콩고기의 관능적 특성 및 소비자 기호도 분석 (Study on Sensory Characteristics and Consumer Acceptance of Commercial Soy-meat Products)

  • This study was conducted to identify sensory characteristics of soy-meat samples by trained panels and to observe the relationship between these sensory characteristics and consumer acceptability of the samples. Descriptive analysis was performed on eight samples; four types of patty style soy-meat samples (Soy-meat Patty; SP) made with a Ddukgalbi recipe (YSP, VSP, LSP, and SSP) and four types of Bulgogi style soy-meat samples (Soy-meat Bulgogi; SB) made with a Bulgogi recipe (YSB, VSB, LSB, and SSB). Seven panelists were trained, and they evaluated the appearance, odor/aroma, flavor/taste, texture/mouth feel, and after taste attributes of these samples. Forty attributes were generated by panelists, and 37 attributes were significantly different across products (p<0.05). The SB group was characterized by beef, leek, and garlic flavor as well a sweetness, denseness, slipperiness, chewiness, and pepper after taste. The SP group was characterized by roughness, particle size, rancid oil flavor, raw bean flavor, astringent, sourness, and adhesiveness. Consumer test (n=125) showed that the VSB sample had the highest scores for acceptability of appearance, flavor, texture, and overall liking. The PLSR results show that the attributes that were more positively associated with acceptance of soy-meat samples were beef taste, wetness, and chewiness, whereas the raw bean smell and rancid oil flavor attributes were negative.

서울 시내 특1급 호텔 뷔페 레스토랑의 선택 속성 연구 (Study of Selective Attributes for Luxury Hotel Buffet Restaurants in Seoul)

  • The principal objective of this study was to assess the behavior of customers who visit hotel buffet restaurants. This information will provide us with a good marketing strategy, allowing us to control for different customer characteristics and focus on giving marketers useful clues that make it easy to understand the selective attributes for hotel buffet restaurants. Thus, the application of selective attributes is predicated on the results of the analysis. Additionally, this survey was completed by regular customers. The following are the concrete results of the study. First of all, customer's behaviors differ radically with the selective attributes of hotel buffet restaurants. The most crucial factors were found to be "quality of food", "hygiene & cleanliness", and "service". These factors have nothing to do with customer characteristics & demographic features. "Opinions of their relatives, colleagues" and "experience of restaurants" are all sources that substantially influence the selective attributes of restaurants and this is the only way to survive the ever-changing market situation. Finally, hotel buffet restaurants generally attempt to lure customers with healthy food, special corners, fresh vegetables, and fresh sashimi, as compared to the services provided by hotel outlets. According to upgrade service quality & restaurant interior, also, buffet restaurants tend to provide guests with a more charming. Food service companies should consider the question "what really is service?" and thus seek to provide a variety of events. Preparing for unforeseeable market situations, we should execute efficient marketing strategies in order to assure continued customer satisfaction.

자동차의 구매의도에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Purchase Intention of Automobiles)

  • This paper conducted an empirical study to identify the causal relationship of factors affecting the purchase intention of automobiles from the customer's point of view. This study sets the purchase intention as a result variable and constructs a causal model with brand image, product attributes (exdogenous variable), and customer value (endogenous variable) as a cause that affects purchase intention. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the symbolic image of the brand was found to have a very significant effect on customer value (p=0.01), and the external attribute of the product also had a significant effect on customer value (p=0.1). Second, customer value was found to have a very significant effect on purchase intention (p=0.01), and the functional image of the brand also had a significant effect on purchase intention (p=0.1). Third, there is a strong positive (+) correlation between the functional image of the brand and the symbolic image of the brand, the intrinsic attribute of the product, and the external attribute of the product, and also between the symbolic image of the brand and the intrinsic attribute of the product and There was also a positive (+) correlation between extrinsic attributes. Therefore, in order to increase customer value, automobile manufacturing companies have a functional value of products from a customer-oriented perspective. It is judged that every effort should be made to maintain a lasting relationship by grasping the values of customers, which are social values, emotional values, situational values, and cognitive values.

온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 리뷰 속성이 브랜드 태도, 구매결정 및 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Review Attributes on Brand Attitude, Purchase Decision and e-WOM Intention in Online Shopping Mall)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 리뷰의 속성을 평점, 댓글의 양 및 이미지정보로 분류하여 브랜드 태도와 구매결정 및 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 리뷰 속성이 브랜드 태도, 구매결정 및 온라인 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었으나 댓글의 양은 구매결정에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 태도는 구매결정에, 온라인 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 더불어 평점, 이미지정보와 구매결정 간의 영향관계에서, 또한 리뷰 속성과 온라인 구전의도 간의 영향관계에서 브랜드 태도의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 소비자가 무조건 댓글의 양이 많은 것을 선호하지 않으며, 리뷰를 작성할 때 최대한 높은 평점과 포토후기에 초점을 맞출 수 있도록 해야 함을 시사한다.

컨벤션 광고속성평가에 따른 세분집단별 컨벤션 광고 만족도 및 참가행동의도 연구 (A Study of Differences of Convention Advertising Satisfaction and Participation Behavior Based on Segmented Groups of Convention Advertising Attributes)

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 융복합 컨벤션 산업의 광고속성에 대한 응답자들의 태도를 중심으로 군집분석을 실시하여 각 군집별 컨벤션광고 만족도 및 컨벤션 참가행동에 대한 차이를 분석하고자 실증분석을 실시하는데 있다. 본 논문의 연구방법 및 범위 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 선행연구를 통하여 컨벤션 광고 속성을 도출하고 이에 대한 컨벤션 참가자들의 태도를 컨벤션 광고 개별성, 상호작용성, 정보성의 요인을 도출하여 이를 기준으로 동일한 집단을 세분화하였다. 도출된 요인을 군집분석을 실시한 결과, 컨벤션광고 속성에 따라 부정적, 중도적, 긍정적 집단으로 세분화되었고, 각 군집별 만족도 및 참가행동에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 컨벤션 광고에 대하여 긍정적인 집단은 만족도 및 충성도가 높게 나타난 반면, 부정적인 집단은 만족도가 낮게 나타난 것을 보면, 컨벤션 광고의 속성에 대한 중요성을 시사할 수 있다. 따라서 컨벤션 광고에 대하여 가능한 참가자들의 개별적인 요구사항들에 맞추어 다양한 광고가 필요하며, 필요한 사항을 충분히 제시될 필요가 있다고 할 수 있다. 컨벤션 광고에 대한 상호작용이 매우 중요한 사항임으로 컨벤션 광고를 접하는 사람들에 대한 상호소통을 할 수 있도록 기획해야 할 것이다.

치킨프랜차이즈 TV광고의 비인적 속성에 따른 광고효과: 최근 K치킨의 광고 효과를 중심으로 (Advertising effects of non-human attributes of chicken franchise TV advertisement: Focusing on the recent advertisement of K chicken)

  • Purpose - This study was to investigate the effect of advertising attributes on advertising attitude, brand equity, and advertising effect of TV commercials of chicken franchise brand, which is one of the most popular food service brand in recent years. Research design, data, and methodology - This study aims to see the effect of advertising attributes on advertising effectiveness and the mediating effects of advertising attitude and brand equity. A total of 200 questionaire was collected, 15 respondents were discarded due to missing information. Therefore, a total of 185 respondents were used for this study. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, three-step mediation regression analysis, and path analysis with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, the effect of brand attitude on brand attitude and brand equity, brand equity and advertising effect on brand attitude, and brand equity on advertising effect were statistically significant. As a result of the mediating effect test, it was confirmed that the attitude of the ad and the brand equity mediates partly between the ad property and the advertisement effect. Conclusions - As a result of the study, it is suggested that the informativeness and notableness affect the consumers among the advertisement attributes, so that it is necessary to be able to convey the accurate information more clearly to the consumers when composing the contents of the advertisement. In other words, in the case of the advertisement of the chicken franchise brand corporation, it will be an effective advertisement campaign if it continuously transmits the correct advertisement message to the consumers in association with the brand.

중요도-만족도 격차분석을 이용한 품질 속성의 우선순위 결정 (Prioritizing quality attributes using I-S Gap analysis)

  • Purpose: To obtain the area for improvement, the Importance-Performance analysis(IPA) uses relatively simple questions, that is, satisfaction and importance at attribute level. However, no attempt has been made to consider the gap between own company's performance and those of competitors in IPA, in the field of quality management. This study is aimed to suggest a new prioritizing method for improvement and to test for validity of the proposed technique. Methods: This study used data collected from Song and Lim(2015), which is satisfaction of employees, customers and competitors as well as importance data for 7 quality attributes of K animal hospital. A correlation comparison with other priority methods such as Bacon(2003)'s model and Matzler and Hinterhuber(1998)'s QI index is conducted. Results: The priority results by the proposed method shows better in correlation coefficient with customer perceived priority for improvement than other methods. Conclusion: From the result of the current study, it can be concluded that the result of the proposed method is valid, while it is relatively easy to understand and analyze, and therefore no additional survey is necessary for improvement priority.

The Impact of Cultural Similarity on the International Distribution Management

  • Purpose - This research approaches to the new niche market of medical tourism to investigate how factors of cultural similarity influence the international distribution management. This study also estimates the interaction effects of distribution channel on the relationships of facility attributes and customers' destination choice behavior. Research design, data, and methodology - We collected the sample of 881 potential customers from the more economically developed regions in China. Regression analysis is used to confirm the relationships in the research model. Results - The result shows that cultural similarity plays an important moderating role in the relationships of facility attributes and destination choice intention. For instance, power distance and masculinity interact with the distribution facility characteristics of medical quality and reputation to influence customers' selection of the destination country. Individualism, powder distance, and masculinity play moderating roles when social environment affects destination choice intention. Especially, all the elements of cultural similarity moderate the relationships between travel cost and destination choice intention. This research also proves that depending on distribution channel, determinants of distribution facility are the critical predictors of intention to select the medical service outside of China. Conclusions - The study enables managers to develop the more effective strategies reflecting the interaction effects of cultural similarity and distribution channel on customers' decision-making process.

Gender Differences in Perception of Utilitarian and Hedonic Gift Attributes among American Consumers

  • 본 연구는 두 가지 선물상황(생일, 크리스마스)과 선물수용자(가족, 친구)에서 성별에 따라 선물 속성지각에 차이가 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 질문지를 이용하여 미국 남녀 비자 97명을 대상으로 자료수집 하였으며, 자료분석을 위해 MANOVA(Multivariate Analysis of Variable)를 실행하였다. 분석결과, 가족과 친구를 위한 생일선물상황에서 성에 따라 쾌락적 속성(독특한, 유행하는, 재미있는)의 중요성 지각에 차이를 보여 여성이 남성보다 선물의 쾌락적 속성을 더 중요하게 지각하였다. 또한 가족과 친구를 위한 크리스마스 선물상황에서도 성별에 따라 쾌락적 속성에 차이를 보여 여성이 남성보다 가족을 위한 선물로써 독특한, 유행하는 속성을 더 중요하게 지각하고, 친구를 위한 선물은 독특한, 재미있는 속성이 더 중요하게 지각되었다. 그러나 실용적 속성(내구성있는, 실용적인, 비싸지 않은)에서는 두 가지 상황의 가족과 친구를 위한 선물지각에 대해 성별에 따라 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구결과. 소비자들은 선물구매상황에서 일반제품과 달리 쾌락적 가치를 더욱 중요하게 인식하고 있으며, 성별에 따라 선물 상황과 수용자에 대한 선물의 쾌락적 속성지각에 차이를 나타냄으로써 성별에 따른 차별화된 선물상품개발 및 이미지 포지셔닝 전략을 통해 효과적 마케팅 관리가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

IP분석에 의한 온천관광지 선택속성 평가 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Selection Attributes of Spa Destination by IPA)

  • 본 연구는 중요도-성취도 분석에 의한 온천관광지의 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도 평가 그리고 선택속성 중요도의 차이 분석에 목적이 있었다. 연구대상인 유성 온천관광지 방문객을 대상으로 온천관광지 선택속성에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 32개 선택속성에 대한 요인분석결과 5개 요인('온천 및 부대시설', '온천관광지 주변여건', '친절 추천의사', '온천수' 및 '온천비용')이 추출되었다. 둘째, 온천관광지의 선택속성별 중요도 및 성취도에 대한 평균값의 차이에 대한 검정 결과, 통계적으로 유의하였으며, '온천 및 부대시설' 요인, '친절 추천의사' 요인, '온천비용' 요인, '온천관광지 주변여건' 및 '온천수'의 순위로 평균값의 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, IP분석에 의한 온천관광지 선택속성 평가결과, I사분면('지속적 노력필요')에 9개, II사분면('과잉노력 지양')에 4개, III사분면('우선시정 필요')에 7개 그리고 IV사분면('저 우선순위')에 12개의 선택속성이 위치하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
