저수축 저반사 고강도 고내구성 콘크리트 포장재료 개발 (A Development of concrete Pavement Material with Low Shrinkage and Reflection, High Strength and Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 콘크리트의 건조수축을 저감시키며 강도와 내구성을 높임과 동시에 콘크리트의 주간 태양광에 의한 반사도를 줄인 저수축, 저반사, 고강도, 고내구성, 콘크리트 포장재료를 개발하였다. 문헌조사를 바탕으로 건조수축 저감과 장기강도 발현에 효과가 있는 플라이 애쉬와 반사도를 저감시키기 위하여 검은색 안료를 넣고 강도와 내구성을 좋게 하기 위해 최적입도를 고려하여 배합설계를 하였다. 실내실험을 통해 검은색 안료의 첨가율에 따른 명암값과 반사율은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며 최적입도를 고려하면 강도와 내구성에서 좋은 것으로 평가되었다. 또한 플라이 애쉬를 사용한 배합이 건조수축 저감에 효과가 있었으며 염화이온 침투 저항성도 높은 것으로 드러났다. 플라이 애쉬(25% 치환)와 검은색 안료(3% 첨가)를 넣고 최적입도를 고려한 배합이 건조수축과 반사율 저감, 강도와 내구성 향상에 가장 적합한 배합으로 판단하였다. 경제성 분석을 통하여 일반 콘크리트 포장보다 저수축 저반사 고강도 고내구성 콘크리트 포장이 초기공사비는 많은 것으로 분석되었지만 장기적인 관점에서 유지보수비용과 사회비용 감소로 인하여 경제성으로 타당한 것으로 나타났다.

  • This paper describes development of automatic flight control system for an unmanned target drone which is operated by Korean army as for anti-air gun shooting training. Current target drone is operated by pilot control of on-board servo motor via remote control system. Automatic flight control system for the target drone greatly reduces work load of ground pilot and can increase application area of the drone. Most UAVs being operated now days use high-priced sensors as AHRS and IMU to measure the attitude, but those are costly. This paper introduces the development of low-cost automatic flight control system with low-cost sensors. The integrated automatic flight control system has been developed by integrating combining power module, switching module, monitoring module and RC receiver as an one module. The performance of automatic flight control system is verified by flight test.

  • 현재의 중앙 집중형 이동성 관리 방식의 제약점들을 극복하기 위해서, IETF는 홈 에이전트의 이동성 기능을 사용자 가까이에 위치한 네트워크 경계 쪽으로 분산시키는 분산 이동성 관리 방식에 대해서 논의해왔다. 분산 이동성 관리 프로토콜은 트래픽 전달 비용이 낮고 확장성이 높다는 장점을 갖고 있다. 하지만, 시그널링 비용이 높고 주소관리가 복잡하다는 문제점을 보이고 있다. 특히 세션의 지속시간이 길고 빠르게 이동하는 사용자의 경우에는 이러한 문제점을 더욱 어렵게 만든다. 지속시간이 긴 세션에 대해서 높은 시그널링 비용을 감소시키기 위해서 우리는 하이브리드 분산 이동성 관리 방식을 제안하며, 이는 세션 지속 시간에 따라서 다른 이동성 앵커를 할당한다. 본 논문에서 우리는 제안한 하이브리드 분산 이동성 관리 방식에 대해서 성능을 분석하며 시그널링 비용 측면에서 우수한 성능임을 보여준다.

Feasibility Study of High-Efficiency Ground Heat Exchanger using Double U-tube through a Real-Scale Experiment

  • Purpose: The use of renewable energy system is essential for building energy independence and saving energy consumption in the building sector. Among renewable energy technologies, ground source heat pump(GSHP) system is more energy-efficient and environmental-friendly than other heat source systems due to utilize stable ground heat source. However, the GSHP system requires a high initial installation cost and installation space in limited urban area, so it is difficult to have superiority in the market of heat source system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the installation method of low-cost and improve system performance. This paper aims to evaluate the performance of double u-tube ground heat exchanger(GHX) and verify system feasibility through real-scale experiment. Method: In this study, the real-scale experiment of vertical closed-type GSHP system was conducted using double u-tube GHX and high-efficiency grout. Through the verification experiment, heat source temperature, heat exchange rate(HER) and seasonal performance factor(SPF) were measured according to the long-term operation. In addition, the feasibility analysis was conducted comparing to the single u-tube system. Result: In the results of experiment, average HER was 136.27 W/m and average SPF was 5.41. Furthermore, compared to the single u-tube, the installation cost of the developed system could be reduced about 70% in the same heating load condition.

Design and Preparation of High-Performance Bulk Thermoelectric Materials with Defect Structures

  • Thermoelectric is a key technology for energy harvesting and solid-state cooling by direct thermal-to-electric energy conversion (or vice versa); however, the relatively low efficiency has limited thermoelectric systems to niche applications such as space power generation and small-scale or high-density cooling. To expand into larger scale power generation and cooling applications such as ATEG (automotive thermoelectric generators) and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), high-performance bulk thermoelectric materials and their low-cost processing are essential prerequisites. Recently, the performance of commercial thermoelectric materials including $Bi_2Te_3$-, PbTe-, skutterudite-, and half-Heusler-based compounds has been significantly improved through non-equilibrium processing technologies for defect engineering. This review summarizes material design approaches for the formation of multi-dimensional and multi-scale defect structures that can be used to manipulate both the electronic and thermal transport properties, and our recent progress in the synthesis of conventional thermoelectric materials with defect structures is described.

Voltage Angle Control of Surface Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Low-Cost Applications

  • This paper presents a voltage angle control strategy for surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) drives used in low-cost applications, wherein a current vector control is not employed. In the proposed method, the current vector control scheme, which requires high precision phase-current sensing units and a fast calculation capability of a motor drive controller, is replaced with the voltage angle controller. The proposed voltage angle controller calculates a d-axis voltage command to make the d-axis current zero by using a simple equation obtained from the voltage equation of SPMSM. The proposed method shows performance similar to the current vector controlled SPMSM drive during steady-states and its structure is very simple and thus it can be easily implemented with a low-cost microcontroller. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through simulations and experiments.

  • In switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive, it is necessary to synchronize the stator phase excitation with the rotor position. Therefore the rotor position information is an essential. Usually optical encoders or resolvers are used to provide the rotor position information. These sensors are expensive and are not suitable for high speed operation. In general, the accuracy of the switching angles is dependent upon the resolution of the encoder and the sampling period of the microprocessor. But the region of high speed, switching angles are fluctuated back and forth from the preset values, witch are cause by the sampling period of the microprocessor. Therefore, the low cost linear encoder suitable for the practical and stable SRM drive is proposed and the control algorithm to provide the switching signals using the simple digital logic circuit is also presented in this paper It is verified from the experiments that the proposed encoder and logic controller can be a powerful candidate for the practical low cost SRM drive.

저가 하드웨어 기반 멀티로터 비행제어 컴퓨터 설계 및 검증 (Design and Validation of Low-cost Flight Control Computer for Multi-rotor UAVs)

  • 본 논문에서는 저가 하드웨어 기반의 멀티로터용 비행제어 컴퓨터의 하드웨어 개발과 항법 및 제어 알고리즘의 설계 및 구현, 그리고 실제 비행실험을 통한 검증 과정을 서술하였다. 개발된 비행제어 컴퓨터는 마이크로컨트롤러를 통하여 멀티로터를 안정적으로 제어하며 통합된 Linux 컴퓨터를 활용하여 복잡한 임무에 대응이 가능하도록 설계되었다. 항법 해는 Complementary Filter를 통하여 500 Hz의 속도로 계산을 수행하고, 멀티로터의 운동모델을 기반으로 Observer를 설계, 측정 잡음을 크게 줄였다. 제어 알고리즘은 3차원 Curve Fitting을 통하여 얻은 Feed-forward Term을 사용하여 반응속도를 크게 향상시켰으며, 다수의 비행실험을 통하여 실제 상황에서 효과적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.
