웹 상에서의 비정형 시스템의 자율적 설계 (A Web-Based Autonomous Design for Unstructured Systems)

  • 비정형 시스템이란 각 시스템이 처한 환경변수에 따라 서로 다른 시스템의 설계와 구축이 필요하고 수시로 시스템의 변동과 수정이 필요한 시스템을 말한다. 지금까지는 이런 비정형 시스템은 대부분이 오프라인 상에서 구현되었기 때문에 시스템의 유지보수에 많은 투자가 필요하였으며 중앙 집중적 관리는 더더욱 어려웠었다. 이러한 방식의 시스템의 구현은 하나의 표준화된 틀에 맞추어 이루어졌기에 실세계를 정확하게 표현하지 못하였으며 비정형 시스템이 가진 특징을 적절하게 수용할 수 없었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 시스템 내의 각 모듈의 설계를 자율적으로 할 수 있고 유지보수가 용이한 자율 시스템이라는 새로운 개념의 시스템 개발론을 제안하고 있다. 또한 이러한 자율 시스템 개발방법론을 활용한 웹 상에서의 시스템 구축 실례를 보여주고 있다.

SVM방법을 이용한 풍력발전기 고장 예측 및 발전수익 평가 (Fault prediction of wind turbine and Generation benefit evaluation by using the SVM method)

  • Wind power is one of the fastest growing renewable energy sources. The blades length and tower height of wind turbine have been growing steadily in the last 10 years in order to increase the output amount of wind power energy. The amount of wind turbine energy is increased by increasing the capacity of wind turbine, but the costs of preventive, corrective and replacement maintenance are also increased accordingly. Recently, Condition Monitoring System that can repair the fault diagnose and repair of wind turbine in the real-time. However, these system have a problem that cannot predict and diagnose of the fault. In this paper, wind turbine predict methodology is proposed by using the SVM method. In the case study, correlation analysis between wind turbine fault and external environmental factors is performed by using the SVM method.

근대건축문화재의 벽돌조 건축물 보존기술 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Techniques of Preservation Technology in the Brick Structure of Modern Architectural Properties)

  • The maintenance works for brick-structured buildings are a new field in Korea, and practical cases are yet inadequate so that such works may cause adverse effects of damaging the buildings after all. Therefore, this study has extracted a preservation technology believed to be most desirable in minimizing the damage to the original state of the buildings and preserving the value as the cultural assets through maintenance work details from 1986 to 2010 regarding brick-structured buildings designated as cultural properties. Firstly, a brick replacement method of using the brick used at the time of construction is efficient in replacement and repair of brick material for preserving value of cultural assets and minimizing damage of the original form. Secondly, use of lime mortar through material analysis is effective in repair of masonry joint and mortar but it is not used often due to high experimental cost. Finally, reinforcement of structure using a form for a building with severe damage is most efficient when considering additional problems. However, damage on the original form of a building can be minimized and value of a building can be preserved only when consideration on sufficient case analysis, materials to be used, and conditions of a building is supported.

공동주택 재건축시기 산정연구(II) - 유지관리 비용을 이용한 열화도 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Rebuilding-Time in terms of the Apartment Housing - Focused on the Deterioration Analysis with the Maintenance Cost -)

  • Building is different from the general commodities and needs to maintain the function and performance to get the living condition. Building deterioration occurs naturally with time elapse. Deterioration reasons are various. These are physical, functional, social and second physical aspect. Building would inevitably be deteriorated and need to repair various building part and materials. It gets to arrive at repair or rebuilding time until any management activity is meaningless. It is important to decide the rebuilding time in a management cost. In this paper, it aimed at analyzing the management annual cost and provide a rebuilding time of a apartment housing with a deterioration curve model. Results of this study are as follows : Most of the building has started to deteriorate in 40 years when the performance of building downgrades to 20%. After it past about 40 years, the deterioration rate is faster than the earlier 40 years. Fourth, the rebuilding time of an apartment housing is recommended about 45 years if the building service life has 60 years.

문헌 조사를 통한 국내 선박 수리 작업자들의 석면 노출 특성 분석 (Ship Repair Workers' Exposure to Asbestos by a Systematic Review in Korea)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the characteristics of exposure to asbestos for ship repair workers in Korea by a systematic review. The number of articles studying asbestos exposure levels from ship repair workplaces was found to be 4. All asbestos concentration reported as either geometric mean and geometric standard deviation or ranges were transformed to arithmetic mean to estimate exposure level. In addition, weighted arithmetic means(WAMs) were calculated by weighing of the different number of samples. The WAM concentrations were 2.746 f/cc during asbestos dismantling work, 0.034 f/cc before asbestos dismantling work and 0.065 f/cc after working respectively. The maximum airborne concentration of asbestos during asbestos removal work was 7.02 f/cc which was 70 times higher than the occupational exposure limit of Korea, 0.1 f/cc. This study recommends that retrospective exposure to asbestos based on various ship types and operations should be assessed.

탄산화 기반의 한계상태함수를 활용한 지하구조물의 내구성 평가 (Durability Analysis of Underground Structure based on Limit State Function Considering Carbonation)

  • 서울지역 28개 지하구조물에 대한 정밀안전진단 결과를 활용하여 제안된 균열집중구간 및 탄산화 기반 한계상태함수를 산정하여 우선적인 보수구간을 선별하고자 하였다. 상태평가를 위해 분할된 503개 쉬트에 대한 균열밀도는 로그정규분포, 탄산화 및 피복은 정규분포의 현장조사 결과를 얻었다. 각 구간별 실시한 강도, 초음파속도, $CO_2$농도, 철근부식도, 염화물함유량 등을 고려할 수 있도록 환경지수를 도입하여 합리적인 보수 우선순위를 제안하고자 하였다.

  • Since the global economic crisis in year 2008, the world civil helicopter market has been growing recently. According to the market outlook in the next decade, the demand of civil helicopter will be driven by the demand of Private & Corporate, Oil & Gas, Off-shore and EMS(Emergency Medical Service) usages. On the other side, the demand of military market will be driven by the modification and upgrading for life extension or performance enhancement than the new helicopter development for replacing old models. To summarize these situations, the demand of MRO(Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) market has also been on the rise because of the demand due to above several usages in civil side and the life-extension in military side. Through the MRO market analysis for characteristics, developmental trends and a supply chain, this paper describes that the potential of MRO business is considerably large as a propulsive power of domestic helicopter industry. And also, it proposes the construction direction of MRO network because the domestic industry must make the developmental awareness and reliability a stepping-stone towards own helicopter.

  • 다양한 요인에 의해 성능이 저하된 철근콘크리트 구조물은 보수 보강 공법이 요구된다. 현재 다양한 공법과 신소재를 이용한 보강법의 개발이 진행 중에 있다. 최근에 섬유보강 복합체(FRP)를 이용한 보강공법이 주목받고 있으며, 많은 연구와 개발이 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 FRP-알루미늄 유공복합보로 보강된 RC보의 화재거동에 관한 실험결과를 제시하고자 한다. 사전가력으로 손상시킨 RC보에 FRP-알루미늄 유공복합보로 보강후 화재노출시킨 결과, 손상율이 높아질수록 화재노출에 더욱 많은 영향을 받았으며, 보강효과가 떨어짐을 실험결과 나타났다.

  • 배수통문은 하천제방을 횡단하여 설치된 하천시설로, 연속적으로 시공되어져야 하는 제방의 특성에 반하여 불연속적인 단면을 제공함으로써 하천제방 안전성을 저하시키는 구조물로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 배수통문의 효율적인 점검 체계 구축을 위하여 육안점검표 및 휴대용 단말기를 이용한 육안조사 시스템을 제시하고 향후 개선방향을 제시하였다. 제안된 육안점검표는 적용성 평가결과 간단한 육안점검에 의한 손상 파악을 통해 배수통문의 보수 계획 수립과 보수 및 정밀안전진단에 대한 투자우선순위 선정에 적용성이 높은 것으로 평가되었다.

  • Seoul subway is an safety, quick, and clean public transportation to secure citizens safety. One of the most important elements of train is optimizing railroad function and need to conform railroad inspection for function maintenance. Railroad is the most biggest part of the railroad facility and it is a structure which requires sustainable maintenance. The purpose of study is to improve domestic metropolitan railroad facility inspection method and period. For this, we refer documents about present roving method, roving members and period of railroad roving. In addition, analyzed problems of railroad roving investigation method and period by examining the type and standards of railroad investigation and interviewing experts. By this, we analyzed improving plan and expectations of railroad maintenance and repair operation.
