전업농가의 농업기계 정기 점검정비 실태조사 (Survey on the Regular Maintenance of Agricultural Machinery for the Full-Time Farmers)

  • The regular maintenance and repair status of major farm machinery such as power tiller, farm tractor, rice transplanter and combine harvester etc., were surveyed and analyzed for the full-time farmers in order to get basic information for promoting farm machinery productivity. The survey was carried out through 209 farmers from 9 provinces. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The regular maintenance of farm machinery was conducted at repair shop(49.5%) or dealer agency(12.0%), and also conducted by farmers at their house(34.9%). 2. For the status on the cleanness or exchange times of engine oil, fuel filter and air cleaner, most farmers conducted fewer times than the necessary times. And, 5.3%, 7.7%, and 2.9% of surveyed farmers experienced breakdowns due to the insufficient cleanness or exchange oil, fuel filer, and air cleaner, respectively. 3. Most farmers(76.1%) recognized the necessity of farm machinery training or education, and they preferred one week for the training period, simple or easy maintenance for the training level, agricultural technical center or farm machinery manufacturer for the training agency. 4. Complete recognition of operation manual and sufficient maintenance before-, during-, and after-operation for the farm machinery can minimize the breakdowns, enlarge the endurance prevent the safety accidents, and promote productivity of farm machinery. And, these can be accomplished by the thorough training or education for agricultural machinery.

외환위기 이후 가구주의 종사상지위 변화유형이 가계소득증감여부에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Worker Status Change Type of the Household Heads on Household Income Since Korean Financial Crisis-excel)

  • This study examined the effects of household head’s worker status change type on household income and household head’s income using a total combined sample of 2,578 households from Korea surveyed in 1998 and 2002 KLIPS(Korean Labor and Income Panel Study). Binary logit regression results showed that household incomes were likely to decrease significantly when household head’s changed worker status from a regular employee, a temporary employee or a daily worker, or an employer or a self-employed to no job status, or from a regular employee to a temporary employee or a daily worker, an employer or a self-employed, or from an employer or a self-employed to a regular employee compared to a regular employee status maintenance. In contrast, household head’s incomes were likely to increase significantly when household head’s changed worker status from a temporary to a regular employee compared to a regular employee status maintenance. Women household heads were significantly associated with the likelihood of the decrease of household head’s income compared to men household heads. Household heads beyond their forties were significantly associated with the likelihood of the decrease of household head’s income compared to household heads in their thirties age-group counterparts. Household heads with education level beyond high school graduation were significantly associated with the likelihood of the increase of household head’s income compared to household heads with the education level of high school graduation. This study shows that a more comprehesive labor policy is needed for achieving sustainable household income inflow.

임대아파트 유지관리 시스템 개발을 위한 프로세스 및 데이터 모델 구축에 관한 연구 (Study on the Development of Process and Data Models for the Maintenance of Rental Apartments)

  • 본 논문은 임대아파트의 유지관리 프로세스 및 데이터 모델을 제시하였다. TO-BE 모델은 프로세스, 취해질 활동, 어떤 정보가 활동 사이에서 어떻게 교류되어야 하는가 하는 방법을 표준화 하는데 기여하며 IDEF0 모델의 형태로 제시되었다. 데이터 모델은 TO-BE 모델에서 추출한 유지관리시스템 프로세스를 근간으로 DB 구축을 위한 ERD를 제시하였다. 유지관리 분야 연구 성과로서 임대아파트의 유지관리 업무에 대한 구조적이고 그에 대한 기준을 설명할 수 있는 프로세스 모델이 개발되었다. 또한 본 모델은 유지관리에 참여하는 조직 내에서 정책의 결정을 위한 가이드라인으로 작용할 수 있다. TO-BE 모델은 수명 주기 동안 임대자산에 투자되는 자본을 유지하고, 기능을 향상시키기 위해 실행되는 효과적인 전략과 절차(개념적 모델을 통한 데이터와 지식의 통합)와 별도로 유지관리 관행 전반에 관한 방법을 규정할 수 있게 해 주는 기초자료가 될 것이다. 구현된 애플리케이션은 프로세스 모델을 근간으로 설계된 데이터 모델에 대한 활용을 보여준다.

교육시설 유지관리 수준에 관한 전문가 의식조사 연구 (A Study on the Survey of the Experts' Consciousness as to the Level in Maintenance Management of Educational Facilities)

  • In case of the BTL Project for current educational faculties, the proper standards to analyze those said educational standards lack, so it is very difficult to conduct an exact analysis and those improper standards are problematic when proper management and maintenance costs are calculated. In case of such educational facilities, as students have to use them safely for a long time and the quantity of their activities and the status of their physical growth based on individual classes, as well as the features for use by facility and the regional characteristics are different, other standards for maintenance and management must be considered unlike an apartment house. Thus, in this study, to set up the standards considering the features of educational facilities, the maintenance and management level suitable for educational facilities is presented by comparing and analysing that required to maintain and manage an apartment house, targeting the experts specializing management of educational facilities.

방음벽의 유피관리 실태 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Actual Status and Improvement Method of Maintenance Management for Noise Barrier)

  • Noise harriet Is used for noise reduction method of traffic noise. The length and the total cost of that are increased In this national area. But. a maintenance management of noise barrier is not systematic. and the guideline of that is not prepared for maintenance manual. The situations of existed installation and management of noise barriers Installed at 3.619 positions were investigated by questionnarie and direct field survey. And comparisons with foreign management guideline of noise harrier were carried out. The results show that the improvement methods of maintenance management system such as practical checklist and required Items for management of noise barrier were suggested.

Maintenance of Waterscape Facilities at Garden shows in Korea

  • We aimed to understand various problems identified at waterscape facilities of gardens built at garden shows in Korea. The main purpose of the study is to understand which parts of waterscape facility built in gardens at garden shows are causing problems and whether these problems can be traced back from garden design phase or from local communities in charge of maintenance. Furthermore, we examined if such problems get more aggregated as time passes by and different garden shows have different types of problems. In this study, types of waterscape facilities examined are pond, waterway, wall fountain, water glass, trough, mist, Cascade, fountain, rain garden, waterfall. An analysis of the maintenance status of waterscape facilities introduced in the existing gardens confirmed that problems could arise in two main respects. One is due to poor maintenance by the organizers of the garden show, and the other is due to the poor design of waterscape facilities by the garden designer.

일부 농촌 주민들의 주관적 건강상태와 삶의 만족도 관련요인 (Factors Influencing Perceived Health Status and Life Satisfaction in Rural Residents)

  • 본 연구는 농촌 주민의 일반적인 특성 및 건강 관련 특성을 파악하고 주관적 건강상태와 삶의 만족도의 관련요인을 규명하여 농촌 주민들을 위한 건강관리 전략 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 G군의 1개읍, 20세 이상 성인 1,091명이었으며, 자료수집기간은 2009년 6월 28일부터 8월 25일까지이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 서술통계, ${\chi}^2$-test, Pearson correlation, t-test, ANOVA, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과로는 대상자의 일반적인 특성과 건강 관련 특성에 따른 주관적 건강상태의 비교에서는 성별, 연령, 교육정도, 배우자 유무, 진단받은 질병, 약복용 유무, 주된 건강유지 행위, 음주 여부, 음주 빈도, 운동 여부, 가족화목도와 친구관계에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 삶의 만족도 비교에서는 연령, 교육정도, 배우자 유무, 주된 건강유지 행위, 흡연 여부, 운동 여부, 가족화목도, 친구관계에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대상자의 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로는 진단받은 질병, 운동 여부, 가족화목도, 교육정도, 약복용 여부, 친구관계였으며, 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로는 가정화목도, 주관적 건강상태, 주된 건강유지 행위, 친구관계로 나타났다. 이러한 농촌 주민들의 일반적인 특성과 건강관련 특성을 충분히 반영하여 농촌 주민들의 주관적 건강상태와 삶의 만족도를 증진시킬 수 있는 구체적인 중재 프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있다.

  • Infrastructure is provided to the user through long-term project period and large-scale working expenses. Existing facilities are getting old as time goes by. Accordingly, proper maintenance is required and generally more maintenance cost than initial invested cost is needed during life cycle. Therefore, a specific plan that just increases the value of facilities is required by evaluating performance of facilities and inputting minimum maintenance cost. Value engineering that increases the value of object by systemically analyzing Life Cycle Costs and function is actively promoted at the design phase of construction. These efforts can increase the performance of facilities at the maintenance phase of infrastructure. This study is to search how to evaluate the performance of Roadway by utilizing function analysis, as a core part of VE in the maintenance phase. In order to this a new evaluation criteria were proposed by adding an evaluation items to the existing criteria through the research of old documents, status of roadway maintenance and function analysis of VE. The results of this study may promote the effective performance evaluation to determine a resolution of roadway congestion in future. A succeeding study using the proposed evaluation criteria will be required.

교량 성능변화를 고려한 유지관리비용 추계분석 방법 개발 (Development of maintenance cost estimation method considering bridge performance changes)

  • 사회기반시설물의 노후화에 따른 교량 유지관리비용의 급격한 증가에 대비하기 위해서는 미래 발생 가능한 유지관리비용의 예측이 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 교량 관리주체의 유지관리 현황 분석을 통해 교량의 관리수준을 파악하고, 이를 생애주기에 따른 목표관리수준과 성능향상 한계 값으로 모델링하였다. 이와 함께 교량 안전점수에 따른 보수보강비용 예측모델, 성능열화모델, 평균개축비용단가, 평균 개축시기로 구성된 기존의 비용 및 성능 예측모델과 연계하여, 교량 유지관리비용 추계분석을 위한 방법론 및 절차를 제안하였다. 제안된 방법의 활용성 검증을 위해 특정 관리주체가 관리하는 교량의 규모, 노후화 정도, 현재 관리현황을 고려하여 미래 유지관리비용 추계 분석을 수행하였다. 연차별로 개별 교량 수준의 안전등급과 유지관리 조치에 따른 비용 추정 결과와 이들을 관리주체 수준으로 합산하여 연차별 평균 안전점수, 안전등급 구성비, 점검진단비용, 보수보강비용, 개축비용을 합리적으로 추정할 수 있다. 향후 목표성능관리수준의 변경에 따른 생애주기 예산의 변화를 추정하여 최적의 관리수준을 제안할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
