Social Enterprise (SE) has a vital role to play in helping meet some main commitments for Korea-growing economy; supporting stronger communities; closing opportunity gap-together with the developing a vibrant third sector. The Strategy and action plan is intend to grow and develop us of social enterprise business model in Korea. The sustainable strategy and action plan will be useful for Korea's Social enterprise. A major purpose of management or occupational safety is a significant decrease in safety accidents. With this view, the establishment of occupational safety culture and the building of occupational communication network stand out as being more important than the past. This study has analysed the positive effects of occupational safety communication on safety consciousness and action of the employees in workplace. And it is confirmed that the occupational safety communication in workplace is the essential mechanism, through which the workers internalize safety consciousness and act safely. The safety consciousness and action of the employees are formed in safety culture, which is not only legal regulations, but a daily communication network in workplace. In these sense, the building of the occupational safety communication network is decisive for the establishment of safety culture. For these reasons, this study makes the proposition that a firm promotion of occupational communication network is necessary, which connects the safety culture and a effective safety management in workplace.

Purpose: To develop a risk metric for failure cause that can help determine the action priority of each failure cause in FMEA considering time sequence of cause- failure- detection. Methods: Assuming a quadratic loss function the unfulfilled mission period, a risk metric is obtained by deriving the failure time distribution. Results: The proposed risk metric has some reasonable properties for evaluating risk accompanied with a failure cause. Conclusion: The study may be applied to determining action priorities among all the failure causes in the FMEA sheet, requiring further studies for general situation of failure process.

Teenage girls under the influence of the physical changes due to the rapid physical development and appearance are interested. 200 parts were used for the statistical analysis of this research against the common excitation high school student positioned in Seoul. First, there was lots of the girl student managing the appearance due to the psychological satisfaction. And the girl student without the friend of the opposite sex managed the appearance at the psychological satisfaction. Because to be more important, thing including the studying, and etc. was the priority the girl student who doesn't the appearance management did not do the appearance management. Second, the factor found out over one month allowance 50,000 circle to be the very important factor through the beauty action high of the high beauty product concern degree and girl student action of the beauty product concern degree and girl student where there is the friend of the opposite sex. Third, the more the concern degree about the beauty product was high as the concern degree about the beauty was high, the girl student in high school could know that beauty action was high as the concern degree about the multi function beauty product was high.

An industrial injury prevention has a basis on fundamental spirit of human respect rather than only injury prevention in company. The employer should recognize employee as a core part of an industrial management and use as a starting point of safety and health management rather than means of production. There are many reason for unsafety action without safety operation. The reason is no standard safety operation in company or the workers never get a enough education. Standard safety operation is prepared by paper for accurate directions and orders and operators must read the paper to prevent an error of action. Also an essential particular is safety of equipment and machine must be assumed to establish standard safety operation then safety of operations will be possible.

Recently, balanced scorecard is widely used in the public sector as well as in the private sector. Balanced scorecard system of a particular hospital is a very useful tool in the sense that it shows various measures for the management including the traditional financial measures. However, since it does not show the impact of action items, managers have to analyze his potential decisions. On the other hand, a system dynamics model for the management of a hospital can be used to predict future management status. In this paper, a balanced scorecard system with a system dynamics model is developed for a small sized hospital, and the feasibility and applicability of the system have been tested. It turns out the combination of the balanced scorecard and system dynamics technique can be comprised each other. The balanced scorecard system can take advantage of the data forecasted by the system dynamics model including the implementation of action items taken today. On the other hand, the key performance indicators and action items from the balanced scorecard system provide guidelines the scope and direction of the system dynamics model. The additional efforts of developing a system dynamics model are well compensated by the additional colorful functionalities of the system. This paper also covers the future research areas for the combined system to be more effectively developed.

This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions

This paper proposes a method and its implementation for searching, converting, and delivering composite events and actions in the U-City Integrated Management Platform to process them efficiently through allocation and collaboration between the platform and u-services. The purpose of this method is to, when a composite event occurs, execute prompt and correct measures to reduce the damage caused by the event and prevent its spread. The proposed method also helps to simplify the complexity of corresponding business processes by modifying composite events and actions that are frequently added, delete, and revised, and delivering them to u-service systems.

A fire sprinkler system is very important to extinguish fire in the building. The sprinkler system initiates sprinkler discharge if the detection system identifies a developing fire and opens the pre-action valve. However, pre-action fire sprinkler systems mainly installed in the underground parking lot at the apartment complex do not properly operate at fire if the connection type of fire sprinkler systems does not properly installed and operated. This study identified the relationship between fire dispersion & damage and the connection type of water supply in the sprinkler system from many fire cases at the apartment complex in South Korea. In addition, this study also identified the water supply differences and characteristics between South Korea and foreign countries. The main purpose of this study is also to improve the water connection types in the sprinkler system that can reduce the potential failures of pre-action valve operation through electrical signal system. The study also suggests the improvement plan for water connection types in pre-action fire sprinkler system that can minimize potential failure of pre-action fire sprinkler system. The suggestions for revising the fire safe standard in South Korea includes letting the water supply pipe of sprinkler system water inlet connect to the second side of pre-action valve and the water flow device that can minimize potential failure of sprinkler system.

This study is aimed at proposing the framework of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA. To achieve this goal I collected all of data that were used in process of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA and interviewed some people to get information from the people concerned. After that I analyzed data involved in using SWOT technique and proposed the framework of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA. The conclusions are as these. First, alliances must be vitalized between businesses besides between organizations. For example 'Developing of voluntary comeback program for foreigner' and 'Establishment of HRD KOREA Center' can be proposed as action plans for this strategy. Second, glocalization must be pushed ahead. For example 'Business career monitoring system for PMC' can be proposed as action plan. Third, building of preemptive base must be done. For example 'Standing of international HRD forum' can be proposed as action plan. Fourth, reinforcement of organizational competency must be done. For example 'The program for internationalization' can be proposed as action plan. Fifth, SBU(Strategic Business Unit) must be pushed ahead. For example 'Customer diversification portfolio' can be proposed as action plan.
