The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between mother's management behaviors of their children's peer interaction, their beliefs about social skills, recollections of childhood peer relationships, and interpersonal competence. Subjects consisted of 258 mothers of 4- to 5-year-old children. The sample of mothers completed a series of questionnaires assessing their beliefs of social skills, their peer experiences, and the involvement activities of their children's peer relationships. The results indicated that the beliefs about social skills, recollections of childhood peer relationships, and interpersonal competence were associated with the mother's management behaviors. Maternal memories of childhood peer relationships were the best predictor of mother's management behaviors of their children's peer interaction.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the distribution of skill evolution for accounting personnel during the health crisis and investigate the impact of accounting skills in developing resilience among accounting personnel. Research design, data, and methodology: A total of 131 respondents of accounting personnel participated in a self-administered survey questionnaire. This data is analysed using the partial least square structural equation modeling. Results: The results show that accounting skills, digital skills, and writing skills have a significant impact on developing accounting personnel's motivation, subsequently leading to resilience. Conclusions: This study adds to the literature on the new requirements and future profiles of Malaysian organisation and the accounting profession. This will be a good reference for the practitioners to identify the relevant skills required for accountants after the pandemic. Furthermore, this study includes encouraging motivation and skills to improve resilience in the Malaysian context further to understand the push factors on skills evolution among the accountants. Higher education institutions with accounting courses would consider the potential future skills of accountants to meet market demands on time when updating the institutions' curricula program. Hence, the relevant skills required can be developed and practiced at the education level, especially secondary and tertiary levels.

Objectives: This study aims to investigate and analyzed the priority of vocational core competency factors in dental hygienists in Gwangju. Methods: Expert survey was conducted and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was applied to evaluate the weighting factors. First, we established the vocational core competency defined in NCS as AHP analysis model. The vocational core competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. Secondly, AHP survey was conducted by 195 dental hygienists in Gwangju. Finally, the weights representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using AHP method. Results: The AHP analysis on 10 categories showed that the weighting of interpersonal skills(0.165) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.035) was at the bottom, and the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the teamwork skills(interpersonal skills), problem-solving capability(problem-solving skills), listening skills(communication skills), ethical community(professional ethics), ability to understand business(ability to understand organizational structure), applicable technical skills(technical skills), self-management skills(self-development capability), information processing capabilities(information capacity), ability to manage time(resource management capabilities) and basic math skills(numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for dental hygiene education.

본 연구는 2017년 국가대표 펜싱 에페선수 선발전에 참가한 선수를 대상으로 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 활용하여 설문지 타당도 및 신뢰도 검사, 빈도분석, Pearson의 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과제지향성과 대인관리, 정신관리, 자아지향성과 훈련관리, 대인관리, 정신관리, 팀조화, 몸관리와 불안조절, 정신관리와 팀조화가 상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 펜싱 에페선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리, 심리기술이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 유의한 영향은 없었으나 하위 요인간 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of a host family experience program on the adaptive behavior and self-management skills of children with severe disabilities and to suggest its applicability into clinical practice. The investigators developed a host family experience program and researched the pre-test and post-test designs with nonequivalent groups. The experiment and comparison groups were comprised of 34 children with severe disabilities that lived at S, a care facility for the severely disabled. They were examined for the program's effects on them before and after the application. After analyzing 17 cases for differences in the subjects' quantitative scores, a qualitative analysis was carried out on one representative case. The quantitative analysis results reveal that the experiment group showed a significant increase in their scores of adaptive behavior and self-management skills compared to the comparison group. Positive changes were also observed among the former group in the qualitative analysis. Thus the host family experience program was effective in improving the adaptive behavior and self-management skills of the children with severe disabilities at the facility. These findings indicate that the host family experience program played a positive role in enhancing the adaptive behavior and self-management skills of the children with severe disabilities at the facility and that such host family experience programs should be applied and reinforced in the field of social welfare practice.

Vocational education has been constantly blamed for training skills that are not suitable for the field. This study was sought for finding out the necessary skills for the hotel entry-level cooks by conducting in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and case studies in terms of NCS's basic competencies and competencies required at work environment. The results of this study are as follows: First, in the field, job performance ability is more important than skills and knowledge. Second, among the NCS's basic competencies, communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-development skills, information skills, and professional ethics are prioritized competencies for hotel-entry level cooks. Third, in terms of competency factors at work, it is necessary to learn the adaptability of the field. Fourth, in case of overseas culinary institutes, the core of their culinary education was the system to learn how to operate the site rather than the education about cooking skills or knowledge. Fifth, in holistic approach, the result showed that four elements which are skills, knowledge, field practice, and simulation training are required for Culinary Arts curriculum.

IS 프로젝트 성공요인의 하나로서 프로젝트 관리자는 항상 관심의 대상이 되어왔다. 본 연구는 IS 프로젝트 관리자가 갖추어야 될 지식과 기술이 무엇이며, 그러한 기술을 위하여 어떠한 경력개발 경로가 필요한지를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 프로젝트 관리자에게 필요한 지식과 기술은 기업의 경영전략을 이해하고 IS 전략계획으로 연결하는 능력, 전사적 업무기능을 이해해야 하는 현업 업무력, 새로운 업무를 위한 혁신, 프로젝트 계획과 통제와 같은 일반관리, 의사소통과 리더십과 관련된 인간관계의 관리력, IS 개발에 관련된 기술적 전문성 등의 6 가지로 밝혔다. IS 프로젝트 관리자를 양성하기 위한 경력개발 경로로는 엔지니어, 분석가, 기획가, 프로젝트 리더 등을 거치면서 프로젝트 관리자로 성장하게 되는 모형을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구는 우수한 프로젝트 관리자를 양성하여 IS 프로젝트의 성공 확률을 높이고, 나아가 정보산업의 경쟁력 제고에 도움이 되는 방안을 모색하게 해 줄 것이다.

The study aims to investigate the mediating effect of strategic planning on the relationship between managerial skills and the performance of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Punjab, Pakistan. Stratified proportionate probability sample method was used to select the 265 SMEs. The study applied a structural equation model (SEM) to analyze the proposed research hypotheses by using PLS-SEM. This research examines the direct and indirect effects of strategic planning on the performance of SMEs using the SEM test. The results indicate the positive effect of managerial skills on SMEs' performance and also suggested that strategic planning mediates the relationship between managerial skills and SMEs' performance. In addition, the role of managerial skills on the usage of the company's resources is highly influential through strategic planning. Strategic planning has been found to impact significantly and positively on the relationship between managerial skills and performance of SMEs in Punjab, Pakistan. The findings suggested that, in devising appropriate strategies for SMEs, the effect of managerial skills on the utilization of the firm's resources can be more effective to the firm's performance. In short, the utilization of a firm's resources through a proper planning is more essential for the sustainability of SMEs.

이 연구의 목적은 A대기업 근로자가 인식한 상사의 리더십을 유형화하여 상사의 리더십 유형에 따라 근로자의 행복에 어떠한 차이가 있는 지를 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위한 연구 목표로는 첫째, A대기업 근로자가 인식한 상사의 리더십 유형을 도출하고, 둘째, A대기업 근로자가 인식한 상사의 리더십 유형에 따른 구성원의 행복의 차이가 있는지에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 잠재프로파일 분석(Latent profile analysis)을 실시하였고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 리더십 유형은 다음의 4개의 유형으로 확인되었다: 1) 자기관리, 과업관리, 사람관리, 조직관리 영역별로 모두 완벽한 능력을 보이고 있는 엘리트 리더십 유형, 2) 사람관리능력이 상대적으로 다소 부족하지만 자기관리 능력이 뛰어나고 그 외 과업관리, 조직관리능력이 우수한 유능한 리더십 유형, 3) 사람관리가 다소 낮으면서 전반적으로 보통 수준인 자기중심적 리더십 유형, 4) 자기관리는 보통수준이나 과업관리, 조직관리능력이 다소 부족하고, 사람관리 능력이 취약한 소극적 리더십 유형으로 확인되었다. 이러한 상사의 리더십 유형에 따라 근로자의 행복 수준을 분석한 결과, 유의미한 차이를 확인하였다. 이 연구는 잠재프로파일 분석을 통해 대기업 근로자가 인식한 상사의 리더십 유형을 제시하고, 행복과의 관계에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

이 연구는 디지털시대에서 대학도서관을 보다 원활히 운영하고 사서들이 서비스를 향상하기 위해 어떠한 경영기법이 필요한가를 모색하였다. 이 연구를 위해 관련 자료를 수집, 분석하였으며 미국 대학도서관의 여러 사서들과 의견을 교환하는 과정을 거쳤다. 이 연구에서 제시된 경영기법들은 학습조직, 지식경영, 팀 관리, 고객지향적 서비스, 변화관리 둥과 같이 주로 영리를 추구하는 기업에서 활용되는 개념들로부터 나온 것이다. 이 연구의 결과 대학도서관이 서비스를 향상하고 대학사회에서 위상을 강화하기 위해 이러한 경영기법을 활용하는 것은 별다른 무리가 없음을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 대학도서관 사서진은 디지털시대에서도 학술광장이자 비영리조직인 대학도서관의 핵심적 가치를 염두에 두고 도서관을 경영하며 서비스의 지평을 넓혀갈 필요가 있다.
