철도차량의 신뢰성기반 유지보수(RCM) 실시 방안 (A Study on Implementation of RCM for Railway Vehicle)

  • Railway vehicle is very important to implement the effective maintenance in proper to prevent any failure during operation period. Many railway authorities are making efforts to maintain the railway vehicle through scientific and systematic procedure. To achieve this, Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) is partially applied. The efficiency of RCM has proven and its terminology was familiar with nuclear power, military and chemical plant etc. since the commercial aircraft's industries has introduced the maintenance program based on the target of reliability. The application of RCM on railway vehicle can be utilized with systematic analysis method to select the best effective maintenance period and action to prevent the failures by selecting the equipment affecting the its safety and reliability. This paper is presented that the procedure of adequate and effective maintenance for railway vehicle by comparing among the related standards in example IEC60300-3,11, MIL-STD-2173, and technical documents or papers. In accordance with above result, RCM procedure is proposed to apply effectively for maintenance of railway vehicle. That is, (1) Analysis of data and Calculation of criticality per equipment (2) Selection of equipment to analyze (3) Analysis of failure mode and effect (4) Evaluation of maintenance method and period (5) Optimization of maintenance program through renewal of maintenance method and period.

  • In this paper, Computer-aided Maintenance Equipments, which are being used in High Speed Line Train Control System, are applied to analyze failures in train control systems, resulting in long time delays of trains. It can be expected to extend and apply CAMS(Computer Aided Maintenance System) in the hereafter efficient operation and maintenance of high speed railway train control systems, by comparison between the analysis result of fundamental causes, from high speed railway train control system failure occurred during the operational process, and predictive result of failure causes, based on the recording data of CAMS when failures were occurred.

  • Given a schedule of train to be routed by a Railway Stock, Railway Stock Routing Problem determine a sequence of train while satisfying turnaround time and maintenance restrictions. The objective is to minimize the Railway Stock during a week and each day simultaneously. And we prove that Railway Stock Routing Problem with maintenance restrictions is NP-hard. In this paper, we present two stage approaches that solve the Railway Stock Routing Problem in a reasonable time. In first stage we relax maintenance restrictions and formulate as a Min-cost-flow problem. Then, in the second stage, we attempt to satisfy maintenance restrictions using ours heuristic algorithm. We show the computational result of applying to an actual train schedule data.

  • 본 논문은 항공기 정비사의 핵심역량 16개에 대하여 정비능력향상을 목적으로 FSM을 이용하여 구조분석을 실시하여 최상층 3개, 중간층 3개, 하위층 10개로 분류되는 계층별 구조를 핵심역량간의 연결상태와 중요도를 파악하였다. 또한 항공기 정비사의 핵심역량은 업무를 통해서 정비품질 및 생산성이 향상될 수 있다는 관점에서 핵심역량과 업무를 퍼지관계를 이용하여 100명의 항공기 정비사의 설문을 통하여 퍼지관계행렬을 구하여 업무를 평가하는 기준으로 사용하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 모델링데이터 100개와 체킹데이터 67개를 사용하여 모델의 유효성을 보였다.

  • The building that supply tidal and splash zone was constructed near Seamangeum Gate Bridge. The specimens that will be tested for maintenance of gate bridge were exposed on the tidal and splash zone, totally about 650(Fig. 1). The characteristics of strength, salt penetration profile, field application of surface repair material and section recover material will be acquired by periodical test. The program was developed to obtain optimal maintenance strategy of gate bridge as a marine concrete structure and to deposit experimental data, lab. test result, field test result, on its D/B. On this paper, we hope to introduce two years exposure data as compressive strength, the modulus of elasticity, the modulus of dynamic elasticity, field adoption of repair and recover materials. As briefly speaking the results, possion's ratio, elasticity, strength was general, but the recover materials have some problems. There was crack between concrete and recover material and delamination figures.

초등학교 복합화시설 모니터링 평가연구 - 서울시 초등학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Monitoring Evaluation of Elementary School Complex Facilities - Focusing on Elementary Schools in Seoul -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide an remodification method for elementary school complex facilities in Seoul Metropolitan city. This study analyzes the questionnaire survey for 568 entire elementary schools and the questionnaire survey for school facility complex project operated 44 elementary schools. Then the result of this study was deduced from the comparison between the 568 entire survey data and 44 survey data in terms of the cognition of school facility complex project, the required type of facility and the problems of complex facility maintenance and operation. Four major findings were revealed as the result of research. First, there is a very high agreement with the school facility complex projects. Second, it was need that the process of planning and design was remodified to enhance participation of parents of students and local residents for selecting an appropriate complex facility. Third, education environment and student safety should be protected from any other school facility complex environments. Fourth, an agreement and regulation is needed for more effective maintenance and operation of school complex facilities.

취업정보 필터링 기반 취업전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on Employment Strategy Based on Employment Information Filtering)

  • 본 본 연구는 취업을 희망하는 학생들을 대상으로 빅데이터를 분석하는 과정에서 취업과 관련이 있는 정보 등을 필터링하여 취업률 및 유지취업률을 향상할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 실험대상은 2년제 여자대학교의 취업대상자로써 기존의 취업 전략은 학교성적 외모 성격 등 단순한 정보로 구직에 참여했다. 그 결과, 취업하려는 학생들의 만족도가 감소하고 취업 후 적성에 맞지 않는다는 등의 이유로 도중 퇴사하여 유지취업률이 상대적으로 낮았다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 취업정보를 분석하는 과정에서 분석하는 과정에서 입력되는 데이터가 취업관련정보인지를 판별하여 활용할 수 있도록 필터링하는 시스템을 제안하여 취업률 및 유지취업률을 향상 시킬 수 있는 취업 전략을 구축하고자 한다.

  • The accumulated BMS data have made it easy to make reasonable decision-making for bride maintenance and repair work. In the developing period of BMS, the bridge management was not easy due to the lack of understanding of BMS and low credibility of the data. In recent years, it has been possible to enhance the credibility of the data and to expand the application scopes of BMS with the efforts of Local Road Construction Offices. The reasonable decision making for bridge management can improve the performance of bridges under the practical constraints such as limited budget. It can then result in the reduction of bridge maintenance budget. This study provides the methodology for the application of mobile internet-based KOBMS for bridge management. The data flow for BMS is the most important factor for decision-making on budget allocation, and this study establishes the basic scheme of the data flow for BMS. The implementation of PDA for BMS may suggest a new paradigm of 'Mobile' in the field of construction management.

XGBoost를 활용한 고속도로 콘크리트 포장 파손 예측 (Predicting Highway Concrete Pavement Damage using XGBoost)

  • 도로연장의 지속적인 증가와 공용기간이 상당히 경과한 노후 노선이 늘어남에 따라 도로포장에 대한 유지관리비용은 점차 증가하고 있어, 예방적 유지관리를 통해 비용을 최소화 하는 방안에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 예방적 유지관리를 위해서는 도로포장의 정확한 파손 예측을 통한 전략적 유지관리 계획 수립이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고속도로 콘크리트 포장 파손 예측 모델 개발을 위해 머신러닝 분류기반 모델 중 성능이 우수한 XGBoost 기법을 사용하였다. 먼저 데이터 샘플링을 통해 데이터 불균형 문제를 해결하고 샘플링된 데이터들에 XGBoost 기법을 활용하여 예측모델을 개발하고. F1 소코어를 통해 성능을 평가하였다. 분석 결과 오버 샘플링 기법이 가장 좋은 성능 결과를 보였으며, 도로파손에 영향을 주는 주요 변수로 공용년수, ESAL, 최저 평균 최저기온 -2도 이하 일수 순으로 산정되었다. 향후 더 많은 데이터 축적 및 세밀한 데이터 전처리 작업을 통해 예측모델의 성능이 향상된다면 보다 정확한 유지보수 필요 구간의 예측이 가능해질 것으로 판단되므로 장래 고속도로 포장 유지보수 예산의 추정에 중요한 기초정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

경년에 따른 공동주택 거주자의 주거환경 만족도 및 관리의식 조사연구 (A study on the Residential Satisfaction and Maintenance Consciousness to the Life Span of Apartment)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the fundamental data for the gradual apartment management plan. Through the questionnaire survey, residential satisfactions and maintenance consciousness were investigated. As the result of statistic analysis, the residents' needs for improvement according to the life span of apartment communities were found out. And we can also compare the differences about maintenance consciousness to the life span of apartment. The major research findings are as follows. First, the satisfaction averages according to the life span of apartment communities were classified two groups, less than 10 years' and over than 10 years'. By the requirement for improvement according as the life span apartment communities, habitability factors was demanded in less tham 10 years' group and safety factors was required in over than 10 years' group, Second, dwellers have high preference about remodeling to reconstruction. Especially we have to pay attention to the result that positive consciousness of remodeling and long term reparative marked highly in the group which has the short elapsed years. These results represent the possibility gradual step-by-step remodeling. In other words, the object of remodeling is not only odeteriorated apartments but also new apartments to have short elapsed years.
