The characteristics of geometric contact between the wheel and rail on the turnout must be precisely investigated to limit the speed of trains at a turnout. The characteristics of the contact have an effect on the derailment of trains at a turnout and maintenance of a turnout. In this paper, an analysis program for characterization of the contact on a turnout is first developed. With the developed program, the characteristics of geometric contact, including the contact during steady state running, were analyzed and discussed for improving the safety of trains.

This paper presents efficient protection countermeasure against lightning and surge for the control & instrumentation equipment using TVSS(transient voltage surge suppressor) and TEC(transient earth clamp). We propose the zone protection technique with TVSS and the use of TEC for clearing potential difference between frame ground and signal ground.

Anymon Plus(ver 3.0)은 통합 로그 분석 시스템으로 대용량 로그 및 빅데이터의 실시간 수집 저장 분석할 수 있는 제품(초당 40,000 이벤트 처리)으로서, 방화벽 로그 분석을 통한 비정상 네트워크 행위 탐지, 웹 로그 분석을 통한 사용 패턴 분석, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사기 주문 분석 및 탐지, 내부 정부 유출 분석 및 탐지 등과 같은 다양한 분야로 응용이 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보안관련 인프라 로그를 분석하고 예측하여 예상 보안사고 시기에 집중적 경계를 통한 선제적 대응을 모색하기 위해 통계적 이론에 기반한 통합 로그 분석 시스템을 개발하기 위해, 회귀분석 및 시계열 분석이 가능한 예측 엔진 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

Objective: Moxibustion is one of major healing technique in oriental medicine. It has been widely used in many disease. There is an text which suggest moxibustion is more efficient to the situation of han(寒) and heo(虛) than yeal(熱) and sil(實) in Huangdineijing <黃帝內經>. The aim of this study is to research the effect of moxibustion at Shinmun(H7) is different according to cold or heat tendendy man by analyzing the electroencephalogram(EEG). Methods: We classified objects by their cold or heat tendency using questionnare for cold - heat patternization. (12 cold tendency man, 19 heat tendency man) Before and after moxibustion at Shinmun(H7), EEG raw data were measured during 5 minutes. The correlation dimension(D2), the correlation dimension variability rate(${\Delta}D2$), largest lyapunov exponent(L1) and largest lyapunov exponent variability rate(${\Delta}L1$) were calculated. We analyzed D2, ${\Delta}D2$, L1, ${\Delta}L1$ to see the effect of moxibustion at Shinmun(H7) was statistically different according to Cold or Heat tendendy man. Results : Paired t-test showed significant differences between before and after moxibustion at Shinmun(H7) on the Fp2 in D2(p<0.05), on the Fp2, F3 and F4 in ${\Delta}L1$(p<0.05). Student Hest showed significant differences between cold and heat tendendy man on the F3 in ${\Delta}L1$(p<0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that moxibustion at Shinmun has an effect on stabilizing mind and it is more efficient to the cold tendendy man than the heat tendendy man.

Sasang constitution medicine utilizes voice characteristics to diagnose a person's constitution. To classify Sasang constitutional groups using speech information technology, this study aims at establishing the relationship between Sasang constitutional groups and their corresponding voice characteristics by investigating various speech feature variables. The speech variables include features related to speech source and vocal tract filter. Experimental results show that statistically significant correlation between voice characteristics and some speech feature variables is observed.
