Purpose : We studied enhanced method to view the vessels in the brain using Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA). Noticing that Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) image is often used to evaluate the arteries of the neck and brain, we propose a new method for view brain vessels to stereo image in 3D space with more superior and more correct compared with conventional method. Materials and Methods: We use 3T Siemens Tim Trio MRI scanner with 4 channel head coil and get a 3D MRA brain data by fixing volunteers head and radiating Phase Contrast pulse sequence. MRA brain data is 3D rotated according to the view angle of each eyes. Optimal view angle (projection angle) is determined by the distance between eye and center of the data. Newly acquired MRA data are projected along with the projection line and display only the highest values. Each left and right view MIP image is integrated through anaglyph imaging method and optimal stereoscopic MIP image is acquired. Results: Result image shows that proposed method let enable to view MIP image at any direction of MRA data that is impossible to the conventional method. Moreover, considering disparity and distance from viewer to center of MRA data at spherical coordinates, we can get more realistic stereo image. In conclusion, we can get optimal stereoscopic images according to the position that viewers want to see and distance between viewer and MRA data. Conclusion: Proposed method overcome problems of conventional method that shows only specific projected image (z-axis projection) and give optimal depth information by converting mono MIP image to stereoscopic image considering viewers position. And can display any view of MRA data at spherical coordinates. If the optimization algorithm and parallel processing is applied, it may give useful medical information for diagnosis and treatment planning in real-time.

It is the most important subject to figure out characteristics of the wastewater inflows of sewerage treatment plant(STP) when situation models are applied to operation of the biological processes and in the automatic control based on ICA(Instrument, Control and Automation). For the purposes, real-time influent monitoring method has been applied by using on-line monitoring equipments for the process optimization in conventional STP. Since, the influent of STP is consist of complex components such as, COD, BOD, TN, $NH_4$-N, $NO_3$-N, TP and $PO_4$-P. MRA2(Microbial Respiration Analyzer 2), which is capable of real-time analyzing of wastewater characteristics is used to overcome the limitations and defects of conventional online monitoring equipments in this study. Rapidity, accuracy and stability of developed MRA2 are evaluated and compared with the results from on-line monitoring equipments for seven months after installation in Full-scale STP.

본 논문에서는 wavelet 패킷의 직교성을 이용한 새로운 다중 통신 시스템을 구성하고 그 특성을 분석하였다. 유한에너지 신호공간 L$^2$(R)로부터 부분공간으로 신호를 분해할 수 있는 MRA(Multiresolution Analysis)의 기본개념과 이를 이용한 wavelet와 QMF(Quadrature Mirror Filter)와의 관계를 검토하였다.
This study aimed to generate a probability distribution model based on temperature data of frozen food storage facility as input variables for microbial risk assessment (MRA). We visited 8 food-handling businesses to collect temperature data from their cold storage warehouses. The overall mean temperature inside the storage facilities was $-20.48{\pm}3.08^{\circ}C$, with 20.4% of the facilities having above $-18^{\circ}C$, with minimum and maximum temperature values of -10.3 and $-25.80^{\circ}C$ respectively. Temperature distributions by space locations of natural and forced convection were $-22.57{\pm}0.84$ and $-17.81{\pm}1.47^{\circ}C$, $-22.49{\pm}1.05$ and $-17.94{\pm}1.44^{\circ}C$, and $-22.68{\pm}1.03$ and $-18.08{\pm}1.42^{\circ}C$ in the upper (2.4~4 m), middle (1.5~2.4 m), and lower (0.7~1.5 m) shelves, respectively. Probability distributions from the temperature data were obtained using the program @RISK. Statistical ranking was determined using goodness of fit to determine the probability distribution model. Our results show that a log-normal distribution [5.9731, 3.3483, shift (-26.4281)] is most appropriate for relative MRA conduction.

Objective: Middle cerebral artery(MCA) anomalies are found incidentally on conventional cerebral angiography and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA). Our goal is to examine the incidence and types of MCA anomalies. Methods: Cerebral angiography was performed in 448 patients and MRA in 743; the patients had or were suspected to have cerebrovascular disease. The images were retrospectively evaluated for arterial anatomic anomalies. We use Teal's classification for definition of accessory and duplicated MCAs. Results: On cerebral angiography, the following anomalies of the MCA were found in seven patients: fenestration (n = 2, incidence = 0.45%); duplication (n = 2, incidence = 0.45%); accessory MCA (n = 2, incidence = 0.45%); aplasia (n = 1, incidence = 0.22%). On MRA, eight patients had anomalous MCAs : fenestration (n = 1, incidence = 0.14%); duplication (n= 6, incidence = 0.81%); accessory (n = 1, incidence = 0.14%). Conclusion: Although the clinical significance is not great, we find a relatively high incidence of anomalous MCAs. Knowledge and recognition of these MCA anomalies are useful and important in the interpretation of cerebral images and during neurosurgical procedures.
Background: In a previous study undertaken to quantify capsular volume in rotator cuff interval or axillary pouch, significant differences were found between controls and patients with instability. However, the results obtained were derived from two-dimensional cross sectional areas. In our study, we sought correlation between three-dimensional (3D) capsular volumes, as measured by magnetic resonance arthrography (MRA), and multidirectional instability (MDI) of the shoulder. Methods: The MRAs of 21 patients with MDI of the shoulder and 16 control cases with no instability were retrospectively reviewed. Capsular areas determined by MRA were translated into 3D volumes using 3D software Mimics ver. 16 (Materilise, Leuven, Belgium), and glenoid surface area was measured in axial and coronal MRA views. Then, the ratio between capsular volume and glenoid surface area was calculated, and evaluated with control group. Results: The ratio between 3D capsular volume and glenoid surface area was significantly increased in the MDI group ($3.59{\pm}0.83cm^3/cm^2$) compared to the control group ($2.53{\pm}0.62cm^3/cm^2$) (p<0.01). Conclusions: From these results, we could support that capsular volume enlargement play an important role in MDI of the shoulder using volume measurement.
The statistics probability approach for microbial risk assessment (MRA) has been recognized as an efficient method because this probability approach, which can be presented the diversity, variability, and uncertainty for the environmental factors of food processing, provide better realistic results than point estimate. This study was conducted to determine of probability statistics for the environmental factors of the pork-cutting processing i.e. the processing time, the pork meat temperature, and processing room temperature etc. As the input parameters for the MRA, triangular distribution and normal distribution were selected as an efficient probability distribution model, these distributions were analyzed by the simulation. The simulation results showed the processing time estimated 53 min as mean (5% - 22 min and 95% - 98 min), pork meat temperature estimated $4.83^{\circ}C$ as mean (5% - $2.25^{\circ}C$ and 95% - $7.12^{\circ}C$, 48.78% exceed $5^{\circ}C$), and processing room temperature estimated $17^{\circ}C$ as mean (5% - $10.92^{\circ}C$ and 95% - $22.56^{\circ}C$, 71.178% exceed $15^{\circ}C$).

Hybrid surveys using hydroacoustic and fish sampling gears such as trammel net, trap were conducted to investigate total biomass, distribution and dominant fish species of the demersal fishes in the marine ranching area (MRA) of Jeju. Four surveys were carried out in June, August, October and November using 38kHz quantitative echo sounder. Catch data using trammel net and trap were used to calculate biomass and to examine dominant fish species. Fish schools were mainly detected in the waters of 20 meters below and around Chagwido waters. By the result of fishing experiments, fish species living in MRA of Jeju were about 40 species, dominant fish species of a detectable fish such as Family Sparidae and Family Monacanthidae etc. were identified 59.4~68.8% of total biomass. Based on the hydroacoustic data, fish length-weight function and target strength information, mean density of the demersal fish estimated were as follows; 0.88g/$m^2$ on June, 1.12g/$m^2$ on August, 1.35g/$m^2$ on October and 1.18g/$m^2$ on November. An estimated average biomass in MRA of Jeju was founded 20.5 tons in 2007, 20.6 tons in 2008, 23.0 tons in 2009, 25.9 tons in 2010. The results showed that biomass of MRA is getting increased slowly. Therefore the hybrid survey method using hydroacoustic and fish sampling gears is assured an effective biomass survey in the waters of mixed species.

The purpose of this study was to identify the research trends and characteristics of existing research related to the AEO system. The methodology of the study was to utilize the Degree Centrality, Closeness Centrality and Betweenness Centrality presented by the Social Network Analysis (SNA). Keyword network analysis results showed that "MRA", "Logistics Security" were derived from the Degree Centrality results, "MRA", "Logistics Security" from the Closeness Centrality results, and, as a result of the Betweenness Centrality, "AEO Utilization Benefits" and "reliability" were derived from the top keyword results. The analysis of differences in centrality by period also confirmed that trends in research have changed based on specific time points. This study has implications for the study in that it presented worldwide research trends through keyword network analysis of the AEO system.
