서비스 기반 소프트웨어 유지보수를 위한 역공학과 인도 (Delivery)단계의 프로세스 개선 (A Process Improvement of Reverse Engineering and Delivery Steps for Service based Software Maintenance)

  • According to software growth, also software maintenance has been continuously improving. In addition, the existing concept of software maintenance process demands operational management and improvement of service task. However, when we perform maintenance task, we have several constraints about applying service based requirement to system. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we need a study of task of process for service based maintenance. In this paper, we propose a Service based Software Maintenance Process. Proposed process based on MaRMI-RE standard for software development and maintenance and compares it with the service based representative standards. In a related works, we study activity of ITIL and identify activities and tasks for maintenance. After this, identified activities and tasks compare with activities of MaRMI-RE. And then, we derive activities and tasks of a Service based Software Maintenance Process. Finally, we validate a result by comparing the proposed process with a general service operational process.

  • To be Low Carbon and Green Growth, it is necessary that Long-Life Housing based on Green Technology is supplied. The main concern at the moment is developing Sustainable Housing relative to Life-Cycle or Life-Style of the residents, and the resident of Remodeling or Redevelopment. This study is aim to be Development of Maintenance Process in order to make steady dwelling when supplying Long-Life Housing that separates Support(Skeleton) and Infill different from the existing Short-Life Housing, and has durability, alterability, available remodeling, easy maintenance. Long-Life Housing should consider the maintenance about movement and variableness. In contrast, the maintenance of the existing Housing is regular maintenance, change and repair by damage. As well as Long-Life Housing should be demanded proper Development of Maintenance Process because of difference of Housing in concept, design and Construction. Therefore, this study looks into problems when applying Development of Maintenance Process in Long-Life Housing, and shows Development of Maintenance Process about the efficient Long-Life Housing for the manager.

  • In this paper, we study structural changes and performance gains in condition-based maintenance process redesign when mobile IoT technology is embedded into urban railway rolling stock. We first develop condition-based maintenance To-Be process model in accordance with the IoT deployment scheme. Secondly, we draw upon theoretical framework of redesign process analysis to develop performance evaluation method suitable to predictive maintenance shift from As-Is ordinary maintenance practice. Subsequently, To-Be process performance evaluations are conducted adopting both the quantitative and qualitative method for time, cost, and dependability dimensions. The results ascertain the considerable benefits captured through detection abnormality prior to actual rolling stock failure occurrence, and details of performance improvements and enhancement of standardization level is revealed. The procedures and results presented in this paper offers useful insights in the fields of IoT economic analysis, condition based maintenance, and business process redesign.

마르미-RE와 ITIL에 기반한 컴포넌트 소프트웨어의 서비스 지향 유지보수 프로세스 연구 (A Study on Component Software Service Oriented Maintenance Process Based on MaRMI-RE and ITIL)

  • Rapid growth of Management Information System (MIS) and evolution of software system enlarge maintenance necessity and it needs a process to implement information system service in business. This paper proposes service-oriented maintenance process of component software based on service design and implementation provided by existing processes for maintenance, MaRMI-RE and ITIL. The proposed process derives activities and tasks of the process by identifying services according to service guidelines. Service-oriented maintenance process is produced by analyzing correlation between the derived activities and tasks and MaRMI-RE's and adding the tasks to MaRMI-RE. To verify availability of the proposed service-oriented maintenance process, correlation between artifacts is proved.

고장을 고려한 공정평균 이동에 대한 조정시기 결정 (Determination of Resetting Time to the Process Mean Shift with Failure)

  • All machines deteriorate in performance over time. The phenomenon that causes such performance degradation is called deterioration. Due to the deterioration, the process mean of the machine shifts, process variance increases due to the expansion of separate interval, and the failure rate of the machine increases. The maintenance model is a matter of determining the timing of preventive maintenance that minimizes the total cost per wear between the relation to the increasing production cost and the decreasing maintenance cost. The essential requirement of this model is that the preventive maintenance cost is less than the failure maintenance cost. In the process mean shift model, determining the resetting timing due to increasing production costs is the same as the maintenance model. In determining the timing of machine adjustments, there are two differences between the models. First, the process mean shift model excludes failure from the model. This model is limited to the period during the operation of the machine. Second, in the maintenance model, the production cost is set as a general function of the operating time. But in the process mean shift model, the production cost is set as a probability functions associated with the product. In the production system, the maintenance cost of the equipment and the production cost due to the non-confirming items and the quality loss cost are always occurring simultaneously. So it is reasonable that the failure and process mean shift should be dealt with at the same time in determining the maintenance time. This study proposes a model that integrates both of them. In order to reflect the actual production system more accurately, this integrated model includes the items of process variance function and the loss function according to wear level.

Graphic Simulator for Analyzing the Remote Operation of the Advanced Spent Fuel Conditioning Process

  • KAERI is developing the Advanced Spent Fuel Conditioning Process (ACP) as a pre-disposal treatment process for spent fuel. Equipment used for such a spent fuel recycling and management process must operate in intense radiation fields as well as in a high temperature. Therefore, remote maintenance has a played a significant role in this process because of combined chemical and radiological contamination. Hence suitable remote handling and maintenance technology needs to be developed along with the design of the process concepts. To do this, we developed the graphic simulator for the ACP. The graphic simulator provides the capability of verifying the remote operability of the process without fabrication of the process equipment. In other words, by applying virtual reality to the remote maintenance operation, a remote operation task can be simulated in the graphic simulator, not in a real environment. The graphic simulator will substantially reduce the cost of the development of the remote handling and maintenance procedure as well as the process equipment, while at the same time producing a process and a remote maintenance concept that is more reliable, easier to implement, and easier to understand.

  • This study is concerned with Quality Maintenance System in Total Productive Maintenance. The important factor in manufacturing process is to attain the uniformity of quality Also quality assurance system is defined such as manufacturing process and products. In this paper, the design of quality maintenance system is considered to manufacturing process elements. Especially the manufacturing process is oriented to machinery equipments, repair and maintenance system is wide principal factor. And quality in manufacturing field is influenced by equipment maintenance system. So in the article, maintenance system for quality is given in a view of quality assurance. And the analysis of Physical Mechanism is explored in real field example.

  • 소프트웨어의 발전에 따라 유지보수 프로세스도 지속적으로 개선되어 왔다. 또한 기존 하자유지보수 중심의 개념은 운영관리 및 서비스의 향상을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 서비스 기반의 요구사항들을 유지보수 수행에 반영하는 데에는 여러 가지 제약사항을 가지고 있다. 이런 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 서비스에 기반하여 유지보수를 할 수 있는 프로세스의 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 기반의 소프트웨어 유지보수 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안하는 프로세스는 소프트웨어 개발과 유지보수 관련 표준인 ISO12207을 기반으로 서비스 기반의 대표적 표준들과 비교한다. 관련연구로 $SM^{MM}$, ITSCMM, ITIL의 활동을 연구하여 유지보수와 관련된 활동들을 찾아내고 ISO 12207의 활동들과 비교하여 서비스 기반의 유지보수 프로세스 활동을 식별한다. 이를 통해 서비스 관리 단계를 제안한다. 서비스 관리 단계는 4개의 활동과 8개의 산출물로 정의하였다. 마지막으로 제안한 프로세스를 일반적인 서비스 수행과정과 비교하여 결과를 검증하였다.

  • From the early 90's TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) plays important roles to improve productivity and quality to keep enterprise's competivity. This study presents the results of an enquiry for the maintenance management of Korean industry in 1996. The response rate was 35.8% (43 companies) that the corporations were divided into four industrial groups, heavy process, light process, heavy assembly and light assembly. 40 question were asked, including maintenance organization, maintenance personnel, maintenance cost, measurement of maintenance performance and improvements achieved. This paper compares the results with those of an earlier Japanese and British enquiry.
