지, 환경문제, 경제적 관점에서는 지속가능한 생산과 소비에 대한 내용을 찾아볼 수 있었다. 따라서 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원의 ESD 내용은 환경적 관점에 치우쳐져 있어 세 관점이 균형을 이루는 교과서 개발이 필요할 것으로 보았다. 또한 모든 교과서가 사실이나 정의적인 내용이 많아 탐구능력의 개발 기회를 얻기 어려운 성향을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. '의복관리와 재활용' 단원의 탐구성향 분석값과 ESD 관련 내용을 비교한 결과, 학습자의 수업참여를 높이기 위하여 글의 결론 부분에 ESD 관련 내용을 반영하고, 학습활동의 내용으로 ESD 관련 주제를 다루는 것이 필요할 것으로 보았다.
