UPRT(Upset Prevention And Recovery Training)은 2001년과 2011년 사이에 상업항공에서 발생한 항공기 사고 중 주요 원인이 LOC-I(비행 중 조종능력상실; Loss Of Control In flight)으로 분석된 이후 3년의 시간에 걸쳐 개발된 사고 예방 훈련 프로그램이다. 2014년 ICAO는 Doc.10011(Manual On Aeroplane Upset Prevention And Recovery Training)을 통해 고정익항공기에 대한 UPRT를 제시하였고 2019년 3월부터 체약국에 의무시행을 권고하였다. 해군 P-3C는 해상초계와 대잠전이 주요 임무이기 때문에 저고도(70~600 m)에서 비행하는 시간이 많고 P-3C 대다수의 조종사들이 비행착각을 경험한바 비정상 자세 예방 및 회복훈련은 해군 P-3C 조종사에게는 반드시 필요한 훈련이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 해군이 보유하고 있는 P-3C 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 제한적인 상태에서의 비정상 자세 예방 및 회복훈련 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Smartphone is very much ingrained into our lives and it has propagated rapidly. With the growing expansion of smartphone, the number of lost smartphones has proliferated all the while. Unlike common personal belongings, smartphone is a high-priced goods and has personal information. In case it gets lost or stolen, it will cause monetary damage as well as secondary damage of personal information leaks. To lesson the damage, diverse applications that prevent the loss of a smartphone have been developed. But existing applications place emphasis on providing countermeasures that tracks the missing smartphones. Therefore, this paper describes the design and implementation of a smartphone application which provides precautionary functions to prevent the loss of a smartphone and countermeasures to track the missing smartphone. The implemented application prevents the loss of a smartphone using satefy zone and movement detection. In the event we lose a smartphone, it helps us recover a lost property using location tracking and remote control functions quickly and efficiently.

In this study the main elements which can be commonly adopted to every kind of business are selected through the research, case-study, benchmarking common items of a direct or indirect loss cost. As a result of the development of a program for evaluating loss cost a case or accumulated data can be easily managed through estimating the direct and indirect loss cost as tell as the ratio between directs and indirect cost. The program is fit to case-study and we are compared direct cost with indirect cost. Automatically, this program showed ratio between directs and indirect cost for style, scale of accident The person in charge of safety and hygiene can have better chances to get into management also the owner or the CEO can recognize the importance of management of safety and hygiene. So this can guide the company to invest in a prevention of disaster and to adopt a safety and hygiene management promote the prevention activity of a company, and finally decrease the accident rate in the country.

Dynamic energy balance can give clinicians important answers for why obesity is so resistant to control. When food intake is reduced for weight control, all components of energy expenditure change, including metabolic rate at rest (resting energy expenditure [REE]), metabolic rate of exercise, and adaptive thermogenesis. This means that a change in energy intake influences energy expenditure in a dynamic way. Mechanisms associated with reduction of total energy expenditure following weight loss are likely to be related to decreased body mass and enhanced metabolic efficiency. Reducing calorie intake results in a decrease in body weight, initially with a marked reduction in fat free mass and a decrease in REE, and this change is maintained for several years in a reduced state. Metabolic adaptation, which is not explained by changes in body composition, lasts for more than several years. These are powerful physiological adaptations that induce weight regain. To avoid a typically observed weight-loss and regain trajectory, realistic weight loss goals should be established and maintained for more than 1 year. Using a mathematical model can help clinicians formulate advice about diet control. It is important to emphasize steady efforts for several years to maintain reduced weight over efforts to lose weight. Because obesity is difficult to reverse, clinicians must prioritize obesity prevention. Obesity prevention strategies should have high feasibility, broad population reach, and relatively low cost, especially for young children who have the smallest energy gaps to change.

많은 사용자가 편집한 파일을 분실하여 큰 고통을 받고 있다. 매우 심각한 시간과 비용의 손실이다. 이런 문제는 전자 메일첨부 파일을 '받은메일함'에서 편집하고 곧바로 '저장하기'로 컴퓨터를 종료하기 때문에 발생한다. 임시 폴더에 '저장하기' 한 것을 안전한 하드디스크에 저장했다고 착각하기 때문에 발생한다. 본 논문은 전자 메일첨부 파일의 안전한 저장과 폴더 관리를 위한 분실 방지 시스템 WatchDog을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 첨부 파일의 '열기(O)'와 '저장하기'할 때 경고창 팝업을 동작한다. 또한, 안전한 복사 및 이동을 위한 편리한 폴더 관리방안을 프로그램 예시를 통해 실증적으로 보인다.

This study delivers the actual condition of investment for industrial accident prevention based on survey of 500 construction sites from 'reports for industry safety and health' published by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency (KOSHA). The various research techniques were used such as technical statistic analysis for construction industry, cost comparison of industrial accident prevention and accident loss. A formula was deduced to calculate accident loss and accident frequency by accident prevention cost through regression analysis.

역수성가스반응과 메탄올형성반응을 연계한 메탄올합성공정에 대한 엑서지 해석을 수행하였다. 실험자료를 이용하여 공정을 모사하였으며 공정모사의 결과를 이용하여 엑서지 해석을 수행했다. 구동엑서지 손실과 물질엑서지 손실을 각각 정의하였고 정량화 하였다. 해석결과를 바탕으로 엑서지 손실의 위치, 크기, 원인과 개선 가능방법 등을 제시하였다. 엑서지 해석은 오염방지를 위한 손실예방책을 발전시키고 나아가 산업생태학에 적용할 수 있는 타당한 과학적 근거가 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This paper was studied on the characteristics of crevice corrosion prevention of SS 400 in marine environment. In NaCl solution, polarization behavior under the crevice corrosion was investigated. And Weight loss rate of SS 400 applied cathodic protection and non cathodic protection was measured according to the NaCl concentration. The main results obtained are as follows : The weight loss rate of Al-alloy galvanic anode was increased as the concentration of NaCl solution increased by 3.5% but the concentration increased over 3.5%, that of Al-alloy galvanic anode become decreased. The protective potential of SS 400 used Al-alloy galvanic anode becomes more cathodic polarization with increasing concentration of NaCl solution. Effects of oxygen on the weight loss rate of Al-alloy sacrificial anode for cathodic protection as the concentration of 3.5% NaCl solution become sensitive than that of 0% NaCl solution.

스마트폰의 보급이 증가하게 됨에 따라 많은 사람들이 이를 활용하고 있지만 스마트폰 활용에 따른 보안에 대한 인식은 낮다. 기업에서도 스마트폰을 활용한 업무가 증가함에 따라 각 기업의 내부 자료가 외부에 유출될 수 있는 보안 위협이 증가하고 있으며 이를 막기 위하여 Data Loss Prevention(DLP) 기술의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 DLP를 위한 기반 기술이 되는 데이터의 이동을 모니터링 하는 기술을 제안한다.
