화장품 로드샵 남성 판매종사원의 서비스품질이 구매의사에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Service Quality of Cosmetic Road Shop Male Sales Staff on Purchase Intention)

  • 성별에 따른 직업군의 기준이 무너지는 사회의 변화로 여성의 전유물로 인식되어왔던 뷰티영역에 남성 뷰티전문가들이 종사하고 있으며, 이에 따른 관심도 증가와 더불어 뷰티 산업 속에 차지하는 남성 종사자의 비중이 증가로 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성장하는 뷰티산업과 증가하는 남성 뷰티 종사자들 중 화장품 로드샵의 남성 판매종사원의 서비스품질이 구매의사에 미치는 영향을 통하여 향후 남성 뷰티종사자들에게 고객유치에 있어 전략적 시사점을 모색할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 3가지 가설을 수립하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 화장품 로드샵 남성 판매종사원의 서비스품질은 구매의사에 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 화장품 로드샵의 남성 판매종사원들은 구매의사의 증가를 위해서 단정한 외모와 복장으로 고객을 응대하는 자세가 필요하며, 지속적인 제품교육 및 신속하고 정확한 서비스를 제공하는 교육이 필요하다고 사료된다.

  • In the research and analysis for survey practice on stability on the nutrition intake relities to an affect influence factor for variable reason to discovers dweller in cities area which is in order to prevent an unfortunately influence that thus obviously restricted by nutrition intake would be restoration. And then attempted to avhivement of stability fulfil to correct nutrition intake needed under the establish for effectiveness measured to provide the primary required resources be considerations must accomplish certain survey of goals. Therefore subject of criticism for survey was conducted during January 4 1990 to January 24 1990 through 20 days adapted place were Seoul, Taegu and Pohang cities dweller 1206 person be conducted under the expert survey personnel by directly the survey was conducted with the questional form has atapted for its survey conclusion of result be summarixed as bellow. 1) The subject of criticism for survey was ferformed to personnel adapted age group 40 to 49 were 24.9%, Age group 50 to 59 were 18.4% shows most adult group has significant higher value rate appearenced. In consideration the education level were evaluated the college grauated ; 48.8% and High School graduated: 30.1% shows that more educated level has significant higher rate value were appearenced. 2) On the subject of criticism to evaluation for adapted personnel by native place such as larger citypeople ; 29.6%, Farming and fishing village people were 28.4%, although the classfication of job analysis for estimation appearence rate were ; students 27.4%, Sales and service field personnel rate ; 15.1% and expert technique field personnel were ; 90% comprehensively appearenced. Although consideration for ecnomics situation review to the middle level shows of rate ; 61.7% and lower level was appearenced rate ; 23.9% of each others. 3) The people of resident in cities were appearenced nutrition intake has more than 2 weeks continuousely practiced by experiance rate shows ; 72% thus intake has experianced rate were 74.6% and female was 68.5% affact is comprehensively male has more many higher rate valued. In the classfication by age group 60 year old has 100% they have experiaced of nutrition intake and age group 50 to be appearenced its rate ; 76.4 % and age group 40 were 75.5% Thus result of survey for comparative rate shows in generally say more aged group has intake significant higher than younger age of group. Nevertheless, age group 10 years old be experienced of nutrition of intake rate ; 63.2% and age group 20 shows 73.9% was comparative more significant higher than age group 30 years old level adolescents.

대학생의 의류쇼핑성향과 청바지 구매 시 점포선택 (College Students' Apparel Shopping Orientations and Store Selection for Purchasing Jeans)

  • The purposes of this study were to classify shopper types based on clothing shopping orientations and to identify the differences in store selection criteria and demographic characteristics by shopper types. The questionnaire was administered to female and male undergraduate and graduate students living in Seoul. Of 330 returned questionnaires, 319 were used in the statistical analysis which were factor analysis, cluster analysis, $\chi$$^2$-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Clothing shopping orientations had six factors: recreational shopping, name conscious shopping, economic shopping, fashion oriented shopping, convenience shopping. and individualistic shopping. Cluster analysis identified that clothing shopping orientations had four groups: recreational cluster, individualistic cluster, demanding shopper cluster, and convenient brand conscious shopper cluster. 2) Clothing shopping orientations were significantly different in relation to the demographic characteristics such as gender, major field of study, expenditure on clothing, pocket money, and family income level. 3) Store selection criteria had five factors: service quality, physical store environment, sales personnel, shopping convenience, and other attractions. 4) There were significant differences in physical store environment, shopping convenience, and other attractions according to the shopper clusters.

도시민의 침치료에 대한 의식과 관련요인분석 (A Study on the status of treatment by acupunctury of community people in city area)

  • This study carried out to investigate consciousness level and situation of treatment by acupuntury (the most important part of oriental medicine) and analyze factors affection to the praetice of exercise. The main purpose of the study was to give basic and necessery data in formulating a policy related to Oriental Medical Treatment. The study was conducted by trained surveyers, for dueller in three cities (Seoul, Busan and Taegu) during 1990. 1. 4 -1990. 1. 23. The result of this study can be summerized as follows. 1. The subject of criticism an investigation for general charactristic be conducted in seoul, Busan and Taegu city area an objective 417 person, 423 person, and 366 person was among those comparatively little more by male was higher rate than female. Those in classification age group evaluation was adopted by age group 10, 20 years old adult 41.3% of most higher rate, next rank was adopted by age group 40 years old (24.9%). 2. An objective of investigation survery was made to personnel were comparative an educated level significantly higher such as college graduated 48.8%, high school graduated 30.1%. And the native comes from urban area, rural, midium and small city rate were shown as 29.6%, 28.4% and 19.9% each other. There by classification of occupational job was shown by students has 27.4% are most higher significantly also there sales and servive field job appearanced 15.1% and expert technical job is 9.0%. Religion is buddist, Christianity, Catholicism all them each other shown 33.6%, 16.7% and 12.4%. An evaluation in economic situation value rate was appearanced by middle class is 61.7% and upper and lower classes are 14.4% and 23.9% with each other and married were 59.2% 3. The people resident in cities area has experience of acupuncture were 70.4% There by classification of an area was shown by Seoul, Busan and Taegu all them other shown 59.7%, 85.2%, 68.1%. According as sex was shown by male 71.7% was more higher than female. According as age was shown by 40 years 85.0% 50 years 77% 20 years old was more higher than 30, 60 years old.

무역전시회 참가비용의 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinants of Trade Show's Participation Fees)

  • 무역전시는 기업에게 효과적인 해외마케팅 수단을 제공하는 국제촉진수단이며, 전후방 연관효과를 통해 소득과 고용창출에 미치는 파급효과가 뛰어난 고부가가치 서비스산업이다. 본 연구는 무역전시의 참가비 지출과 관련된 소비조사를 통한 미시경제적 접근을 통해 참가비 지출의 결정요인을 분석하여 전략산업으로서의 육성을 모색하기 위함이다. 연구 결과, 참가비에 영향을 미치는 사회 경제적 요인은 관람객의 경우 소득과 교육이 정(正)의 방향을, 연령과 성별은 부(負)의 방향으로 나타났다. 참가업체의 경우 연령과 매출액은 정(正)의 방향으로, 인적구성은 부(負)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 참가비에 영향을 미치는 참가 행태 요인으로는 관람객의 경우 티켓구입은 정(正), 거리는 부(負)의 방향으로 나타났고, 참가업체의 경우 거리는 부(負), 참가횟수는 참가비에 정(正)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 만족 요인으로는 관람객의 경우 전시품목과 장소, 입장료 등의 만족도가 정(正)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 참가업체의 경우 거래실적과 홍보효과, 장소 등에 관한 만족도가 참가비에 정(正)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본연구의 결과가 무역전시회의 참가결정요인을 제시하여 무역전시의 마케팅 수립과 경영전략에 기초적인 자료가 되기를 기대한다.

The people resident in cities area has pratice of health development by exercise person were 43.5% and value of rate for male has exercise practice is 52.5%, was significantly higher than female has by age group 10 years old and age group 50 years old is 52.6% and 47.3% was comparative higher rate also age group 30 is 35.1% of low factor was indicated. Although evaluated an economic situation rate was higher level get more taken the practice of health develop exercise(higher level 60.0% and low level is 32.9%). Although by higher level of educated were more taken pratice of their proper physical exercise(college graduated rate ; 52.2% of most higher and high school graduted ; 39.7% and then middle school graduated is 19.1%) unmarried taken exercise rate ; 48.4% is significantly higher than married person rate ; 40.8%. Although objective of native area of exercise rate of Urban area cities ; 52.5% are significantly higher farming and fishing native person rate ; 40.4% shown is most low.
