전류형 MPPT를 이용한 3 kW 태양광 인버터 시스템 제어기 설계 및 구현 (Design and implementation of 3 kW Photovoltaic Power Conditioning System using a Current based Maximum Power Point Tracking)

  • In this paper, a new current based maximum power point tracking (CMPPT) method is proposed for a single phase photovoltaic power conditioning system and the current based MPPT modifies incremental conductance method. The current based MPPT method makes the entire control structure of the power conditioning system simple and uses an inherent current source characteristic of solar cell array. In addition, digital phase locked loop using an all pass filter is introduced to detect phase of grid voltage as well as peak voltage. Controllers about dc/dc boost converter, dc-link voltage, dc/ac inverter is designed for a coordinated operation. Furthermore, PI current control using a pseudo synchronous d-q transformation is employed for grid current control with unity power factor. 3kW prototype photovoltaic power conditioning system is built and its experimental results are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control schemes.

Segmented TMA T-loop spring에 의한 견치 후방이동시의 응력분포에 관한 광탄성법적 분석 (A photoelastic study of the stress distribution on canine retraction by segmented TMA T-loop spring)

  • 본 연구는 교정치료를 시행함에 있어 전치부 crowding을 해결하기 위한 견치의 단독견인 방법중 새로운 segmented TMA T-loop spring으로 견치 후방견인시 치근단과 그 주위 치조골에서의 응력상태를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. PL-3 epoxy resin으로 광탄성 모형을 제작하여 B/L ratio가 0.25, 0.5, 0.75인 위치로 T-loop을 위치시키고 각 위치에서 5mm, 3mm, 1mm activation하였다. 이후 광탄성 응력 해석장치를 이용하여 견치견인시 치근단과 그 주위 치조골에서의 초기 응력 상태를 광탄성법으로 분석한 바, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. T-looP 위치에 상관없이 activation량이 감소할수록 상악 1소구치 발치부위에 응력이 감소하였고 상악 1대구치의 함입응력은 증가하였다. 2. 5mm activation시 T-loop위치가 구치부쪽으로 이동할수록 상악 1소구치 발치부위에 응력이 증가하였다. 3. 3mm activation시 T-loop위치가 구치부쪽으로 이동할수록 상악 1소구치 발치부위와 상악 1대구치 협측 근심치근 근심면하방 1/2부위에 응력이 증가하였다. 4. 1mm activation시 T-loop위치가 견치쪽으로 이동할수록 상악 견치의 근심치근면 상방과 치근첨 하방의 응력이 증가하였다. 5. B/L ratio가 0.25이고 3mm activation시 상악견치의 치체이동이 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때 segmented T-loop spring의 근, 원심 위치 와 activation량을 조절하여 원하는 치아이동과 고정원 조절이 가능하다고 사료된다.

A Novel Single Phase Synchronous Reference Frame Phase-Locked Loop with a Constant Zero Orthogonal Component

  • A novel single phase Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) is proposed in this paper to accurately and rapidly estimate the instantaneous phase angle of a grid. A conjugate rotating vector pair is proposed and defined to synthesize the single phase signal in the stationary reference frame. With this concept, the proposed PLL innovatively sets one phase input of the PARK transformation to a constant zero. By means of a proper cancellation, a zero steady state phase angle estimation error can be achieved, even under magnitude and frequency variations. The proposed PLL structure is presented together with guidelines for parameters adjustment. The performance of the proposed PLL is verified by comprehensive experiments. Satisfactory phase angle estimation can be achieved within one input signal cycle, and the estimation error can be totally eliminated in four input cycles for the most severe conditions.

웨이블릿 기반 잡음제거와 신경회로망을 이용한 잡음 전력 품질 인식 시스템 (Noisy Power Quality Recognition System using Wavelet based Denoising and Neural Networks)

  • 전압강하(sag), 전압상승(swell), 고조파(harmonics)와 충격과도(impulsive transients)와 같은 전력품질(PQ: Power Quality) 신호는 전력전자 장비와 마이크로프로세서 기반 전자장치 운전에 매우 중요한 문제점을 야기시킨다. 웨이블릿 기반 잡음제거 기법과 역전파 신경회로망을 사용하여 잡음 전력품질을 분석하고 인식하는 잡음 전력품질 인식 시스템의 유효성을 본 논문에서 조사하였다. 잡음 전력 인식 시스템에 적용된 알고리즘은 웨이블릿기반 디노이징과 역전파 신경회로망이고, 잡음 전력품질 인식 시스템의 실시간 성능을 검증하기 위하여 Simulink를 사용한 SIL(Software In the Loop)과 TMS320C6713DSK를 사용한 PIL(Processor In the Loop)을 통하여 우수한 인식률을 확인 할 수 있었다.

6자유도 진동모댈의 위치 및 자세결정을 위한 적응제어기법의 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Position of Six-Degrees-of-Freedom of vibration Model and Orientation Decision by Adaptive Control Method)

  • About vibration model of Six-degrees-of-freedom(DOF), in mass load, examined results for knowing dynamic interference and response variation is as follows; In case of putting mass load upon the object, experimented results on two-degrees-of-freedom of the translation-1 direction and the rotation-1 direction at open-loop-control system, about 0.19 arcsed in input of the translation-$0.1{\mu}m$ and $0.022{\mu}m$ on input of the rotation-0.5 arcsec, the justicse of motion equation is acknowledged as confirming the appearance of the interference-$0.022{\mu}m$. In establishing calculation of transformation matrix by using analogue circuit, as simulating results that used incomplete differentiation, interference is $1.7{\times}10^{-3}$ arcsec on input of the translation-$0.1{\mu}m$ and $1.4{\times}10^{4}{\mu}m$ on input of the rotation-0.5 arcsec in open-loop-control system. Also it is $4.2{\times}10^{-4}$ arcsec on input of the translation-$0.1{\mu}m$ and $5.6{\times}10^{-5}{\mu}m$ on input of the rotation-0.5 arcesc in closed-loop-control system. As closed-loop-control system is better than open-loop-control system, equivalent accordance is confirmed on original response. Finally, fundamental validity of this theory is acknowledged.

  • 본 연구는 도로연장측면에서 본선에 비해 상대적으로 연결로에서 발생하는 사고빈도가 높고, 교통사고가 증가하는 추세인 고속도로 연결로의 교통사고 예측모형의 개발에 초점을 두었다. 연결로 유형별(직결, 준직결, 루프)로 통계적으로 유의한 사고인자를 선정하고, 사고율과의 관계가 비선형 임을 분석하여 변수를 변형(Variables Transformation)하여 All possible 방식으로 예측모형을 개발하고, 통계적 진단 및 검증을 거쳐 유의성을 확인하였으며 이에 기존 개발 모형에 비해 예측력이 더욱 우수한 결과를 보였다. 개발된 사고예측모형은 보다 비용면에서 효율적이고, 안전한 트럼펫형 IC 연결로의 설계와 연결로 교통사고 원인분석에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

비구동관절을 가진 기계시스템의 가진제어: 평균화해석을 통한 제어기의 설계 (Vibrational Control of an Underactuated Mechanical System: Control Design through Averaging Analysis)

  • An open loop vibrational control for an underactuated mechanical system with amplitude and frequently modulation is investigated. Since there is no direct external input to an unactuated joint, the dynamic coupling between the actuated and unactuated joints is utilized for controlling the unactuated joint. Feedback linearization has been performed to incorporate fully the known nonlinearities of the underactuated system considered. The actuated joints are firstly positioned to their desired locations, and the periodic oscillatory inputs are applied to the actuated joints to move the remaining unactuated joints to their target positions. The amplitudes and frequencies of the vibrations introduced are determined through averaging analysis. A systematic way of obtaining an averaged system for the underactuated system via a coordinate transformation is developed. A control design example of 2R planer manipulator with a free joint with no brake is provided.

Measurement Error Modeling for On-Machine Measurement of Sculptured Surfaces

  • The objective of this research is to develop a measurement error model for sculptured surface in On-Machine Measurement(OMM) process based on a closed-loop configuration. The geometric error model of each axis of a vertical CNC machining center is derived using a 4$\times$4 homogeneous transformation matrix. The ideal locations of a touch-type probe for the sculptured surface measurement are calculated from the parametric surface representation and X-, Y- directional geometric errors of the machine. Also the actual coordinates of the probe are calculated by considering the pre-travel variation of a probe and Z-directional geometric errors. Then, the step-by-sep measurement error analysis method is suggested based on a closed-loop configuration of the machining center including workpiece and probe errors. The simulation study shows the simplicity and effectiveness of the proposed error modeling strategy.

Disturbance-Observer-Based Robust H Switching Tracking Control for Near Space Interceptor

  • A novel robust $H_{\infty}$ switching tracking control design method with disturbance observer is proposed for the near space interceptor (NSI) with aerodynamic fins and reaction jets. Initially, the flight envelop of the NSI is divided into small subregions, and a slow-fast loop polytopic linear parameter varying (LPV) model is proposed, to approximate the nonlinear dynamic of the NSI, based on the Jacobian linearization and Tensor-Product (T-P) model transformation approach. A disturbance observer is then constructed, to estimate the modeled disturbance. Subsequently, based on the descriptor system method, a robust switching controller is developed, to ensure that the closed-loop descriptor system is stable with a desired $H_{\infty}$ disturbance attenuation level. Furthermore, the outcome of the proposed switching tracking control problem is formulated as a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.

  • We manufactured a micro CPL by LlGA process, a new conceptual ultra-fine and precise forming method, using X-ray lithography process. We fabricated a BN X-ray mask having properties of good X-ray transmittance and large mechanical strength. Micro CPL was manufactured by dividing into an upper plate and a low plate. Each of plates was bonded by Ag paste screen printing. The upper plate was fabricated on glass wafer to observe flow and phase transformation of cooling solution. The lower plate was manufactured by Cu electroplating for good heat transmission. Precision of inner Parts, micro pin and micro channel, of manufactured micro CPL is under ${\pm}2{\mu}m$.
