졸-겔법에 의해 제작된 적외선 센서용 $(Pb,La)TiO_3$ 강유전체 박막의 특성 (Properties of $(Pb,La)TiO_3$ Ferroelectric Thin Films by Sol-Gel Method for the Infrared Sensors)

  • Pt/SiOz!Si의 기판위에 $(Pb,La)TiO_3$(PLT) 박막을 졸-겔 방법으로 제작하여 La 첨가량 및 후속열처리 온도에 따른 결정학적, 전기적 특성율 조사하였다. $600^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서 열처리된 PLT 박막 시료의 경우 La 도핑량에 관계없이 전형적인 perovskite 결정구조를 보여 주었다. La이 전혀 첨가되지 않은 $(Pb,La)TiO_3$(PT) 시료에 10 mole% La을 첨가할 경우 (PLT-I0 시료) c축 배향도는 약 63%에서 26%로 크게 감소하였다. PLT-1O 박막시료의 깊이에 따른 AES 분석결과 박막내의 각 성분원소 들이 비교척 균일하게 분포되어 았고 하부전극(Pt)과 PLT 박막층 사이에는 상호반응없이 비교적 안정된 막을 형성하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. $600^{\circ}C$에서 열처리된 PLT-1O 박막의 유전상수$({\varepsilon}r)$ 와 유전정접 (tan$\delta$) 은 약 193과 0.02의 값을 나타내였다. 후속열처리 온도를 $600^{\circ}C 에서 700^{\circ}C$로 증가함에 따라 잔류분극$(2Pr,Pr_+-Pr_-)$은 약 $4\muC\textrm{cm}^2 에서 약 16\muC\textrm{cm}^2$로 크게 증가하였으며 잔류 분극값의 증가는 후속열처리에 의해 결정성이 개선되었기 때문이라 판단된다. $30^{\circ}C$ 온도부근에셔 초전계수($\gamma$)는 약 $4.0nC/\textrm{cm}^2{\cdot}^{\circ}C$의 값을 냐타내었다.

Automatic Detection of Malfunctioning Photovoltaic Modules Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Thermal Infrared Images

  • Cells of a PV (photovoltaic) module can suffer defects due to various causes resulting in a loss of power output. As a malfunctioning cell has a higher temperature than adjacent normal cells, it can be easily detected with a thermal infrared sensor. A conventional method of PV cell inspection is to use a hand-held infrared sensor for visual inspection. The main disadvantages of this method, when applied to a large-scale PV power plant, are that it is time-consuming and costly. This paper presents an algorithm for automatically detecting defective PV panels using images captured with a thermal imaging camera from an UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle). The proposed algorithm uses statistical analysis of thermal intensity (surface temperature) characteristics of each PV module to verify the mean intensity and standard deviation of each panel as parameters for fault diagnosis. One of the characteristics of thermal infrared imaging is that the larger the distance between sensor and target, the lower the measured temperature of the object. Consequently, a global detection rule using the mean intensity of all panels in the fault detection algorithm is not applicable. Therefore, a local detection rule was applied to automatically detect defective panels using the mean intensity and standard deviation range of each panel by array. The performance of the proposed algorithm was tested on three sample images; this verified a detection accuracy of defective panels of 97% or higher. In addition, as the proposed algorithm can adjust the range of threshold values for judging malfunction at the array level, the local detection rule is considered better suited for highly sensitive fault detection compared to a global detection rule. In this study, we used a panel area extraction method that we previously developed; fault detection accuracy would be improved if panel area extraction from images was more precise. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm contributes to the development of a maintenance and repair system for large-scale PV power plants, in combination with a geo-referencing algorithm for accurate determination of panel locations using sensor-based orientation parameters and photogrammetry from ground control points.

  • 본 연구에서는 $NH_4OH-H_2O_2-H_2O$ 식각액을 이용하여 GaAs의 식각 특성을 파악하였으며, (001) GaAs 기판을 이용한 사각형 단면을 가지는 GaAs 미세구조물의 제작방법을 개발하였다. 먼저 결정방향별 습식식각 특성을 파악하기 위해 16가지 조성에 대한 $NH_4OH-H_2O_2-H_2O$ 식각액의 식각률 및 식각 단면 형상과 5가지 조성에 대한 언더컷률에 관한 자료를 구하였다. 본 실험을 통해 얻어진 데이터를 이용하여 새로운 GaAs 마이크로머시닝 방법을 제시하고, 이를 이용하여 사각형 단면을 가지는 브리지 형태의 부유된 구조물을 제작하였다. 개발된 빔 부유 공정은 RF 구성요소인 저 손실 및 고가변 정전용량기 제작에 유용하며, 또한 광송수신부와 미러 집적화에도 적용가능성을 지닌다.

CoFe/MnIr 박막 재료에서 MnIr의 두께에 따른 토오크 신호 분석 (MnIr Thickness Dependence of Torque Signals in CoFe/MnIr Thin Films)

  • 본 연구에서는 교환 결합 특성을 갖는 CoFe/MnIr 박막 재료에서 MnIr의 두께에 따라 측정한 토오크 신호를 Stoner-Wohlfarth 모델로 계산한 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 모델 계산을 위하여 일축 이방성 상수 $K_F$$K_{AF}$를 각각 갖는 강자성(F)층과 반강자성 (AF)층 계면에 작용하는 교환 결합 상수 $J_c$를 고려하였다. 고정되지 않는 AF층에 의한 회전 손실은 $0.5t_c$ < $t_{AF}$ < $t_c$ ($=J_c/K_{AF}$)의 범위에서 나타나며, 고정된 AF층에 의한 일방 이방성 상수 $J_k$$t_{AF}$ > $t_c$에서 나타났다. CoFe/MnIr 재료에서 임계두께는 $t_c$ = 3.4 nm였으며, $t_{AF}$ = 3 nm의 시편에서 측정한 토오크 신호에서 보인 회전 손실은 AF 결정립의 용이축이 모든 방향으로 고르게 분포한 특성으로 설명되었다. $t_{AF}$ = 10 nm의 시편에서 측정된 토오크 신호에서 추출한 일방 이방성 상수는 $J_k=0.63J_c$의 관계를 보였다. 따라서, 일방 이방성 상수는 AF 결정립의 용이축을 한쪽 방향으로 정렬할 경우 $J_k=J_c$가 되어 약 37 %의 특성 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

  • Regeneration of periodontal tissue after a loss of attachment due to disease or trauma repesents an important issue in dentistry, and various bone graft materials have been used to regenerated lost periodontal tissue and restore proper fuctions. Among those, allografts have been extensively researched and widely used clinically, since they are known to possess an excellent osteoinduction capability and result in proper topography of alveolar bone. Regeneration of periodontal tissue in supraalveolar defects may be technically difficult. However, a large amount of regeneration has been observed by complete tissue coverage of involved teeth. In this study, supraalveolar defects in adult dogs were treated with periodontal surgery, decalcified freez-dried bone allograft, complete tissue coverage was attained, and effects on repair and regeneration of alveolar bone, cementum and periodontal ligament were studied. Exposure of premolar furcation of adult dogs was attained by removing marginal alveolar bone down to 5mm from CEJ, and root surfaces were planed with curettes. On the left side, defects were treated without any allograft(Control Group). On the right side, a DFDB was used(Experimental Group). In all groups, flaps were coronally positioned and sutured, completely submerging the treated defects. At two weeks, the crown were exposed 2-3mm. Healing progresses were histologically observed after eight weeks and the results were as follows : 1. Distance from CEJ to AJE was : $2.82{\pm}0.66mm$ in the control group, $1.71{\pm}0.51mm$ in experimental group, with significant differences between groups.(P<0.01) 2. Periodontal repair was : $2.18{\pm}0.66mm$ in the control group, $3.29{\pm}0.51mm$ in experimental group, with significant differences between groups.(P<0.01) 3. Connective tissue repair was : $1.43{\pm}0.52mm$ in the control group, $0.76{\pm}0.47mm$ in experimental group, with significant differences between groups.(P<0.01) Orientation of connective tissue fibers in relation to root surfaces was : mostly parallel in the control group, vertical or parallel or irregular in experimental group. 4. The amount of cementum formation was : $1.66{\pm}0.58mm$ in the control group, $2.86{\pm}0.66mm$ in experimental group, with significant differences between groups. 5. The amount of alveolar bone formation was : $0.76{\pm}0.72mm$ in the control group, $2.53{\pm}0.56mm$ in experimental group, with significant differences between groups.(P<0.01)

전시작전통제권 단독 행사 추진의 방향 (Directions in Promoting Independence in Operational Control)

  • Former ministers of national defense and foreign affairs, intellectuals such as former and incumbent professors, and various NGO groups are demanding the South Korean government to stop promoting independence in operational control which is currently held by the United States Armed Forces in Korea commander. Although the Korea should exercise operational control independently in the future, orientation on the direction which should be taken under consideration in promoting this transfer should be assumed. First of all, South Korea must sufficiently examine the criticisms and dissenting opinions, and reflect them in promoting independence in operational control. From now on, the South Korean government should reflect the opinions of experts in operational control, and must promote the transfer with national consensus. Unilateral enforcement of the transfer may cause serious errors and aggravate conflicts Second, ROKA's exercise of independence in operational control should take place only after gaining restraint on North Korea's attack against the South, and the issues on nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction(WMD) has been resolved, and a peace regime has been reached. Furthermore, exercise of independence in wartime operational control should be promoted only if there is a guarantee that international trust and the military collaboration will be restored to a level beyond the present state. Third, the USFK and the Korean-US alliance is providing South Korea with national security, not to mention tremendous diplomatical, and economical benefits However, if the alliance between the two countries become weakened due to the exercise of the independence in operational control, we might suffer a great deal of loss. Even though reasonable justification and external independence may be gained through promoting independence in operational control, it should be promoted in a longitudinal manner because national security problems and conflicts may be intensified, and there is no actual profit in doing so. Fourth, if the Korean-US alliance becomes weakened and therefore the United States decides to discuss eastern-asia strategies, North Korea deterrence strategies, and Japanese rearmament issues with other neighboring countries, South Korea may become diplomatically isolated and a subordinate to surrounding countries, destroying the independence we have now instead of restoring it Therefore searching for means to reinforce international trust and collaboration between South Korea and the United States, and leaving ROKA’s independence in operational control as a long term objective would be a more realistic method.

해원상생과 정신분석의 욕망이론 - 애도를 중심으로 - (Haewon Sangsaeng and the Theory of Desire in Psychoanalysis: a Comparison Focused on Mourning)

  • 본 논문은 정신분석이 말하는 욕망이론의 입장에서 대순사상 종지의 하나인 해원상생의 실천적 의미를 이해하면서 두 사상의 공통성과 상보성을 찾으려는 시도이다. 대순사상과 정신분석 이론은 둘 다 욕망에 중요성을 부여한다는 공통점이 있다. 대순사상의 해원이념은 애도를 통해 욕망을 복원하고 상호 주체성 구조 속에서 그것을 실현할 것을 강조하는 정신분석 이론과 통한다. 물론 종교이론인 대순사상이 말하는 욕망의 의미는 다의적이고, 욕망의 지향점도 치료 담론인 정신분석과 다르다. 하지만 대순사상은 인간이 경험하는 고통과 불행이 욕망을 제대로 풀지 못하는 상극 때문에 발생한다고 설명한다. 서로 억제하고 누르면서 고통을 만들고 있는 상태가 바로 상극이며, 해원을 통해 상극을 벗어나 상생의 세상 후천에 도달한다. 마찬가지로 정신분석은 애도를 통해 대상의 상실을 수용하면서 욕망이 다시 작동한다고 본다. 상생과 천지공사 같은 사회, 우주적 시스템의 중요성을 강조하는 대순사상은 상호주체성의 구조에서 욕망을 긍정적으로 바라보는 정신분석과 통하는 점이 있다. 대순사상과 정신분석의 사회적 실천 방향은 둘 다 보편성의 실현을 목표로 삼는다. 상호주체성 구조는 욕망의 인정과 인정의 욕망을 실천의 방향으로 제시한다. 욕망이란 개인적인 것이 아니라 사회적인 것이기 때문이다. 결론적으로 개인의 욕망을 충족시키는 데 머물 것이 아니라 공동의 선을 향해 함께 나아가야 한다.

기판의 표면에너지가 반사경의 산란에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Substrata Surface Energy on Light Scattering of a Low Loss Mirror)

  • ZERODUR와 용융 석영으로 저산란 반사경을 제작하고 산란 특성을 연구하였다. Bowl feed 법을 이용하여 초연마면인 표면거칠기 0.326 ${\AA}$인 용융 석영 기판과 표면거칠기 0.292 ${\AA}$의 ZERODUR 기판을 얻었다. 이온빔 스퍼터링 방법으로 초연마된 기판 위에 $SiO_2$$Ta_2O_5$를 교번으로 22층을 증착하여 다층박막 고반사 거울을 얻었다. 용융 석영 반사경과 ZERODUR 반사경의 산란이 각각 4.6 ppm과 30.9 ppm으로 측정되었으며, 이로부터 산란이 매우 작은 경우 기판의 표면거칠기가 산란을 결정하는 주요 파라미터가 아니라는 것을 알았다. 나아가 반사경의 표면거칠기를 AFM으로 측정한 결과. ZERODUR 반사경이 용융 석영 반사경 보다 박막의 표면거칠기가 2.3배 더 높게 측정 되었다. 이 결과는 기판-박막 경계면에서 박막 형성 초기에 기판의 화학조성 또는 결정방향과 증착물질의 상호관계로 인하여 박막 형성 초기에 표면거칠기가 급격히 나빠져서 발생하는 것으로 유추되었다. SEO 300A으로 접촉각 측정을 하여 Giriflaco-Good-Fowkees-Young 방법으로 표면에너지를 계산하였다. 표면거칠기 0.46 ${\AA}$을 갖는 용융 석영 기판이 표면거칠기 0.31 ${\AA}$을 갖는 ZERODUR 기판보다 접촉각이 더 작고 표면에너지는 크게 나타났다. 이러한 차이가 기판 종류에 따라 박막형성 초기에 표면거칠기를 다르게 하는 한 요인으로 판단되며, 기판의 표면에너지가 높을수록 미려한 박막표면을 얻는 것으로 확인되었다. ZERODUR의 표면에너지 차이를 설명하기 위해 XPS 분석으로 용융 석영은 Si, O로 구성되었고 ZERODUR는 Si, O, Al, Na 그리고 F로 구성되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

야잠사의 구조특성 및 물리적 성질 (Structural Characteristics and Physical Properties of Wild Silk Fibres; Antheraea pernyi and Antheraea yamamai)

  • 야잠사, Antheraea pernyi와 Antheraea yamamai의 구조특성을 살폅기 위하여 x-ray 회절 분석, IR 분광법, 편광현미경 관찰, 아미노산 분석을 행하였으며 섬유밀도, 열적 성질 및 동점탄성 성질을 살펴보았다. 그들의 구조 및 물리적 성질에 대한 결과를 가잠사(Bombyx mori)의 특성과 비교하여 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 작잠견사와 천잠견사의 아미노산 조성에는 큰 차이가 없었으나 천잠견사의 경우 반응성이 높은 극성아미노산이 다소 많은 것으로 나타났으며 가잠견사의 경우 glycine, 야잠사는 alanine 함량이 가장 많으므로 이들의 견사의 결정구조 특성에 관여되었다고 할 수 있다. 2. 섬유밀도 측정결과 천잠사(1.265~1.301g/㎤), 작잠사(1.308~1.311g/㎤), 가잠사(1.355~1.356g/㎤) 순으로 나타났으며 계산된 결정화도 값도 천잠사(51%), 작잠사(52%), 가잠사(64%) 순으로 나타났다. 3. 작잠사와 천잠사의 x-ray 회절곡선은 차이점이 없이 2$\theta$기호 16.7。와 20.5。에서 (002)면과 (201)면의 특징적인 double peak이 관찰되었으며 가잠사의 경우 2$\theta$기호 20.5。 부근에서 강한 회절 peak이 나타나 결정 구조가 서로 다른 것으로 나타났다. 4. IR spectrum 관찰결과 작잠사와 천잠사는 공히 alanine-alanine sequence에 관계되는 흡수 peak이 나타나며 가잠사는 glycine-alanine sequence에 관련된 group의 흡수 peak이 나타났다. IR 결정화도는 밀도측정에 의한 결과와 동일하게 천잠사(53.9%), 작잠사(54.3%), 가잠사(70.4%) 순으로 계산되었다. 5. 복굴절률은 가잠사의 경우 0.0556에 비하여 야잠사는 0.0216으로 낮은 값을 나타내며 광학배향도값도 가잠사가 2배 정도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 편광현미경에 의한 표면특성은 야잠사의 경우 섬유축방향으로 microfibril들이 줄무늬 모양으로 뚜렷하게 관찰되었다. 6. DSC 및 TGA 분석에 의하여 열분해특성을 살펴본 결과 열분해온도는 가잠사, 작잠사, 천잠사 순으로 350。 부근에서 나타났으며 각각의 구조특성에 따라 열분해가 진행되는 단계가 달리 나타나는 것으로 관찰되어 열안정성의 차이를 보여주었다. 7. Dynamic storage modulus와 loss modulus를 측정하여 얻은 유리전이온도는 가잠사 22$0^{\circ}C$, 천잠사, 24$0^{\circ}C$ 및 작잠사 255$^{\circ}C$의 값을 나타냈으며 이것은 비결정영역의 전이형상이 각 견사의 구조특성에 따라 다른 거동을 하고 있음을 의미한다.

쇼핑 가치 추구 성향에 따른 쇼핑 목표와 공유 의도 차이에 관한 연구 - 전자제품 구매고객을 중심으로 (Shopping Value, Shopping Goal and WOM - Focused on Electronic-goods Buyers)

  • The interplay between hedonic and utilitarian attributes has assumed special significance in recent years; it has been proposed that consumption offerings should be viewed as experiences that stimulate both cognitions and feelings rather than as mere products or services. This research builds on previous work on hedonic versus utilitarian benefits, regulatory focus theory, customer satisfaction to address two question: (1) Is the shopping goal at the point of purchase different from the shopping value? and (2) Is the customer loyalty after the use different from the shopping value and shopping goal? We surveyed 345 peoples those who have bought the electronic-goods within 6 months. This research dealt with the shopping value which is consisted of 2 types, hedonic and utilitarian. Those who pursue the hedonic shopping value may prefer the pleasure of purchasing experience to the product itself. They tend to prefer atmosphere, arousal of the shopping experience. Consistent with previous research, we use the term "hedonic" to refer to their aesthetic, experiential and enjoyment-related value. On the contrary, Those who pursue the utilitarian shopping value may prefer the reasonable buying. It may be more functional. Consistent with previous research, we use the term "utilitarian" to refer to the functional, instrumental, and practical value of consumption offerings. Holbrook(1999) notes that consumer value is an experience that results from the consumption of such benefits. In the context of cell phones for example, the phone's battery life and sound volume are utilitarian benefits, whereas aesthetic appeal from its shape and color are hedonic benefits. Likewise, in the case of a car, fuel economics and safety are utilitarian benefits whereas the sunroof and the luxurious interior are hedonic benefits. The shopping goals are consisted of the promotion focus goal and the prevention focus goal, based on the self-regulatory focus theory. The promotion focus is characterized into focusing ideal self because they are oriented to wishes and vision. The promotion focused individuals are tend to be more risk taking. They are more sensitive to hope and achievement. On the contrary, the prevention focused individuals are characterized into focusing the responsibilities because they are oriented to safety. The prevention focused individuals are tend to be more risk avoiding. We wanted to test the relation among the shopping value, shopping goal and customer loyalty. Customers show the positive or negative feelings comparing with the expectation level which customers have at the point of the purchase. If the result were bigger than the expectation, customers may feel positive feeling such as delight or satisfaction and they would want to share their feelings with other people. And they want to buy those products again in the future time. There is converging evidence that the types of goals consumers expect to be fulfilled by the utilitarian dimension of a product are different from those they seek from the hedonic dimension (Chernev 2004). Specifically, whereas consumers expect the fulfillment of product prevention goals on the utilitarian dimension, they expect the fulfillment of promotion goals on the hedonic dimension (Chernev 2004; Chitturi, Raghunathan, and Majahan 2007; Higgins 1997, 2001) According to the regulatory focus theory, prevention goals are those that ought to be met. Fulfillment of prevention goals in the context of product consumption eliminates or significantly reduces the probability of a painful experience, thus making consumers experience emotions that result from fulfillment of prevention goals such as confidence and securities. On the contrary, fulfillment of promotion goals are those that a person aspires to meet, such as "looking cool" or "being sophisticated." Fulfillment of promotion goals in the context of product consumption significantly increases the probability of a pleasurable experience, thus enabling consumers to experience emotions that result from the fulfillment of promotion goals. The proposed conceptual framework captures that the relationships among hedonic versus utilitarian shopping values and promotion versus prevention shopping goals respectively. An analysis of the consequence of the fulfillment and frustration of utilitarian and hedonic value is theoretically worthwhile. It is also substantively relevant because it helps predict post-consumption behavior such as the promotion versus prevention shopping goals orientation. Because our primary goal is to understand how the post consumption feelings influence the variable customer loyalty: word of mouth (Jacoby and Chestnut 1978). This research result is that the utilitarian shopping value gives the positive influence to both of the promotion and prevention goal. However the influence to the prevention goal is stronger. On the contrary, hedonic shopping value gives influence to the promotion focus goal only. Additionally, both of the promotion and prevention goal show the positive relation with customer loyalty. However, the positive relation with promotion goal and customer loyalty is much stronger. The promotion focus goal gives the influence to the customer loyalty. On the contrary, the prevention focus goal relates at the low level of relation with customer loyalty than that of the promotion goal. It could be explained that it is apt to get framed the compliment of people into 'gain-non gain' situation. As the result, for those who have the promotion focus are motivated to deliver their own feeling to other people eagerly. Conversely the prevention focused individual are more sensitive to the 'loss-non loss' situation. The research result is consistent with pre-existent researches. There is a conceptual parallel between necessities-needs-utilitarian benefits and luxuries-wants-hedonic benefits (Chernev 2004; Chitturi, Raghunathan and Majaha 2007; Higginns 1997; Kivetz and Simonson 2002b). In addition, Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the precedence principle contends luxuries-wants-hedonic benefits higher than necessities-needs-utilitarian benefits. Chitturi, Raghunathan and Majaha (2007) show that consumers are focused more on the utilitarian benefits than on the hedonic benefits of a product until their minimum expectation of fulfilling prevention goals are met. Furthermore, a utilitarian benefit is a promise of a certain level of functionality by the manufacturer or the retailer. When the promise is not fulfilled, customers blame the retailer and/or the manufacturer. When negative feelings are attributable to an entity, customers feel angry. However in the case of hedonic benefit, the customer, not the manufacturer, determines at the time of purchase whether the product is stylish and attractive. Under such circumstances, customers are more likely to blame themselves than the manufacturer if their friends do not find the product stylish and attractive. Therefore, not meeting minimum utilitarian expectations of functionality generates a much more intense negative feelings, such as anger than a less intense feeling such as disappointment or dissatisfactions. The additional multi group analysis of this research shows the same result. Those who are unsatisfactory customers who have the prevention focused goal shows higher relation with WOM, comparing with satisfactory customers. The research findings in this article could have significant implication for the personal selling fields to increase the effectiveness and the efficiency of the sales such that they can develop the sales presentation strategy for the customers. For those who are the hedonic customers may be apt to show more interest to the promotion goal. Therefore it may work to strengthen the design, style or new technology of the products to the hedonic customers. On the contrary for the utilitarian customers, it may work to strengthen the price competitiveness. On the basis of the result from our studies, we demonstrated a correspondence among hedonic versus utilitarian and promotion versus prevention goal, WOM. Similarly, we also found evidence of the moderator effects of satisfaction after use, between the prevention goal and WOM. Even though the prevention goal has the low level of relation to WOM, those who are not satisfied show higher relation to WOM. The relation between the prevention goal and WOM is significantly different according to the satisfaction versus unsatisfaction. In addition, improving the promotion emotions of cheerfulness and excitement and the prevention emotion of confidence and security will further improve customer loyalty. A related potential further research could be to examine whether hedonic versus utilitarian, promotion versus prevention goals improve customer loyalty for services as well. Under the budget and time constraints, designers and managers are often compelling to choose among various attributes. If there is no budget or time constraints, perhaps the best solution is to maximize both hedonic and utilitarian dimension of benefits. However, they have to make trad-off process between various attributes. For the designers and managers have to keep in mind that without hedonic benefit satisfaction of the product it may hard to lead the customers to the customer loyalty.
