본 논문에서는 효율성, 안전성 및 이중사용방지 요구 조건을 만족하면서 동시에 시스템 사용과정에서 생길 수 있는 여러 분쟁 유형에 대해서 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 초소액 지불시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 기존의 시스템들이 효율성 향상을 위해 많이 사용해 온 S/KEY 방식의 해쉬 체인을 변형한 이중 해쉬체인 구조를 제안한다. 제안 시스템인 mPay-1, mPay-2는 이 구조를 기반으로 하였으며 안전성 및 분쟁해결성 측면에서 좋은 결과를 보인다. mPay-1은 기존의 시스템과 동일한 효율성을 갖으나 보다 안전하다. mPay-1의 확장형인 mPay-2는 추가적으로 여러 분쟁 유형들에 대해 효과적으로 대처할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 Mobile Commerce(M-커머스) 사이트의 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 거래안전성, 사이트 이미지, 검색기능성 그리고 결제편의성으로 분류하여 관련 연구들을 통해 검증된 요인들을 추출하였다. 그리고 M-커머스 사이트의 현재 또는 잠재 고객들을 대상으로 직접 설문조사를 통해 M-커머스 사이트의 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 식별해냄으로써 고객과의 신뢰형성을 위해 최우선적으로 고려해야 할 방향을 제시하고 M-커머스의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다

한국도로공사는 기존 선불형 플라스틱하드에 문제가 많아서 이를 해결하기 위해서 하이패스플러스 카드인 스마트카드를 이용한 선불형 전자지불카드 시스템을 구현했다. 이 시스템에는 선불형 전자지불카드인 하이패스플러스카드로부터 가치를 지불 받을 수 있는 스마트카드인 PSAM이 필요하다. 그리고, PSAM은 PSAM에 저장된 거래내역을 정산하기 위해서 CSAM에 전달하여야 한다. 따라서, PSAM의 기능 및 보안이 완벽해야 한국도로공사의 전자지불시스템이 안전하다. 본 논문은 일반 가맹점, 하이패스, 또는 표준 SAM 기능에 의해서 하이패스플러스카드의 가치가 PSAM으로 지불되거나 PSAM에 저장된 거래내역을 CSAM에 전달하는 기능 및 보안성을 시험하기 위해서 시험 방법, 시험 표준항목, 그리고 시험 절차 등을 포함한 시험 모듈을 개발했다. 시험 모듈은 시험 검사표에 의한 시험 표준항목을 시험할 수 있는 방법 및 절차를 따라서 개발했다. PSAM의 시험 표준항목 및 시험 검사표는 한국도로공사 규격서에 준하여 ISO 표준에 적합한 시험 항목으로 선정했다 시험은 한국도로공사에서 사용되는 PSAM을 이용하여 실행하였다. 본 시험 모듈은 PShM의 기능뿐 아니라 보안성 및 적합성을 시험하였다. 시험 결과에 의하면, 한국도로공사에서 사용하는 PSAM은 기능 및 보안성이 시험인증 기준을 통과하였다.

Cloud computing, which means a new way of deploying information technology(IT) in organizations as a service and charging per use, has a deep impact on organizations' IT accessibility, agility and efficiency of its usage. More than that, the emergence of cloud computing surpasses a mere technological innovation, making business model innovation possible. We call this innovation realized by could computing a cloud business model. This study develops a comprehensive framework of business model, first, and then defines and analyzes the cloud business model through this framework. This study also examines the case of M-Pesa mobile payment as a cloud business model in which a new value creation and profit realization schemes have been realized and industry value network has changed. Finally, this study discusses the business implications from this new business model.

본 논문에서는 자바 모바일 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 M-Commerce 보안 플랫폼을 검토하고, J2ME 기반 CLDC와 MIDP를 이용해서 M-Commerce 전자지불을 위한 휴대용 전자지갑 구현방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방안은 무선 인터넷 환경에서 신용카드 결제 방식으로 지불할 경우 관련 중요 정보를 안전하게 전송하고, 대금 결제를 할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고, 무선인터넷 응용프로토콜 WAP 방식의 보안을 고려한 WTLS 보안 메커니즘을 이용하고, J2ME 기술을 기반으로 하기 때문에 향후 IMT2000에서도 사용 가능하다.

모바일 IT기술이 발전함에 따라 비접촉 근거리 무선 통신 기술 중 NFC가 대부분의 스마트기기에 탑재되어 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 특히 스마트폰의 NFC 기능을 이용한 서비스들 중 모바일 결제 서비스가 활성화를 위해 다양한 인프라가 구축되어 있으며 최근에는 금융과 기술이 결합한 '핀테크(Fintech)'가 주목받으면서 NFC를 사용한 모바일 결제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기존의 NFC 모바일 결제 시스템은 쿠폰 사용, 포인트 결제 등 다양한 할인혜택을 제공한다. 하지만, 결제 시 할인혜택을 받는 과정에서 쿠폰 사용으로 인해 시간이 다소 소요되며 여러 번 통신으로 결제가 진행되어 사용자들로 하여금 불편하다는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NFC 환경에서의 mCoupon(mobile-coupon)을 이용한 안전하고 효율적인 통합결제 시스템을 설계하여 사용자들로 하여금 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 구현한다.

The feasibility of the automation of upper-air sounding is examined by using recent 3-year$(2002\sim2004)$ observation data from Autosonde at Haenam, Korea. The Autosonde has been successfully operated since 2002 in order to produce an intensive observation data at high-impact weather events for research purpose. It is found from the analysis of recent 3 years' operation data of the system that the system could be capable of making a stable observation when strong wind greater than 20 m/s was recorded under the influence of typhoons Rusa in 2002 and Maemi in 2003. It might be concluded that there is some possibility in automating upper-air sounding for operational purpose through the reduction of operator's payment and operating cost for upper-air sounding.

Cost related to building equipment accounts for about 85% of the life cycle cost of buildings. Therefore proper selection of air-conditioning system is important for reducing the overall cost of buildings. In this study, large capacity ice thermal storage and absorption chiller-heater for air-conditioning a building with a floor area of $9,900\;m^2$ are compared economically. For easy input and analysis, an Ms Excel VBA program has been developed. To consider all the factors of initial and operation costs effectively, an annual equal payment method is proposed. Under the assumptions made in this study, overall cost of an absorption chiller-heater is less than that of an ice thermal storage, but this is not absolute and different outcome may result if different assumptions are made. This study is useful for those who are interested in choosing an economical air-conditioning system for large-size buildings with simple calculations.

In this study, medium capacity EHP and GHP for air-conditioning a building with a floor area of 1,200 $m^2$ are compared economically. To consider all the factors of initial and operation costs effectively, an annual equal payment method is proposed. For the initial cost, cost of equipment, construction, installation, electric facility, financial subsidy and tax cut is considered. Cost of basic electricity, energy(electricity and gas), space charge, labor, insurance and repair is considered for the operation cost. Under the assumptions made in this study, overall cost of EHP is less than that of GHP, but this is not absolute and different outcome may result if different assumptions are made. This study is useful for those who are interested in choosing an air-conditioning system that costs less for mid-size buildings with simple calculations.

E-Commerce is a buzzword well known for electronic commerce activities including but not limited to the online shopping, digital payment transactions, and B2B online trading. In today's digital age, e-commerce has been playing a very important and vital role in areas such as retail shopping, sales automation, supply chain management, marketing and advertisement, and payment services. With a huge amount of data been collected from various e-commerce services available, there are multiple opportunities to use that data to analyze graphs and trends. Strategize profitable activities, and forecast future trade. This paper explains a contemporary approach for collecting key data metrics and implementing cost-effective automation that will support in improving conversion rates and sales performance of the e-commerce websites resulting in increased profitability.
