Machine vision is a technology that helps the computer as if a person recognizes and determines things. In recent years, as advanced technologies such as optical systems, artificial intelligence and big data advanced in conventional machine vision system became more accurate quality inspection and it increases the manufacturing efficiency. In machine vision systems using deep learning, the image quality of the input image is very important. However, most images obtained in the industrial field for quality inspection typically contain noise. This noise is a major factor in the performance of the machine vision system. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of the machine vision system, it is necessary to eliminate the noise of the image. There are lots of research being done to remove noise from the image. In this paper, we propose an autoencoder based machine vision system to eliminate noise in the image. Through experiment proposed model showed better performance compared to the basic autoencoder model in denoising and image reconstruction capability for MNIST and fashion MNIST data sets.

Fake news is defined as the news articles that are intentionally and verifiably false, and could mislead readers. Spread of fake news may provoke anxiety, chaos, fear, or irrational decisions of the public. Thus, detecting fake news and preventing its spread has become very important issue in our society. However, due to the huge amount of fake news produced every day, it is almost impossible to identify it by a human. Under this context, researchers have tried to develop automated fake news detection method using Artificial Intelligence techniques over the past years. But, unfortunately, there have been no prior studies proposed an automated fake news detection method for Korean news. In this study, we aim to detect Korean fake news using text mining and machine learning techniques. Our proposed method consists of two steps. In the first step, the news contents to be analyzed is convert to quantified values using various text mining techniques (Topic Modeling, TF-IDF, and so on). After that, in step 2, classifiers are trained using the values produced in step 1. As the classifiers, machine learning techniques such as multiple discriminant analysis, case based reasoning, artificial neural networks, and support vector machine can be applied. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, we collected 200 Korean news from Seoul National University's FactCheck (http://factcheck.snu.ac.kr). which provides with detailed analysis reports from about 20 media outlets and links to source documents for each case. Using this dataset, we will identify which text features are important as well as which classifiers are effective in detecting Korean fake news.

Recently, artificial intelligence has reached the level of top information technologies that will have significant influence over many aspects of our future lifestyles. In particular, in the fields of machine learning technologies for classification and decision-making, there have been a lot of research efforts for solving estimation and control problems that appear in the various kinds of portfolio management problems via data-driven approaches. Note that these modern data-driven approaches, which try to find solutions to the problems based on relevant empirical data rather than mathematical analyses, are useful particularly in practical application domains. In this paper, we consider some applications of modern data-driven machine learning methods for portfolio management problems. More precisely, we apply a simplified version of the sparse Gaussian process (GP) classification method for classifying users' sensitivity with respect to financial risk, and then present two portfolio management issues in which the GP application results can be useful. Experimental results show that the GP applications work well in handling simulated data sets.
In this Paper, Since the 1990s, Korea's credit card industry has steadily developed. As a result, various problems have arisen, such as careless customer information management and loans to low-credit customers. This, in turn, had a high delinquency rate across the card industry and a negative impact on the economy. Therefore, in this paper, based on Azure, we analyze and predict the delinquency and delinquency periods of credit loans according to gender, own car, property, number of children, education level, marital status, and employment status through linear regression analysis and enhanced decision tree algorithm. These predictions can consequently reduce the likelihood of reckless credit lending and issuance of credit cards, reducing the number of bad creditors and reducing the risk of banks. In addition, after classifying and dividing the customer base based on the predicted result, it can be used as a basis for reducing the risk of credit loans by developing a credit product suitable for each customer. The predicted result through Azure showed that when predicting with Linear Regression and Boosted Decision Tree algorithm, the Boosted Decision Tree algorithm made more accurate prediction. In addition, we intend to increase the accuracy of the analysis by assigning a number to each data in the future and predicting again.

In this paper, we propose a balanced approach to AI regulation, focused on harnessing the potential benefits of artificial intelligence while upholding fairness and ethical responsibility. With the increasing integration of AI systems into daily life, it is essential to develop regulations that prevent harmful biases and the unfair disadvantage of certain demographics. Our approach involves analyzing regulatory frameworks and case studies in AI applications to ensure responsible development and application. We aim to contribute to ongoing discussions around AI regulation, helping to establish policies that balance innovation with fairness, thereby driving economic progress and societal advancement in the age of artificial intelligence.
The existing model for sentiment analysis of product reviews learned from past data and new data was labeled based on training. But new data was never used by the existing system for making a decision. The proposed Aspect-based multi-agent Deep Reinforcement learning Sentiment Analysis (ADRSA) model learned from its very first data without the help of any training dataset and labeled a sentence with aspect category and sentiment polarity. It keeps on learning from the new data and updates its knowledge for improving its intelligence. The decision of the proposed system changed over time based on the new data. So, the accuracy of the sentiment analysis using deep reinforcement learning was improved over supervised learning and unsupervised learning methods. Hence, the sentiments of premium customers on a particular site can be explored to other customers effectively. A dynamic environment with a strong knowledge base can help the system to remember the sentences and usage State Action Reward State Action (SARSA) algorithm with Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) model improved the performance of the proposed system in terms of accuracy when compared to the state of art methods.
Recently, with the development of information and communication infrastructure, the number of Internet access devices is rapidly increasing. Smartphones, laptops, computers, and even IoT devices are receiving information and communication services through Internet access. Since most of the device operating environment consists of web (WEB), it is vulnerable to web cyber attacks using web shells. When the web shell is uploaded to the web server, it is confirmed that the attack frequency is high because the control of the web server can be easily performed. As the damage caused by the web shell occurs a lot, each company is responding to attacks with various security devices such as intrusion prevention systems, firewalls, and web firewalls. In this case, it is difficult to detect, and in order to prevent and cope with web shell attacks due to these characteristics, it is difficult to respond only with the existing system and security software. Therefore, it is an automated defense system through the collection and analysis of web shells based on artificial intelligence machine learning that can cope with new cyber attacks such as detecting unknown web shells in advance by using artificial intelligence machine learning and deep learning techniques in existing security software. We would like to propose about. The machine learning-based web shell defense system model proposed in this paper quickly collects, analyzes, and detects malicious web shells, one of the cyberattacks on the web environment. I think it will be very helpful in designing and building a security system.

In this paper, we present a new method for classifying malicious URLs to reduce cases of learning difficulties due to unfamiliar and difficult terms related to information protection. This study plans to extract only visually distinguishable features within the URL structure and compare them through map learning algorithms, and to compare the contribution values of the best map learning algorithm methods to extract features that have the most impact on classifying malicious URLs. As research data, Kaggle used data that classified 7,046 malicious URLs and 7.046 normal URLs. As a result of the study, among the three supervised learning algorithms used (Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine, and Logistic Regression), the Decision Tree algorithm showed the best performance with 83% accuracy, 83.1% F1-score and 83.6% Recall values. It was confirmed that the contribution value of https is the highest among whether to use https, sub domain, and prefix and suffix, which can be visually distinguished through the feature contribution of Decision Tree. Although it has been difficult to learn unfamiliar and difficult terms so far, this study will be able to provide an intuitive judgment method without explanation of the terms and prove its usefulness in the field of malicious URL detection.

The range of problems that can be handled by the activation of big data and the development of hardware has been rapidly expanded and machine learning such as deep learning has become a very versatile technology. In this paper, mnist data set is used as experimental data, and the Cross Entropy function is used as a loss model for evaluating the efficiency of machine learning, and the value of the loss function in the steepest descent method is We applied the GradientDescentOptimize algorithm to minimize and updated weight and bias via backpropagation. In this way we analyze optimal reliability value corresponding to the number of exercises and optimal reliability value without overfitting. And comparing the overfitting time according to the number of data changes based on the number of training times, when the training frequency was 1110 times, we obtained the result of 92%, which is the optimal reliability value without overfitting.
