The threat to information security is growing globally. To this, organizations are increasing the weight of adapting and operating the more specialized information security policy and system. Information security requires participation from the employees who execute the security system and policy, and to increase the level of organization's internal security, requires organization's systematic support to improve employees' information security compliance intention. This research finds the mechanism for improving employee's information security compliance intention by applying justice theory and goal setting theory in information security. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypothesis, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. In other words, this research performs verification of the research model based hypothesis which claims that security policy goal setting has positive influence on employee's level of security related justice recognition, and claims that justice has positive influence on compliance intention. The object of study is the employees of the organization that adapts information security policy, and 383 valid samples were collected via survey. Structural equation modeling was performed to verify the research hypothesis. The result shows that security policy goal factor (goal difficulty, goal specificity) improves employee's security related justice recognition, and that security related justice (distribution, process, and information justice) has positive influence on compliance intention. The result suggests the strategic approach directions for improving employees' compliance intention on organization's security policy.

우리나라 경영학계 내지는 기업경영에 경영과학(Management Science)의 여러가지 기법이 정식으로 소개되기 시작한 것은 70년대 후반이라고 생각된다. 경영과학의 기법에는 선형계획법·재고관리모형·대기행렬모형·모의(Simulation) 모형·네트웍(Network) 모형 등 여러가지가 있지만, 이중 선형계획법이 우리에게 가장 익숙한 모형이고 기업의 실제 문제해결에도 가장 많이 이용되고 있다. 지금 소개하고자 하는 목표계획법도 경영과학기법의 하나로 모형계획법과 매우 유사한 기법이다.

In this study, we investigated the modeling and design of an Intelligent Agent System (IAS). To achieve this goal, we introduced several kinds of agents that exhibit intelligent features. These are the main agent, management agent, watcher agent, report agent and application agent. We applied the intelligent agent concept to two different application fields, i.e. the intelligent agent system for pattern classification and the intelligent agent system for bank asset management modeling.

Lung resection has various and commonly occurring postoperative complications. Pulmonary complication is well known as one of the most important among them, exerting a negative influence on the postoperative course and resulting in mortality. Thus, the prevention of pulmonary complication after lung resection is very important. To prevent postoperative pulmonary complication, the perioperative management must be optimal. Perioperative management begins long before the surgery and does not end until the patient leaves the hospital. The goal of perioperative management is to identify the high-risk patients, to provide appropriate intervention, to prevent postoperative complications, and to obtain the best outcomes.

QCC(Quality Control Circle) is a labor or employee group that regularly meets to discuss ways of improving product quality. Its goal is to develop and present various ways for employees to solve problems, generate and implement new ideas and gather information that would prove helpful in both areas. It will also educate employees of the responsibilities that a quality warranty will bring forth. This study conducted research on the QCC activity of Korean manufacturers in two primary ways: first part consisted of items used to diagnose QCC activity, Second part consisted of 8 items used to investigate goals and their effectiveness, obstruction and organization. Accordingly, main goal of our research was to find ways to improve through QCC.

This paper considers two-sided assembly line balancing with preemptive multiple goals. In the problem, three goals are taken into account in the following priority order : minimizing the number of mated-stations, achieving the goal level of workload smoothness, and maximizing the work relatedness. An evolutionary algorithm is used to solve the multiple goal problems. A new structure is presented in the algorithm, which is helpful to searching the solution satisfying the goals in the order of the priority. The proper evolutionary components such as encoding and decoding method, evaluation scheme, and genetic operators, which are specific to the problem being solved, are designed in order to improve the algorithm's performance. The computational results show that the proposed algorithm is premising in the solution quality.

Greenhouse gas and energy reduction goal management system is announced to reduce national CO2 emission in 2011. The target business sector of the system has to follow the procedure of the system and get the assessment. The percentage of the national CO2 reduction goad is 30 % compared to the amounts of BAU. In railway business sector, 6 bodies are included in this system so that railway industry cannot stay and sustain its better position any more than other transportation industry. Most of the industry except Railway industry is struggling to develop its product more environmentally friendly and get the 3rd party certification like Eco-labelling and Carbon footprint. To get environmental certification, LCA method has to be applied because life cycle approach is needed to respond current environmental requirement. The purpose of this project is to facilitate railway vehicle manufacturer obtaining the environmental certification termed Korea EPD. By doing so, the environmental performance evaluation tool would be developed and modelled within the LCA framework and therefore applied especially for rail vehicle.

The House of Quality(HOQ) is used in the development stage to identify important customer attributes and corresponding engineering characteristics. The importance of each customer attribute obtained in the HOQ affects to the quality of the final product or service. Traditionally, such importance is derived based on the assumption that customer satisfaction is linearly proportional to the product performance. In this paper, we propose a nonlinear function so as to relate the product performance with the customer satisfaction according to the Kano model. A performance goal is obtained by maximizing the total customer satisfaction under a cost constraint and the importance of each customer attribute is developed from the performance goal. Therefore, the proposed approach incorporates the Kano categories and the improvement cost in determining the importance of customer attributes.
