복잡한 의사결정과 협상 환경을 위한 에이전트 기반 시스템은 환경에 대한 감지 및 반응이라는 간단한 작동방식을 가지는 다중 에이전트 시스템과는 다르게 접근되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 가상 생산 환경을 응용 분야로 하여 복잡한 의사결정과 협상 환경을 위한 다중에이전트 시스템을 구현하는 과정에서 발생하는 연구이슈를 정리하고, 이들을 해결하는 하나의 사례를 제시한다. 가상 생산 환경은 다수 조직치 존재, 자원제약의 문제, 시간이 제한된 상황에서의 일정 계획 문제 등 복잡한 의사결정과 협상 환경의 전형적인 요소를 가지고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 연구는 시간제약하에서의 외부협상 및 내부협력을 위한 프로토콜을 개발하고, 실세계의 시간제약을 만족하는 범위에서 최적화모형과 휴리 스틱모형을 상황적으로 적응하는 체계를 제시하며, 에이전트간의 소통 메시지를 이들 의사결정모형으로 모형화하는 과정을 예시한다.

세계경제포럼(WEF)의 제46차 다보스포럼은 향후 4차 산업의 지속적 성장을 예견하고 있다. 현재 4차 산업은 다양한 학문적·실무적 영역에서 주목받고 있으며, 4차 산업의 핵심기술로 빅데이터는 인공지능과 함께 4차 산업혁명을 선도할 주요 자원으로 평가받고 있다. 빅데이터의 관심이 증가하면서 이에 대한 연구들이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 기존의 빅데이터에 대한 문헌 연구들은 정성적 연구에 치중되어 있어 정량적 연구가 매우 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 MIS 분야의 빅데이터 연구 흐름을 분석하여 정량화에 대한 학문적 갈증을 해갈하고자 한다. 본 연구는 MIS분야의 주요 저널에 게재된 145개의 빅데이터 논문의 초록을 수집하였으며, 이중 과반수의 논문이 Decision Support Systems 저널에 게재된 것을 확인하였다. 편향을 제거하고자 DSS저널에 대해서만 텍스트 마이닝과 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 2012년부터 2014년 사이에 경영분야에 빅데이터를 접목하는 연구가 주로 진행되었고 2015년부터 2017년 사이에는 빅데이터 자체에 대한 연구와 빅데이터를 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 시스템 개발 및 분석방법에 대한 연구가 주로 이루어졌다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다.

Recently the formation of the project team to construct a MIS system is generalized and the relationship of the user and the system personnel in the project team should be important factor in the effectiveness of the team. However, the systematic research about the personality typology of the user and the system personnel is scarcely verified. Considering this necessity, this study is, using the IS personality typology, tried to find the relationship of the user and the system personnel in the project team. One of Jung(1924)'s personality typology is introvert and extrovert, however, this typology is founa to have many facets related with personality category. Recently Ackoff(1996) has tried this category more meaningful, which are subjective-internalizer, subjective-externalizer objective-internalizer one objective-externalizer. Moreover, he has proposed the methodology which could find the assimilarity among the team members. On the basis of this typology, this research is attempted to find the difference of the characteristics of the user and the system personnel. Through this research, we can understand the difference of the characteristics of the user and the system personnel and this understanding can make help us operating the team more effectively. The result has suggested that the effectiveness of the team has relied on the personality type of the user and the system personnel. Especially the personality type of new member who will join into team is an important factor in the effectiveness of teaming. Therefore, when we have a new member into team, we have to consider the personality type of new member. Moreover, the personality type of the management is an another critical factor which should be considered.

정보보호 분야에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 정보보호 인력 양성에 대한 연구가 다각도로 진행되어 왔다. 현재 정보보호는 그 적용 분야가 광범위해짐에 따라 정보보호 인력이 수행하는 업무 범위도 증가하고 있어 보다 효율적인 인력의 양성 및 관리를 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 정보보호 전문인력이 직무수행시 필요로 하는 전문 지식 및 기술을 분석하여 교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 반영해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰 및 델파이 방법을 통해 정보보호 분야의 58개 지식 및 기술을 도출하고 산업체와 교육기관에 종사중인 정보보호 전문인력을 대상으로 각 자식 및 기술에 대한 필요정도 및 숙련정도를 조사하였다. 이와 함께 두 분야 전문인력의 정보보호 지식 및 기술에 대한 인식의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보보호 신규인력을 배출하는 교육기관과 신규인력에 대한 수요처인 산업체 간 인식의 격차를 최소화하고 상대적으로 산엽 현장에서 요구하는 지식 및 기술을 중심으로 한 교육 프로그램의 개발과 운영을 위해 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As information systems are introduced in organizations, user attitudes toward IS are crucial factors for the success of such systems. Hence, understanding what affects user attitudes should be a major concern in MIS research. The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding of social influence on IS adoption. Social influence construct is stretched to include four items: subject norm, image, visibility, and voluntariness. Also, this paper examines the roles of two moderators regarding social influence: user characteristics and IT maturity. We could find that 1) social influence has a significant impact on perceived usefulness(PU), perceived ease of use(PEU), and intention, 2) the social influence on PU is more noticeable for knowledge worker than for undergraduate student, and 3) social influence on knowledge worker's PU is stronger for emerging IT(e.g., wireless internet services) than for mature IT(e.g., spreadsheet software).

국내 중소기업의 정보화는 정부의 지원정책에 의존하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 그러나 이런 상황에서도 중소기업에서 정보기술의 성공적 도입이 이루어고 있는 경우가 있다. 그 성공의 주요한 요인으로 고려되는 것이 CEO의 정보화에 대한 축적된 지식과 강력한 리더십이다. 본 연구는 국내 중소기업 정보화의 성공적 사례 중의 하나인 더페이스샵에 대한 심층적 사례분석을 시도한다. 더페이샵의 CEO는 기업의 목표달성을 위해 정보화에 대한 해박한 지식을 토대로 CEO가 시스템 구축을 위한 강력한 리더십을 발휘하였고 의사결정 기구로서 이사회가 이를 효과적으로 지원하고 종업원들의 주도적인 참여로 성공산화를 이루었다. CEO의 강력한 리더십하에 모든 정보시스템의 구축이 만족화되고 효율화되었으며 현업과의 연계를 통해 조직과 시스템의 경쟁력 강화를 이끌었다. 특히, 더페이스샵은 경쟁력을 강화하기위해 세 가지 단계로 접근하였다. 첫째, 업무효율성과 사무자동화를 위한 ERP와 같은 기본 시스템을 구축하였고, 둘째, 고객지향성과 마케팅효과를 극대화하기 위한 분석 CRM 시스템을 완성하였으며, 셋째, 타켓 마케팅의 반응률 향상과 점주들의 수익개선을 위한 운영 CRM 시스템을 구축하였다. 이런 체계적인 노력을 통해 기업의 성과가 크게 개선되었다. 결과적으로 더페이스샵은 자기만의 차별점, "Natural Story"와 가격경쟁력이라는 매력을 가지고 화장품 업계에서 장사 2년 만에 국내 화장품업계 3위, 브랜드삽 화장품 업계 1위라는 성과를 일구었다. 그 바탕에는 여타 중소기업에서 엄두를 못내고 있는 체계적인 정보시스템에 대한 투자 있었고 이를 가능하게 한 전문지식에 입각한 CEO의 강력한 리더십이 있었다.

정보기술관리자는 정보기술자원을 조직화하는 것뿐만 아니라 정보시스템을 실행시키는데 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 정보기술관리자가 되려는 사람은 업무를 수행하는데 필요한 기술이 무엇인지를 정확하게 이해해야 한다. 본 연구는 한국의 온라인 구인광고들을 분석함으로써 정보기술관리자에게 요구되는 기능들이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 한다.

Most previous electronic commerce studies have focused on a single product or similar products. The effects of different product types have been relatively neglected. and so previous studies have limited the generalization. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different product types. The Internet product and service classification grid proposed by Peterson et al.(1997). A survey-based approach was employed to investigate the research questions. Regression analysis demonstrated that the determinants of online shopping acceptance differ among product or service types. As a result of analysis, personal innovativeness of information technology, perceived Web security, personal privacy concerns, and product involvement can influence consumer acceptance of online shopping, but their influence varies according to product or service types.

In spite of the importance that MIS researchers place in Expert Systems, there is no agreement as to whether Schools of Business should include this topic in their curriculum. To answer this question, this study presents a survey of the use and impacts of Expert Systems in Organizations. The study also assesses the impact of training on users ' perceptions and use of Expert Systems. The survey indicates that Expert Systems are being used in several areas of industry and that Business schools would serve their student body better by exposing thenm to these tools. The study also reviews the alternatizes used by IBM MoIS Grant Schools for incorporating Expert Systems in their curriculum. A discussion of the cases where each alternative would be more appropriate is included.

정보시스템 아웃소싱이 활성화되면서 아웃소싱 가치와 가격에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 정보시스템 아웃 소싱은 개발 아웃소싱과 운영 아웃소싱으로 나눌 수 있다. 운영 아웃소싱 비용에 대한 연구는 최근에 시작되어 지속적인 추가 연구가 필요하다. 운영 아웃소싱 유형 중 대표적인 유형이 응용시스템 운영 아웃소싱(applicationsystems outsourcing)인데, 서비스 수준에 대한 복잡한 판단이 필요하기 때문에 정교한 비용산정 모형이 요구된다. 기존 연구에서는 여러 업종의 데이터를 수집하여 비용산정 모형을 구축하였기 때문에 업종의 고유한 특성을 반영하지 못하였으며, 따라서 산정 비용의 정확성이 높지 않다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 중요성이 매우 높은 산업분야 중의 하나인 증권업종과 의료업종의 응용시스템 아웃소싱 비용 산정 모형을 도출한다. 업종의 특성을 반영하여 서비스 수준을 결정하는 요소를 정의하고, 증권업종의 비용 모델을 먼저 도출하였다. 의료업종과 증권업종이 서로 차별화되는지를 분석하였으며, 의료업종의 별도 비용 모델을 구축하여 업종간의 비용모델 차이가 존재함을 보였다.
