여원 MLCA와 특수 혼돈 함수를 이용한 영상 암호화 기법 (Image Encryption Scheme using Complemented MLCA and Special Chaos Map)

  • 본 논문에서는 영상의 픽셀 고유의 값을 변환하고 위치를 섞는 높은 보안성을 지닌 암호화 알고리즘을 제안한다. Wolfram 규칙으로 생성된 상태 전이 행렬로 최대 길이를 가지는 여원 CA 수열을 만든다. 이를 2차원 기저 영상으로 변환하여 원 영상과 XOR 연산을 한 후, 층밀리기 변형 및 재배열 과정을 통하여 암호화된 영상을 만든다. 영상의 안정성 분석을 통하여 제안하는 암호화 기법이 높은 보안성을 가졌음을 검증한다.

사회네트워크 분석을 활용한 비즈니스 모델 지식구조 분석 (A study of business model research knowledge structure based on social network analysis)

  • Business environment is shifting from industrial economy to knowledge based economy. Enterprises go through numerous trials for successful management in changing environment. Along with trial tests, research area has been growing simultaneously. Unlike initial research which focused on basic concepts such as: form of business model and success points. Current research emphasizes on actualization of business that enterprises plan, which brought academic research with perplex form of knowledge structure. On the other hand, there is limitation in understanding business model systematically due to preceding research primarily centered on analyzing definition and case study. In order to analyze knowledge structure, this study utilized social network analysis based on "relationship". For the analysis, 13,412 keywords were extracted from 36years worth of article or research related to business model stored in SCOPUS database. From the analysis, it was shown core research subject was INNOVATION and the number of co-authors has increased due to the academic diversity. Business model research is divided into five sub-categories (E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, open-source, and e-book). Through cognitive map analysis on each of research characteristics of sub-category, it has shown that E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, and open-source are core categories.

정적 및 동적 range 검출에 의한 원료 처리 자동화용 vision 시스템 (A vision system for autonomous material handling by static and dynamic range finding)

  • Until now, considerable progress has been made in the application of range finding techanique performing direct 3-D measurement from the object. However, ther are few use of the method in the area of the application of material handing. We present a range finding vision system consisting of static and dynamic range finders to automate a reclaimer used for material handling. A static range finder detects range data of the front part of the piles of material, and a height map is obtained from the proposed image processing algorithm. The height map is used to calculate the optimal job path as features for required information for material handling function. A dynamic range finder attached on the side of the arm of the reclaimer detects the change of the local properties of the material with the handling function, which is used for avoiding collision and detecting the ending point for changing direction. the developed vision systm was applied to a 1/20 simulator and the results of test show that it is appropriate to use for automating the material handling.

  • In this paper, we present a global localization and position error compensation method in a known indoor environment using magnet hall sensors. In previous our researches, it was possible to compensate the pose errors of $x_e$, $y_e$, ${\theta}_e$ correctly on the surface of indoor environment with magnets sets by regularly arrange the magnets sets of identical pattern. To improve the proposed method, new strategy that can realize the global localization by changing arrangement of magnet pole is presented in this paper. Total six patterns of the magnets set form the unique landmarks. Therefore, the virtual map can be built by using the six landmarks randomly. The robots search a pattern of magnets set by rotating, and obtain the current global pose information by comparing the measured neighboring patterns with the map information that is saved in advance. We provide experimental results to show the effectiveness of the proposed method for a differential drive wheeled mobile robot.

  • 인터넷을 포함한 정보산업분야가 급속도로 발전하고 있으며 우리 생활공간을 밀접하게 연결시켜서 다양성을 제공해주고 있다. 인터넷은 네트워크를 통해 다양하고 실시간적인 정보를 사용자에게 제공하고 있다 GIS 의 기능과 서비스도 네트워크로 분산되어 있는 다양한 사용자나 조직에 대해 서비스를 제공해야하는 추세로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 GIS는 데스크탑이나 서버에서 뿐 만 아니라 네트워크상의 어느 곳에서도 사용할 수 있어야 한다. 최근 인터넷을 통한 공간정보의 검색과 판매를 위한 인터넷 GIS는 중요한 연구과제가 되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 도시가스재해관리를 인터넷에서 수행할 수 있도록 하였으며, MapObjects IMS, SDE, Oracle을 이용하여 GIS의 기능을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 인터넷 GIS기법을 개발하였다.

다공판 유로 내의 유동한계(CCFL)에 대한 실험적 연구 (The Experimental Study on The Counter-Current Flow Limit in The Flow Path with a Porous Plate)

  • A set of experiments of counter-current flow limit (CCFL) was performed to improve the drawbacks of Wallis' correlation which neglected the effects of channel size, channel length, injection method and the boundary conditions at the inlet of liquid and gas phase. In this study, CCFL was observed by changing the shape of porous plate using air and water. The results show that as the size of porous increases, CCFL with a round shape of the porous plate start to disappear, In this study, the CCFL correlation was calculated and the corresponding CCFL map was developed based on the experimental results.

하천제방의 유지관리 효율성 및 재해 대응성 향상을 위한 하천제방 안전도맵 평가체계 연구 (A Study on Evaluation System of River Levee Safety Map to Improve Maintenance Efficiency and Disaster Responsiveness)

  • 최근 기후 및 홍수사상이 변화함에 따라 하천제방 붕괴 및 범람으로 인한 수재해 위험성이 증가하고 있는 추세이기 때문에 각종 수재해 시나리오에 대응 가능한 하천제방 유지관리 기술을 고도화할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 하천제방의 효율적인 유지관리 및 재해 대응성 향상을 위하여 하천제방 안정성에 영향을 주는 주요 요소별 안전도맵 평가체계를 제안하고자 한다. 하천제방 안전도맵은 활동, 파이핑, 육안점검, 세굴, 제체재료 등의 안전도 지표를 GIS맵 상에 지도형태로 표출함으로써 육안으로 신속하게 위험지역을 파악할 수 있고, 피해발생 이후 피해복구를 실시하는 현 국내 제방관리 수준에서 벗어나 선제적인 대응을 통해 하천제방 유지관리의 효율성을 극대화 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 기 제안된 활동, 파이핑, 육안점검 등을 포함한 하천제방 안전도맵 평가체계에 세굴, 제체재료 등을 추가 및 보완한 후속논문으로서, 1)문헌 및 자료 조사를 통한 세굴 및 제체재료 3등급 기준을 제시하였으며, 시범평가를 통해 2)남강지역 좌안 5개소의 홍수위지속시간에 따른 활동 및 파이핑 특성, 3)남강지역 좌/우안 9개소의 세굴 및 제체재료 특성 등을 평가하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 하천제방 안전도맵 평가체계는 향후 하천관리자 행동요령, 보수 보강공법 선정, 소요 예산 산정 등을 연계한 연구가 진행된다면 보다 현실적이고, 활용성 높은 연구가 될 것으로 판단된다.

  • 현제 지적업무는 대장(토지대장 및 임야대장)과 도면(지적도면 및 임야도면)의 전산화를 통해 디지털 지적관리체계로 전환되어 운영되고 있다. 지적측량 방식 역시 GPS측량, 전자평판 측량 등의 디지털 측량방식이 이용되고 있다. 지적측량에 따른 수수료는 현재 건설표준품셈과 국토교통부 자체 고시에 따른 기준을 기초로 산정하고 있다. 그러나 현재 고시되어 있는 지적측량수수료 산정 품셈은 종목에 따라 전산 환경을 반영하지 못하는 경우가 있다. 본 연구에서는 빠르게 변화하고 있는 디지털 지적관리 환경에서 개선을 필요로 하는 지적측량수수료 체계를 분석해 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시함으로써 디지털 환경에 적합한 지적측량수수료 체계 확립의 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 연구 성과로는 현황 분석을 토대로 디지털 환경에 적합한 용어의 변경 사용(부동산종합공부시스템), 새로운 품셈 종목에 관한 품셈체계 마련(지적기준점의 현황 조사 및 관리), 지적확정측량 품셈의 재조사 및 품셈 체계 마련을 제시하였다.

Construction of Comprehensive Metabolic Network for Glycolysis with Regulation Mechanisms and Effectors

  • Abstract Glycolysis has a main function to provide ATP and precursor metabolites for biomass production. Although glycolysis is one of the most important pathways in cellular metabolism, the details of its regulation mechanism and regulating chemicals are not well known yet. The regulation of the glycolytic pathway is very robust to allow for large fluxes at almost constant metabolite levels in spite of changing environmental conditions and many reaction effectors like inhibitors, activating compounds, cofactors, and related metal ions. These changing environmental conditions and metabolic reaction effectors were focused on to understand their roles in the metabolic networks. In this study, we have investigated for construction of the regulatory map of the glycolytic metabolic network and tried to collect all the effectors as much as possible which might affect the glycolysis metabolic pathway. Using the results of this study, it is expected that a complex metabolic situation can be more precisely analyzed and simulated by using available programs and appropriate kinetic data.

Needs for Changing Accident Investigation from Blaming to Systems Approach

  • Objective: The purposes of this study are to survey needs for changing accident investigation from blaming to systems approach and to briefly summarize systems-based accident analysis techniques. Background: In modern complex socio-technical systems, accidents are caused by a variety of contributing factors including human, technical, organizational, social factors, not by just a single violation or error of a specific actor, but accidents investigation used to be focused on the incorrect action of individuals. A new approach investigating causes of accidents as a symptom of a deficient system is required. Method: This study was mainly based on survey of literatures related to accidents, accidents investigation, which included academic journals, newspapers, etc. Results: This study showed that accidents investigation of Korea focusing on blaming is problematic. This was confirmed by two concepts of migration and hindsight bias frequently found in accident causation studies, and an attribute of accidents having varying causes. This was illustrated with an example of Sewol ferry capsizing accident. Representative systems-based accident analysis models including Swiss cheese model, AcciMap, HFACS, FRAM and STAMP were briefly introduced, which can be used in systematic accidents investigations. Finally, this study proposed a procedure for establishing preventive measures of accidents, which was composed of two steps: public inquiry and devising preventive measures. Conclusion: A new approach considering how safety-critical components such as technical and social elements, and their interactions lead to accidents is needed for preventing reoccurrence of similar accidents in complex socio-technical systems. Application: The results would be used as a reference or guideline when the safety relevant governmental organizations investigate accidents.
