저결속 구매자-판매자 관계에서 관계해지의 완화요인과 촉진요인 (Alleviating and Promoting Factors on Dissolution Intention in Low Commitment Buyer-Seller Relationships)

  • 본 연구는 아직까지 미개척 연구 분야인 관계해지의 과정에 대한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 하여, 저결속 상태의 구매자-판매자 관계에서 관계해지 의도를 완화시키는 요인들(의존, 협 력, 커뮤니케이션, 관계규범, 거래특유투자, 관계종결비용, 만족, 그리고 신뢰)과 관계해지의도를 촉진시키는 요인들(기회주의, 갈등, 목적불일치, 대안의 매력도, 그리고 불공정성)을 제시하고, 이를 실증적으로 검토한 것이다. 국내 외식 프랜차이즈 산업 선두업체의 300개 가맹점을 표본 추출하여 그 중, 결속상태가 낮은 79개 가맹점과 본부와의 관계를 대상으로 검증한 결과, 만족, 커뮤니케이션, 의존, 관계규범, 그리고 신뢰는 관계해지 의도를 유의적으로 완화시켰고, 불공정성, 갈등, 그리고 목적불일치는 관계해지 의도를 유의적으로 촉진시켰다. 그러나 협력, 거래특유투자, 관계종결비용, 대안의 매력도, 그리고 기회주의는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

친수성고분자 및 비이온성 계면활성제를 이용한 펠로디핀 서방정제의 설계 (Formulation of Sustained-release Tablets of Felodipine using Hydrophilic Polymers and Non-ionic Surfactants)

  • Felodipine, a calcium-antagonist of dihydropyridine type, is a poorly water soluble drug and has very low bioavailability. As preceding studies, use of solid dispersion systems and surfactants(solubilizers) has been suggested to increase dissolution and to improve bioavailability of felodipine. But in case of solid dispersion systems, large amount of toxic organic solvents should be used and manufacturing process time become longer than conventional process. In case of using surfactants, as time elapsed, decreasing of dissolution rate of felodipine due to crystallization has been reported. In this study, Copovidon as a hydrophilic polymer and $Transcutol^{\circledR}$ as a surfactant were combined to formulations if order to increase dissolution of felodipine and conventional wet granulation process were applied to manufacturing of formulations. The effect of Copovidon and $Transcutol^{\circledR}$ on the dissolution oi felodipine was investigated in-vitro. When Copovidon and $Transcutol^{\circledR}$ used simultaneously, the dissolution rate of felodipine was prominently increased compared with when used separately and the maximum increase in the dissolution of felodipine was 5.8 fold compared to control. This is most probably due to synergy effect by combination of Copovidon and $Transcutol^{\circledR}$. Felodipine sustained release tablets were successfully formulated using several grades of HPMC as a release retarding agent. The stability of felodipine sustained release tablet was evaluated after storage at accelerated condition($40^{\circ}C/75%\;RH$) for 6months in HDPE(High density polyethylene) bottle. Neither significant degradation nor change of dissolution rate for felodipine was observed after 6months. In conclusion, felodipine sustained release tablet was successfully formulated and dissolution of felodipine, poorly water soluble drug, was prominently increased and also stability was guaranteed by using combination system of hydrophilic polymer and surfactant.

촉매제로 구리이온을 이용한 환원성 제염에 의한 마그네타이트 용해 (Magnetite Dissolution by Copper Catalyzed Reductive Decontamination)

  • 본 연구에서는 하이드라진 기조의 환원성 제염제를 이용한 마그네타이트 산화물의 용해를 다루고 있다. 마그네타이트로부터의 Fe(II) 및 Fe(III)의 용해는 protonation, surface complexation 및 reduction에 의해 지배를 받는다. 하이드라진과 황산은 산소결합을 파괴하거나 Fe(III)이온을 Fe(II)이온으로 환원시키기 위한 수소 및 전자를 각각 제공하게 된다. 속도론적 관점에서 보다 효율적인 용해를 위하여 다수의 전이금속의 영향을 분석하여 Cu(II) 이온이 효과적임을 확인한 바 있다. Cu(I) 이온은 Cu(II) 이온으로 산화되는 동안 전자를 방출하여 Fe(III) 이온을 환원시키고 다시 하이드라진에 의해 Cu(I) 이온으로 환원되게 된다. 본 연구를 통해 제염용액에 매우 적은 양의 구리 이온 (약 0.5 mM)을 첨가함에 따라 평균 40% 용해속도가 향상됨을 확인하였고, 특히 특정 조건에서는 70% 이상 용해속도가 향상 됨을 확인하였다. 구리 이온이 하이드라진과 배위결합을 이루는 지에 대해서는 아직 명확하지 않으나, 분명한 것은 $Cu(II)/H^+/N_2H_4$으로 이루어진 제염제는 효과적인 용해성능을 가지고 있다는 것이다.

Formulation and Evaluation of Sustained Release Preparation of Ibuprofen Fast-Disintegrating Tablet (FDT)

  • The objective of this study was to enhance the utilitization of Ibuprofen (IBU) by introducing the fast-disintegrating tablet (FDT) form. Presently, IBU is being widely used as a tablet or syrup form. But in contrast to these two formulations, IBU as FDT is not only convenient but also increases the control over the time release of the drug, noted by using Alginate beads. This study was carried out with Sodium Alginate and IBU at the ratios of 1:0, 1:0.5, 1:1, and 1:2 in order to produce a series of beads with different ratios. During the drying process of the beads, talc was added in beads to compare the effects with and without the talc. The final product was scanned with SEM imaging to determine the difference in the surface of the beads. The parameters assessed were the diameter, content assay, dissolution test and effectiveness of time-release. Direct compression method was used to prepare FDT containing IBU bead. The properties of FDT, such as hardness, disintegration time, were investigated. The dissolution profiles of FDT were tested using KP dissolution apparatus 1 (basket method). The results suggest addition of talc and drying the beads made the surface smooth and less vulnerable to clutter into chunks. The size of beads was less than 300 ${\mu}m$ which did not create a sandy feeling in the mouth. Thus, the beads formulation model made the sustained release of the drug possible, the hardness of FDT (1.25~1.50 $Kg/cm^2$) was acceptable and all the values of dissolving period were less than 30 seconds. The dissolution profile of FDT was same as that of IBU bead. The efficient dissolution profile and low price of IBU bead containing Sodium Alginate, the FDT formulation prepared from IBU bead can save the expenses and can improve the convenience of application of this drug.

시각장애 초등학생의 용해 개념에 대한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Visually Impaired Elementary Students' Conception of Dissolution)

  • 이 연구에서는 시각장애를 가진 초등학생의 용해 개념 특성을 조사하였다. 서울시 소재 시각장애 초등학교 5학년 학생 4명(3명은 전맹, 1명은 저시력)을 대상으로 용해 현상, 용액의 균일성, 용해 시 질량의 보존, 그리고 용해 시 부피의 변화에 대하여 반구조화된 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 모든 인터뷰 상황은 녹화되었고 그 자료를 전사한 뒤 분석하였다. 인터뷰를 분석한 결과, 시각장애 학생들은 용해 현상, 용해의 균일성, 용해 시 질량의 보존에 대해서는 잘 알고 있었지만, 용해 시 부피변화에 대해서는 제대로 설명하지 못하였다. 전반적으로는 같은 학년의 일반 학생과 비슷한 양상을 보였지만, 용해의 균일성에 대해서는 오히려 더 바르게 알고 있었다. 그러나 이들의 설명 수준은 현상적 경험에 기초한 피상적 수준에 불과했다. 일부 시각장애 학생은 입자 수준의 설명을 시도하기도 하였다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 교육학적 함의를 논의하였다.

  • 비닐멀칭 재배용 복비(複肥)는 요소(尿素), DAP, 염화가리(鹽化加里)를 원료비료(原料肥料)로, 제오라이트, 부생석고(副生石膏) 및 분뇨잔사(糞尿殘渣)를 증량제(增量劑)로 하여 아미노산폐액(酸廢液)을 이용(利用) 조립(造粒) 제조(製造)하였다. 시제품(試製品)의 NPK성분함량(成分含量)은 고추비료(肥料), 12-10-11, 5, 참깨비료(肥料) 8-8-6, 땅콩비료(肥料) 4-19-14이었고 시제품(試製品)의 수중(水中)N용출량(溶出量)은 비교적(比較的) 낮아 고추비료(肥料)에서 80%, 참깨비료(肥料) 55%, 땅콩비료(肥料) 70%로 비료지효화(肥料遲效化) 기준치(基準値) 50%에 근사(近似)하여 비닐멀칭재배시(栽培時) 전량기비시용(全量基肥施用)이 가능(可能)할 것이다.

Development of Ultral Clean Machining Technology with Electrolytic Polishing Process

  • Electrolytic polishing is the anodic dissolution process in the transpassive state. It removes non-metallic inclusion and improves mechanical and corrosion resistance of stainless steel. If there is a Bailby layer, it will be removed and the true structure of the surface will be restored. Electrolytic polishing is normally used to remove a very thin layer of material from the surface of metal object. A new electrolyte composed of phosphoric, sulfuric and distilled water has been developed in this study. Two current density, high & low current density regions, have been applied in this study. In this study, In the region of high current density, there is no plateau region but excellent electrolytic polishing effect can be accomplished in short machining time because material removel process and leveling process occur simultaneously. In the low current density region, there can be found plateau region. The material removal process and leveling process occur successively. The aim of this work is to determine electrolytic polishing for stainless steel in terms of high & low current density and workpiece surface roughness.

Low Temperature Interface Modification: Electrochemical Dissolution Mechanism of Typical Iron and Nickel Base Alloys

  • Due to its unique advantages, electrochemical machining (ECM) is playing an increasingly significant role in the manufacture of difficult-to-machine materials. Most of the current ECM research is conducted at room temperature, with studies on ECM in a cryogenic environment not having been reported to date. This study is focused on the electrochemical dissolution characteristics of typical iron and nickel base alloys in NaNO3 solution at low temperature (-10℃). The polarization behaviors and passive film properties were studied by various electrochemical test methods. The results indicated that a higher voltage is required for decomposition and more pronounced pitting of their structures occurs in the passive zone in a cryogenic environment. A more in-depth study of the composition and structure of the passive films by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that the passive films of the alloys are modified at low temperature, and their capacitance characteristics are more prominent, which makes corrosion of the alloys more likely to occur uniformly. These modified passive films have a huge impact on the surface morphologies of the alloys, with non-uniform corrosion suppressed and an improvement in their surface finish, indicating that lowering the temperature improves the localization of ECM. Together with the cryogenic impact of electron energy state compression, the accuracy of ECM can be further improved.

암모니아 용출용액을 이용한 저 품위 엽납석으로부터 Fe 제거 효율과 용해 동역학 (The Efficiency of Fe Removal for Pyrophyllite by Ammonia Leaching Solution, and Their Dissolution Kinetics)

  • 저 품위 엽납석 광석에 포함된 불순물 Fe를 제거하기 위하여 입도크기, 황산농도, 황산암모늄농도, 과산화수소농도 그리고 온도변화에 따른 제거 효율에 대하여 연구하였다. 저 품위 엽납석 광석에서 자형의 입방체 황철석이 포함된 것을 반사현미경으로 관찰할 수 있었으며, X-선 회절분석결과 주 구성광물은 석영과 딕카이트였다. 실험 결과 Fe 용출율이 최대로 나타나는 입도 -325 mesh에서, 황산농도는 2.0 M에서, 황산암모늄 농도는 10.0 g/l, 과산화수소 농도 3.0 M 그리고 최적의 용출 온도는 $70^{\circ}C$에서였다. 용해 동역학 분석에서, Fe 용해는 황철석 표면에서 일어나며 화학적 반응에 통제되는 것으로 그리고 0.066/R, $[H_2SO_4]^{1.156}$, $[(NH_4)_2SO_4]^{0.745}$, $[H_2O_2]^{0.428}$에 비례하는 것으로 나타났다.

EFFECT OF CYCLIC STRAIN RATE AND SULFIDES ON ENVIRONMENTALLY ASSISTED CRACKING BEHAVIORS OF SA508 GR. 1A LOW ALLOY STEEL IN DEOXYGENATED WATER AT 310℃

  • To understand the effect of the cyclic strain rate on the environmentally assisted cracking behaviors of SA508 Gr.1a low alloy steel in deoxygenated water at $310^{\circ}C$, the fatigue surface and a sectioned area of specimens were observed after low cycle fatigue tests. On the fatigue surface of the specimen tested at a strain rate of 0.008 %/s, unclear ductile striations and a blunt crack tip were observed. Therefore, metal dissolution could be the main cracking mechanism of the material at this strain rate. On the other hand, on the fatigue surfaces of the specimens tested at strain rates of 0.04 and 0.4 %/s, brittle cracks and flat facets, which are evidences of the hydrogen induced cracking, were observed. In addition, a tendency of linkage between the main crack and the micro-cracks was observed on the sectioned area. Therefore, at higher strain rates, the main cracking mechanism could be hydrogen induced cracking. Additionally, evidence of the dissolved MnS inclusions was observed on the fatigue surface from energy dispersive x-ray spectrometer analyses. Thus, despite the low sulfur content of the test material, the sulfides seem to contribute to environmentally assisted cracking of SA508 Gr.1a low alloy steel in deoxygenated water at $310^{\circ}C$.
