Digitalization and Diversification of Modern Educational Space (Ukrainian case)

  • Linking Ukraine's education system with the trends of global digitalization is mandatory to ensure the sustainable, long-term development of the country, as well as to increase the sustainability of the education system and the economy as a whole during the crisis period. Now the main problems of the education system in Ukraine are manifested in a complex context caused by Russian armed aggression. In the context of war, problems include differences in adaptation to online learning among educational institutions, limited access to education for vulnerable groups in the zone of active hostilities, the lack of digital educational resources suitable for online learning, and the lack of basic digital skills and competencies among students and teachers necessary to properly conduct online classes. Some of the problems of online learning were solved in the pandemic, but in the context of war Ukrainian society needs a new vision of education and continuous efforts of all social structures in the public and private environment. In the context of war, concerted action is needed to keep education on track and restore it in active zones, adapting to the needs of a dynamic society and an increasingly digitized economy. Among the urgent needs of the education system are a change in the teaching-learning paradigm, which is based on content presentation, memorization, and reproduction, and the adoption of a new, hybrid educational model that will encourage the development of necessary skills and abilities for students and learners in a digitized society and enable citizens close to war zones to learn.

우리나라 산업보건관리(産業保健管理) 평가기준(評價基準)과 실태(實態)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Occupational Health Program and Development of Evaluating Criteria for Occupational Health)

  • The study was carried out for 101 establishments in Kyong-In areas to evaluate the industrial health management status utilizing the scoring method by Webb's model during the period from 1 September to October 30, 1977. To compare the results, reevaluation was made with the 45 questions' model prepared by 6 Korean professionals who were specialized in industrial health fields. The results were as follows: 1. The mean rate of affirmative answers for 101 establishments was 51.6%. The mean weighted score rate of affirmative answers was 52.3%. 2. The mean rate of affirmative answers on components of the philosophy and facility resource for 101 establishments was higher than that of average rate. The mean rate of affirmative answers on components of the health evaluation and health management among the health service program was lower than that of average rate. 3. The mean rate of affirmative answers on components was highter among the establishments with more than 500 employees. The mean rate of affirmative answers of chemical establishment was lower than that of others. 4. The mean rate of affirmative answers on 45 questions' model for 101 establishments were 67.1%. The mean weighted score rate of affirmative answers was 70.0%. 5. In case of 45 questions' model, the mean rate of affirmative answers on components of philosophy and treatment was higher than that of average rate and the mean rate of affirmative answers on components of the facility resource and the health evaluation was lower than that of average rate. 6. The mean rate of affirmative answers of the 45 Questions' model was higher than that of Webb's model in size and class of 101 establishments. Author concluded that Webb's model must be suitable for evaluating higher conditions of occupational health management than is presently used in Korean establishments. According to the results, however, there were no significant differences between Webb's model and the 45 questions' model. So it could be used to evaluate Occupational Health Program. For this objective, in Korean occupational situations, further study also must be made comprehensively thereafter.

철학기반의 서비스경제시대 인재상 연구 (A Study on Philosophy-based Human Resource Model in the Service Economy Era)

  • 과거의 제조업 중심 산업경제시대와는 다르게 서비스경제시대는 무형재화중심, 지식보편화, 욕구확장 등의 특징을 가지며 경제의 근간이 되는 많은 것들이 변화하고 있다. 과거에는 환경이 변화하는 속도가 빠르지 않았기 때문에 변화된 환경을 분석한 후 기업에 필요한 인재상을 도출하더라도 오랜 기간 조직에 바람직한 인재상을 유지할 수 있었지만 최근에는 환경 변화 속도가 빨라 선제적으로 인재상을 구축하여 적용하지 않으면 효과적인 경영을 하기 어려운 상황이 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터 분석에 의한 기술적(Descriptive) 방식의 인재상 모델 연구가 아닌 바람직한 인재상 모델 도출을 위한 규범적(Normative) 연구를 수행하였다. 현 시대의 특성과 인류사회의 본질을 분석하여 인재상 모델 구축에 반영하였다. 우주의 공통원리, 동양의 대표사상, 서양의 대표사상을 반영하여 인재상의 기본 모델을 구축하였다. 현대 서비스경제시대에 맞는 인재상을 도출하기 위해 현대 경제사회와 현대정신을 분석하여 반영하였다. 도출된 모델은 조직의 두 대립자인 경영자와 직원이 치열한 상호작용을 하며 변증법적으로 균형을 이루어가는 모델이다. 즉 현대 조직에서의 바람직한 인재는 경영자의 역할을 함께 수행해야 하며, 현대 조직의 경영자상과 인재상은 동전의 앞뒷면처럼 서로 연결되어 있는 구조라고 할 수 있다. 인재상의 철학을 인간관, 역사관, 사회관, 경제관, 경영관 등 5개 차원으로 제시하였으며, 인재상 모델은 주인성, 이성성, 지혜, 고객지향성, 혁신성, 유연성, 자율성, 협업성 등 8개 요소로 도출하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 일반적인 인재상 모델이 기업의 근무형태에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 제시하였으며, 향후 각 기업에 인재상을 반영하기 위한 구체적이고 실증적인 후속 연구들이 필요하다.

IMS지향성과 기업문화 적합도가 IMS활동의 이행수준과 성과에 미치는 영향

  • With a sample of 147 Korean small and medium size companies, this study examined the relationships among degree of information orientation, corporate culture, degree of information management implementation and selected business performances in the process of implementing IMS improvement programs, such as IMS(Information Management System). Information orientation is defined as company-wide understanding and implementation of the underlying philosophy, principles, approached, and tools of information improvement programs. It is assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs requires a information-oriented mind-set of the employees. The key elements of information orientation include continious improvement structured processes, organixation-wide participation and customer-focused spirit. Culture id defined as the value and beliefs of em organization that shape its behavior. It is also assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs require strong support from s corporate culture that emphasizes cintinious improvement. Adopting the competing values model of Quinn and McGrath(1985), corporate culture is classified into 'flexible' versus 'controlled culture' and 'outer-directed' versus 'inner-directed culture'. Fitness was defined through the relationship between levels of information oriented and types of corporate culture. The results were as follows. First, it was found that when a company with high information orientation promoted information innovation programs, such as IMS, it reported higher degree of information management implementation and improvement in business performances. Second, the results showed the importance of 'flexible culture' and 'outer-directed culture' in performing information, innovation. Regarding the types of corporate culture, the analysis found that developmental culture, rational culture and group culture were effective. Third, companies with high information oriented and flexible culture or companies with high information orientation and outer-directed culture reported the highest implementation in Information management activities. Fourth, the results showed that the level of information management implementation had a mediating effect on the relationship between information orientation and business performance. It was also found that enhanced non-financial performance led to the improvement of financial performance. This study attempted to exaime the factor that lead information management program to success. In order to reach success, first, it is suggested that companies have positive mind set toward continious information improvement. Secondly, it is recommended that a flexible and outer-directed culture appropriate for continious information improvement is cultivated.

나노 물질 및 제품의 안전 관리: 윤리적 원리 및 행위지침 고찰 (Safety Management of Nanomaterials and Nanoproducts: Thinking of Ethical Principles and Guidelines for It)

  • 최근 나노 물질의 독성에 대한 보고와 나노 물질을 함유한 제품들의 급속한 증가 그리고 제조 과정에서의 나노 물질의 폭 넓은 응용으로 인해, 나노 물질 및 제품의 안전 관리 문제가 중요한 쟁점으로 부상하고 있다. 특히 작업장에서의 안전, 제품을 사용하는 소비자의 안전 그리고 환경 보호 등 나노 물질 및 제품의 전주기 과정에 걸친 안전 확보가 문제다. 하지만 나노 물질 및 제품의 위험이 잠재적이고 불확정적이기에, 이것들을 대상으로 하는 엄격한 안전 관련 규제체계를 구축하는 것은 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 쟁점들과 관련하여 나노 물질을 연구 개발하고 나노 제품을 생산하는 각 기관들이 안전에 관한 책임 있는 거버넌스(governance)를 구현하기 위해 현재 최선의 것으로 취할 수 있는(엄밀히 말해 취해야 하는) 윤리적인 행위 조치들과 이에 바탕이 되는 윤리적인 원리들을 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 이것이 법적.제도적인 차원의 견고한 안전관리 체계를 구축하는데 중요한 한 축을 형성함을 강조하고자 한다.

전문도서관 기반의 지식경영 방법론 연구 - 특히 참고 정보봉사를 중심으로 - (The Study on Knowledge Management Methodology Through the Reference Services, the Core of the Special Libraries)

  • 지식경영(Knowledge Management)의 중요성은 여러 측면에서 이루어지고 있는 이론 연구나 정부의 기업 경영혁신 시행 지침으로 지식경영을 주요한 도구로 하고 있는 데에서도 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 지식경영은 결국 지식의 순환과정, 즉 지식의 생성, 축적, 공유, 활용, 학습과정을 원활하게 촉진시켜서 기업내의 지적자산의 질과 양을 향상시켜 기업내의 많은 의사결정 문제를 효과적으로 해결하고자 하는 것이라고 정의되는데, 이러한 정의는 곧 전문도서관의 운영이론 및 철학과도 일치하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업이 이미 기업 내에 설치하고 있는 전문도서관을 활용하여 지식경영을 추진하기 위한 이론적 연구와 구체적 사례를 제시하고, 향후 전문도서관 기반의 지식경영 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 전문도서관의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 참고 정보봉사를 통하여 지식경영의 주요 요소인 지적자원과 인적 자원이 융합하며, 기업 문화가 활성화되는 사례를 소개한다. 본 연구는 향후 지식경영을 도입하고자 하는 기업에서 새로운 방식에 의한 지식경영 추진을 위한 의미있는 벤치마킹 자료가 될 것으로 판단한다.

사무소 건축의 공공화장실 실내설계 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Interior Design Method of Public-Toilet in Office Building)

  • This study aims at developing the interior design method of Public Toilet in office building. There needs new concepts in Public Toilet where we felt dirty smelling and dismal in the past. And the behavior in the Public Toilet become various such as combing the hair making-up changing the clothes rinsing out mouth and so on. Nowadays The Public Toilet of office building shows indirectly the hierarchy and the management philosophy of its enterprise, This study treats with the design items such as unit space zoning plan lighting plan and air-conditioning plan and construction method of Public-Toilet in office building. As a result of this study the interior design methods of Public Toilet must reflect use of fitting material lighting plan user's needs and functional divide.(Powder Zone and Physiology Zone) These result will become basic data of future interior design in Public Toilet.

쌍대반응표면최적화의 방법론 및 응용 : A Literature Review (Methods and Applications of Dual Response Surface Optimization : A Literature Review)

  • Dual response surface optimization (DRSO), inspired by Taguchi's philosophy, attempts to optimize the process mean and variability by using response surface methodology. Researches on DRSO were extensively done in 1990's and have been matured recently. This paper reviews the existing DRSO methods from the decision making perspective. More specifically, this paper classifies the existing DRSO methods based on the optimization criterion and the timing of preference articulation. Also, some of case studies are reviewed. Extension to multiresponse optimization, triple response surface optimization, and application of data mining method are suggested as future research issues.

  • I have taught various case audit underwriting methods to underwriters for many years. Underwriting requires specialized medical knowledge and experience of comprehensive individual risk analysis. Decisions in individualized underwriting depend on the insurance company's management philosophy and vision, marketing strategies, culture, product line etc. They also depend on the information acquired through proposal forms, inspection reports, laboratory results and disclosures. Underwriters match this acquired information to each insurance product, search appropriate medical resources, assess the probabilities of future claims, and decide what, if any, further medical information should be gathered. Sources include doctors' reports, medical records, biopsies, blood and urine tests, CT, MRI, Holter monitoring, sonography etc. Insurance medical directors help and teach underwriters to analyze individual medical risks and make effective.

  • This thesis focus of the analysis of the family relationship in Yulgok's thoughts. He thought that to control the family well may have on influence upon the things done outside home and the put its ultimate purpose on the family concord. To keep the harmony family the record relation between the family which has to be based on respect and sincerity must be presumed, In terms that the marital relationship is the most important point of all human ethics he advised the mutual sincerity in choosing a spouse,. Parenthood must be established on the basis of filial duty and charity and brothers and sisters must respect each other with fraternity and politieness. These thoughts which must be inherited today can be the best ways to keep a desirable family relationship.
