건설공급사슬은 시공사와 협력업체의 협력을 위해 많은 정보들이 원활하게 전달되고 공유되어야 하기 때문에 참여주체 간 정보공유 및 교류가 가능한 통합된 정보시스템의 구축이 필수적이다. 건설산업에서도 최근 제조 분야를 중심으로 부상하고 있는 기업 내 업무프로세스 개선, 참여주체 중심의 경영, 공급사슬을 하나의 시스템으로 관리하는 공급사슬관리 방식을 적용할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공급사슬의 중요한 부분을 차지하는 자재를 중심으로 공급사슬관리를 지원하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 건설공사는 공정관리를 중심으로 관리되므로 공급사슬관리도 공정관리과 연계하여 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위하여 공정관리 프로그램에서 자재를 관리하고 공급사슬과 관련된 참여주체가 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 건설현장에서 건설공급사슬관리를 위해 지원시스템을 제안하고 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 프로토타입은 공정관리 프로그램인 Microsoft Project에서 VBA로 프로그래밍하였고, @Risk for Project를 이용하여 시뮬레이션하는 과정을 제시하였다.

Purpose: This paper is to study the methodology of the development stage of the submarine vessel through the QMST/QCG system. Methods: In order to study the methodology for supporting the development stage of the submarine vessel system, the mission and role for QMST were defined, and the timing and detailed plans of the QCG review were established. Results: Through the analysis of the development stage of the ship's weapon system, QMST was formed, and roles were divided for each subdivision, and methods to effectively support the DAPA IPT were specified. In addition, QCG review timing and plans for submarine safety control lists were established. Conclusion: It is expected that the methodology in the development stage discussed in this study will be useful as a reference when supporting the general weapon system development stage in addition to similar equipment.

An expert system, to assist dam managers for five dams along the Saikawa River, has been developed with a primary objective of achieving swift and accurate reservoir operation decision-makings during floods. The expert system is capable of supporting on decision-makings upon establishment of flood management procedure and release/storage planning. Furthermore, an attempt was made to improve reservoir inflow prediction models for better supporting capability. As a result, accuracy on prediction of inflow up to 7 hours ahead was improved, which is important for flood management of the five dams, using neural network. The neural network inflow prediction models were developed for each types of floods caused by frontal rainfalls, snowmelt and typhoons, after extracting relevant meteorological factors for each.

The objectives of this study is to develop a strategy for the adoption of BPM(Business Process Management) standards and an implementation guideline of the BPM standard for BPM solution developers focusing on BPEL(Business Process Execution Language) which is regarded as the most important BPM standard. In the heterogeneous and distributed IT environments, every type of enterprise software requires standards to enhance interoperability. BPMS(Business Process Management System), which is a type of enterprise software requires BPM standards such as BPEL(Business Process Execution Language), BPMN(Business Process Modeling and Notation), BPQL(Business Process Query Language) and so on to achieve multi-system interoperability and component interoperability with their BPM solutions. It is quite helpful to provide the adoption strategy concerning BPM standards for each type of BPM solution vendors who need the BPM standards. Since the BPEL is conceived as the most important BPM standard and widely adopted by many BPM vendors, we have proposed a reference architecture for BPEL implementation and also developed the detail implementation guideline of core components of the BPM system supporting the BPEL standard. Using the strategy and implementation guideline proposed in this work, BPM solution vendors can establish their own standard adoption strategy and they can also develop their BPM solutions supporting the BPM standards more efficiently.

최근 정부는 기술모방형 R&D 전략의 한계를 극복하기 위해 기초연구에 대한 투자를 대폭 확대하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 우리나라의 R&D 지원시스템은 창의적 창조적 기초연구를 뒷받침하기에 적절한 지에 대한 평가가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 기초연구에 대한 특성과 필요한 시스템적 요건에 대해 해외사례 및 우리나라의 기초연구 지원시스템에 대한 분석을 통해 접근하였다. 본 연구는 문제점 분석을 통해 새롭게 기초연구의 정책운영체계라는 패러다임 도입이 필요함을 논하였다. 또한 기초연구의 성과는 연구자체의 수월성과 더불어 연구를 지원하는 전주기적 체계의 적절성이 매우 중요한 요소임을 발견하였다.

현재 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체들은 지리정보시스템을 본격적으로 도입함으로서, 방대한 양의 공간데이타베이스 및 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 데이터베이스는 중복관리로 인해 공간자료의 일관성이 결여되어 업무의 효율성과 신뢰성이 저하되고 있고, 각기 도입한 시스템의 특이성과 자료 형식의 차이로 인해 상호 공유가 어려운 실정이다. 한편, 건설교통부는 토지관련 각종 법률·속성·공간자료 등을 통합데이터베이스로 구축하고 관련업무를 전산화하는 토지관리정보체계구축 사업을 수행하고 있다. 타 정보화사업의 인프라를 제공하는 토지관리정보체계에서는 이러한 중복관리 및 자료공유 문제의 해결과 지자체의 다양한 전산환경 하에서 운영될 수 있는 개방형 시스템(Open System)의 개발이 우선적으로 해결되어야 할 과제이다. 토지관리정보체계에서 개방형 시스템으로 개발하고자 하는 목적은 많은 정보화사업의 추진에 따라 지자체들이 이미 보유한 다양한 시스템 및 H/W, S/W의 재사용성과 개발된 시스템의 확장성을 확보하고자 하는데 있다.

The objective of this paper is to propose a conceptual framework of a BIM based collaboration supporting System, called Construction Project Life Cycle Management (CPLM). The framework of CPLM is proposed by reflecting the characteristics of the AEC industry such as deliverly methods, process, fragmentation, etc.. And it is a system intended to help project participants make better decisions and to facilitate coordination between various stakeholders in a project by providing virtual collaboration environment.

The purpose of this study was to investigate current status of 19 general hospitals which performed the hospital social responsibility (HSR) to global health issues. The survey focused on the global healthcare supporting system & activity (including the administration, information, materials, finance, and human resources, et al.), and the government's policy in Korea. Based on the analysis of survey data, the main global health issues of general hospitals were activities of overseas volunteers (56%) and aids of the developing countries (19%). Also, general hospitals have mainly supported into eastern Asia (49%). And then, the most important goal of general hospitals related these activities kept the founding principle of a hospital for global health issues (53%). The second ranking was the social responsibility (32%) and the interchange between Korean and foreign hospitals (32%). There were many differences between general hospitals about the global healthcare supporting system & activities for HSR to global health issues. In conclusion, we suggest that most of general hospitals in Korea would be gotten prior setting the global issues for unmet-need of the developing countries around the world in the near future. This study also served as the effective way by partnership on global health issues of general hospitals for recognizing the HSR as hospital governance.

본 연구에서는 공공기관 대상 재해경감활동관리체계를 구축 및 관리할 수 있는 지원 프로그램을 개발하고자 ISO22301 등 업무연속성관리/기능연속성계획 표준문서와 해외 선진 사례를 분석하여 프로그램에서 필요로 하는 요구기능을 도출하였다. 그 결과 시스템 관리를 위한 기능을 제외하고, 영향분석 리스크 평가 경감활동 대응계획 교육 및 모의훈련 재난대응 문서관리가 도출되었다. 향후 업무연속성관리 및 기능연속성계획의 요구조건을 만족하는 공공기관 재해경감활동관리체계 구축 지원프로그램을 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 전자지도 제작의 기술적 발전과 국가기본지리정보 성공적인 구축은 우리나라 지리정보의 현황을 전산화 하고 과학적인 국토관리의 기반이 되고 있다. 하지만, 우리 생활 주변의 다양하고 세부적인 지리정보를 처리 및 갱신, 관리과정에는 여전히 미약한 점이 많으며 관공서에서는 아직까지도 세부적인 지리정보관리를 종이지형도 또는 약도 기반의 관리카드 작성 방법에 의존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최신의 공간정보기술인 GIS, GPS, 위성영상 기술을 통합하여 산림 관공서의 업무별 지리정보 관리를 사용자 중심의 도면정보로 제작하고, 구축된 GIS DB를 직접 조작, 분석, 출력가능한 "정밀 전자주제도 작성 및 관리시스템 개발"을 개발하였다. 이를 위한 사례연구로는 제주도 지역의 고해상 위성영상을 이용하여 산림관련 종이 지도 형태의 공간자료를 위치 정확도가 높은 래스터와 벡터 형식의 전산화파일로 전환하고 이를 이용하여 실무 위주의 다양한 주제도 구축을 쉽고 간편하게 하였다. 아울러 공간정보와 속성정보 통합, GPS 현장 데이터의 관리, 멀티미디어정보와의 연동 등의 기능을 통하여 실무자들의 효율적인 산림행정 업무지원을 위한 e-mapping component를 개발하였다. 향후 본 시스템에서 개발된 전자주제도 제작 및 관리기법은 다양한 형태의 업무지원 및 의사결정을 위한 유사 응용시스템 개발에 요소기술로 사용가능하리라 기대된다.
