This study discussed for library development of the 3 dimensional design system for the progressive developmental world wide plant industry. Its previous background had spatial limitation by utilizing 2 dimensional CAD. This work presented an effective mode for improving man-hour by applying with 3 dimensioal design system through theoretical definition, category, and means of basic man-hour. We researched an effective method for reducing man-hour through applied example on the actual project by comprehending affection of extra development for library on man-hour.

In order to identify Vibrio vulnificus in the Yellow Sea near Gunsan, Korea during the early and late summers, the efficiency of the real-time quantitative TaqMan PCR was compared to the efficiency of the conventional PCR and Biolog identification system^TM. Primers and a probe were designed from the hemolysin/cytolysin gene sequence of V. vulnificus strains. The number of positive detections by real-time quantitative TaqMan PCR, conventional PCR, and the Biolog identification system from seawater were 53 (36.8%), 36 (25%), and 10 strains (6.9%), respectively, among 144 samples collected from Yellow Sea near Gunsan, Korea. Thus, the detection method of the real-time quantitative TaqMan PCR assay was more effective in terms of accuracy than that of the conventional PCR and Biolog system. Therefore, our results showed that the real-time TaqMan probe and the primer set developed in this study can be applied successfully as a rapid screening tool for the detection of V. vulnificus.

This paper presents reconstruction of disparity in images. To achieve this, the algorithm was made up of two different procedures - one is extraction of boundaries for man-made structures and the other is matching of the structures. In the extraction of boundaries for man-made structures, we assume that man-made structures are composed of lines and the lines make up closed polygon. The convertional algorithms of the edges extraction may not perceive man-made structures and have problems that matching algorithms were too complex. This paper proposed sub-pixel boundaries extraction algorithm that fused split-and-merge and image improvement algorithms to overcome complexity. In matching procedure, feature-based algorithm that minimize the proposed cost function are used and the cost fuction considers movement of mid-points for left and right images to match structures. Because we could not obtain disparity of inner parts for the man-made structures, interpolation method was used. The experiment showed good results.

Combined with expert interviews and questionnaire investigations, this paper aims at analyzing the different characteristics of the animated characters Spider-Man from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse based on Hunlock Effect, in order to provide appropriate guidance for animation characters designers and limited inspiration for creative practices. First, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is chosen as the case to analyze 6 Spider-Man with different personalities, who appear at the same time. Then, Spider-Man's characteristics are analyzed through interviews with experts. At last, the key study focuses on the influence of environmental factors on the formation of Spider-Man's roles in the theory of Hunlock Effect, in light of the principle of personality formation in psychology. From the perspective of psychology, interdisciplinary study on animated characters provides scientific and effective support for animation character design, and increases the fascination of animation characters' personalities.

The purpose of this study was to set the standard man-hour of welding work. The case study was conducted at C Tech where makes and installs conveyor. Because most of orders are non-fixed, all jobs are vary in shape and size. To conduct this study, drawings of sample were reviewed and compared with measured man-hours of welding works. As a result, the different ratio of expected require man-hour and measured man-hour was 4%. It is reasonable that the present applied efficiency of aimed man-hour is 85%.

본 과제는 정통부가 839 IT 신 성장 동력으로 추진 중인 텔레매틱스를 주 대상으로 한 무선공간정보서비스 기술 개발 사업을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 최적의 인력을 예측하는 기법을 제시하고 2004년부터 2008년까지의 중기 인력 수요를 예측하는데 그 목적이 있다. 텔레매틱스 인력수요 예측을 위하여 한국의 현실에 적합한 인력 수요예측 모델을 제시하였다. 인력 수요 예측은 국내외 전문 기관들이 조사한 텔레매틱스 산업 추정치와 1인당 노동생산성을 감안하여 분야별 전체 인력수요 전망 구하였다. 또한 실태조사에서 도출된 분야별 직종별 취업구조 등을 적용하여 분야별 직종별 인력 수요를 도출한 후 이에 평균 탈락율을 감안하여 연도별 신규 인력 수요를 도출하였다.

In clothing, a tendency of Bisexuality is in case of wearing clothing of the opposite sex, the mixing of modeling principle and characteristic of man and woman, the exclusion characteristic of sexuality that present sexlessness-the third sex. They-Designer Gabrielle Chanel, YSL, Giorgio Armani-give characteristic of man's fashion to women's fashion. However, the consciousness in design is different. Chanel apply principle of man's suit to woman's wear to express authority and power about gender image, hereby she express women liberation and equality of man and woman based on social ideology through fashion especially, she express women's sexual independency and self assurance to her clothing. YSL express liberal and bold women that pursuit reasonal and liberal life in 1970. As he apply tailoed suit's rigidity to women's wear, he made 'pants look' universal in women's wear through“Dress for success”in modern life. Armani apply successful modern image to women's wear, so he express women's image of confident intellegent as well as feminine image. He focus women's new image as man living liberal and indivisual life excluding social category rather than will of equality of man and women. Gernreich break sexual prejudice and release women freely, furthermore, as he express concern of sexuality pursuit liberty of mankind surpassing sex distinction with women liberty. Gianni Versace pursuit mix and extinguishment of sexual image many-sided, and break fixed idea of sex, and reprovide feminine and masculine image. So his design tend homosexuality because he regard women's glamor and ostensible sexuality as standard of beauty, he apply this to man's wear as well as women's wear. With this, he expresses sensitive and liberal man's that break characteristic of Gender that symbolize power and authority in man's wear through 'Without ties'.

The purpose of this study is to help the understanding the characteristics in the costumes of men and women throughout the overall acceptance process of 'Naewaebub' in the late 'Chosun Dynasty' in which the notion of 'Naewae' is more prosperous than any other period in Korean history. Originally the distinction between man and woman was not intended to display the high and the low but to show the mutual respect according to each duty. As time goes on, that ideal became gradually changed to heighten the man and lower the women especially in 'Han' period of China. There was the ideal of distinction in the ancient times in Korea. Until 'Koryo Dinasty' the community has the system of blood-tied that put together maternal and paternal. 'Karye' was introduced in the late 'Koryo Dynasty' and accepted to the stereotype of morale in the 'Chosun Dynasty' and there seemed to be 'Samgang' and 'Oryun' at once. Many restrictions was imposed to behavior in women like rules of prohibition in attending the temple and concealment of woman's face and was recognized to rule of distinction between man and woman. Confucian life custom has been settled to Korean society throughout the late 16th century and 17th century and there were some appearances in the housing construction which divide the residences of man and woman. The characteristics in the costume from the avoidance of opposite sexes are clear in the structure of clothes changed from similar style to different style. The examples of those characteristics are as fellows. The costume in man was developed to advanced 'Pyoun-bokkwan' and 'Pyounbokpo' as social action of man prospered. Meanwhile the trousers which had been the same in the man and woman were separated to different trousers between man and woman. The costume life style of woman was changed to using the a hair whirl, hiding the face in the street and overlapping the innerwear under the skirt which was extension of woman's closed life style in late 'Chosun Dynasty'.

MAN(Meropolitan Area Network)은 높은 전송속도로, 텍스트 위주의 트래픽뿐만 아니라 음성 신화와 같은 실시간 트래픽도 제공하는 도시 영역의 네트워크로써, 그 필요성이 커가고 있다. 특히 광섬유를 이용한 MAN의 경우 기존의 네트워크 구조를 그대로 사용하면 스테이션의 수가 제한되거나, 중간 처리노드가 많아 신뢰성이 떨어지고, 음성신호의 전송을 위한 지연시간을 만족하지 않는 등의 단점이 있다. 또한, 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위하여 제안된 여러 MAN이나 IEEE 802.6 표준안으로 제안된 MAN의 경우, 그 방식이나 구현이 복잡하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 서울의 43개 전화국들을 중심으로 지역망간을 접속하는 광섬유를 이용한 계층적 Metropolitan Area Network의 설계 및 성능 평가에 관한 것이다. 기존의 네트워크를 검토하여 그 단점을 극복할 수 있도록 LAN과 백본 네트워크 각각에 적합한 토폴로지와 액세스 프로토콜을 설계하여, 성능을 분석한다.

Following conclusions are drawn from study about Yukmigiwhangwon through referring to literatures and reviewing in the point of Hyungsang medicine. Yukmigiwhangwon was prescribed by Jeon Eul in order to cure five kinds of flaccidity of infants, but after since then it has been basically applied to symptoms which was caused by deficiency of the kidney not only infants but also adult. The deficiency of kidney is the lack of vital essence and body fluid stored in kidney, it happens because infants are born in the conditions of lack of receiving in the womb. And it happens because adults infringe the rules of life, especially the sexual life. Main symptoms of the poverty of renal functions are emptiness of the brain marrow, dizziness, forgetfulness, tinnitus, deafness, vertigo and dim eyesight, insomnia, the low back and knees aching and limping, heat on the legs, tibia aching, nocturnal emission, dry mouth, reddened tongue and little coating or non coating of the 'tongue, weak blood meridians. the treating method is nourishing Eum and supplementing kidney. In Dongeuibogam Yukmigiwhangwon is mentioned in the parts of vital essence, blood, voice, kidney, urine, eye, ear, the low back, hair, fire, exhaustion syndrome, cough, polydipsia, infant, etc. The shapes which Yukmigiwhangwon is applied to are the Dam Body Doing deficiency of Eum due to excess of Yang, man, infant, Jung type, Fish group, reverse triangular shape, big headed man, big eared man, big mouthed man, man having prominent cheekbones, man having long waist, man having big hips, man with thick hair or white hair, man with bald on the head, etc. In color it is applied to darkish complexion, flushed tip of the nose, or flushed cheek bones. Through inquiring into the clinical cases on the points of Hyungsang medicine Yukmigiwhangwon is efficacious cure to lumbago, symptoms of tendons and bones, symptoms of eyes and ears, symptoms of respiratory organs, dermatopathia, headache, polydipsia, urinary disorders, etc.
