In this paper, we present a new SVPWM strategy for a 3-level inverter. This SVPWM method is easily implemented without switching table like SVPWM. In addition, with proposed method, we can also keep the voltage balancing of DC-link capacitors and guarantee minimum on/off time of the devices. The principle of the proposed SVPWM method is described in detail, and its implementation method is also proposed. The usefulness of the proposed SVPWM method is verified through the simulation using MATLAB/Simulink.

In this paper, a hybrid photovoltaic fuel-cell generation system employing an electrolyzer for hydrogen generation and battery for storage purpose is designed and simulated. The system is applicable for remote areas or isolated DC loads. Control strategy has been considered to achieve permanent power supply to the load via the photovoltaic/battery or the fuel cell based on the power available from the sun. MATLAB and SIMULINK have been used for the simulation work. A sensitivity analysis is conducted for various load level based on availability of solar radiation.

In this paper, a simulation system, which is almost same with the real motor-mechanical control system, is established. The real system is identified by using the data from DSP(TMS320F240). The RLS(Recursive Least Square) algorithm is used for the identification and MATLAB Simulink program is used for simulation. The exact simulation system obtained by using the proposed method is very useful for analysis and design of motor-mechanical control systems.

본 연구에서는 MATLAB Simulink/Stateflow 기반으로 만든 모델의 transition의 condition을 미리 연산하고, 이를 바탕으로 모델을 최적화하는 모듈을 제안하고 이를 구현하였다. 구현한 모듈은 stateflow 내부의 transition condition의 label string을 이진트리로 구성하고, True/False를 판단한다. 그리고 condition의 True/False 판단 결과를 통해 모델의 최적화 과정을 수행한다. 제안하는 모듈을 이용하여 간단한 예시모델의 수정 과정을 보이고 테스트 커버리지가 향상되는 것을 검증하였다.

In this paper, a maximum power control of a low-cost and rugged cage-type induction generator system is proposed, where the machine-side PWM converter is used for maximum power generation and field excitation control, and the line-side PWM inverter is used for the dc link voltage control and source-side power factor control. Simulation results through Matlab Simulink have been demonstrated.

In this paper, a novel speed estimation method of an induction motor using neural networks(NNs) is presented. The NN speed estimator is trained online by using the error backpropagation algorithm, and the training starts simultaneously with the induction motor working. The neural network based vector controller has the advantage of robustness against machine parameter variation. The simulation results using Matlab/Simulink verify the useful of the proposed method.

This paper proposes the estimation algorithm to find the rotor time constant of induction motors, which is very important for induction motor drive system. This strategy is based on flux estimator theory. Proposed method has been demonstrated through simulation using MATLAB SIMULINK.

This paper presents dynamic modeling and simulation of induction motors. Equivalent circuit parameters measured by do test, no-load test and locked-rotor test were used as the input data for computer simulation. Operating characteristics of an induction motor were predicted by Matlab/simulink when changing load torque, opening and reclosing of phase a of the stator and three-phase fault at machine terminals.

This study investigates the characteristic analysis of Line-start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor considering skew effect. The effects of the skew on machine characteristic are analyzed by using direct co-simulation of Matlab Simulink and Flux2D. Validity of analysis method is confirmed by the analysis result of Non-skew Model.
