FAPO 제올라이트 흡착제 코팅을 통한 핀-관 열교환기 운전조건별 열전달 성능특성 (Heat Transfer Characteristics of Fin-Tube Heat Exchanger Coated with FAPO Zeolite Adsorbent at Different Operating Conditions)

  • In conventional adsorption chamber, adsorbent is embedded in between heat exchanger fins by wire mesh. This method impedes heat and mass transfer efficiency. So in this study, to improve the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger, a fin-tube exchanger was coated with FAPO (Ferroaluminophosphate) zeolite adsorbent. The fin-tube heat exchanger has a fin pitch of 1.8 mm with a variation of adsorbent coating thickness of about 0.1 mm, 0.15 mm and 0.2 mm. By varying cooling water temperature and chilled water temperature respecively, heat transfer rate and overall heat transfer coefficient were investigated. As a result, the heat transfer rate and overall heat transfer coefficient increase with decreasing cooling water temperature and increasing chilled water temperature. Under the basic conditions, the heat transfer rate of heat exchanger with 0.2 mm coating thickness is 11% and 43% higher than that of 0.1 mm and 0.15 mm, respectively. The overall heat transfer coefficient is $189.1W/m^2{\cdot}^{\circ}C$, it is two times lager than that of 0.1 mm.

  • 본 연구는 로봇착유기 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 유두위치 측정장치와 로봇제어 시스템을 구성하고 그 성능을 분석하고자 수행되었으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 유두인식은 스테레오 측량법에 기초한 이미지 장치로 처리했으며 유두인식오차는 (x, y, z) = (0.83, 1.95, 0.81)mm이다. RCS로 좌표값을 변환했을 때 시스템 전체의 오차는 x = 0.9mm, y = 2.0mm, z = 0.9mm였다. 2. 로봇 유두컵 착탈 시스템의 로봇 착탈 성공률은 평균 91.5%로 나타났다. 작업시간은 27.8sec였으며, 이미지 처리를 포함한 전체 작업시간은 86.1sec로 나타났다.

Effect of Reactive Diluents on the AC Electrical Treeing in Epoxy/Nanosilicate Systems

  • The effect of reactive diluents on the ac electrical treeing in epoxy/nanosilicate systems was studied, in a needle-plate electrode geometry. Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) type epoxy was used as a base resin, and layered silicate was used as a nano-sized filler. Polyglycol (PG) or 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDGE) was introduced as a reactive diluent to the DGEBA/nanosilicate system, in order to decrease the viscosity of the nanocomposite system. PG acted as a flexibilizer, and BDGE acted as a chain extender, after the curing reaction. To measure the treeing propagation rate, a constant alternating current (ac) of 10 kV/4.2 mm (60 Hz) was applied to the specimen, in a needle-plate electrode arrangement, at $30^{\circ}C$ of insulating oil bath. When 10 kV/4.2 mm (60 Hz) was applied, the treeing propagate rate in the DGEBA system was $1.10{\times}10^{-3}$ mm/min, and that in the DGEBA/PG system was $1.05{\times}10^{-3}$ mm/min. As 1.5 wt% of nanosilicate was added to the DGEGA/PG system, the propagation rate was $0.33{\times}10^{-3}$ mm/min. This meant that the nano-sized layered silicates would act as good barriers to treeing propagation. The effect of chlorine content was also studied, and it was found that chlorine had a bad effect on the electrical insulation property of the epoxy system.

  • To obtain the information of dental arch size and the distance from one tooth center to adjacent tooth center of occlusal surface of each tooth which is perforated by Pindex system on working cast for removable die system, 600 dental casts in Busan were examined. The distance of center of occlusal surface of each tooth and dental arch size were digitized. The results were as follows; 1. Mean values of the distance from center of maxillary central incisor to maxillary lateral incisor(tooth number 11$\sim$12, 21$\sim$22) is 5,7 mm, 12$\sim$13(22$\sim$23) is 5.9 mm, 13$\sim$14(23$\sim$24) is 6.9 mm, 14$\sim$15(24$\sim$25) is 7.1 mm, 15$\sim$16(25$\sim$26) is 8.4 mm, 16$\sim$17(26$\sim$27) is 10.2 mm, 11$\sim$21 is 7.30 mm. Mean values of the distance from center of mandibular central incisor to mandibular lateral incisor(tooth number 31$\sim$32, 41$\sim$42) is 4.5 mm, 32$\sim$33(42$\sim$43) is 4.8 mm, 33$\sim$34(43$\sim$44) is 6.3 mm, 34$\sim$35(44$\sim$45) is 7.2 mm, 35$\sim$36(45$\sim$46) is 9.2 mm, 36$\sim$37(46$\sim$47) is 10.7 mm, 31$\sim$41 is 4.7 mm. 2. Mean values of the distance from the center of maxillary right central incisor to the center of maxillary left central incisor(11$\sim$21) is 7.3 mm, 12$\sim$22 is 18.2 mm, 13$\sim$23 is 26.9 mm, 14$\sim$24 is 37.2 mm, 15$\sim$25 is 43.2 mm, 16$\sim$26 is 48.5 mm, 17$\sim$27 is 53.5 mm. We checked the bottom side of cast to verify the position of dowel pin. There is no difference upper side and lower side.

  • In order to study the cleansing effect of air-driven sonic system, the author prepared root canals on 48 extracted human permanent single rooted teeth using hand instrumentation and aforementioned method, half and half of the cases. In order for comparison of the degree of remnant debris and cleanliness, the cross sections at 3mm and 7mm levels from the apex were stereomicroscopically observed and scored in accordance with predetermined degree. The obtained results were as follows: 1. Air-driven sonic system was more effective in cleansing root canal than hand instrumentation at apical 3mm level. (p < 0.01) 2. Air-driven sonic system was more effective in cleansing root canal than hand instrumentation at apical 7mm level. (p < 0.01) 3. In hand instrumentation, Helisonic file was more effective in cleansing root canal than Rispisonic file. (p < 0.05) In air-driven sonic system, on the other hand, there were no significant difference between the two files.

로봇 사이버나이프에서 위치인식시스템을 이용한 Targeting Error값 보정의 정확성 평가 (Evaluation on the Accuracy of Targeting Error Correction Through the Application of Target Locating System in Robotic CyberKnife)

  • 목 적: 로봇 사이버나이프에서 환자의 움직임에 의한 기준점의 위치변화 오차가 위치인식시스템(target location system, TLS) 을 통하여 targeting error값이 정확히 보정(correction)되는지 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 본 실험은 targeting의 정확성을 분석하기 위해 head and neck팬텀에 Gafchromic 필름(MD-55)을 삽입한 후, 사이버나이프(CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery System G4, Accuray, US)의 6 MV X선을 조사하였다. 필름 분석은 Accuray사에서 제공하는 End to End (E2E) 프로그램을 이용하였다. 기준점의 위치에서 x, y, z방향으로 $0{\pm}0.2\;mm$, roll, pitch, yaw방향으로 $0{\pm}0.2^{\circ}$ 이내로 유지하여 12회 조사한 대조군과 인위적으로 움직임을 주어 실험을 시행한 6회의 실험군의 targeting 오차를 구하고, 대조군과 실험군의 평균값에 대한 유의성을 t-검정을 통해 분석하였다. 또한, gamma-index method (dose difference: 3%)를 통해 2차원적 선량분포의 일치성을 distance to agreement (DTA)를 각각 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm로 달리하여 정량화하고, 비교 분석하였다. 결 과: E2E test 시행 결과, 기준 필름의 targeting 평균오차 0.405 mm, 표준편차 0.069 mm, 실험 필름의 평균오차 0.413 mm, 표준편차 0.121 mm으로 나왔으며, t-검정 결과 유의확률 P=0.836 (신뢰구간 95%)으로 두 집단에서 유의한 차이를 볼 수 없었다. 또한, DTA를 각각 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm로 선량분포의 일치성을 비교한 결과 기준필름 3,314개 위치에서 axial필름 평균은 각각 95.04%, 97.56%, 98.13%, sagittal필름 평균은 각각 95.47%, 97.68%, 98.47% 일치하였다. 실험필름과 비교한 결과 3,323개 위치에서 axial필름 평균은 각각 96.38%, 97.57%, 98.04%, sagittal필름 평균은 각각 95.50%, 97.87%, 98.36% 일치하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결 론: 로봇 사이버나이프는 치료 시 환자의 움직임에 의해 발생하는 기준점의 위치변화 오차를 실시간 추적하여 보정하며, targeting 오차를 1 mm 이내, 선량분포는 95% 이상 일치하는 정확성을 확인할 수 있었다.

CCTV 카메라용 광학계 설계 (Optical System Design for CCTV Camera)

  • 목적: 본 논문은 CCTV 카메라용 렌즈 설계를 triplet형으로 광학 설계를 하였다. 방법: 초점거리를 56 mm, 유효경을 20 mm 그리고 화각을 $5^{\circ}$로 한 망원 렌즈 형태이고, 설계하고자 하는 카메라의 CCD array detector의 크기를 2/3인치로 하였다. 결과: 광학계의 성능은 ray-fan과 spot diagram 그리고 회절 광학적인 MTF를 계산하여 평가하였고, 파장은 Fraunhofer C, d 및 F-line에 대해 achromat 되었으며 MTF 값도 tangential과 sagittal MTF 모두 50 line pairs/mm의 공간 주파수에 70% 정도가 나왔다. 결론: triplet형으로 비교적 저가 보급형 감시용 목적 CCTV 카메라를 설계하였고 충분히 실용적이라 생각된다.

  • This paper deals with the flow characteristics of a reed valve analyzed using computational dynamics(CFD) for optimal design. The seat sizes of the valve are modeled asØ6[mm] and Ø8[mm] to compare the flow characteristics. The inlet boundary condition is entered at 10[kPa], 15[kPa], 20[kPa], and 30[kPa] and the outlet boundary condition is set to the atmospheric pressure. The flow coefficient(C) and pressure loss coefficient(K) are calculated from the results of flow analysis. From the analysis results, it was confirmed that the flow coefficient of a reed valve having a seat size of Ø6[mm] is greater than that having a seat size of Ø8[mm], and the coefficient of pressure loss of a valve with a seat size of Ø6[mm] is lower than the Ø8[mm] size valve.

  • Experiment was conducted on the image quality and exposure dose following replacement of $CaWO_4$ system screen BH-III and BX-III which have so far been used for high-voltage hard-radiation quality radiography, with rare earth system screen KO750, combined with high contrast film SRH, while additional filter was altered, Cu 0.8 mm+Al 1.4 mm(HVL : Al 8.8 mm), Cu 1.3 mm+Al 1.0 mm(HVL : Al 10.6 mm) and Cu 1.8 mm+Al 1.5 mm(HVL : Al 11.4 mm). AS a result, visual evaluation did not detect extreme changes in image quality under the respective condition(HVL : $Al\;8.8\;mm{\sim}Al\;11.4\;mm$). It was noted, however, that surface exposure dose declined with an increase in the thickness of the additional filter, as it was $18.9\;{\mu}Gy$ at HVL Al 8.8 mm, $17.5\;{\mu}Gy$ at Al 10.6 mm and $15.7\;{\mu}Gy$ at Al 11.4 mm. Considering the limited rating of X-ray equipment and wear of machinery, however, the range of $Cu\;1.3\;mm{\sim}1.8\;mm+Al\;1.0\;mm{\sim}1.5\;mm(1/16\;VL{\sim}1/32\;VL)$ seemed to be a limit.

35mm 카메라 비구면 줌 렌즈계의 광학적 성능을 통한 비구면 분석 (The Aspheric Analysis through the Optical Capacity of 35mm Camera with an Aspheric Zoom Lens System)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존에 설계된 35mm 카메라 비구면 줌 렌즈계의 구조와 광학적 성능을 조사하여 비구면 패턴을 분석하여 보았다. 이 렌즈계는 무한 물점에 대한 줌 렌즈계로서 viewing system을 갖는 소형 카메라에 사용되어지는 광학계이므로 짧은 back focal length를 허용하여 image plane 가까이에 lens unit을 사용할 수 있게 하였다. 이 광학계의 zoom ratio는 1 : 2이고 +, -의 power 분포를 가지고 있으며, 일반인들이 가장 많이 사용하는 35~70mm 초점거리 영역을 채택함으로써 대중적인 보편화를 고려한 경제성이 있는 광학계라고 할 수 있겠다. 2개의 비구면을 사용함으로써 단지 3장의 렌즈만으로 수차 보정을 이루었고, 렌즈계의 소형, 경량화, 생산단가의 감소효과를 꾀하였다.
