수치해석 활용 대용량 풍력발전시스템 유지보수 시 타워 및 블레이드 후류에 따른 드론 블레이드 간섭 연구 (Numerical Investigation of Large-capacity Wind Turbine Wake Impact on Drone system during Maintenance)

  • The aim of this study is to develop guidelines for predicting interference between drones and wakes during non-destructive blade inspections in wind power systems. The wake generated by wind towers and blades can affect the stability of drone flights, necessitating the establishment of guidelines to ensure safe and efficient inspections. In order to predict the interference between drones and blades, environmental variables must be considered, including quantification of turbulence intensity in the wake generated by the tower and blades, as well as determining the appropriate distance between the drone and the tower/blades for flight stability. To achieve this, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed using cross-sectional geometries corresponding to the main wind turbine blade and tower span locations. Based on the CFD analysis results, a safe flight path for drones is proposed, which minimizes the risk of collision and interference with towers and blades during maintenance operations of wind power systems. Implementation of the proposed guidelines is expected to enhance the safety and efficiency of maintenance work.

노후 고츨아파트의 유지관리 및 개선실태 조사 (A Study on the maintenance situation of the deteriorted high-rise apartments)

  • The deteriorted high-rise apartments make a social problem in now days. As a result, and new alternative plan for deteriorted high-rise apartments such as the remodeling concept must be considered. This study aims to develop the remodeling items which is the guide lines when remodeling of the apartment will be conducted. Thorough the case studies of maintenance and repair status of the deteriorted apartments in seoul, reasonable guidelines for selection of remodeling items were developed. Physical maintenance items includes those that need major repair activity like wall painting, water proof roof, change/repairs/implement of heating system, boiler, city gas pipelines, cold and hot water pipes, elevators, cleaning of water tanks. The period of repair is shorter than the durable year of law or codes. As a result of the study, basic maintenance items and actual repair period were proposed. This result will be the basic guidelines for remodeling items.

TPM과 RCM에서의 보전계획 비교 (A Comparison Between TPM and RCM on the Maintenance Planning)

  • In this study, the pros and cons of TPM and RCM were comparatively evaluated at various aspects : a, pp.ication process, objectives, maintenance items, organizations, analysis of maintenace methods, etc. It is found that TPM can be considered as a management discipline. However, in TPM, there seldom exist concrete rules or guidelines to select a maintenance scheme. RCM, which is a widely used maintenance scheme for aircrafts or power plants, has a good analysis and decision logic for maintenance planning. In the paper, similar decision rules are adopted to TPM deployment to get an effective and effecient maintenance Planning.

공공건축물의 가치제고를 위한 유지관리비 회계처리기준 개선방안 (An Improvement Measures of Maintenance Cost Accounting Standard for Improving Value in Public Buildings)

  • 국가회계의 발전과 더불어 자산의 체계적인 관리 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 건설 분야에서도 자산관리라는 개념을 도입하여 시설물을 관리해야 한다는 인식이 높아지고 있다. 이 연구는 자산관리 개념 도입을 위한 기초적 연구로서 유지관리비 회계처리를 명확하게 할 수 있는 공공건축물 유지관리 회계처리 실무지침(안)을 제안하였다. 기존 문헌과 현행 회계처리 기준을 조사하였으며, A광역시의 공공건축물을 대상으로 유지관리비 회계처리 실태를 조사하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 실무지침(안)에서는 청사 유지관리비 지출 유형과 내용을 분석하였으며, OPEX와 CAPEX로 처리해야할 항목을 제시하였다. 제시한 항목의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 전문가 면담을 실시하였다. A광역시의 공공건축물 유지관리 실적자료를 대상으로 실무지침(안)을 적용하여 자산가액 변동 상황을 파악하였으며, 자산 가치증가에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 실무지침(안)을 실무에 적용한다면 건물 자산 가치를 증대시키고, 일관된 재무정보를 제공하여 이해관계자들의 의사결정에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

사용자혜택 이론에 따른 신혼·육아가구 맞춤형 주택계획가이드 라인의 특성 연구 (User Benefit Characteristics of Customized Housing Design Guideline for Childcare Families)

  • Modern society is suffering from the phenomena of low-fertile, ultra-aging, and low-growth. On this social flow, most social classes undergo vulnerable situation and their overall housing and living condition have difficulties. So far many housing guidelines for diverse population were developed, recently, inclusive 'Customized Housing Design Guideline for Childcare Families' in terms of maintaining family and society has been completed. The purpose of this study is to analyze User Benefit Characteristics of 'Customized Housing Design Guideline for Childcare Families'. The research subjects are essential 140 guidelines appropriate to children's development and parents' care. The research method is contents analysis and the analysis criterion are 4 concepts of the User Benefit Criteria- 'Behavioral Facilitation (BF)', 'Physiological Maintenance (PhM)', 'Perceptual Maintenance (PM)', 'Social Facilitation (SF)'. 3 people inter-raters reliability was established. Altogether, the guidelines were rated in the order of PhM>PM>BF>SF, and these characteristics are similar as common universal design guidelines. This showed the supportability of spatial characteristics in the guidelines related to user's special behaviors. Also, the results show the importance of outdoor space planning for safe social interactions. The supportable characteristics of 'Customized Housing Design Guideline for Childcare Families' could be expected to efficiently apply for new housing development in the future.

귀촌형 공동체마을 지속성을 위한 생활 및 관리 가이드라인 개발 (Developing Living and Managing Guidelines for the Sustainability of Back-to-Farm Community Village)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop guidelines for sustainability of back-to-farm community village in 4 aspects; social environment, maintenance and management, regional environment, and economic environment. These 4 aspects, which count for sustainability, based on the comprehensive comparative analysis about items that field survey and literature suggested. Conclusions of guideline are of the following. The guidelines on social environment are developed by 3 items; resident participation and activity, village leader, decision making in village and person in charge of operation. The guidelines on maintenance and management are developed by 5 items; village operation system, village regulation, transparency of management, village operation expenses, and management type. The guidelines on regional environment are developed by 2 items; support by central and local government, and area projects and connection to regional resources. The guideline on economic environment is not developed due to low demands of based production facilities and income increase facilities.

지체장애인 맞춤형주택 디자인가이드라인의 사용자혜택 분석 (User Benefits Analysis of Customized House Design Guidelines for Physically Disabled People)

  • Most existing residential environment of disabled people has made them exposed to the risk of safety accidents, and therefore hinders their independent living. In this regard, the importance of desirable residential environment has emerged. Some preceding studies have addressed the characteristics of disabled people's residential environment plan; however, the information on what environmental benefits are offered through such characteristics is insufficient. This study aims to analyze the housing design guidelines for disabled people in respect of the benefit of disabled people who are actual users. In this study, essential design guidelines for disabled people verified through expert workshop panel was analyzed based on user benefit theory. According to the study results, the total guidelines have the most characteristics supporting behavioral facilitation, and mainly consist of physiological maintenance characteristics related to disabled people's health and safety. Also, it is founded that environmental affordance essentially required depending on each spatial function was different. The ratio of physiological maintenance item is high in access route, unlike living room, kitchen and bed room where behavioral facilitation is especially emphasized. These findings can be utilized as basic data for customized residential environment plan to realize residential welfare for disabled people.

하천 친수공간 평가·관리체계 개선을 위한 국내 법제도 분석 (Analysis of Legislation and Guidelines on Riverfront Assessment and Management System in Korea)

  • Riverfront plays an important role as accessible and inclusive public space for residents, and a riverfront development and management has become a social and environmental issue. The purpose of this study is to analyze Korean legislation and guidelines applied in a riverfront assessment process to identify any legislative problems. To this end, major laws, regulations, national river management plans, and various guidelines related to river management were reviewed. The followings are the suggestions proposed for future improvement. First, clear and consistent definitions on riverfront areas and its spatial range are required across the laws. Also, recreational activities and facilities in riverfront should be categorized and listed for possible development and maintenance. Second, it is necessary to develop an objective and unified riverfront assessment system. Also, guidelines for surveying and evaluating the conditions and potentials of riverfront should be developed. Third, efforts should be made to revise related laws and guidelines to enable comprehensive and systematic approach in design, planning, implementation, maintenance of riverfront. Improving the related legislations and streamlining an riverfront assessment process can help create environmentally-friendly riverfront spaces and mange them efficiently.

민속마을 보존정비 가이드라인 설정에 관한 연구 - 제주 성읍마을의 문화재구역 내 가옥을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Establishment of Guidelines on the Conservation and Maintenance of Folk Village - Focused on the Houses in Cultural Heritage Zione of the Jeju Seongeup Village -)

  • Among Korea's national folk cultural heritage, eight villages have been designated, and 37 years have passed since Hahoe Village was first designated in 1984. All eight villages have been constantly inhabited by residents from the past to the present, so the cultural value of inferring the lives of our ancestors in the past is very high. However, due to the inconvenience of the settlement environment in existing houses due to changes in the living environment, buildings such as various residential facilities and warehouses have been installed and expanded without permission, losing the original cultural property landscape and building. In addition, complaints and conflicts from residents are accumulating due to the poor living environment in the village. Therefore, this study intends to present guidelines for conservation and maintenance that can embrace changes in resident's housing and living environment, based on the 'maintenance of original form', the grand principle of the Cultural Properties Protection Law about the Jeju Seongeup Village. In particular, the maintenance plan is largely subdivided into legalization, demolition, expansion and reconstruction, and detailed standards for each item and examples applied are proposed. Through this, it aims to become basic data on the starting point of realistic improvement measures for cultural properties and residents to coexist.
