유독 이온성 액체의 장기 노출에 대한 Shewanella oneidensis MR-1의 반응: MR-1과 순응된 균주 SH-1의 비교 연구 (Response of Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 to Longterm Exposure with Toxic Ionic Liquid: Comparative Studies on MR-1 and SH-1, an Acclimated Strain)

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of longterm exposure to ionic liquid (IL) on Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 (MR-1). MR1 was acclimated through repeated exposure to IL. The acclimated strain was named as S. oneidensis SH-1 (SH-1) and compared with MR-1 in various aspects including morphology, cell surface hydrophobicity (CSH), motility, and fatty acid. Compared to the MR-1, SH-1 showed elongated cell shape on scanning electron microscopy. Upon exposure to IL, hydrophobicity of SH-1 (28.2%) was higher that of MR-1 (3.3%). In contrast, motility of SH-1 (7 mm) was lower than that also of MR-1 (22 mm), and branched chain fatty acid of SH-1 was lower than that of MR-1, 27.6% and 41.1%, respectively.

  • In this study, we researched the LED source MR16,which maintains the strong points of an ordinary MR16 while compensating for its weak points. The optical system composition of the LED MR16 includes four aspherical lens per sheet and a patterned reflector. The aspherical optical system and reflector were designed using optical software, and the performance was estimated using a lighting simulation program. Finally, a prototype was manufactured after analyzing the simulation data, and the reliability of the simulation results was estimated using a comparative analysis of the designed data and measured data.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 미디어 콘텐츠를 애니메이션으로 리메이크하여 제작하였을 때 생기는 특이점 중, 희극적 실사 영화를 애니메이션화 하였을 때 나타나는 특징에 대해 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 애니메이션과 슬랩스틱 코미디 영화는 몸짓과 표정, 행동들을 과장지어 표현함으로서 이를 관람하는 수용자로부터 희화화된 웃음을 이끌어낸다는 부분에서 공통점을 가지고 있다. 실사 영화의 경우 사람이 연기를 해야 하고 공간적 한계가 존재하지만 애니메이션은 그렇지 않다는 점에서 같은 장르적 요소를 공유하고 있음에도 희극 애니메이션은 희극 실사영화와는 다른 공간적 화면연출과 연기를 구현한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 영국 코미디 TV 프로그램 와 이를 리메이크하여 애니메이션화 한 TV 애니메이션 에서 같은 사건의 내용을 다룬 를 비교 분석하여 실사영화와 애니메이션화에 따른 캐릭터 연기와 화면 연출에 대해 비교 분석해 보고자 한다. 같은 인물과 같은 사건을 다룬 두 작품을 분석함으로서 희극 장르를 애니메이션화 하는 것에 있어 용이한 점과, 애니메이션 매체가 갖는 장점에 대해 알아본 결과 표정과 행동의 연기에서의 과장된 연출과 스토리에 있어서 상상력이 가미된 에피소드의 다양성 그리고 슬랩스틱 표현의 소격효과 등의 기대를 통해 더욱 여유와 유희가 배가된 희극적 연출이 가능한 것으로 분석되었다.

Comparative Study on the Power Transfer Efficiency of Magnetic Resonance and Radio Frequency Wireless Power Transmission

  • In this paper, the power transfer efficiencies (PTEs) of magnetic resonance (MR) wireless power transmission (WPT) and radio frequency (RF) WPT are compared as a function of the distances between resonators (or antennas). The PTE of the C-loaded loop resonators during MR WPT was theoretically calculated and simulated at 6.78MHz, showing good agreement. The PTE of the patch antennas, whose area is the same as the C-loaded loop resonator during MR WPT, was theoretically calculated using the Friis equation and the equation by N. Shinohara and simulated at 5.8 GHz. The three results from the Friis equation, the equation by N. Shinohara, and from a full wave simulation are in strong agreement. The PTEs, when using the same size resonators and antennas are compared by considering the distance between the receiver and transmitter. The compared results show that the MR WPT PTE is higher than that of the RF WPT PTE when the distance (r) between the resonators (or antennas) is shorter. However, the RF WPT PTE is much higher than that of the MR WPT PTE when the distance (r) between the resonators (or antennas) is longer since the RF WPT PTE is proportional to $r^{-2}$ while the MR WPT PTE is proportional to $r^{-6}$.

MR 댐퍼 해석을 위한 유압회로 모델에 대한 연구 (A Study of the Hydraulic Circuit Model for a Magnetorheological Damper Analysis)

  • This paper proposes a hydraulic circuit for a Magnetorheological (MR) damper that can be used for semi-active and active controls. Methods are presented for obtaining reliable damping force displacement and velocity data, and hysteresis loop data corresponding to applied current. In order to get reliable data, analysis using electric and electronic software, a series of tests. and comparative evaluations are required. A hydraulic circuit model is proposed that can be applied to analyze a MR damper without any assumptions where the yield stress data according to the applied current are known. Analysis results of the proposed hydraulic circuit are confirmed by experimental results within acceptable tolerance. This hydraulic circuit model can be applied to various MR dampers and systems.

두개하악장에 환자의 안면골 비대칭성에 관한 방사선사진상 비교분석 (RADIOGRAPHIC COMPARATIVE STUDY OF FACIAL SKELETAL ASYMMETRY IN CRANIOMANDIBULAR DISORDER PATIENTS)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the facial asymmetry of the patients with the craniomandibular disorder. In this study, 50 patients, who have joint clicking and pain, mouth opening limitation, and 40 dental students, Chosun University, who did not posses any restoration and orthodontic treatment, joint clicking and pain, mouth opening limitation, were selected as the control group. Both the control group and the patient group were takened skull P-A, submento-vertex radiogram by standized methods. After that, the deviation and facial asymmetry were measured and analyzed. The results of the this study were as follows: 1. In the Skull P-A radiogram, the width difference of control group and patient group measured that the △ Cg-Go-Cl: control group were 3.35㎜, patient group were 4.51㎜ (P<0.05), the △Cg-Zy-Go: control group were 1.83㎜, patient group were 3.27㎜(P<0.001). 2. In the Skull P-A radiogram, the height difference of control group and patient group measured that the △ Cg-Go-Cl: control group were 131.85㎜, patient group were 188.45㎜(P<0.05), the △Cg-Zy-Go: control group were 1.58㎜, patient group were 2.68㎜(P<0.00l). 3. In the Skull P-A radiogram, the area difference of control group and patient group measured that the △ Cg-Go-Cl: control group were 120.76㎟, patient group were 185.49㎟(P<0.05), the △Cg-Zy-Go: control group were 2.29㎟, patient group were 3.37㎟(p<0.05). 4. In the submento-vertex radiogram, the width difference of control group and patient group measured that the △Mr-Cl-Ia: control group were 1.50㎜, patient group were 2.35㎜(P<0.05), the △Mr-Cm-Ia: control group were 1.75㎜, patient group were 3.17㎜(P<0.05), the △Mr-Go-Ia: control group were 1.96㎜, patient group were 3.24㎜(P<0.001), the △Mr-Cp-Co: control group were 1.74㎜, patient group were 2.73㎜(P<0.05). 5. In the submento-vertex radiogram, the height difference of control group and patient group measured that the △Mr-Cp-Ia: control group were 1.68㎜, patient group were 2.46㎜P<0.05), the △Mr-CI-Ia: control group were 2.38㎜, patient group were 3.74㎜(P<0.05), the △Mr-Co-Ia: control group were 1.63㎜, patient group were 2.80㎜(P<0.05), the △Mr-Cm-Ia: control group were 1.45㎜, patient group were 3.12㎜(P<0.001). 6. In the submento-vertex radiogram, the area difference of control group and patient group measured that the △ Mr-Cp-Ia: control group were 73.17㎟, patient group were 110.16㎟(P<0.05), the △Mr-Cl-Ia: control group were 105.09㎟, patient group were 180.87㎟(P<0.001), the △Mr-Co-Ia: control group were 103.31㎟, patient group were 148.48㎟(P<0.05), the △Mr-Cm-Ia: control group were 97.01㎟, patient group were 167.83㎟(P<0.05), the △Mr-Go-Ia: control group were 104.24㎟, patient group were 205.90㎟(P<0.05).

2D 혈관조영술에서 직접 측정한 혈관 직경과 MR 영상에서 단면적 기반 환산 직경의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis between Directly Measured Diameter in 2D Angiography and Cross-Sectional Area-Converted Diameter in MR Image)

  • This study aimed to quantitatively compare the diameters measured directly from the coronal plane or sagittal plane of 2D digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and the cross-sectional area-converted diameters calculated from contrast-enhanced MR (CE-MR) imaging. A retrospective analysis was conducted on 20 patients who underwent both 2D DSA and CE-MR imaging. Firstly, the venous diameters of the superior sagittal sinus (SSS) and transverse sinus (TS) were directly measured from 2D DSA. Subsequently, the axial planes for SSS diameter and the sagittal plane for TS in CE-MR imaging were utilized to calculate cross-sectional area-based converted diameters. The numerical values obtained from 2D DSA and CE-MR imaging were compared pairwise at each location. For SSS, the diameter measured by 2D DSA was 27% larger than the conversion-based diameter from CE-MR imaging (9.8±1.4 mm vs. 7.1±1.3 mm, P<0.05). Similarly, for the right TS, the difference was 16% (8.8±3.2 mm vs. 7.4±2.0 mm, P<0.05), and for the left TS, the difference was 22% (8.4±2.8 mm vs. 6.6±1.3 mm, P<0.05). In conclusion, the diameter measured directly in conventional 2D DSA may be larger than the diameter converted based on the cross-sectional area. Therefore, when selecting the size of the stent, it is crucial to make precise determinations while keeping this fact in mind.

비교사례 연구를 통한 인프라 유지관리 기술 분류체계 도출 (Identification of Breakdown Structure for Infrastructure Maintenance, Repair, and Rehabilitation Technologies using Comparative Case Study)

  • 본 연구에서는 해외 선진국의 유지관리 체계를 벤치마킹하여 시설물의 생애주기 차원에서 종합적 자산 관리개념을 고려한 유지관리 기술 분류체계를 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 비교사례 연구 기법을 적용하였으며, 국내·외 유지관리 제도, 정의, 기술 분류체계 등을 비교·분석하였다. 비교사례 분석을 위하여 유지관리 비용 집행 비율이 높은 미국, 영국, 일본을 대상 국가로 선정하였고, 해당 국가들의 유지관리 체계를 분석하였다. 다음으로, 국내 유지관리 관련 법에 내포되어있는 인프라 유지관리 기술의 분류 및 정의에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 해외 선진국들은 유지관리 기술의 효과에 따라 유지보수와 개선을 명확하게 분류하고, 예방적 유지관리 활동 중심의 체계를 구성하고 있었다. 반면, 우리나라의 시설물 유지관리 기술은 그 분류 및 정의가 명확하게 구분되지 않고 아직도 사후 대응적 구조 중심으로 이루어져 있어 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 비교사례연구 결과를 토대로 제안한 분류체계는 유지관리, 유지보수, 성능개선의 개념을 정립하고, 예방적 유지보수와 대응적 유지보수를 명확하게 구분하였다. 결과적으로 제안된 기술 분류체계는 자산관리관점에서 선제적 유지관리 활동과 합리적인 유지관리 예산 분배를 위한 기초연구로서의 활용도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.
