Occult bronchial foreign body is that long-standing foreign body lodge in bronchial tree. Occult bronchial foreign bodies arc rare in adults, whereas tracheobronchial aspiration of foreign bodies occurs commonly in children. A 65-year-old man with chronic cough, sputum production, and fever was transferred for treatment of right middle and lower lobc collapse and obstructive pneumonitis as evidenced by imaging studies. The patient was treated with right middle-lower bilobectomy because fiberoptic bronchoscopic removal of the foreign body failed. We report this case with review of literatures.

In this paper, kinematic analysis of a double-action link-type die set for enclosed die forging is carried out. The structure of the die set and its operational principle during enclosed die forging are introduced in detail. A closed-form solution of the relative velocity of the middle plate with respect to the upper plate after the upper and lower dies are enclosed is given in terms of the link lengths and the distance from the lower pin to the upper pin of the link system. The effect of the link lengths on both strokes and velocities is investigated. It has been shown that the relative velocity of the middle plate with respect to the upper plate varies almost linearly with the stroke of the upper plate.

The more the lift environment eastern idea, culture, factory automation system and information technology complicates, the more the various human error brings about. It brings about all kind of accidents and occupational diseases. Also the death and sickness or injury by psychological stress among the human error has increased every year. Therefore this paper describes the Korean lift change unit model through statistical testing with the proposed life change unit factors on the married workers living the middle area. The proposed model can be simply used in order to minimize the industrial accident and human error in real fields. Finally, the result will be helpful for the better safety management.

This study aimed to analyze man's hair style preference and lifestyle-related. A survey was made on 384 men aged 20 to 39 living in Seoul, Geonggi. Analysis of lifestyle showed that there were the most men preferring aesthetic sense-oriented lifestyles. They had a high preference for an western type face, middle length of hair, non-wave hair style in the all group by lifestyle. The long hair and wave hair style were more preferred by the fashion-oriented than the others. The plans by this study were as follows. Firstly, it is necessary to develop the hair style which complements into the western type face and the hair style by the length of growing hair. In addition, the internetmarketing by manly internet information-oriented group will be a help to marketing strategies.

Studies on the molluscan fauna in Han River were chronologically summarized in this review. In summarizing the related reports, the fauna in the middle- and down-streams of Han River consisted of 2 classes, 5 subclasses, 5 orders, 10 families and 21 species with 3 variations. In addition to the chronological review on molluscan fauna, water pollution problems of Han River according to the urbanization and industrialization around the Seoul areas were ecologically discussed.

This study was performed to investigate the resources flora of Mt. ManRoi(611.7m; 37$^{\circ}$51'N, 127$^{\circ}$ 20'E), during April 1995 to September 1998. The vascular plants, which were collected from the mountain were composed of all 382 taxa including cultivated species, and classified into 1 phylum, 4 classes, 34 orders, 87 families, 254 genera, 323 species, 1 subspecies,55 varieties and 4 forms. There were not rare and endangered species, while 7 taxa of Korean endemic plants, that is, Tricyitis dilatata, Clematis trichotoma, Deutzia coreana, Spiraea prunifolia var, simpliciflora, Forsythia koreana, Weigela subsessilis and Patrinia sanicalaefalia were distributed in this mountain. The vegetation of this investigated area is regarded as the boundary of the temperate middle part and temperate southern part in floral zone of the Korean Peninsula.

Primary malignant lymphomas of the lung are rare and known often to be localized, solitary pulmonary lesions, in chest radiograph. Because they are highly treatable contrast to the other primary lung cancer, the distinction is important. A 35-year old man who was admitted for a solitary pulmonary nodule in the right middle lobe. Percutaneous needle aspiration disclosed diffuse, small cell lymphoma. Bone marrow biopsy showed no evidence of neoplastic lymphoid cell infiltration. There were a walnut sized mass involving right middle lobe with a small satellite nodule at 2cm distal to the right upper lobe bronchial orifice. The histopathology of the bilobectomized specimen showed diffuse, small cell, malignant, non-Hodgkin`s lymphoma. Immunologic subtype was defined as B-cell type.

A clinical analysis was carried out for 37 patients who was treated for functional headache with HWANGRYUNHAEDOKTANG(黃連解毒湯) herb-acupuncture in Seoul Red-Cross Oriental Hospital. The results were as follows; 1. The effect of HWANGRYUNHAEDOKTANG(黃連解毒湯) herb-acupuncture for functional headache was turned out to be better effective the young and middle age than the old. 2. Man was better effective than woman 3. There were effective at tention headache and migraine. 4. There were effective within 6 monthes from onset. 5. There were availability in according with increasing treatment. Through the clinical consequences of therapy mentioned above, we came to confirm regular therapeutic effects for functional headache and hereafter, it is considered that a clinical comparative study on oriental cure and herb-acupuncture therapy for headache has to be more progressed than now.

Death of spouse is the most heartbreaking stressful and inevitable tragic life event. In middle aged men who belong to the social middle class and accomplished their occupational success, experiences of spousal bereavement are great shock. The aim of this study was to find out how they overcome their mental and physical pain and to obtain the basic materials to develop suitable nursing care programs for them. The methodological approach of this study is Giorgi's phenomenological analysis meaning unit. This method also makes theme focal meaning, situated structural description and create general structural description grasped by participator's experience through situated structure description. This study performed from November 2002 to May 2004, and participators were four men. Data collected through in-depth personal interviews. which had been tapped and analysed the Giorgi's method. Finally, the five focal meaning below have been abstracted. Theme 1. Physical symptom loss of appetite, fatigue, insomnia. outbreak of illness, weight loss. Theme 2. life of spiritless lack of desire, sense of emptiness, unstableness, prosaic life. wandering. indifference of appearances, avoidance of meeting people. Theme 3. life of retrospction reflection for his wife, yearning, grief, muttering to himself, never-to-be forgotten wife, leading a lonely life. Theme 4. negative emotion reproaching, feeling hurt, marriage of daughter, feeling heavy, getting angry, sexual desire, awareness of his sinfulness. loneliness Theme 5. social support and adjustment getting his wife off his mind, curring favor with children, support and consolation by his daughter-in-law, appreciation for hospice nurse, considering remarriage, taking care of himself, good relation with his children. The result of this study showed that middle aged men bereaved of their wife by cancer need other's concern. And we have to study further to understand their experience. Until now hospice nursing is concentrated on cancer patients But from now we have to provide their families suitable nursing care programs to adjust themselves to social life before and after death of patients.

Nowadays, all over the world's banks use internet banking through various authentication methods. Although there are strong authentication methods using OTP (One Time Password), there still has vulnerability from sophisticated attacks such as MITM (Man In The Middle). This letter proposes signing-based authentication protocol that copes with attacks, such as MITB (Man In The Browser), and provides non-repudiation function. The protocol shows generic method to prevent the sophisticated attacks through connecting advantages from OTP and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) certificate, and that can be deployed to various extended form in internet banking.
