열처리 온도에 따른 Li 도펀트 ZnO 박막형 공진기의 주파수 특성 (Frequency Characteristics of Li Doped ZnO Thin Film Resonator by Annealing Temperatures)

  • In order to study the influence of post-annealing treatment on the frequency characteristics of the Li doped ZnO(Li:ZnO) FBAR(Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator) device, we investigated the material and electrical properties of Li:ZnO films in the annealing temperature range from 300 to $500^{\circ}C$. In our samples, as annealing temperature was increased, Li:ZnO films showed the improvement of high c-axis orientation and resistance value with relieved stress and low surface roughness. In addition to, the return loss in the frequency property of fabricated FBAR was improved by annealing treatment from 24.9 to 29.8dB. From experimental results, the optimum post-annealing temperature for FBAR is $500^{\circ}C$ and it can obtain excellent Li:ZnO FBAR performance with stronger c-axis orientation, smoother surface, relieved stress, and lower loss factor.

  • The transport loss of a Bi-2223 tape exposed to external magnetic fields was investigated. The results show that the transport loss is independent on voltage lead arrangements in case the magnetization loss is compensated. A serous increase of the transport loss due to external AC magnetic field is observed. The loss is described well by dynamic resistance loss in relatively high fields, but another mechanism than the dynamic resistance must be responsible for the increase of the loss in low fields. The transport loss is also dependent strongly on the orientation of the external fields.

Vehicle Orientation Detection Using CNN

  • Vehicle orientation detection is a challenging task because the orientations of vehicles can vary in a wide range in captured images. The existing methods for oriented vehicle detection require too much computation time to be applied to a real-time system. We propose Rotate YOLO, which has a set of anchor boxes with multiple scales, ratios, and angles to predict bounding boxes. For estimating the orientation angle, we applied angle-related IoU with CIoU loss to solve the underivable problem from the calculation of SkewIoU. Evaluation results on three public datasets DLR Munich, VEDAI and UCAS-AOD demonstrate the efficiency of our approach.

  • ZnO thin films on glass substrate were depostied by RF magnetron reactive sputter with various argon/oxygen gas ratios and substrate temperatures. Crystallinities, surface morphologies, chemical compositions, and electrical properties of the films were investigated by XRD, SEM, XPS and electrometer(keithley 617). All films showed a strong preferred orientation along the c-axis on glass substrate, and the chemical stoichiometry was obtained at Ar/O$_2$.=50/50. The propagation velocity of ZnO SAW filter was about 2,590 m/sec and insertion loss was a minimum value of abut -21dB.

  • 최근, 벡터 제어에 있어 무시되어 온 철손의 영향이 여러 논문에서 분석 및 보상되어 왔다. 본 논문은 유도 전동기의 고장자자속 기준제어를 이용한 벡터 제어의 운전성능 향상에 관한 연구로서, 모델링시 철손을 고려하고 이를 제어기에 보상함으로써 동특성을 향상하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 무부하시험을 통한 철손 측정과 새로운 비간섭 제어기가 제안된다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 제안된 기법의 타당성을 입증한다.

소셜커머스 이용자들의 의복쇼핑성향과 지각된 위험이 패션제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of clothes shopping orientation and perceived risk on purchase intention in social commerce)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate consumers' clothes shopping orientation factors and perceived risk factors affecting the purchase intention for fashion products in social commerce. For this study, questionnaires were given to 500 adults in their 20s~30s who had experience of using social commerce related to general products or services. To analyze the results of this study, we conducted descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, a chi-square independence test, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The results were as follows. First, social commerce users'clothes shopping orientations were classified into the pursuit of pleasure, brand, fashion innovation, trend, and utility, and the perceived risks were classified into the risks related to products, consumer service, loss of purchase opportunity, confidence in the web site, economy, and security. Second, clothes shopping orientation factors and perceived risk factors had a somewhat significant influence on the purchase intention for fashion products. Third, there was a significant difference between sexes regarding the influences of the clothes shopping orientation factors and perceived risk factors for the purchase intention of fashion products. Finally, this study aims to provide useful information for fashion companies to enable them to establish specific strategies that can influence consumers'purchase behaviors through social commerce.

자장방향이 적층 Bi-2223도체의 자화손실에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Field Orientation on Magnetization Loss in a Stacked Bi-2223 Conductor)

  • The ac loss is an important issue in the design of high-Tc superconducting power devices such as transformers and cables. In these devices many Bi-2223 tapes are closely stacked together and exposed to alternating magnetic fields that can have different orientations with respect to a tape. In such arrangement the magnetization loss is influenced by the screening current induced in adjacent tapes and thus different from that in a single tape. This stacking effect was experimentally investigated by measuring the magnetization loss in a stack, which consists of a number of tapes. First the magnetization loss in the single tape was measured in order to confirm the reliability of the loss data measured in the stack. The results for the single tape coincide well will the loss characteristics described in other previous works. For the stack In parallel and longitudinal magnetic fields the measured loss is Independent of both the number of tapes and stacking type. The longitudinal magnetization loss Is well explained rather by the slab model for decoupled filaments. For the tall stack in perpendicular field the measured loss at low fields is greatly decreased, compared to the loss of the single tape. However the loss at high fields is unaffected. These loss behaviors in the tall stack are well described by the slab model for full coupling.

메시지 프레이밍과 가치지향성이 예방 행동에 미치는 영향 : 환경문제 예방 행동 요구 수준을 중심으로 (Effects of Message Framining & Value-orientation on Preventive Behavior : Focus on the Magnitude of the Required Behavior for Environmental Problems)

  • 환경 개선을 위한 행동의 종류와 요구되는 수준이 다양화되면서 효과적 환경 메시지 개발의 필요성도 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 요구 수준이 다른 유형의 행동에 적합한 메시지를 개발하기 위해 메시지 특성인 메시지 프레이밍과 가치지향성을 활용하여 2(메시지 프레이밍: 이익/손실) × 2(가치지향성: 개인/사회) × 2(예방 행동 요구 수준: 높음/낮음) 실험을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 프레이밍과 행동 요구 수준은 메시지 태도와 행동의도에 주효과를 보였다. 손실 프레이밍보다 이익 프레이밍에서 호의적인 효과가 나타났고, 행동 요구 수준이 낮을 경우 높은 설득 효과가 나타났다. 상호작용 분석 결과, 개인지향 메시지에서는 이익 프레이밍의 행동 의도가 높았고, 사회지향 메시지에서는 프레이밍 간의 차이가 없었다. 또, 행동 요구 수준이 낮을 경우, 개인지향 메시지에서 이익 프레이밍의 메시지 태도가 손실 프레이밍보다 호의적으로 나타났다. 반면 행동 요구 수준이 높을 경우, 사회지향 메시지에서 이익 프레이밍의 메시지 태도가 손실 프레이밍보다 호의적으로 나타났다. 행동 요구 수준에 따른 상호작용 형태의 차이는 있었으나, 개인지향 이익 프레이밍 메시지가 가장 효과적으로 나타났다.

Thin Film Bulk Acoustic Resonators for RF Applications

  • A new thin film deposition technique of piezoelectric ZnO film and its successful application for film bulk: acoustic resonator (FBAR) devices are presented. The two-step deposition used seems to be able to deposit ZnO film with a highly preferred orientation. The FBAR devices with the ZnO films show an excellent return loss of $35{\sim}50$ dB at $1.5{\sim}2$ GHz.
