These days, Construction industries are getting bigger, more specialized and complicated. Accordingly, the items of management is increased, also owner's organization is reduced. For this reason, various a method of construction management is introduced in the domestic construction industry. But introduction of construction management have caused increase cost because role duplication of managers. This role duplication is caused by confusion of trial and error, irrationality of system. And every construction project have peculiar properties, also owner's organization of project have various properties. This various properties is not reflected in the construction management , and the regimental method of construction management applied. In order to solving these problems, this study suggested the commissioning model for CM service reflected the properties of project and owner. This study have to selection of the critical service, service item of construction management and definition of owner's role through analysis of the properties of project, owner's capacity and requirement.

The aim of the study is to explore the impact of intellectual capital and knowledge management on public sector innovation and also role knowledge management as the mediator variable. The study applied a descriptive quantitative method and by using a simple random sampling approach to 200 civil workers in Indonesian government entities. The data was gathered using an online questionnaire technique and analyzed using the AMOS program for structural equation modeling (SEM). According to the findings of the research, intellectual capital has a substantial influence on knowledge management. As a result, intellectual capital and knowledge management have a significant impact on public sector innovation, with knowledge management serving as a mediator between intellectual capital and public sector innovation. Besides that, the findings of this study suggest that organizations can increase innovation by choosing the right intellectual capital and utilizing good knowledge management. This work addresses a vacuum in the literature on applying knowledge management in the public sector, and so adds substantially to the theoretical progress of the area. Moreover, this is the first study to test the mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation in the public sector of a developed country.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the father-role in the context of Family-Friendly-Environment and to give the information for enhancing the father-role and balancing between work and family. Through the survey in February and March 2010 the data from 973 cases was collected. As a research method the frequency, percent proportion, mean, $X^2$ and Anova were used. From the data 'friendly father' was found as the most preferred father role. And we found the context of father-role was varied with the stage of children's age group. Also the need for the family-friendly program of Healthy-Families-Center was founded. This result was to be applicated for the educational program for fathers. So we proposed the educational program for the fathers in accordance with the developmental stage of children focused on the friendly father-role. In order to perform the friendly father role, more concert information and specific contents have to be developed.

This paper presents a new methodology for business process simulation modeling and analysis based on role-oriented modeling concept. The proposed methodology allows for tracking people and their roles affected by reengineering the business process. It enables one to analyze and evaluate not only work flow, but roles that are part of the flow. A simulator based on this methodology is developed to systematically construct simulation models and conduct simulations easily and efficiently.

This study examines the role of Institutional Household Manager and the certification of their qualification. It shows that there are two aspects of the role of Institutional Household Manager: the one is the suportive activity to satisfy the user’s need and desire; the other is the managerial activity of Institutional Household. And it also sggests who might be the subjects of the certification, how many credits and what kinds of curricula are required, and what is asked for the establishment of Institutional Household Manager system.
