의료이용 동기에 따른 의료기관 선택요인 (The Selection of the Medical Institutions by Motivation of Medical Service Utilization)

  • 본 연구는 의료이용 동기(경증, 중증, 만성질환관리, 미용)에 따른 의료기관 선택기준의 차이를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 의료이용 동기에 따른 병원선택요인의 중요도는 감기와 같은 경증질환의 경우 진료능력, 친절, 신속, 접근성 순이었으며 암과 같은 중증질환의 경우와 미용의 경우는 진료능력, 시설, 평판, 진료비 순이었고 합병증 없는 고혈압관리와 같은 만성질환 관리의 경우는 진료능력, 시설, 친절, 진료비 순이었다. 의료이용 동기와 관계없이 진료능력은 의료기관 선택에 가장 중요한 요인이었으며 중증질환의 경우 접근성을 제외한 모든 요인에 대한 중요도가 높았다. 결론적으로 의료이용자들은 의료이용 동기, 질병의 심각성과 위급성 등을 복합적으로 고려하여 의료기관을 선택하며 같은 경우라도 인구학적 특성 및 정보탐색행태에 따라서 달라진다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 이에 의료기관의 경쟁우의를 확보하기 위해 수동적인 태도, 타 의료기관의 무조건적인 모방이 아니라 의료기관 선택요인에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 타 의료기관과 차별화하는 전략을 세워야 할 것이다.

질 관리에 대한 간호사의 사고유형과 문제해결력 (A Study on the Nurses' Thinking Skills and Problem Solving Abilities for Quality Management in Healthcare Services)

  • Background : There have been many studies and efforts about quality management in health services, but these were not focused on the thinking ability of the personnel. In this study, We planned to define the relationship between Quality Management(QM) and thinking skill, and analyzed critical thinking skill and problem solving ability of the nurses for QM in healthcare. Methods : We surveyed 260 nurses in 3 hospitals by using questionnaires about thinking skills and QM from November 18 to 28, 1998. The response rate was 76.9%. We described and analyzed the data by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and non-parametric Friedman test using SPSS Win 7.5. Results : This study revealed that 1) understanding level of QM concepts was very low and insufficient, 2) willingness to practice QM in healthcare was relatively high and affirmative, but the positive attitude taking part in the program of QM is very low(4.5%), 3) even though the necessity of QM was recognized, actual application of critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities is lacking, 4) the production of idea for QM was the most insufficient, and so the next of the problem solving process(QA cycle) was the same. Conclusion : Based on the above results, we can conclude that understanding the concepts of QM is very important to solve problems about QM in healthcare. For development of thinking skill to promote critical problem solving ability for QM in healthcare, it is necessary to improve curriculum of nursing education and teaching-learning methods of QM strategy and technique.

어머니의 가정관리능력이 자녀의 자기관리에 미치는 영향: 자녀의 자기조절능력을 매개로 (The Effects of Mothers' Home Management Ability on the School-Aged Children's Self Management Skills: via the Mediation of Self-Regulation of Children)

  • The aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' home management ability on school-aged children's time and life management skills through the mediation effect of children's self-regulation. Study subjects were 317 5- and 6-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and their 317 mothers. The findings were as follows. First, in the SEM model of predicting children's time management skill, greater mothers' home management ability significantly predicted better time management skills among their children. Second, mothers' home management ability also indirectly affected children's time management skill through its significant effects on children's self-regulation. The test yielded a significantly mediation effect of self-regulation. Children's self-regualtion was strongly related to time management skills. Third, in the SEM model predicting children's life management skills, maternal ability of home management again directly predicted greater life management skills of their children. However, mediation of self-regulation was not statistically significant. The findings suggested the important role of mothers' home management ability in instilling and modeling self-regulation and self-management skills of school-aged children.

여대생의 퍼스널 이미지 만족도와 구직효능감과의 관계에서 외모관리행동의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Appearance Management Behavior on the Relationship between Satisfaction of Personal Image and Job Search Efficacy among Female College Students)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate mediation effect of appearance management behavior on the relationship between satisfaction of personal image and job search efficacy. Based on previous studies on components of personal image, appearance management behaviors, and job search efficacy, questionnaire items were developed. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey among 422 students from women's university in Seoul. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 23. Results are as follows. First, there were positive and moderate bivariate correlations among satisfaction of personal image, appearance management behavior, and job search efficacy. Second, satisfaction of personal image was found to have a partially significant effect on job search efficacy while satisfaction of internal image, visual image, and social image had a positive effect on job search skill. Satisfaction of internal image had a positive effect on job search strength. However, satisfaction of visual image or social image did not have a significant effect on job search strength. Third, fashion management behavior among components appearance management behavior could partially mediate the relationship between satisfaction of personal image and job search efficacy, indicating that satisfaction of internal image and visual image among components personal image not only has a direct effect on job search skill among job search efficacy, but also has an indirect effect on job search skill by affecting fashion management behavior. These results suggest that it is important to build personal image effectively and increase satisfaction with oneself through active appearance management behavior to improve job search efficacy.

e-business 스킬표준 개발에 관한 연구

  • 디지털 경제시대의 급격하고 빠르게 변화하는 경영환경 가운데 e-비즈니스 기술과 인력의 확보는 국가 e-비즈니스 산업 확산과 기업 발전에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 이에 관하여 e-비즈니스 인력에 대한 직무의 정의와 이에 요구되는 역량 및 기술, 수준의 결정에 대해 e-비즈니스 산업전반에서 통용될 수 있는 기준이 시급히 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체계적인 e-비즈니스 스킬표준(skill standard) 제시를 위해서 일본, 영국, 미국의 스킬표준과 국내환경을 벤치마킹하고 전문가 자문을 통해 e-비즈니스 스킬표준을 도출하였다. 스킬표준 프레임워크(skill framework)로서 3분야 10직종 22전문분야로 구성된 직종분류 체계를 도출하고 이에 대응하여 직종(career)에 따른 수준(level)별 e-비즈니스 연수로드맵을 도출하여 바람직한 기술습득코스(career path)를 제시하는 e-비즈니스 스킬표준을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this research is to offer the basic data for the consumer environmental education by investigation socio-demographic variables, ecologically concerned consumer skill and interrelationship between them. Research was conducted during April for 588 samples who lives in Ulsan by using the questionnaires. The major findings of the research were summerized as follows. 1) The level of ecologically concerned consumer skill was low. 2) Sex, monthly family income, education and life styles have turned out to be significant influence on the level of ecologically concerned consumer skill. 3) The explaining power of life styles was greater than the socio-demographic variables such as sex, monthly family income and education.

Analysis of management status of chestnut cultivation in Chungcheongnam-do

  • In this study, we attempted to estimate the degree of management of chestnut forestry households in Chungcheongnam-do and to provide information for establishing chestnut cultivation-related policies. The chestnut management standard diagnostic table consists of three major categories, namely, management base, management and sales capacity, and production technology levels, along with 19 subcategories. A survey of 309 chestnut forestry households was conducted from 2014 to 2019 in Gongju, Cheongyang, and Buyeo in Chungcheongnam-do. The average score for the 19 subcategories was 65.7 points, indicating that these areas have excellent management conditions. When the total score was higher, the output per hectare and the rate of top-grade products in the total output were also higher, indicating a significant correlation. These findings will be useful for providing consulting services to chestnut growers as they highlight the correlation between the higher scores of the indicators in the chestnut management standard diagnostic table and the management performance of the farmers. We found that the scores of the indicators for management and sale skill, such as management record and analysis, material purchase, and direct transaction with consumers, were relatively lower than those of the indicators for management base and production skill. It is assumed that the chestnut growers aging has led to negligence in recording details on incomes, expenditures, and work and lowered the willingness to make substantial profits. Therefore, it is essential to overcome these problems for profitable chestnut farming.

기업 안전직무교육 평가 시스템 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design for the Assessment System of Safety Job Skill Training in the Enterprise)

  • Prevention of the disasters is the best welfare to workers and it brings the growth and stability of an enterprise, finally uplifts the national competitiveness. Because small-scale businesses do not have safety and health managers, the government provides a wide range of safety and health management supports to small-scale businesses. However despite of this government's effort, the industrial accident rate of small-scale businesses does not decline, which is mainly because the projects are not differentiated according to the risk level of individual business. Therefore, this paper aims to obtain implications concerning a plan to conduct a reliable assessment of education through a safety job assessment, and to build a framework which may improve a technical area through the AHP analysis.

수해운계 고등학교 학생들의 직업기초능력 수준 분석 (A Study on the Level of the Occupational Basic Competencies of Fisheries and Maritime High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the ability level of the occupational Basic Competencies of Fisheries and Maritime(F&M) high school students using F&M basic skills scale. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the level was analyzed with the Fisheries and Maritime ability scale, comparing each grade level & department. This study was applied to the literature and research methods. This research was conducted collecting preliminary data from 1,113 F&M high school freshman and sophomore students. This survey of 46 questions was used to measure for F&M ability scale-divided into 6 areas-marine vocational ethics, marine information capacity, marine elementary knowledge, marine safety management skill, management & utilization marine life and marine consciousness. The results of this study were as follows; First, in F&M high school students' competencies, marine vocational ethics, marine consciousness was higher, marine information capacity, marine elementary knowledge, marine safety management skill were middle, management & utilization marine life was lower. Second, in the grade level, 5 competencies(marine vocational ethics, marine information capacity, marine elementary knowledge, management & utilization life and marine consciousness) were not different, but 2 Grade was higher than 1 Grade in the marine safety management skill. Third, comparing F&M department, Maritime department were higher than fisheries in 5 competencies. But, fisheries department was higher than maritime in the management & utilization life competencies.

수퍼바이저의 지지가 초심상담자의 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 : 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과 (The Effects of Supervisor Supports on Novice Counselor's Psychological Burnout : The Mediating Effects of the Countertransference Management Ability)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수퍼바이저의 사회적 지지가 초심상담자의 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 역전이 관리 능력 및 각각의 하위요인들(자기통찰, 자기통합, 공감능력, 불안관리, 개념화 기술)이 매개 역할을 하는지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 상담경력 3년 이하의 슈퍼비전 경험이 있는 초심상담자 202명을 연구대상으로 하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수퍼바이저의 사회적 지지는 역전이 관리 능력 및 5개의 하위요인 모두와 정적 상관을 나타냈고, 수퍼바이저의 사회적 지지, 역전이 관리능력, 5개 하위요인 모두는 심리석 소진과 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 수퍼바이저의 사회석 지지가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 역전이 관리능력이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수퍼바이저의 사회적 지지가 심리석 소진에 미치는 영향에서 역전이 관리능력의 하위요인들에 대한 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 자기통합, 공감능력, 불안관리는 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기통찰, 개념화 기술은 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 역전이 관리능력이 수퍼바이저의 사회석 지지와 심리적 소진 사이에서 강한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
