This study aimed at developing the standard questionnaire database system for rural development. By the previous study for the hierarchical listing of the factors related to rural development in the village level, the targetting questionnaire items pool was proposed. The data base system basically consisted of 3 parts: general, principal and sectoral parts for rural development. General and principal parts had the detailed questionnaires without any further hierarchy, but sectoral one 4-step hierarchy from high/medium/low levels to detailed questionnaires. Tentatively, total 417 questionnaires statements were written with 5 questioning styles: single choosing, multiple choosing, tabular, writing and special questions. Through the checking done by college students team from rural area, the database system having 467 questioning statements was finally developed.

In the general manual feeder of an LED lighting assembly system, many workers are needed to supply parts to the main conveyor. The automatic feeder for modern automation lighting assembly systems consists of a completely automated feeding system and a magazine system that supplies the parts automatically. A standardized LED panel and diffusion cover is stacked in the cartridge of the magazine system. The structural safety of the automatic feeding system with regard to handling the load from the panels and covers stored in the cartridge should be guaranteed. LED convergency lighting modules are assembled using two LED panels and one diffusion cover in an automatic feeder. In this study, the structural safety and fatigue life of the automatic feeder and magazine were analyzed by considering the load generated in the automatically assembled LED convergency lighting system. In addition, the dynamic behavior of each auto-feeding system and magazine delivery system was visualized, and the working process was evaluated via dynamic simulation using a virtual engineering method. A tack time table for automatic feeding systems was derived by developing a virtual prototype.

정선 정암사 수마노탑의 부재는 탄산염암 중에서 돌로마이트이다. 이 탑은 전면에 걸쳐 백화에 의한 화학적 풍화가 진행되고 있고 기단부와 5층 이상의 옥개에서 부재간의 이격이 관찰되고 있다. 또한 부재 이격사이로 생물학적 풍화가 진행되고 있으며 3,5,6,7층 옥개에서 이탈부재가 관찰된다. 건 습식세척으로 생물과 백화일부를 제거하고, 스팀세척으로 잔여백화를 제거하였으며 기단부의 녹흔은 옥살산을 사용한 습포법으로 제거하였다. 이탈부재는 L-30과 Por-rok을 사용하여 고정시켰고, 기단부와 5층 이상의 옥개상부는 Por-rok을 사용하여 방수처리 하였다. 시공 후 방수처리한 구간에서는 백화현상이 나타나는 정도가 미약한것을 확인할 수 있었으므로 방수효과와 동시에 백화저감에도 효과가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

1. When the frame of the experimental apparatus was directly fixed on the platform, result from the spectrum density analysis showed that the generated vibration frequecy of the system was nearly-same as the system's own characteristic vibration frequency, 80Hz, in the case of the forcing vibration frequency was 7.5 to 22.5Hz. The reduction ratio of acceleration by balanced type model compare to non-balanced type one was 26.66 percent. 2. When the frame of experimental apparatus was fixed on the platform with putting a shock absorbing rubber between the frame and the platform, the generated vibration frequency of the system was same as forcing vibration frequency. When either frequency or the amplitude of the forcing vibration was increased, the acceleration ratio was increased too. The average reduction ratio was resulted 44.77 per cent. It was concluded that this method of acceleration measurement(the method using a shock absorbing rubber) was a reaonable method, because actual machine will work under such condition. As the vibration frequency and aptitude were increased, the absolute magnitude of acceleration was increased. 3. unbalanced rotating parts, and unbalanced moment of inertia of links were supposed to be causing factors of residual vibration in spite of using the balanced type oscillating mole drainer. This fact suggested that the attachment of the counter weight on the rotating parts which satisfy the condition mw$.$rw=m0e, was necessary. And also, it was expected that the shock absorbing effect could be improved by putting the shock absorbing materials between the moving parts and their supports.

The old books which have been colored to brown spots were analyzed chemically to compare with white part. The original raw materials were paper mulberry (Broussonetia Kazine) and woodpulp. White part contained58.8%($\alpha$-37.2%,$\beta$-8.6%, $\gamma$-12.7%)cellulose, 21.7% hemicellulose, 19.8% lignin,4.4% pentosan and brown sopt part contained 49.1%($\alpha$-19.8%, $\beta$-14.5%,$\gamma$-14.8%) cellulose, 27.1% hemicellulose, 23.8% lignin, 4.8% pentosan. Both of brown spot and white parts contained starch without protein. The pH was 4.9 in brown and 5.0 in white part respecitively. The brown spot parts were more solidified than white parts according to SEM observation. Difference of organiccompinent in brown part came from white part were 2-hydroxy-benzaldehydeand phenol.

There are several bearing system at large steam-turbines in thermal power plant. The bearing system is one of the most important parts of rotating machinery. The steam turbine vibrations mainly depend on the bearing oil the shaft alignment condition. This paper describes on the steam turbine abnormal vibration due to the oil whip in terms of the shaft alignment in the thermal power plant.
