액체밸런서를 고려한 세탁기의 과도응답 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transient Motion Analysis for the Liquid Balinced Washing Machine)

  • In order to investigate the effect of liquid balancer in washing machine, we identify the vibration characteristics of suspension system of washing machine and formulate the 4 D. O. F. system dynamic equations. As the washing machine rotates higher speed, it is emphasized to reduce the ecentric force due to unbalanced mass. Nowadays, the most effective cancelling method of eccentric force is known as the usage of liquid balancer. To determine the liquid distribution in liquid balancer, the fluid statics is considered. The system dynamic equations are solved by Runge-Kutta method and represent the good characteristics of real washing machine in X-Y plane. The accuracy of the numerical solution was examined by experiments. The simulation results show that the unbalanced mass has so much influence on vibration magnitude and the rotating shape of spin-basket. But the effect of mass reduction due to the dehydration of the spin-basket has little influence on transient vibration.

공작 기계 벨트 구동계의 동적 해석 (Dynamic analysis on belt-drive system of machine tools)

  • The needs of ultraprecision machine tools, which manufacture and machine the high precision parts used in computers, semiconductors and othe rprecise machines, have been increased recentrly. So it is important to design the driving parts of the ultraprecision machine tools which affect significantly on the performance of them. In this paper, the dynamic analyses on the belt-drive system were studied. The correlational equations between the acoustic natural frequency and the tension of belt were derived by experiments. The dynamic delections while the dynamic loads on the motor system changed were analyzed by the finite element analysis. The nonlinear characteristics of the bearings on the dynamic performance was studied and the belt connecting the motor to the spindle of a machine tool was modeled by the truss element and the beam element.

초정밀 절삭가공에서 표면거칠기 특성 평가 (Characteristics Evaluation of Surface Roughness with Ultra Precision Machining)

  • In this study, experiments were conducted with an ultra-precision machine, developed In domestic, to find the characteristics and the most suitable cutting conditions of ultra-precision machining. To maximize the performance of the machine, the machine was installed in a room that is protected from vibration and is maintained constant temperature and constant humidity. Selected work pieces are an aluminum-alloyed material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and has low deformation. The used tool is synthetic poly crystal diamond which has excellent abrasion resistance and has low affinity. Four types of tool nose radius were used such as 0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4mm. Machining is performed with cutting speed of 500, 800 and 1000m/min., feed rate of 0.005, 0.008, 0.010mm/rev. and cutting depth of 0.0005, 0.0025 and 0.005mm respectively which can generally be used in the field as a cutting condition. As a method of evaluation surface roughness was measured for each cutting condition and reciprocal characteristics are computed for each tool nose radius, cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth. As a result the most suitable cutting condition and characteristics of ultra-precision machining were identified which can usefully be applied in the industrial field.

산업기계류의 소음 특성 (Characteristics of Industrial Machinery Noise)

  • As the various industrial machinery has come into being by development of industrial technology, the productivity of the basic industrial machinery has improved. However, at the same time, noise from various industrial machinery disturbs the quiet environment. There are 35 kinds of the noise emission machinery defined in the noise and vibration control act according to the horse power and the number of machinery. These were classified in 1992, and the characteristics of the noise emission machinery may be different from the past one. So we need to investigate the characteristics of the noise emitted by machinery to control it rightly. We measured sound intensity of 32 noise emission machinery to calculate the sound power levels of those and investigated the characteristics of the sound power level of those according to the frequency. We found that the forging machine, concrete pipe and pile making machine, sawing machine, etc. are noisy. The generator, the concrete pipe and pile making machine, etc. emit the low frequency noise, but the molding machine, the stone cutter, the metal cutter, etc. emit the high frequency noise.

  • Linear pulse Motors(LPM) are widely used in fields where smooth linear motion is required, and their position accuracy is higher than other motors. Hybrid linear pulse motors(HLPM) are regarded as an excellent solution to positioning problems that require high accuracy, rapid acceleration and high-speed. The LPM has low mechanical complexity, high reliability, precise open-loop operation and low inertia etc. In many application areas such as factory automation speed positioning, computer peripherals and numerically controlled machine tools, LPM can be used. This motor drive system is especially suitable for machine tools the high position accuracy and repeatability. This paper describes about that need of the embroider machine, we want to design position-scanning device for the embroidery machine. At first, to be analysed characteristics of the machine and next designed the LPM, we used the field analysis program. The finite element method(FEM) program tool is employed for calculation the force. The reluctance models will be used the magnetic permeance of air gap by static-conditions. The forces between forcer and platen have been calculated using the virtual work method. And we used the simulink to know the dynamic characteristics of LPM.

머신러닝을 이용한 다공형 GDI 인젝터의 플래시 보일링 분무 예측 모델 개발 (Development of Flash Boiling Spray Prediction Model of Multi-hole GDI Injector Using Machine Learning)

  • The purpose of this study is to use machine learning to build a model capable of predicting the flash boiling spray characteristics. In this study, the flash boiling spray was visualized using Shadowgraph visualization technology, and then the spray image was processed with MATLAB to obtain quantitative data of spray characteristics. The experimental conditions were used as input, and the spray characteristics were used as output to train the machine learning model. For the machine learning model, the XGB (extreme gradient boosting) algorithm was used. Finally, the performance of machine learning model was evaluated using R2 and RMSE (root mean square error). In order to have enough data to train the machine learning model, this study used 12 injectors with different design parameters, and set various fuel temperatures and ambient pressures, resulting in about 12,000 data. By comparing the performance of the model with different amounts of training data, it was found that the number of training data must reach at least 7,000 before the model can show optimal performance. The model showed different prediction performances for different spray characteristics. Compared with the upstream spray angle and the downstream spray angle, the model had the best prediction performance for the spray tip penetration. In addition, the prediction performance of the model showed a relatively poor trend in the initial stage of injection and the final stage of injection. The model performance is expired to be further enhanced by optimizing the hyper-parameters input into the model.

  • 머신러닝과 같은 소프트웨어가 일상생활에 매우 큰 영향력을 발휘하고 있는 상황에서, 소프트웨어의 개발비용을 평가하는 비용 모델의 중요성이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 비용 모델로서 LOC(Line of Code)와 M/M(Man-Month) 모델은 소프트웨어의 양적인 요소들을 측정하는 비용모델이다. 이와는 달리, FP(Function Point)는 소프트웨어의 기능적 특징들을 평가하는 비용모델로서 소프트웨어의 질적인 요소를 평가한다는 점에서 효과적이다. 그러나 FP는 머신러닝 소프트웨어의 주요한 요소들을 평가하지 않기 때문에 머신러닝 소프트웨어를 평가하는데 한계를 가진다. 본 논문은 확장형 FP(Extended Function Point, ExFP)를 제안한다. 확장형 FP는 머신러닝의 주요 특징인 하이퍼 파라미터와 그것의 최적화에 대한 복잡도를 반영하여 소프트웨어의 기능적 요소를 평가하도록 확장하였기 때문에 머신러닝과 같은 최신 소프트웨어에의 비용 평가에 적합하다. 머신러닝 소프트웨어의 특징을 반영한 평가를 통해 제안된 확장형 FP의 효용성을 보였다.

생활용품(냉장고·세탁기·장롱·소파)의 화재성장 특성 연구 (A Study on the Flame Growth Characteristics of Household Items(Refrigerator·Washing machine·Drawer·Sofa))

  • This study was full-scale combustion test for flame growth characteristics and temperature characteristics analysis to predict the risk of household Items fire when fire occurs. Experimental results, Refrigerator flames were the highest measured in 15 min time, and Washing machine is between 20 ~ 30 min, Drawer is 5 min, Sofa was enabled up to the size of the flame 15 min. In addition, the maximum combustion temperature was found from the time 20 min ~ 25 min, Sofa is temperature was elevated up to $1190^{\circ}C$, Refrigerator is $1,162^{\circ}C$, Drawer is $822^{\circ}C$, Washing machine appeared to be rising up to $670^{\circ}C$. Therefore, in the case of the maximum temperature of combustion Sofa it showed relatively high.

표면조직 가공한 유압부품면에서의 윤활특성 (Lubrication Characteristics of Surface Textured Hydraulic Machine Components)

  • Friction reduction between sliding hydraulic machine components is required to improve efficiency and reliability of hydraulic machineries. It is recently reported that surface texturing on sliding bearing surfaces can reduce the friction force highly. In this paper, numerical analysis is carried out to investigate the effect of dimple numbers and inlet boundary pressures on the lubrication characteristics of a parallel sliding bearing using a commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code, FLUENT. The results show that the pressure distribution, load capacity, dimensionless friction force and leakage with dimple number and their locations, and inlet pressures. The overall lubrication characteristics are highly affected by dimple numbers and boundary pressure. The numerical method adopted and results can be used in design of efficient hydraulic machine components.
