The CEO leadership and employee's concerning and participation to quality management innovation activity is critical factor for improving the business performance. This empirical study is aims to find that whether the quality management activity is significant or not in the automotive parts suppliers. To perform this research, we distributed 250 sheets totally, and withdraw 194 sheets. We analysed 169 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. We had the results that CEO leadership is significantly positive effects on the employees's participation to quality management. And the result of process improvement have positively effective and significant effects on the product improvement result and business performance of firms.

The recent market trend of demand and supply of domestic paper industry expected confusion in near future due to massive imports of low cost product because of suddenly emerging of China's mass productive equipment and capacity. The article notes that one of the reasons for the crisis in education was the sharp discrepancy between the emerging new forms and content and the model of macro-management that has developed over the decades. The level of management of the educational system did not emerge as a specific activity characterized by its own mechanisms and processes, just as qualified carriers of this activity - professionals - managers - did not appear. At the same time, there is practically no theoretical and methodological model of the macrolevel of education management, that is, management of the educational system as an integral structure.

The purpose of this study was to apply the activity-based costing (ABC) model to restaurant menu costing. The overhead cast of six entr${\acute{e}}$es in XYZ restaurant was calculated for all levels of activity. When comparing activity-based costing with traditional costing applied to BBQ pork rib and an assorted seafood platter, the total difference of costs between two items was 2,191 won in activity-based costing and 600 won in traditional costing. The average food cast percentage of the six entr${\acute{e}}$es was 27% using traditional costing, while the average activity-based cost percentage was 40%. Therefore, there was a 13% difference between the actual margin volume and the expected margin volume. The application of activity-based costing to the restaurant industry would be a milestone from a cost point of view as well as from a process point of view. In particular, the limitation that traditional costing only accounts for food costs could be overcome b considering the overhead cost as an important part of the cast structure. Furthermore, activity-based costing would not only help to reduce the costs associated with the process of analyzing the activities but it would also provide more accurate cost information for menu pricing.

Single PPM Quality Innovation activity made a great contribution to strengthening the quality competitiveness and the international competitiveness for the domestic small and medium enterprises. But it doesn't work to companies that deal with the particular products for the difficulties during the promotion and the business management. Then, SQ-Mark, which is currently adopted to domestic automobile companies, was benchmarked and studied for its accessibility and solutions. Quality Innovation activity in the particular industry is requested to conduct the confirmation and the inspection in deeper level caused by the specialty of product itself, product engineering manufacturing processes. This study improved 6 steps of the Single PPM activity so that the Single PPM Quality Innovation activity is progressed well for the Mold industry especially among the particular industries. It shows the improvement to the management of the delivery schedule, which has been problematic, if adopted to the relating industries based on this study, it is anticipated to help the corporate operation much.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational safety and health management activities on safety and health performance by using the results of safety activity level evaluation of public organizations. To this end, a research model was established by using three fields as independent variables among the four areas of the safety activity level evaluation index: safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity performance field as a dependent variable. Correlation analysis and regression analysis between major variables were performed. As a result of the correlation analysis, the safety and health activity performance had a significant positive (+) correlation with all of the safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level. The safety and health system had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity plan and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity plan had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity level. And as a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the organization's safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level all had a significant positive (+) effect on safety and health activity performance.

This study measures the building practices having conducted the F team in Samsung electronics using DLOQ that indicates the activate degree of Learning Organization and the quantitative degrees of Learning Organization through comparing the cross-evaluation between the already measured companies in addition to analyzing the F team's success factors. Learning Organization requires sustainable and continuous activity, nor completes by changing many factors with human resources. The study will have the achievement if we measure the successful activity through global companies built a Learning Organization and facilitate the improvement activity sustainably.

It includes the synthesis of pristine ZnO nanoparticles and a series of Ag-doped zinc oxide nanoparticles was carried out by reflux method by varying the amount of silver (1, 3, 5, 7 and 9% by mol.). The morphology of these nanoparticles was investigated by SEM, XRD and FT-IR techniques. These techniques show that synthesized particles are homogenous spherical nanoparticles having an average particle size of about 50-100 nm along with some agglomeration. The photocatalytic activity of the ZnO nanoparticles and Ag doped ZnO nanoparticles were investigated via photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) as a standard dye. The data from the photocatalytic activity of these nanoparticles show that 7% Ag-doped ZnO nanoparticles exhibit much enhanced photocatalytic activity as compared to pristine ZnO nanoparticles and other percentages of Ag-doped ZnO nanoparticles. Furthermore, 7% Ag-doped ZnO was made composites with sulfur-doped graphitic carbon nitride by physical mixing method and a series of nanocomposites were made (3.5, 7.5, 25, 50, 75% by weight). It was observed that the 25% composites exhibited better photocatalytic performance than pristine S-g-C 3 N 4 and pure 7% Ag-doped ZnO. Tauc's plot also supports the photodegradation results.
