To improve the mechanical properties, dimensional stability and blood compatibility, the biomedical material $Pellethene^{(R)}$ was blended with multiblock polyurethane (MPU) containing phospopholipid/long alkyl chain (C-18) at the various MPU contents and crosslinked using dicumyl peroxide as a crosslinking agent. The maximum MPU content for stable $Pellethene^{(R)}$/MPU blended films was approximately 30 wt%. The optimum crosslinking agent content and crosslinking time with respect to the mechanical properties were 4 wt% and 3 h, respectively. The mechanical properties (tensile strength and elongation at break) and water absorption of the crosslinked blend film increased with increasing MPU content. The test of platelet adhesion on the surfaces of the crosslinked blend film showed a decrease in the level of platelet adhesion from 70% to 6% with increasing MPU content from 0 to 30 wt%. These results suggest that the crosslinked $Pellethene^{(R)}$/MPU-30 (MPU content: 30 wt%) sample has strong potential as a novel material for blood compatible material applications.

MPEG Media Transport (MMT)는 방송 서비스에서 방송망 및 IP망을 활용하여 미디어 데이터를 보다 효율적으로 전송하고 이를 저장 및 소비 할 수 있게 하기 위해 MPEG에서 개발 중인 표준이다. MMT에서는 방송프로그램을 하나의 Package로 정의하고, 해당 Package에서는 비디오, 오디오 및 데이터를 포함한 다양한 구성요소를 각각의 Asset으로 정의하고 있으며, 각 Asset은 전송 및 재생/저장의 최소단위인 MPU (Media Processing Unit) 파일들의 집합으로 구성되어져 있다. 이와 같이, MMT에서는 비디오 콘텐츠를 하나의 파일로 취급하는 기존의 방법과 달리 여러개의 MPU파일로 구성하게 함으로서, 가변적 네트워크 상황에 따라 효율적 전송 및 부분 저장을 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 여러개의 MPU파일로 구성된 MMT 콘텐츠를 각각의 MPU 파일별로 저장 및 접근을 가능하게 하고, 또한 여러개의 MPU파일들을 끊김없이 하나의 콘텐츠로 재생할 수 있는 재생기의 설계 및 구현방법을 제안하였다.

유연사슬길이가 6인 4,4'-bis(6-hydroxy hexoxy)biphenyl (BP-6)의 메소겐 디올을 합성하였고, 이것을 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)와 용액축중합하여 폴리우레탄 (MPU-6)을 합성하였다. 합성된 MPU-6는 $0.23{\sim}0.56 dL/g$의 고유점도를 보였다. MPU-6는 X-ray, 편광현미경으로부터는 액정을 형성할 수 있었으나, DSC로 분석 시에는 액정거동을 관찰할 수 없는 '가상액정'의 거동을 보였다. 또한 MPU-6의 분자량이 낮을수록 결정화 속도와 결정화 온도가 높음을 알 수 있었으며 이는 분자량이 낮을수록 고분자의 mobility가 증가함으로써 메소겐기의 배향이 용이하고, 이것이 기핵으로 작용하였기 때문으로 생각된다.

Cortex-M 프로세서는 가상 메모리를 지원하는 MMU 를 제공하지 않는 대신 메모리 보호 옵션으로 MPU 를 제공한다. MPU 를 사용해 특정 메모리 영역에 대한 접근 권한과 속성을 정의할 수 있고, 이를 이용해 중요한 데이터를 보호하거나 특정 동작을 수행하기 위해 고의로 예외를 발생시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 메모리 보호에 MPU 를 사용한 연구에 대해 조사하였다.

To evaluate the bonding performance of reinforced glulam, the textile type of glass fiber and aramid fiber, and the sheet type of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) were used as reinforcements. The reinforced glulam was manufactured by inserting reinforcement between the outmost and middle lamination of 5ply glulam. The types of adhesives used in this study were polyvinyl acetate resins (MPU500H, and MPU600H), polyurethane resin and resorcinol resin. The block shear strengths of the textile type in glass fiber reinforced glulam using MPU500H and resorcinol resin were higher than 7.1 N/$mm^2$, and these glulams passed the wood failure requirement of Korean standards (KS). In case of the sheet types, GFRP reinforced glulams using MPU500H, polyurethane resin and resorcinol resin, and CFRP reinforced glulams using MPU500H and polyurethane resin passed the requirement of KS. The textile type of glass fiber reinforced glulam using resorcinol resin after water and boiling water soaking passed the delamination requirement of KS. The only GFRP reinforced glulam using MPU500H after water soaking passed the delamination requirement of KS. We conclude that the bonding properties of adhesive according to reinforcements are one of the prime factors to determine the bonding performance of the reinforced glulam.

본 논문에서는 연구용 VHDL 및 CAD 툴을 사용하여 톱다운 설계방식에 의하여 소 형 마이크로프로세서(MPU;microprocessor unit)의 설계를 수행한다. 이를 위하여 기본 MPU와 이의 파이프라인화 구조를 제안한다. 설계목표와 명령어, 아키텍쳐가 결정되면, 이를 우선 C 언어로 모의실험하여 동작을 확인하며, 다음 VHDL 모의실험의 경우, 주어 진 입력에 대하여 내부 레지스터의 내용을 점검하여 동작을 확인한다. 다음에, 이를 연구용 CAD 툴에 의해 완전주문형(full-custom)/반주문형(semi-custom) 설계방식에 의해 레이아웃을 수행하며 관련 모의 실험을 수행한다. 이어 성능개선을 위하여 제안 한 파이프라인 구조를 모의실험을 통하여 타당성을 확인하며 아울러 관련 문제점 및 향후 연구방향에 관해 논한다. 결론적으로, 본 논문을 통하여 MPU의 설계방법을 정립 하였으며, 아울러 성능개선을 위한 아키텍쳐의 설계변화가 가능하였다.

The height of valve body is limited to 30mm in the cook-top style gas valves for the domestic gas ranges. But the all the safety specifications of KS should be fulfilled and the magnetic power unit(MPU) should be installed in the valve body for the safety reason. The length of MPU body is longer than the 30mm that it should be located in the square direction of the knob shaft and therefore the implementation of the lever mechanism to transmit the press motion of the knob to the MPU valve is very difficult. In this paper, the hinged lever with inclined plate is used to transmit the press motion of the knob to the MPU valve. The analysis of the gas flow with using the commercial software of FLOW-3D shows that the gas flow capacity is fit for the domestic gas range. The performance and responsibility of the valve is tested for the mass production and the test results shows that the valve can be installed in the commercial gas range.

FPCA is the necessary device to design of hardware at present, it is researched on many ways of applying to design caused by expansion of capacity in recent years. One of these applying ways is SoC (System on a Chip) that is proposed for realizing the basic function of a system. For realizing SoC efficiently, IP (Intellectual property) is very important and developed for re-use of hardware. A MPU for built-in exists as an IP. But almost of MPUs at present as an IPs are lengthy and large-scale for using embedded-application. Furthermore, the function of executing specific treatment critically is required to embedded MPU. We propose a flexible and small scale MPU and its design method.

최근 들어, UHDTV같은 고품질 AV서비스가 증가하면서 방송 기술도 진화하게 되었으며, 방송 표준 또한 새롭게 정의하게 되었다. 현재 한국에서는 지상파 UHD 방송을 위해 북미 지상파 디지털 TV 방송 규격 표준화 기구인 ATSC(Advanced Television Systems Committee)에서 제정한 ATSC3.0 규격 기반으로 국내 표준을 제정하였다. 지상파 UHDTV 표준에는 다양한 방송 표준 중에서 대표적인 전송표준으로는 DASH/ROUTE와 MMTP이 있다. DASH/ROUTE와 MMTP는 현재 한국에서 지상파 UHD 방송을 시작하면서 전송표준으로 DASH/ROUTE와 MMTP를 채택하였다. DASH segment와 MPU는 각기 DASH/ROUTE 및 MMTP를 통하여 전송하는 미디어 데이터를 포함한 segment 단위이다. 본 논문에서는 DASH segment와 MPU의 구조를 분석하고, DASH segment를 MPU로 변환하여 MMTP를 통하여 전달할 수 있는 검증 시스템을 제안한다.

임베디드 시스템(Embedded System)은 프로세서, 메모리 장치, 각종 입출력장치와 같은 하드웨어와 그 하드웨어를 제어하기 위한 소프트웨어가 탑재되어 동작한다. 본 논문에서는 오픈 모바일 플랫폼인 안드로이드를 기반으로 하는 ARM Cortex-A8 Core를 사용한 SAMSUNG의 S5PV210 CPU를 장착한 임베디드 시스템을 개발함으로서 효율적인 산업용 제어를 가능하게 하는 MPU 모듈 및 Base 보드를 설계 제작하여 구현하였다. 안드로이드 OS기반의 리눅스 커널을 통해 안드로이드 응용 계층의 네이티브 앱과 HTML5를 적용한 온도 및 습도 센서 모니터링 응용프로그램을 구현함으로서 본 논문에서 개발한 임베디드 플랫폼 설계의 적합성 및 타당성을 검증한다.
