CFS 입지에 따른 경제적 효과 평가 (Evaluation of Effect on CFS Location)

  • Container Freight Station(CFS)은 터미널의 내부 또는 외부에 배치되어 여러 화주의 소량(Less than Container Load ; LCL) 화물을 컨테이너화시키거나, 수입된 컨테이너에서 내품을 인출하여 여러 화주에게 분산시키는 기능을 담당하고 있다. 하지만 CFS가 터미널 내부에 배치될 경우에는 LCL화물을 운송하기 위한 일반차량의 운행이 증가하여 터미널 주변의 교통 혼잡, 높은 사회 비용 및 물류비용의 발생, 장치장의 장치 여건 악화 등과 같은 문제를 초래한다. 본 연구는 현재 개발 중인 부산신항만을 대상으로 CFS를 각 터미널 내부에 개별적으로 배치하는 경우와 북측 컨테이너 부두 배후지에 거점화할 경우에 대해 총 비용 관점(사회적 비용과 물류비용)에서 경제성을 평가하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

  • 최근 경제의 불확실성이 커지면서 매출 확대를 기대하기 힘든 상황에서 운영비용을 줄이기는 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 저비용으로 서비스 수준을 올려 시장에서의 경쟁우의를 지켜야 하는 물류센터 입장에서는 저렴한 비용으로 서비스 수준을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) 분석을 통해 물류운영시스템 전체 프로세스를 대상으로 효율적인 물류 운영을 하고 있는지를 판단하고, 성과지표를 중심으로 고객만족도를 높일 수 있도록 각 항목을 설정하여 측정하고 개선해야 함을 시사하고 있다.

  • Despite various economic crises, the domestic parcel delivery market handled 3.37 billion parcels in 2020 while maintaining annual growth due to the activation of e-commerce. In particular, in the case of the metropolitan area, which accounts for about 70% of the nation's parcel throughput, the increase in parcel delivery volume is directly related to the increase in freight vehicles in central area of Seoul,. And it leads to an increase of unnecessary social and environmental costs such as traffic congestion, road damage, and environmental pollution in the city. Therefore, in this paper we proposed the underground urban logistics system utilizing the existing urban rail infrastructure, and establish a conceptual design by operational scenario. In order to establish conceptual design of underground urban logistics system, we use order picking system process, which is use in warehouse, produce result combined ISO/IEC 26702. The results of this study can be usefully used before the underground urban logistics system is introduced.

Factors Affecting the Application of Strategy Management Accounting in Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises

  • Purpose This research aims to investigate factors affecting the application of strategic management accounting in Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises. Design/Methodology/Approach: Quantitative research was conducted and data was collected by sending questionnaires to 188 accountants and directors from Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises (including, transportation, warehousing and forwarding). 5 factors (namely: size and organizational structure, technological advancement, and strategic management accounting implementing costs) were selected to measure the application of strategic management accounting (SMA) in Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises (LEs) through correlation and regression analysis. Results: The empirical findings show that there exists a significant association between these factors and the SMA application. LEs have strongly supported the application of SMA as a tool to provide information for making their strategic decisions. The factors including size and organizational structure, technological advancement, SMA implementing c osts, and strategy positively impact the SMA application in both financial and non-financial aspects. This finding helps the adm inistrators realize the importance of SMA. Conclusions: This study provided an overview of SMA application and its benefits to enterprises. It helps managers have a better understanding of SMA and future directions for application. Moreover, the research results will be useful for managers to identify factors influencing their SMA practices and improve the current management process applied in organizations.

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Logistic 4.0 using data-based technologies such as IoT, Bigdata, and AI is a keystone to logistics intelligence. In particular, the AI technology such as prognostics and health management for the maintenance of logistics facilities is being in the spotlight. In order to ensure the reliability of the facilities, Time-Based Maintenance (TBM) can be performed in every certain period of time, but this causes excessive maintenance costs and has limitations in preventing sudden failures and accidents. On the other hand, the predictive maintenance using AI fault diagnosis model can do not only overcome the limitation of TBM by automatically detecting abnormalities in logistics facilities, but also offer more advantages by predicting future failures and allowing proactive measures to ensure stable and reliable system management. In order to train and predict with AI machine learning model, data needs to be collected, processed, and analyzed. In this study, we have develop a system that utilizes an AI detection model that can detect abnormalities of logistics rotational equipment and diagnose their fault types. In the discussion, we will explain the entire experimental processes : experimental design, data collection procedure, signal processing methods, feature analysis methods, and the model development.

제3자 물류 환경에서 도메인 온톨로지 구축 (A Study on Construction of Domain Ontology in Third-party Logistics)

  • 대다수 산업과 무역유통 기업은 물류 자원을 통합한다. 기업들은 제품 운송부분을 원가를 절약하기 위해서 전문적인 물류회사에 맡긴다. 여기서 전문적인 물류회사를 제 3자 물류라 한다. 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발전에 따라 발주와 화주 그리고 제 3자 물류회사 간에 인터넷을 통해 연결된다. 여러 회사에서 사용하는 관리 프로그램이 각각 다르기 때문에 이질적인 데이터는 제 3자 물류정보시스템에 큰 문제가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 지식 공학 방법론을 이용하고, prot$\'{e}$g$\'{e}$를 개발도구로 이용하여 도메인 온톨로지를 구축하였다. 그리고 물류 온톨로지에 규칙 베이스를 만들어서 그들이 완전하게 개념간의 관계를 표현할 수 있다. 또한 물류 온톨로지와 룰 베이스의 기초에 제 3자 물류회사의 배송센터에 지능 정보시스템을 설계하고 정보 시스템의 작업 프로세스를 시각적으로 보여주도록 실례를 제시하였다.

비즈니스 규칙 기반의 3자 물류 운영 지원 (Support of Third Party Logistics Operation based on Business Rules)

  • The business process of global third party logistics company is defined as a network of logistics activities which involves the products that are manufactured in the developing countries, such as Vietnam, China and so on, and delivered to North or South American countries via intermediate stopover sites. The third party logistics company usually uses proprietary logistics information system to support the related logistics activities. However, each consignor sometimes may require different business process based on the customer type or characteristics of their products. Therefore, the third party logistics company need to modify their business process to reflect customer's requirements, resulting in the modification of logistic information systems and additional costs. Therefore, a flexible mechanism is required to efficiently support the various types of requirements by the owners of the products. In this paper, first, we figured out various business rules related to third party global logistics activities. Second, we grouped the identified business rules into business processes, objects, relations, dependency, policy, representations, execution, and resources and further into precondition, postcondition, and invariant based on checking point in time. Furthermore, the categorized rules are classified into inter-activity and intra-activity rules based on the execution range. Third, we proposed a rule syntax to describe the defined rules into scripts which are understood by user and information system together. When each activity is executed, the rule manager checks whether there are rules related with the activity execution. Finally, we developed a prototype rule management system to show the feasibility of our proposed methodology and to validate it with an example.

  • 포스트 코로나 시대의 얼라이언스 컨테이너 선사들은 선복축소 전략으로 사상 최대의 호황을 누리고 있는 반면, 화주기업은 물류비용의 증가로 수출입 가격 경쟁력 악화 상태에 직면하였고, 화주기업의 물류서비스를 대행하는 국제물류주선업체(포워더)는 운임 상승 부담으로 화주 기업 유치의 과열 경쟁과 수지악화 상태에 있다. 본 연구에서는 유관기관의 연구자료, 문헌연구, 통계자료 및 해외 전문 네트워크의 자료를 선행연구로 하고 국내 포워더를 대상으로 하는 특화 물류시장 진출에 대한 수요조사를 결과를 기반으로 하였다. 수요가 높은 것으로 나타난 콜드체인, 프로젝트 물류, 유엔조달물류, 위험물 분야를 분석하고, 포워더의 시장진출 전략을 제시하였다.

A Study on Determining Trade Terms for Logistics Efficiency in the Era of Logistics 4.0: Moderated Mediating Effect of Added Value of Traded Goods

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to study how flexibility and mutuality in determining trade terms impact logistics efficiency in the context of relational theory. Additionally, the effect of relational contracts on logistical efficiency relative to the value of the goods being traded is investigated. Design/methodology - According to the relational contract theory, we developed 17 factors utilizing a 7-point Likert scale to measure variables related to flexibility, mutuality, logistics efficiency, and the added value of goods. The survey occurred over four months, and was distributed directly, and via email, phone, and online Google surveys. A total of 403 surveys were collected out of 1,800 distributed, and 380 were analyzed. The principal respondents were import/export companies and members of the Korea International Trade Association and the Korea Small and Medium Business Export-Import Association. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS ver. 26.0 statistical software, and hypothesis test results were derived using Process Macro ver. 3.5. Findings - This study provides evidence that negotiation flexibility for trade terms affects the efficiency of the logistics process, and the mutuality of such arrangements is shown to be associated with the flexibility and efficiency of logistics processes. Additionally, it has been established that companies whose trade goods possess a low degree of added value may experience increased efficiency in logistics operations if they agree to trade terms that are both flexible and mutually beneficial with their counterparts. Originality/value - This study suggests that in an environment of rapidly shifting global logistics and unpredictable related costs, trade companies may be able to improve logistics efficiency by establishing flexible, mutually beneficial trade terms when entering into contracts. Furthermore, it is suggested that companies dealing in low-value-added products may improve the logistical performance of approaching trade from a perspective of relational contracts.

순환형 공급체인 환경에서 시설 통합에 의한 물류원가 절감 및 재고관리시스템 모델구축에 관한 연구 (Study on Reducing Logistics Costs and Inventory Control System according to facilities integration in the Closed-Loop Supply Chain Environment)

  • 순방향물류와 역방향물류의 두 물류 체인을 통합해서 자원 순환형 공급체인 (CLSC: closed-loop supply chain) 을 구성하는 것은 기업의 비용절감을 위해서 반드시 필요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 순환형 공급체인의 환경에서 순방향물류의 도매점과 역방향물류의 처리센터의 재고를 통합하는 재고관리를 제안한다. JIT(Just-in-Time)배송이 고려된 새로운 CLSC 재고관리모델은, 회수센터에서 처리센터로 배송된 사용이 끝난 제품이 도매업자의 수요에 미치지 못할 때 제조사에게 필요한 제품을 재발주 할 것이지 사용이 끝난 제품의 회수를 기다릴 것이지를 선택함으로써 비용을 절감한다. 제안 모델의 유효성을 검증하기 위하여 최적화 기법중 하나인 유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm: GA)을 이용하였다. 파라미터가 해에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 세 가지 파라미터 조건에서 우선 순위형 GA (priority-based GA: priGA)와, 각 세대마다 파라미터가 조정되는 개량형 하이브리드 GA (modified Hybrid Genetic Algorithm: mhGA)를 사이즈가 다른 4가지 수치 예에 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다.
