제4차 산업혁명의 성공요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on CSFs in the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통하여 제4차 산업혁명의 성공요인을 도출하고, 제4차 산업혁명을 선도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 성공요인을 실증적으로 검증하는데 있다. 문헌 연구 결과, 리더쉽', '변화관리', '최고경영층 지원', '전략적 조화', '교육훈련', '의사결정 위양', '팀워크', '조직문화', '소통', '프로젝트 관리'의 10개의 성공요인이 도출되었다. 제4차 산업혁명에 관련된 산업계에 해당되는 기업의 CIO와 CEO를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문 조사로서는 상당히 높은 64.4%의 응답률을 보였다. 설문 분석 결과 응답자는 '전략적 조화', 가장 중요한 성공요인으로 이어서 '최고경영층 지원', '리더쉽', '변화관리', '프로젝트 관리', '팀워크', 소통', '교육훈련', '조직 문화', 의사결정 위양' 순으로 평가하였었다. 제4차 산업혁명의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 (1) 추진 전략의 구체화와 정교화, (2) 정부, 공공기관, 연구기관, 대학, 산업계의 효과적인 네트워크 구축, (3) 전략적이고 장기적인 계획, (4) 추진 전략의 차별화와 글로벌 협력체계 구축이 요청된다.

이러닝에서 교수자 역할이 학습성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (Study on the Instructors' Factors Affecting Student Performance Under e-Learning Environment)

  • 이러닝 도입의 긍정적 효과를 기대하는 대학의 입장에서 교수자들의 이러닝 수용의지와 활용능력은 중요한 변수이다. 교수자들은 교수적 역할을 포함하여 컨텐트 전문가, 교육과정 설계자, 그래픽 전문가, 미디어 감독, 프로그래머 역할까지 모두 수행해야 할 수도 있다. 본 연구는 이러닝의 교수자 역할이 이러닝의 성공요인, 학습성과에 미치는 영향요인을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 정보기술관리자는 정보기술자원을 조직화하는 것뿐만 아니라 정보시스템을 실행시키는데 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 정보기술관리자가 되려는 사람은 업무를 수행하는데 필요한 기술이 무엇인지를 정확하게 이해해야 한다. 본 연구는 한국의 온라인 구인광고들을 분석함으로써 정보기술관리자에게 요구되는 기능들이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 한다.

Customer Coproduction and Customer Citizenship Behavior in e-Commerce

  • As customers' participation in B2C e-commerce increases, customers are getting more involved in the delivery of services, which may even go beyond the completion of service transactions. To examine such proactive extra-role online customer behavior, we delve into organizational citizenship behavior framework, which has been recently extended to examine customer citizenship behavior (CCB) in the service market area. Although CCB is vital for online retailing success, MIS and e-commerce research efforts have generally focused on the customer's customer coproduction that are customer in-role behaviors. Moreover, although the effect of information created by anonymous strangers on other customers increase, interpersonal trust research have focused on only the relationship between a seller and a customer. Therefore, this study attempts to answer two research questions: What are motivational factors that affect CCB? How differently do the two kinds of interpersonal trusts (trust in online retailer and trust in customers) influence customers?

A Plan for Reducing SAR Call-outs for Fishing Vessels in Korean Waters

  • Korea has a systemic problem with lack of engine maintenance, especially among the Commercial Fishing Vessel fleet. This results in a inordinate percent of SAR call-outs for vessels with engine failure. These SAR call-outs lead to a free tow to shore by KCG or by one of its volunteer associates. Although these tows are not a terrible economic burden on KCG, it is a burden in terms of time and resources mis-allocated. This paper proposes a Commercial Fishing Vessel Examination (CFVE) program modeled after the program run by USCG. It is expected that adopting the CFVE program, KCG may be able to create a culture of safety among fishermen; thus, replicating the USCG's success rates.

정보기술 수용에 있어서 사용자 특성과 정보기술 특성에 따른 사회적 영향의 차이 (The Differences of Social Influence on Information Technology Adoption by Knowledge Work and IT Maturity)

  • As information systems are introduced in organizations, user attitudes toward IS are crucial factors for the success of such systems. Hence, understanding what affects user attitudes should be a major concern in MIS research. The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding of social influence on IS adoption. Social influence construct is stretched to include four items: subject norm, image, visibility, and voluntariness. Also, this paper examines the roles of two moderators regarding social influence: user characteristics and IT maturity. We could find that 1) social influence has a significant impact on perceived usefulness(PU), perceived ease of use(PEU), and intention, 2) the social influence on PU is more noticeable for knowledge worker than for undergraduate student, and 3) social influence on knowledge worker's PU is stronger for emerging IT(e.g., wireless internet services) than for mature IT(e.g., spreadsheet software).

  • The global market for mobile phone business is already matured. Accordingly, the repurchasing issue for the mobile phone is being weighted drastically by the marketers. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships among seven crucial factors, and also examines the differences between Korean and Indonesian markets concerning the relationships of these key success factors. This research classifies these two markets as a matured market and an emerging market respectively. The structural model is tested with the data from each of the sub-samples. The analysis of the multi-group structural equation model (MSEM) showed that compared to Korean, Indonesian had more emphasized on extra-functions for the mobile phone as well as giving more influence on satisfaction from brand image. Due to the different market situation and users, the lessons to which product features must be more emphasized could be obtained for the product managers in the industry.

정보 소득율 기반의 변수 선택을 통한 영화 관객 수 예측 (Predicting the Number of Movie Audiences Through Variable Selection Based on Information Gain Measure)

  • In this study, we propose a methodology for predicting the movie audience based on movie information that can be easily acquired before opening and effectively distinguishing qualitative variables. In addition, we constructed a model to estimate the number of movie audiences at the time of data acquisition through the configured variables. Another purpose of this study is to provide a criterion for categorizing success of movies with qualitative characteristics. As an evaluation criterion, we used information gain ratio which is the node selection criterion of C4.5 algorithm. Through the procedure we have selected 416 movie data features. As a result of the multiple linear regression model, the performance of the regression model using the variables selection method based on the information gain ratio was excellent.

  • In a competitive environment, selecting and effectively pursing the right information system investments can be a key factor in sustaining corporate viability and prosperity. This study applies quality function deployment(QFD) to the determination of information system development priority. The intent of QFD is to incorporate the needs of a customer through the various stages of product planning and manufacturing into a final product. The basic idea of our study is to translate the core competence and the competitive environment into the business strategy, and the critical success factors, and subsequently into information system development priority. Our method is applied to a motor company for the determination of the information system development priority. The company case is illustrated step by step with real data of the company and motor market.

전자상거래의 역기능 개선을 위한 주요실패요인 분석 (An Analysis of Major Failure Factors to Reduce the Dysfunctions of Electronic Commerce)

  • The recent information society is affected by new technologies including EC(Electronic Commerce), CALS(Commerce At Light Speed), EDI(Electronic Data Interchange), telecommuting and teleconferencing. The research goal of this paper is to identify major failure factors to reduce the dysfunction of EC and to suggest possible strategies that overcome those obstacles. The research methodologies of major failure factors are very similar to those of critical success factors which were widely used in MIS research areas. Ideally EC provides the possibility of a win/win situation for vendors and consumers. A survey study was performed using questionnaires. The factor analysis was performed to identify failure factors. Several hypotheses were set up to identify the major failure factors to reduce the dysfunction of EC. The regession analysis was performed to test those hypotheses and to understand the relationships between the major failure factors identified and the performance variables such as satisfaction, usage, and usefulness. Finally, the paper suggests alternatives to activate EC in terms of regulations, social rules, a technological model, etc.
