농촌지역의 팸투어 체험이 브랜드자산 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Fam Tour Experience on Brand Equity and Revisit Intention in Rural Area)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 농촌지역을 대상으로 팸투어의 체험활동이 브랜드자산 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이론적 배경 및 선행연구 하에 연구가설을 설정하였다. 가설 1의 '팸투어의 체험(감성, 관계, 감각, 인지, 행동)은 브랜드자산(인지도, 이미지, 지각된 품질, 충성도, 독점적 자산)에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다' 그리고 가설 2의 '브랜드 자산은 재방문의도에 통계적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다'라고 설정하였다. 검증은 수도권 대학생 MZ세대들로부터 362개의 설문을 회수·통계 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 가설 1-1에서 농촌지역의 팸투어 체험(감성, 관계, 행동)은 인지도에 정(+)의 영향을, 가설 1-2에서 팸투어 체험(관계, 감각, 인지)은 이미지에 정(+)의 영향을, 가설 1-3에서 팸투어 체험(감성, 관계, 감각, 인지, 행동)은 지각된 품질에 정(+)의 영향을, 가설 1-4에서 팸투어 체험(감각, 행동)은 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을, 가설 1-5에서 팸투어 체험(감성, 관계, 감각, 인지)은 독점적 자산에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 가설 2의 농촌지역 팸투어의 브랜드자산(인지도, 품질, 충성, 독점적 자산)은 재방문의도에 유의한 관계로 확인되었다. 농촌의 팸투어 체험은 다양하고, 실질적인 도움을 제공해야 비로소 성공할 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • 본 연구는 상표자산의 구성요소에 대한 선행요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 하여 상표자산 구성요소와 상표자산 영향요인간의 관계 그리고 상표자산 구성요소와 구매의도간의 관계를 규명하고 한국과 영국을 중심으로 비교하여 상표자산관리 방안을 도출해보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 정보탐색은 제품지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 상표태도와 상표지식은 상표 충성도와 상표 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 상표충성도와 상표가치는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 정보원천의 경우, 한국에서는 제품지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 영국에서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Product complaints allow business operators to learn from and solve problems they have been unaware of and prevent customers from leaving in advance. The ability to deal properly with complaints may improve consumer loyalty and repurchase intentions. This study analyzes consumers' intention in complaining behavior towards supermarkets and traditional markets. This study provides implications for business operators in the establishment of marketing strategies to deal with complaints and perform education related to consumer complaints by the verification of variables that influence intention on complaining behavior. A survey was conducted on housewife consumers who had experience using supermarkets and traditional markets. The major results are as follows: first, in store awareness higher in supermarkets than in traditional markets. Second, determinants of consumer complaint behavior, indicated a belief there was a need to spend more money at traditional markets than supermarkets, where the possibility of complaint success and complaint attitudes were found to be low. Third, intention of complaining behavior was lower at traditional markets than supermarkets. Intentions on private complaining behavior and public complaining behavior were both low. Fourth, intention of private behavior is higher than intention of public behavior for both supermarkets and traditional markets. Fifth, complaint attitudes were variables with the greatest influence on intention of complaining behavior for both supermarkets and traditional markets.

Reflective Model of Brand Awareness on Repurchase Intention and Customer Satisfaction

  • This study aims to analyze and confirm brand awareness' role in influencing the repurchase intention both directly and indirectly on customer satisfaction variables and repurchase intention variables. The contribution brought by this study is to reflect manifest variables such as recall, purchase, and consumption. The number of respondents in this study was 200 samples using the online survey data collection method (Google form), while the research approach is quantitative explanatory. The data analysis test tools include the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with AMOS as a statistical data analysis software and Sobel test to indirectly test the relationship. This study consists of four hypotheses, of which three hypotheses are positively and significantly related (brand awareness on repurchase intention, brand awareness on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention). Through indirect relationship, namely, brand awareness on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, the study showed no significant effect. In a comprehensive way, this study emphasizes the factor of customer satisfaction as a determinant of consumer loyalty and repurchase intention. Therefore, creating optimal customer satisfaction, service excellence, promotion and massive advertising, guaranteeing the safety and ease-of-use apps, and ease of shopping, especially for e-commerce industry, is a serious concern.

관광지 식당 고객의 행동의도에 대한 음식서비스 질, 가치와 만족의 상호작용효과 평가 (Measuring the Interaction Effects of Foodservice Qaulity, Value, and Satisfaction on Behavioral Intention of Customers in Tourist Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of value and satisfaction moderating the relationship between foodservice quality and behavioral intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Moderated regression analysis was used to measure the relationships between variables. Results of the study demonstrated that the analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The main effects of foodservice quality, value, and satisfaction on behavioral intention were statistically significant. The interaction effect of quality and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. The interaction effect of value and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. As expected, the interaction effect of quality and value on behavioral intention was statistically significant. Moreover, foodservice quality on behavioral intention was statistically significant at all levels of value and satisfaction, except for when value level was low, and satisfaction level was high. The results of this study indicated that restaurant marketers should attach importance to the interaction effect of service quality and customer value to understand the elements of market demand and customer loyalty.

Perceived values, price fairness, and behavioral intentions toward luxury fashion brands - A comparison of luxury, luxury-bargain, and non-luxury consumers -

  • This study examined whether and how consumers who seek a bargain in their shopping for luxury fashion brands differ from traditional luxury consumers or non-luxury consumers on their market-related attitudes. To do so, this study compared multi-dimensional perceived values, fairness price perceptions, satisfaction with purchase, brand loyalty, and future purchase intention among luxury consumers, luxury-bargain seekers, and non-luxury consumers. Data was obtained from online surveys and the market-related attitudes were compared using an ANOVA test. The comparion of three types of consumers revealed that luxury-bargain seekers and regular luxury consumers are distinct consumer markets. Overall, luxury consumers displayed high perceived values and brand loyalty and were fairly satisfied with the purchase at full-prices. On the other hand, luxury-bargain seekers showed significantly low perceived social value, perceived fairness toward the original price of the brands, and brand loyalty. They were satisfied with the bargain purchase but not likely to purchase the luxury at full-prices in the future. Understanding these distinct types of consumers and targeting them with different product and pricing strategies are important for luxury brands and retailers to expand luxury consumer base without diluting their brands' prestige image. Potential marketing strategies based on the findings of this study were suggested.

서비스 유통 산업에서 고객 불평의도 유형과 결정요인 (Customer Complaint Intention in the Service Distribution Industry : Types and Determinants)

  • Purpose - With growing competition in the service distribution industry, the importance of managing customer complaints has increased. If firms handle customer complaints effectively, they can strengthen customer loyalty and repurchase intention. Many studies have focused on customers expressing complaints, yet research on silent customers is scant. This study focuses on two types of complainers and non-complainers. In other words, this study is to examine the value of voice complaint intention and no-action intention. This study also investigates how perceptual and relational factors affect complaint intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was carried out using the survey with undergraduate students who have faced a service failure in a retail store(fast foods, electronics, apparel). And if such complaint were to occur again, respondents were asked about any possible action they would take. 300 questionnaires were distributed and a total of 279 respondents provided complete and usable data. The sample consisted of 158 males(56.6%) and 121 females(43.4%). The structural equation modeling analysis was used for the hypothesis test. Results - The results are as follows. First, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were positively related to voice complaint intention. Second, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were negatively related to no-action intention. Third, commitment was positively related to voice complaint intention but didn't have a significant negative impact on no action. Forth, voice complaint behavior reduced switching intention and no-action intention enhanced switching intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the value of complaint behavior and show voice complaint intention and no-action intention should be managed differently. Voice complaint intention is evaluated positively because it reflects customers' concerns about the company, while no-action intention is evaluated negatively. Attitude toward complaing is the most effective in increasing voice complaint intention and likelihood of successful complaint is a major factor in reducing no-action intention. Also, in explaining switching intention, voice complaint intention plays a more important role than no-action intention.

치과위생사의 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무태도 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact of Psychological Empowerment on Job Attitudes and Turnover Intention of Dental Hygienists)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine impacts of psychological empowerment of dental hygienists who were employed to dental hospital or clinic on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention as strong predictors of turnover rate. Major findings in this study include that the more psychological empowerment increase, the more job satisfaction and organizational commitment will increase, which can decrease turnover intention after all. This result indicates that the managers of dental hospital and clinic should perceive that the consistent management effort to improve psychological empowerment can increase job satisfaction, and finally will increase the organizational commitment that means the loyalty to organization.

  • The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between nursing organizational culture and job satisfaction and turnover intention. Furthermore this study analyzed the mediating effect of empowerment on the relationship between two variables. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted. The major findings of this study are as follows: nursing organizational culture having a positive effect on empowerment and organizational effectiveness. The empowerment as a mediating role between nursing organizational culture and job satisfaction and turnover intention was statistically significant. This finding showed that desirable organizational culture and improvement of empowerment is necessary to maintain nursing staff's organizational loyalty and eventually to improve total organizational performance.

Determinants of The Continuance Intention to Use in The Korean 3G Telecommunications Market

  • Korean mobile telecommunications market is shifting from 2G to 3G service. Considering the revenue of voice-based communication has reached its maximum, 3G services can provide telecommunication companies with the opportunity to increase their revenues. As the competition in the market is becoming fierce, mobile carriers are trying to increase their profits by preventing their customers from switching to rivals. In this regard, managing customer can be a key success factor of the mobile telecommunications business by retaining existing customer. In this research, we tried to develop and test a model that aids further understanding of the determinants of continuance intention to use the current 3G service. We conducted empirical study through the analysis of 3G service users' data in Korea. The results indicated that continuance intention to use the current 3G is dependent on the customer's satisfaction with the service quality, handset, and brand image. We hope that analysis results will have significant implications in terms of both practical and theoretical aspects.
