This study investigated the effect of gender stereotypes, majors subject satisfaction, and self-leadership in male nursing students. Data was collected from October 1, 2018 to December 10, 2018, enrolling male nursing university students attending four nursing departments located at G-province. Data were analyzed by frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, correlation analysis, and ANOVA, by applying the SPSS 22.0 program. Results of this study reveal the average gender stereotype of male nursing students to be $1.31{\pm}0.17$, average of major subject satisfaction $2.95{\pm}0.51$, and self-leadership $2.98{\pm}0.43$. Analyzing the characteristics of variables according to general characteristics revealed that major satisfaction scores are higher for students who think positively about school and major, have higher grades, and choose their major after considering their aptitude. Self-leadership was higher with age and school year, and among students who selected their major after considering future employment opportunities. This study aims to provide basic data for male nursing university students to help them to adapt well in the field of nursing.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the GRIT of the students who major in landscaping upon their will to continue online learning and the mediating effect of the academic engagement in this process. For this purpose, the researcher surveyed the landscape major students in the universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions, from November 25, 2021, to December 9, 2021. The result of the analysis of the responses from 296 participants showed that the GRIT of the landscaping major students during online learning in their universities had a positive and significant impact on their academic engagement and learning persistence. Also, academic engagement had a positive and significant impact on learning persistence. In addition, in the relationship between GRIT of the landscaping major students in online learning and their learning persistence, academic engagement had a significant mediating effect. The findings of this study indicated that the GRIT and the academic engagement of a student were important in order to enhance the learning persistence during online learning for landscaping major students. Due to the nature of landscaping departments, where practical classes are important because the subject itself is a practice-oriented one and the subject covers a variety of areas, it is the implication of this study that the internal factors of students, as well as the external factors of the university, need positive improvement to reinforce the academic engagement during online learning.

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between nursing students' empathy, communication skills, and major immersion, and to identify factors that affect major immersion. The subjects of the study were 247 nursing students from one university in the G province, and data collection was conducted from November 20 to December 1, 2023. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The subject's empathy ability was 3.49 points, communication ability was 3.64 points, and major immersion was 3.61 points. Major immersion has a positive correlation with empathy and communication ability, and the factors affecting major immersion are major satisfaction and communication ability, with an explanatory power of 42.9%. To improve nursing students' immersion in their major, it is necessary to set the direction of learning activities and develop and apply various extracurricular programs.

Purpose: The purpose of this descriptive study was to investigate the level of nursing professionalism and influencing factors of professionalism in nursing students. Method: A convenience sample of 207 subjects were recruited from two universities in I city and one university in S city. The subject for this survey were senior students who finished all clinical practicum to be done before graduation. Results: The mean scores of the nursing professionalism and the satisfaction with clinical practice were 3.43 and 3.28 individually. The mean of self-efficacy and image of nurses were 3.60 and 3.71 individually. Mean of major satisfaction score was 3.88. There were significant correlations among nursing professionalism, satisfaction with clinical practice, self-efficacy, image of nurses and major satisfaction. The most strong factor affecting nursing professionalism was the image of nurses and accounted 52.0 percentage of the variance. Sixty point one percentage of the variance was explained by image of nurses, major satisfaction, religion and satisfaction with clinical practice. Conclusion: To make students have more positive nursing professionalism, strategies enhancing the positive nurse image, clinical satisfaction, and major satisfaction need to be developed during school years.

The survey was carried out for the student sin colleges of SangJi University for analyzing the parameters affecting the selection of ones cultural studies and major subjects. The number of respondents was 204, and the responses were computer-processed utilizing Excel and statistical software SPSS. The attributes of main factors were composed of House of Quality(HOQ) that is basic matrix of Quality Function Development. From the survey analysis, selection criteria for ones cultural studies and major subjects are as follows. In selecting ones cultural studies, teaching methodology is the most important factor than assignment, the percentage of attendance and academic credit. And in case of major subjects, no other factors than the recommendation by seniors were significantly affected ones subject selection.

Purpose：The purpose of this study is an interval palmar width according to change of muscle activation under push-up movement. Methods：Three, this study participation normal young adult (male 3, mean age ; 24yaers). The subject performed maximum contraction under push-up movement. EMG activaty patterns is measured with three different width. The EMG activity of pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi were measured using surface electromyography. Results：EMG activation of pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi following of push-up was shown significant difference(p<.05). Also, experiment value was agree with calculation value and width of shoulder position was minimum of pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi muscle activity. Conslusion：RMS values in case of fretum and wide width of the hands on Latissimus Dorsi are shown muscle activity $132{\mu}V$ and $173.5{\mu}V$, respectively. Especialy, RMS value in terms of wide width of the hands on muscles is shown very enhanced muscle activity. It is suggest that interval palmar width of the hands on pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi in push-up movement was effective to intensify of the muscle activity.

The purpose of the study is to analyse students' academic achievement by their university major field and changes of grade. The subject was entering students of C medical graduate school in 2008. We divided entering students' major fields into two fields that are natural science and non-natural science filed. We analysed academic achievements of entering students by grades, curriculum from 2008 to 2011. And We analysed to find out whether there are differences in academic achievements by grades, curriculum of each major fields. There were no significant statistical differences in academic achievements by grade, curriculum of the two different university major fields. Futhermore, as a results of analysis on level(high, medium, low) distribution and differences of academic achievements by grade, curriculum of the two different university major fields, there were no statistically meaningful results. There is the need to keep entrance selection systems that open the possibility of selecting the students with other academic background. And there is the need to change general awareness assuming that there are differences in academic achievements by university major fields. We need to guide students with belief of their learning possibility.

This study attempted to understand the nurse image and major commitment of nursing students, investigate their relationship, and prepare necessary measures to improve the major commitment of nursing students. The data were collected from 185 nursing students enrolled in seven nursing colleges and were analyzed statistically with the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. The research results are as follows. It was confirmed that the more positive the nurse image perceived by the subject, the higher the major commitment. In addition, influencing factors the major commitment of nursing students identified in the order of major satisfaction, perception of nursing, nurse image, and aptitude and interest among nursing selection motives, and total explanatory power was 42%. Based on the above results, it is necessary to develop and apply a program including a positive nurse image for nursing students.

This study was attempted to provide basic data for the development of the nursing major curriculum and the admission strategy for attracting new students by identifying the perception of the nursing major among freshmen in the nursing department. Participants in this study were 40 freshmen who agreed to participate in the study among freshmen in the department of nursing who completed self-exploration, a required liberal arts course for freshmen opened in the first semester of 2021. Data collection was a study diary written by participants after 15 weeks of class, and the traditional content analysis method suggested by Heieh and Shannon was applied to data analysis. As a result of the study, three themes were derived: 'motivation for entering the nursing major', 'value of the nursing major', and 'obstacles to the nursing major'. Therefore, colleges and departments need to strengthen their entrance examination strategies to develop and conduct field trip programs for experiential departments linked to middle and high schools and It is necessary to solve the difficulties in taking major courses by providing subject and extracurricular programs targeting students who lack basic learning ability.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to lay the groundwork for the development of appropriate training courses for a rapidly changing digital technology in the field of Dental technology. Methods: The subjects of this study were dental technicians, dental technology students, a professor of dental technology in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area and a self-administered structured questionnaire survey was conducted for 350 randomly selected people. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 17.0 statistics program and analysis techniques include the frequency, percentage and cross-analysis. Results: The results of the survey are as follows. The usefulness of Major subjects was Full Denture laboratory (4.72 points), Dental Morphology (4.71 points), Crown and Bridge laboratory (4.69 points) in the instructor's group. The usefulness of Major subjects was Dental Morphology (4.56 points), Full Denture (4.36 points), Crown and Bridge laboratory (4.69 points) in the student's group. The usefulness of Major subjects was Dental Morphology (4.58 points), Dental Morphology laboratory (4.34 points), Partial Denture laboratory (4.30 points) in the dental technician's group. Subject with the highest usefulness of required course to open was CAD/CAM lecture and laboratory, the highest proportion of 91.2% and Implant laboratory was very useful (91.2%) in the instructor's group. Subject with the highest usefulness of required course to open was CAD/CAM lacture and laboratory, the highest proportion of 90.0% and Implant laboratory was very useful (91.2%) in the student's group. Subject with the highest usefulness of required course to open was CAD/CAM lacture and laboratory, the highest proportion of 91.2% and Implant laboratory was very useful (90.2%) in the dental technician's group. Conclusion: Semester of the subjects was required establishment of CAD/CAM lecture and laboratory in the third year first semester (85.1%) and Implant laboratory in the third year second semester the third year was the highest proportion of 94.1% in the instructor's group. 87.0% of students need to open CAD/CAM lacture and laboratory in the third year first semester, Implant laboratory in the third year second semester the third year was the highest proportion of 85.0% in the student's group. Semester of the subjects was required establishment of CAD/CAM lecture and laboratory in the third year first semester (81.0%) and Implant laboratory in the third year second semester the third year was the highest proportion of 80.0% in the dental technician's group.
