To keep enterprise's competitiveness on condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only production and maintenance but also related Industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys for the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, this study studied the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique by using of the knowledge-based system under the internet environment. This web based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime. Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety.

This study aims to make a revitalizing plan for managing and maintaining of facilities which were installed after the rural development projects. The survey was conducted to examine some issues of operating facilities from the developing plan. There were some factors that should be considered in the establishment stage of the project plan when promoting rural development projects. Among them, the preservation and maintenance of rurality, consistency with business plans, connectivity with local resources, and ease of maintenance were less reflective than its importance. And for each facility, systematic consulting on appropriate scale and operational management plans and detailed planning is needed.. It's also necessary to plan action so that the local community can lead. The current or future rural development project will be succeeded when local governments support to strengthening their local groups or people's abilities.

Purpose: This study intends to provide decision-making information to improve efficiency by analyzing the management efficiency of smart greenhouse business entities and identifying factors that affect the efficiency based on input and output. Methods: The subjects of analysis were business entities for cultivating strawberries in smart greenhouses in Jeolla region (northern and southern Jeolla provinces), and the analysis focused on the management performance of the 2019-2020 crop period (year). Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) was applied as an analysis method for efficiency analysis, Quantile Regression(QR) analysis was applied as a factor affecting the efficiency. Results: The reason for the efficiency gap between business entities was that there were many business entities that did not minimize the input cost at the current level of output, and the area where the variance among business entities was large was the fixed cost per 10a. In the results of the affecting factor analysis, it was found that the seed-seedlings cost, fertilizer cost, other material cost, and employment and labor cost had a negative (-) effect on the efficiency, and that the repair and maintenance cost had a positive (+) effect. Conclusion: Therefore, to achieve the efficiency of scale, it is necessary to reduce the input scale to an appropriate level. In the case of business entities with low efficiency by quartile, the seed-seedlings, fertilizer, and other material costs reduce expenditures, and repair maintenance costs can improve efficiency by increasing expenditures.

도시정비사업(재건축·재개발)은 일반 주택사업에 비해 인허가 기간이 길고, 인허관청과 협의내용이 많아 전문성이 요구된다. 조합원의 대부분은 정비사업에 대한 기초지식도 없어 원활한 사업추진을 위해 많은 권한을 조합장에게 위임하고 있다. 하지만 조합원이 위임한 본래취지와 달리 조합장의 사적이익을 위해 비리에 노출되고 있고, 조합원의 분쟁을 해결하지 못해 사업이 중단된 사례를 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 이러한 위험을 극복하기 위해 실무전문가로 구성된 설문조사를 통해 정비사업의 문제점을 찾아보고, KCSI 평가모델을 통한 해결방안을 나타낼 수 있었다. 본 연구는 조합장의 업무보조에 국한된 관리형CM이 아닌 조합의 간섭을 받지 않고 독자적인 사업판단을 할 수 있는 책임형CM의 필요성을 언급하였다. 건설산업 진흥의 국가적 역할을 위해 책임형CM 활성화가 필요하여 6가지 실질적 대안을 제언하였다.

This research applies Blattberg's CE (customer equity) model to B2B business context. Through the model we estimate customer lifetime value of a Korean semiconductor manufacturer. The results show that Blattberg model has limiting applicability to B2B business context. To overcome the limits, several suggestions were made. The main suggestion was predicting maintenance costs for different customers groups and including decision variables regarding marketing costs that would help building a differentiated CE model for the B2B business context.

Due to the rapidly changing global business environment and global management environment, companies must actively act for competitiveness. By examining the development process of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), there is a chance to optimize the organization and find measures to improve the company competitiveness. It seems examining task process, and studying the influence of ERP introduction to management performance by considering whether the excessive maintenance cost or repetitive investment toward ERP is quiet significant. The companies which instituted ERP uses "business process model" provided by "Best Practice" compare own task to choose much efficient method. This allows simultaneous realization of ERP institution and Business Reengineering (BR).

The purpose of this paper is to propose alternatives to help for the aged to implement start business as a method to recreate the aged population for their second life. There are three considerations that supports start business for the elderly. The first is to reinforce educational support system for the aged. Through the lifelong education, the aged require easy start business' information. This is not only goverment's job, a local autonomous entity is to support in the form of organic organization. The second is the maintenance of financial support system. Besides start business education, various financial support system must serve for the aged to challenge their start business enthusiastically. The last consideration is formation of start business network that joins the aged efficiently. Based on these aspects, the application for increasing elderly human resource is to consider both employment program of the aged and also start business program for them.

학교시설은 2000년도에 들어서면서 다양화, 기계화, 친환경적으로 급속히 변화를 맞이하고 있다. 그러나 교육시설 유지관리는 과거의 단순한 유지관리 방식을 유지하고 있다. 시설유지관리의 급격한 변화는 2005년도부터 임대형민간투자사업(BTL)의 등장으로 교육시설에도 민간의 유지관리 방식이 도입되어 변화를 계속하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 학교시설유지관리체제의 재구조화를 위한 인력운영 측면의 효과적인 구조체제 개선방안의 제시하고자 하였다.

하천시설물은 정보의 관리주체가 국가하천과 지방하천 등에 따라 달라서 통합되어 관리되지 못하고 있는 점, 설계 및 시공 단계의 정보화 축적이 미흡하여 시설물 정보의 망실이 우려되는 점 등 하천분야로 BIM 도입을 하기 위해서는 해결해야 할 과제들이 산재해 있다. 또한, 이로 인해 유지운영단계에서의 시설물 정보 활용 수준 역시 상당히 미흡한 편이다. 따라서, 하천시설물의 효과적인 유지운영을 위해서는 표준분류체계에 따라 시설물 정보를 정리함으로 데이터의 일관성을 확보하고 효율성을 증대시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 하천분야의 시설물 특성을 고려하여 하천분야의 BIM 정보모델 도입과 3차원 기반의 하천시설의 효율적인 유지운영 전환을 위한 BIM 표준분류체계를 적용하는 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the determinants of Elderly Residental Satisfaction on the residential environment improving projects and suggest the political implications. The survey include questionnaires about the satisfaction level on the project physical and non-physical maintenance factors. The results were statistically analyzed by Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. As the result of the study, firstly, it shows that 'traffic and improve pedestrian environment' and 'improved parking environment' factors that are important to the satisfaction of the elderly residents of a high impact on the business component a physical maintenance. Secondly, it shows that 'home improvement and management support' and 'economic foundation' factors that are important to the satisfaction of the elderly residents of a high impact on the business component a non-physical maintenance. The results of analysis on the determinants of Elderly Residental Satisfaction on the residential environment improving projects of Yonnam project may be important foundation for future strategies for improvement.
